Lord Commander Aemorys Targaryen, Called ''Strongfyre''

Aemorys Targaryen was the second child of Princess Lianna of Dragonstone and Ronnel Baratheon, being born in the year 72 AC. As a youth he became a ward of Lucerys Qoherys, Lord of Harrenhall and Marshal of the realm, with the young prince splitting his time between Harrenhall and Kings Landing. Prince Aemorys would take the white cloak of a sworn brother in his 17th year, joining the Queensguard of his grandmother Laena Targaryen, the Queen of Skulls, with some saying he took his vows to ensure he could never be used against his older brother by those who opposed Jaerion.

The sworn brother would become Lord Commander of the Kingsguard at just 24 years of age following a decree by his grandmother, and would be at the Queens side during her confrontation with his brother Jaerion, called the Brief, who would take the throne following their grandmother's abdication.
