Cassnova5424 I wouldn't say she felt it. Remember in the movie, Thor got hit with all three beams that he super charged and he flew back but got right back up. It wouldn't hurt her at all because it's not magical or hitting with a force to crack a small continent. And plus she's younger and on a new earth and she's gonna get stronger and I'm mixing Cw verse with New 52 soooo yea enjoy this crazy ass chapter.

As Rhodey chased after Laura, he realized he wasn't gaining on her at all. She flies faster and turns the corner. As Rhodey comes around the corner, he suddenly collided with something and is thrown back, smacks and bounces off a car and into a truck container and back out and sliding across the road.
Rhodey lays on the ground, thinking about what hit him.
"Jarvis."
"Yes, Colonel Rhodes"
"What hit me?"
"It appears the young lady hit you with a light pole and is currently laughing about how she didn't mean to hit you that hard."
If Rhodey thought he detected amusement from Jarvis he didn't acknowledge it. "Where is Tony? I can't do anything while flying around near the street and I highly doubt I'll when a strength contest with a teenage enhanced." Rhodey said starting to regret flying after her by himself. Especially after she used him as a doll and thrown him into Tony.
Rhodey got up to see Laura floating a few feet away from him. She spoke up still snickering, "Sorry I didn't mean to hit you that hard, but are you done cause I'm starting to get bored. I mean as fun as it is to throw you two around, I feel kind of bad. It feels like I'm picking on kids at this point." Laura said with smile on her face still.
"Sorry little lady but we can't do that." Tony said as he dropped down next to Rhodey. Tony's suit was like his, it had dents and scratches on it.
"And also, people don't take kindly to anyone damaging public and private property." Tony told her. The girl just shrugged, she didn't care if she damage anything.
"I told you you guys started it. I wanted to leave, but like most humans, you don't listen." Laura said as she floated down towards the street.
Back in her own universe, she had to deal with racism for being either an alien or because of her skin color. Greed is apart of almost every sentient species, but it was apparently worse in humans, no matter what universe she was in.
"Well that's unfortunate, but we can't let you go especially after wh-" Rhodey was cut off by Laura, who was snorting then a small chuckle.
"Oh that's cute, and pray tell how are you gonna stop me."
After she said that Rhodey fired his rockets at her hoping since she was so durable, the rockets would knock her down a peg or two. Laura didn't even bother to protect herself as the rockets hit her, creating a cloud of smoke around her.
"Cocky brat and I thought your ego was worse Tony." Rhodey said looking at him.
Tony turned towards Rhodey sounding aghast. "I'll have you know, that as a certified genius and entrepreneur, my ego makes sense thank you very much.
Before Rhodey could retort, a laser shot through the smoke and sliced off Rhodey's shoulder mounted rocket with clean accuracy. It fell to the ground and we both looked at the clearing smoke to see the girl but her eyes were glowing red and she had a empassive look on her face.
Tony gulped and was now starting to sweat under his suit. He could imagine Rhodey going through same thing as him.
Laura looked at both of them, her heat vision dying down. She hoped that would get them to leave her alone. She was caught off from her train thought by a scream. Slowing her perception she looked around to find the scream. When she found where the scream came from, Laura rushed over
She saw a guy panicking in a sports car, speeding down the street and a group of girls walking across the street. Laura didn't hesitate, she flew towards the group of girls, shaking building windows as she flew by. Laura landed on the hood of the car and stomped down on the front of the car and the car flipped as well as crumbling the front bumper and hood. As the car flipped, Laura caught the car mid air and stopped its momentum.
Everyone in the street just froze staring at Laura. Laura just calmly floated down and placed the car on the ground. Laura looked over at the girls that looked to be same age as her in middle school. "You girls okay?" Laura said to the group of girls.
They all nodded, Laura nodded as well. She turned around preparing to fly off since she didn't feel like fighting anymore, one of the girls called out too her. And asked the most cliche line ever. "Wait! Who are you?"
Laura turned to the girls and thought about what she should call herself. She looked at the girls then at everyone else that was watching her. Most had they're phones out recording her as she floated in the middle of the street. After a moment she decided what to call herself. She thought about the name and she told her mother when she was younger. When she was a naive little girl who believed in people, like her mother did.
"My name is PowerGirl."
And with that she took off. Flying off, a sonic boom following after, eaving people shocked and in awe.
Tony and arrived too late and she was already moving to fast for anyone to follow.
Salem, New York
"She's flying fast towards New York." Charles Xavier said. A couple hours ago he detected an anomaly in Las Vegas, it was quick then disappeared. The anomaly was a young girl he later found out, and from what he sensed, she isn't human or mutant.
"Ororo, gather Scott, Jean, and Logan. Let them know tomorrow we're going into Downtown New York. There's someone I think of great importance that we need to meet." Charles said.
Ororo nodded and began walking out the office to go find the others.
Charles stared out the window thinking about what this could for the future of Mutants and human kind.
Unknown Location.
"Thank you for your cooperation. I'll have mystique forward your payment and a little extra for discovering such a powerful Mutant." And with that Magneto hung up the phone. He glanced out from his window, overlooking his Island. Genosha was coming along great, and if he could get the girl on his side he would be untouchable and could move forward with his planes.
"I can't wait to see what you have in store for us power girl." Magneto said while in the background the tv was showing Laura on the news and the fights between her, Iron man and War machine.
