Summary
Hinotori is a 15 year old girl but she's no ordinary human or if she can call herself that anymore. She's a mutant. A lizard mutant to be exact. With pyrokinesis given to her by a Phoenix when she was only an infant after she was born.
She's a vigilante at New York after she got captured by Krang when she was only 10 years old and 5 years after meeting a 5 year old Leonardo in the sewers when they were both the same age.
Now a grown and teen Hinotori will meet unlikely friends as well as gain a new family and possibly find love with the leader of the four turtle siblings.
Will love bloom between the two or would events get between the them?

Mutation appearance (Lizard mutant):
Light turquoise greenish blue skin, blue eyes (blue on the top and ocean blue at the bottom), has fiery markings on both arms, legs and around her eyes.
Seasons 1, 2: She wears a black short sleeved ninja hoodie crop top, leggings with turquoise green footwear, plain blue cuffs with turquoise arm sleeves.
Seasons 3, 4, 5: She wears a black, grey short kimono that's sleeveless and reached down to her thighs, black shorts, dark grey foot and arm sleeves, turquoise green sports cloth around both lower knees, two arm cuffs on her lower arms.

Bio: Hinotori is a vigilante that goes around day and night, taking down bad men but more importantly weapon dealers. She met the Turtles on their first day to the surface and faced off against many enemies and battles to where they are now. She and Leo are much closer than anyone in the lair. She treats Mikey as a little brother. Raph doesn't trust her completely but is willing to try. Donnie is fascinated by her abilities. She was kidnapped by the Krang when she was only ten years old and was put into experiments until she became what she is now. She trained in secluded areas and honed her skills in different styles of self defense including ninjutsu. She disliked Karai when they all first met since she and Leo seemed to have been getting along and her colored fire emotions and eye changing colors shows what she feels and was really suspicious about her. She is also polyglot, meaning she knows two languages; Japanese and English.
