Summary:
Hizuki was a normal girl once but after someone that goes by the name of Baron Draxum, her life has been changed and she swore to get back at Draxum one way or another. So she stayed hidden while training and mastering each techniques and styles of real ninjutsu while brandishing her own mystic weapon which is a Naginata as her weapon.
While doing a routine patrol in the city, she happened to meet with the turtles just when they were about to start a battle. She never met other mutants before and they are the first ones.
On the side note; the blue masked turtle just can't stop trying to impress her no matter what he tries and wins her heart.
