Synopsis: Uh oh Trouble approaches! As Rita_Machina also known as the Top Technomancer invades our world, Billy Cranston unites the Power Rangers Veo to take her down and fight! It seems a new Masked Rider has joined the fight. Who is he and what drives him? Meanwhile, the Machina Empire is ready for battle! Can Veo Rangers stand a chance?
Prologue
Under a dark gas nebula on the surface of the icy moon, lies the all-powerful Machina Empire. They were a cruel race of mechanical beings.
Deep robotic chittering can be heard as mechanical minions are frequently seen pacing back and forth in front of the central palace.
The Machina Palace resembles a large factory with enormous machines and smokestacks, and dark air pollution is emitted into the outer atmosphere.
Inside the dark throne room, the Top Technomancer, Rita_Machina, could be found sitting in a corrupted ceremonial chair.
Her head and shoulders were illuminated by the throne room lights. She was a biomechanical being. Her body armor was charred, spiky, and corrupted.
A unit of Silver Putty Patrollers, metallic servants who served as footsoldiers for the Machina Army, were stationed around her ceremonial chair for her protection.
With her pair of bionic eyes, Rita_Machina studies Planet Earth from her View Window. On the surface, Earth appears as a blue marble with white swirls.
She knows the Legendary Veo Crystal resides there. She can sense it. She will find it.
"Tinster!" She shouted.
Answering the call, her small mechanical droid appeared in the room on wheels. "Yes, my Queen."
It was Tinster who was her weapons engineer for the Machina Army and one of her members of the Royal House of Rita.
"Have you repaired my wand?" she hissed at him.
"Your Mystech Wand has been prepared, Your Majesty." Tinster presents to her a long staff with a cogwheel-shaped head that is embedded with a hysteria crystal.
This weapon was her Mystech Wand, a mighty symbol of her power.
Rita_Machina reaches out with her power, causing the Mystech Wand to levitate toward her hand. An eerie glow shone around it as it rested gently there. She gripped it tightly and felt the power course through her.
She held up her staff high overhead, and the surrounding room began to sizzle with new energy.
A dark chuckle escaped her lips. "Yes. Yes...I love it. Now, report."
"My Empress! My Imperial Highness!" Tinster said. "Earth's conquest is finally at hand! Our Machina Army is simply unmatched! No planet can resist our magnificent might! And we all owe it to Your Majesty's superb leadership! Simply brilliant, if I may say so myself!"
"Excellent! she said. "Access the Monster-Matic Network and scramble the Machina Army, at once!" Rita_Machina clenched a fist at Earth. "It's time we turned Earth into a stupid rock!"
"Right away, my Queen."
