"I want to be a Huntress."
"Those were the words I said to Ozpin on the night I first met him." Ruby's voice narrated.
The sight of Ruby on her knees looking upwards to a dark sky was seen.
"I wanted to be someone others look up to, who could do amazing things for the sake of others."
Weiss, Blake, and Yang, Ruby's teammates, all had forlorn expressions on their faces as they looked to the sky just like Ruby.
"Who could slay Grimm, help people, bring hope to others, and carve Remnant a road to its future."
"We failed." Ruby's head changed from looking up to the sky to down at the dirt she was on.
"Little did we know that the only future Remnant had…"
"Upon the end of Remnant's final day, all that you know… will cease to be." The voices of the Gods of Light and Darkness declared.
"WE FAILED!" Ruby screamed to the heavens above before she collapsed onto the ground in despair.
"... Was destruction." Ruby narrated.
"It's alright, Ruby." Weiss said with an empty smile on her face and her eyes closed.
"Yeah, we're still together." Blake said with a broken voice.
"We don't have to be apart from each other." Yang said as they all looked at each other one last time.
"The only thing that I had the ability to be glad for after all that happened to me and my friends…" Ruby's voice continued.
Flashes appeared on screen, involving Weiss's face as she leaned forward. Yang and Blake holding hands. And Ruby had a broken smile on her face as she had tears fall from her eyes.
"Was that my end…" The suspenseful music cut off.
"I'm glad that… my end was alongside you guys." Ruby finished as her body as well as those of her friends were cloaked in darkness.

"Hehe… weird, that the end would only bring about a new beginning." The black background suddenly illuminated, showing a girl with a face that looked exactly like Ruby's aside from the eyes and hair running down the street of a Japanese neighborhood.
(BGM: My Hero Academia - Hero A Instrumental)
"A new life for me and my friends, as Yui Akabane…" A girl with Ruby's face, but a different hairstyle consisting of red long hair with black strands, showed up with Ruby's symbol behind her.
"Wendy Shirogane…" A girl that looked like Weiss, only with White hair up in a braid with a blue bow holding it, showed up with Weiss's symbol behind her.
"Sae Yatomaki…" Another girl that looked like Blake with short black hair and purple eyes with glasses over them showed up with Blake's symbol behind her.
"And Ryuko Kayano." One final girl with Yang's face, but was shorter and had hair tied in blonde long pigtails with red ribbons holding them, appeared as the symbol of Yang appeared behind her.
"We have a second chance at a peaceful life, and while we couldn't say no to it, we weren't going to deny this second chance." Ruby's voice declared as she looked at her friends while they smiled at her... before the sight of rough-looking girl with green hair in a bobcut with a sinister smile on her face appeared.
(Pause BGM)
"As if it would be that easy for the lot of us." Ruby's voice deadpanned.
Yui, Wendy, Sae, and Ryuko looked forward to a girl with a blonde hair with blue tips who was smiling at them with sunglasses over her yellow eyes. "Heya, girls!"
(Resume BGM)
The sight of a dragon with wings bearing red flower petals with a obsidian black body and red petals for a mane on the back of her head was seen standing behind Ruby. "Using a gift unto humanity, known simply as Duel Monsters…" A knight covered head to toe in white and light blue armor let out a battle cry as Weiss was seen pointing towards their opponent.
"Unleash your power!" Sae shouted as a panther like monster became covered in a sphere of black and light-purple wind.
"Burn them down!" Ryuko ordered while a woman who looked like a goddess held her arms forward as she shot massive balls of fire forward.
"We'll help others, carve our own path…" Ruby drew a card from a Duel Disk on her right arm.
"And do what our past selves couldn't." Ruby stated.
"You think you can understand MY pain?!" A woman with brown skin and white long hair asked.
"We WILL win this, no holds barred." A girl with pink hair and star decals on her face stated.
"We're in this... TOGETHER!" Ryuko said as she bumped fists with Yui, Wendy, and Sae in a four-way fist bump.
"I was once a young girl, who sought to save a dying world through the steel of my blade and the wits in my head, but now, in this life…" Ruby narrated.
"I'm... so sorry..." A girl with black hair in a long ponytail said to Yui.
"I'm saving this world with my wits and my cards." Ruby finished.
"LET'S DO THIS!" Ruby shouted as she pointed forward.

RWBY-OH: Remnants of the End
"I always thought the people of Remnant were too much for this world, but now, all I can do…" The visage of a deific being cloaked in light blue and white light with prismatic eyes was seen. "... Is hope that they are enough."
Yui stood behind a humanoid monster with black and red hair and clothing and a black tiara on her head as the monster was shining with a bright red light in the form of a rose on the ground, eventually resulting in it exploding in a bright red light.
"SOULBURST SUMMON!" Ruby shouted as the same dragon roared before firing a red beam of energy forward as everything went black.
Warning: Features White Rose and Bumblebee pairings throughout the story due to source material, if you disapprove or wish to complain about it, don't bother doing so beside I could care less this time around.
