Prompt: Air
A/N: Not my best... but I wanted to do something this week and I had some extra time to write tonight.
I lifted my nose and tentatively sniffed the air. I still saw the white snow all around, and the chill was still in the air…. But there was another scent drifting alongside the cold.
It smelled warm, vibrant, and filled with life. I'd never smelled anything like it before.
I yipped and nearly fell over myself as I ran back to my sisters in the den… they would want to smell it too.
