Apologies for spelling the spells wrong. There is no way I can spell them. If you want to send in the correct spelling that's fine with me.

Third person

Everyone was stunned. The Camelot inhabitants were stunned due to the control, ease, and skill of Abigail. Jason, Arthur, and Merlin recognized her style, it was of the league. It was the exact same technique that Lady Talia used with a knife, just more controlled, and less viscous than Lady Talia. The five were stunned due to Abigail barley having a scratch on her. No one has ever been able to bet one of the five like that.

The traveling villagers were stunned due to the depth of the cut Ruby inflicted on Abigail. Also, they were surprised that Ruby had managed to cut Abigail. Abigail can beat just about anyone. Typically, she doesn't fight, only wrestling really. One, she hates hurting people. Some minor bruises, and baby cuts that will clear up in a couple of days, those are fine. Helps you train. But the deep cuts, the ones that will last forever she always avoids. Even if it is an enemy. Second, she had been forced to cruelly hurt people when the league had her. She couldn't fight the hold on her mind though she did try. Finally, all of those fights reminded her of the lives she was forced to take. Which always reminded poor Abigail of the one death she could never forgive herself for.

Abigail had made it to a servant's corridor, with no idea where she wanted to go. After the fight, old memories had been pushing to be revisited. Abigail stumbled into a wall, as the memories came flooding back. Ras, Mara, the sword. Abigail's mind split into two.

(Flashback)

Abigail was five summers. Dick had found her around a month ago. Ras was making her suffer.

'You worthless Child!'

Child. Her trigger. Abigail went rigid. Her mind split into two. The part that was 'Abigail' was disconnected from her body. The warrior stepped forward, taking control of the girl's mind. This part of her that Ras Al Gaul honed into the prefect weapon. No thought, no hesitance, just perfect precision to fulfill her master's orders. The prefect warrior.

'Abigail' still fought to gain control. She had experienced this many times before and she hated it. Subconsciously Abigail knew if Dick had not found her and given her a name, that the warrior would have had complete control of her by now. However, when the warrior did have control, it never released its control until its master was done with her.

A figure was marched into the room, forced to knell. The warrior had no idea who this person was. The warrior only knows its master and herself exist, and she was bound to do her master's will. Abigail knew who was before her.

A girl, the same height and age as Abigail. Abigail may have been stripped of her colored sight, but she remembered the colors upon the girl before her. Her hair was black, short, and on the right side of her hair a streak of red. Dark as blood. Her skin was the same color as Abigail's, a scar over her left eye, which left her blind in that eye. Her right eye was as green as the pit and Ras Al Gaul's eyes. Mara. Her cousin. Abigail always saw her as a sister.

Dick had once said, 'If it wasn't for your eyes, I could believe that the two of you were identical twins.'

Oh, how Abigail longed to be with her sister. She and Dick were the only two people in this world who cared about her. Then Ras Al Gaul gave the order.

'Child kill' He pointed to Mara. Abigail screamed inside of her head, trying to resist the order. The warrior ignored this and followed her orders, piercing Mara though her right lung with a knife. Mara choked, falling on her side.

'Abigail' screamed within her head. 'NO! NO! MARA! STAY AWAKE!'

The warrior didn't relinquish her hold of the girl's body. Without eithers girls' knowledge, white came down from the roots of her hair, slowly creeping down as slowly as Mara was dying. The new sliver of white was a half an inch thick, joining the other half inch of white that hung in her hair.

'Abigail' Ras called out. The warrior stepped back, letting Abigail take hold of her mind. The girl drew a deep breath, gasping. Running over to her cousin, sister, best friend, she knelt at her side, trying to save Mara.

'No, You Have To Stay AWAKE! Come on I will take you to the pit.'

'No, Abigail. We p-promised each other t-that we would ne-never do that to each other. Please, h-honor me.'

Abigail hated it, but she nodded. Long ago, when the two girls first met, the two had made a promise to never revive each other with the Lazarus pit. Abigail would not break that promise.

'I-I d-don't bl-blame you. Ne-never blame your-yourself. I love you A-Abigail.' With those final words, Mara took her final breath.

Abigail sobbed. 'I love you Mara.'

"Mara! Don't leave me! Mara!"

Someone was shaking Abigail violently.

"Wake up!"

Ruby's pov

Walking down the halls to get to Gaius, I let my emotions take hold. I am upset. That child just took me down, and I barely got a hit on her. When she touched me, an odd tingle went down my spine.

I have had this tingle before when my brothers use their magic. Merlin had shown he had magic at a month old. The quadtupiltes had proven that they had magic when they were four. The quadtupites, or the four D's, as I like to call them, seem to each control a different element of nature best. David has always been the best controlling the earth. Making things grow, or throwing rocks, anything within the earth and that grows in it. Dean controls water. He likes to make shapes with water, especially when were alone, or to scare some bandits away. That's fun. Daniel is best with ice. He can literally make ice statues out of pure cold air. He uses his talents the most during winter. Makes for epic sled rides. Finally, Damian's gift lies with animals. I swear he can speak to them. He has convinced father to let him keep three dogs, one cat, a cow, and a turkey named Jerry. Damian may have no human emotions, but he gets along with animals just fine. Of course, Merlin being Emrys has all of these abilities and more. Gaius said that the four D's magic was of the druids. Apparently, our mother was a druid, and my father never knew. I am jealous that I don't have magic, but I see how much they have to hide. Whenever my brothers do use their magic the tingle starts.

When that girl touch it was the same feeling but much stronger. 'Did she use magic against me?' I couldn't make such accusations, especially without proof. Besides, what message would that send to my family? They would hate for turning in an innocent magic user. No, I will not make accusations, but I may consult my brothers on the matter.

The weirdest thing is that odd tingling feeling is still there. In the past, the sensation always went away once the spell was preformed or broken. Not now. 'Is she that powerful? She cant be. Merlin is Emyers, the most powerful warlock in the world.'

I thought about the matter and decided to do something foolish. I made sure I was well hidden, in an hidden alcove, only me and Jason knew about. I held my hand out. "Foraebena" A small flame appeared in my hand. I quickly closed my hand, terrified. 'I don't have magic. I don't have magic. That girl just hit me over the head, now I am suffering a concussion.' I knew better. As soon as I let the magic out, the tingling feeling was gone.

I need to talk with Merlin.

Arthur pov

I am heading back to the castle. The morning's fights replaying in my mind. The traveling villagers have tremendous skill and know how to apply that skill with the least amount of force. I have never seen such tactics. Yes, the younger children weren't as skilled as the older youth in their congregation, but they were still skilled.

I can now understand where Jason gets his protective yet joking attitude. His elder brother showed the exact same qualities, just perhaps with a bit more of a fatherly tone, and more wight on his shoulders.

When Ruby and Abigal fought… it was so fluid. Yes, each girl had different tactics, but the two were equally skilled. If anything, Abigal was holding back. She was only inflicting considerably shallow cuts upon Ruby, all of which would heal within a few days. The five children of Taila had been taught to fight by me, Jason, and the other well-trained knights.

Ruby pov

I am shaking. I just did magic. Why? Why now? Why only I after fought with that girl? I am trying to make it to Merlin's room, without falling. I turn another corner, avoiding Gwen. Down an empty hallway I see a girl shaking.

"Mara! Don't leave me! Mara!"

I run to the girl, my cloak billowing behind me. I reach the girl's side, and shake her. Whoever she is, she needs to wake up.

"Wake up!"

I look around for any help, nothing. This is a servant hallway, no guards. I come down these hallways to avoid people. I know I can't drag the girl, but I don't want to leave her alone. The strange tingle went down my spine again. 'Oh, great' I turn her over to see her face. Abigail, just brilliant. She is yelling like a mad woman.

I am planning to come back to this chapter and finish it up. I just really need feedback. I am running out of ideas, and I really want to continue the story. Please, I need ideas. need ideas.
