Episode 105: The Battling Safari Park

The next day, Mew and her friends decide to go check out the Safari Park in Cianwood City. After having breakfast, Mew and the others are now heading to the Safari Park and are excited to check the place out.

"I can't wait to check out the Safari Park here," Mew says.

"Me too. I wonder how different the Safari Park is from the other ones we see," Misty wonders.

"I'll bet there are a lot of Pokemon," Tomo says.

"Yeah," Jen happily says.

"I really like to see so many Pokemon and catch new friends," Molly says.

Brock then looks at the guidebook, "According to the Guidebook, This Safari Park is actually very different from the other Safari Parks we went to so far."

"How so?" Tomo asks.

"There is a large field and lakes that are full of many different land Pokemon, and multiple different Water Types and Fighting Types. What's more, there's actually a special training area for trainers who want to train the Pokemon they catch in the Safari Park or even the Pokemon we currently have," Brock says.

"Wow. That's so cool," Tomo says.

"That sounds so cool," Jen says.

"That's interesting. I never expect to hear about a special training field there," Mew says.

"Yeah. However, you can only use the Pokemon you have already on hand in that area only. Everywhere else in the Park, using your own Pokemon you have is forbidden," Brock explains.

"Sounds like a great place to go to," Misty says.

"I agree. I have never been to a Safari Park before," Molly says.

"You're going to love the Safari Zone. It's one of the places where you can catch a certain amount of Pokemon," Mew says.

"And we'll need to use special Pokeballs called Safari Balls. You can only use those Pokeballs there. Using other Pokeballs is forbidden," Misty says.

"And we can only use a certain amount of them, so we need to use them carefully," Jen says.

"But it's fun that we get to see so many different Pokemon, maybe some you haven't seen yet," Brock says.

"Well then, let's go check it out," Mew says.

Mew and the others continue to make their way out of Cianwood City, opposite from the way to the Temple. Soon enough, they reach the entrance to the Safari Park, along with the building to get the Safari Pokeballs and other supplies.

"There it is," Brock says.

"I can't wait to check out this Safari Park," Mew says.

"Me too," Jen says.

But before they can walk inside, they hear a familiar voice, "Mew? Is that you?"

Everyone turns their heads to see the familiar young with dark blue crew cut hair, with a widow peak, fair skin, and bright yellow eyes with glasses over them. He is wearing a familiar outfit as well, as he holds a backpack. Next to him is a Cyndaquil.

"Misty. Brock. Jen. Tomo. Molly. Hey guys," The boy happily says.

"Miles!" Everyone says, surprised with smiles on their faces.

It surely is a surprise for Mew and her friends to meet Miles, Mew's cousin, and are very excited.

Mew says, "It's great to see you again, Miles."

"How's your journey going?" Misty asks.

"I'm doing fine. I caught some Pokemon, and participated in a few Pokemon Contests. It was hard at the beginning. I was able to pass the first round, but it was difficult with the second Round. But I finally got my first Contest Ribbon," Miles explains.

"That's great," Tomo says.

"How's your Torchic doing?" Jen asks.

"Torchic is fine, so is my Cyndaquil. They both get along that they're like siblings," Miles says.

"Good to hear," Mew says.

Then Molly asks, "Can we see your Ribbon?"

"Sure?" Miles says.

He opens the case to reveal a Contest Ribbon. It has a gold pin with a red and white striped ribbon on it.

"It looks pretty," Misty says.

"Great work, Miles," Brock says.

"Yeah. But I still have ways to go before getting to the Grand Festival. I still need to get four Ribbons," Miles says.

"So what brings you to Cianwood City?" Jen asks.

"There's going to be a Pokemon Contest in Olivine City the day after tomorrow. But I decided to go to Cianwood City to check out the Safari Park's Training area. I figure I can practice some new contest moves and maybe catch some new Pokemon," Miles says.

"That's good to hear," Misty says.

"So you'll be participating in your next contest soon," Tomo says.

"Yeah, so I need to practice a little more for the contest," Miles says.

He then asks, "So what brings you guys to the city?"

"We're planning to go to the Safari Park ourselves," Brock says.

Then Mew shows Miles her badges, "And I've recently won a Storm Badge from the Cianwood Gym."

"Congratulations Mew. You just need three more to compete in the league," Miles says.

"Yeah. We plan to start going around the Whirl Islands after exploring the Safari Park until the Olivine City Gym is open again," Mew says.

"That's cool. My dad took me and mom there when I was young, you'll love it there, especially you Misty. The place is actually very well known for having multiple Water Pokemon trainers," Miles says.

"Really? That's my kind of place," Misty says, taking an interest.

"You'll love it when you see it. There are a lot of islands for you to explore," Miles says.

"We'll be sure to check it out. But first, let's get in the Safari Park and have our adventure there," Mew says.

"Yeah!" Tomo cheers.

"Let's go," Miles says.

And with that, everyone begins to walk inside the building and soon meet the person in charge of the Safari Zone.

"Hello, can we have some Safri Balls and supplies for our trip. We also like to try out your special training zone in the park too," Mew says.

"Of course," The employee says.

He places each supply on the desk, "Here are 30 Safari Balls. A few extra fishing rods and fishing lures, and all the essentials you needed for the Safari Zone." He then hands Mew a card, "And here is the Training area card for your group."

"Thank you," Mew and the others happily reply.

Mew and the others take the supplies and are now walking in the Safari Park.

"Wow. the Park looks big," Molly says.

"Yeah. It's almost as big as the Pokemon Preserve," Tomo says.

"So what do you wanna do now?" Miles asks.

"Maybe we can catch some Pokemon first, and then we can do some training," Brock says.

"Good idea. Then we can also help train with our new Pokemon," Misty says.

"Of course, remember we're mainly going to let Tomo, Molly, and Jen catch some Pokemon, including Miles," Mew says.

"How come you're not catching any Pokemon?" Jen asks.

"I think it's because we've been busy catching more Pokemon than we are training the ones we still have," Misty says.

"Yeah. So let's help you guys catch some Pokemon first, and then we can do some training," Mew says.

"Okay, let's go," Miles says.

Soon, Mew and the others are walking around the wild lands of the Safari Park to look around to find some Pokemon to catch. And soon enough, they see a lot of Pokemon around, running, climbing, and other kinds of fun they like to do.

The gang decide to stay together and help Molly, Tomo, Jen, and Miles catch some Pokemon. And soon, they find a few Pokemon in the grass.

One of them is a Chikorita, lying in the grass. Another is a Hoppip gliding in the air.

The last is a small, white squirrel-like Pokémon with a faint blueish tint and a light blue stripe starting from its forehead and goes all the way down to the tip of the tail. A large white tooth grows out of its mouth. It has deep gray eyes and a yellow circle on each cheek. Its tail is almost twice as big as its body, with three spikes at the top of the curl, which it can use to shoot charges. Iits arms and legs are very short.

"Wow. A Chikorita and a Hopipp," Tomo says.

"Aww, that other Pokemon is cute," Molly says.

"It's a Pachirisu," Mew says.

She brings out her Pokedex, and Dexter says, "Pachirisu, the Electric Squirrel Pokemon. An Electric Type. It stores its own fur balls that crackle with static electricity together with its favorite berries in tree hollows."

"Alright Molly, I'll show you how to catch a Pokemon," Tomo says.

And begins to sneak to the Chikortia.

Once he's close, Tomo throws the Safari Ball, "Go, Safari Ball!"

And with that, Tomo catches the Chikorita, after a couple of shakes of the ball and is caught.

"Gotcha. I'm going to call Chikorita, Leaf," Tomo says.

Then turns to Molly, "Now, it's your turn."

Molly nods and begins to throw the Pokeball, "Go Safari Ball."

Molly throws the Safari Ball, the Pachirisu runs away, but it ends up hitting the Hoppip instead. After a few shakes, Hoppip is caught.

"Aww, I didn't get the Pachirisu," Molly says, disappointed.

"True, but you got a Hoppip inside," Mew says.

Molly nods, "Yeah. I did."

"Come on, let's go catch some other Pokemon," Jen says.

Mew and the others continue to explore around the grass area, and soon, they find a Bedew, Cyndaquill, and an unusual looking Pokemon.

The third Pokemon is a Lechonk is a stout Pokémon resembling a hog. Its body is almost entirely grayish black, except for the brown colorations on its face and ears, and the yellow growths under its eyes that resemble teardrops. Its ears are droopy with yellow insides, and they partially cover its eyes. It has a triangular pink snout with two huge oval nostrils as well as stubby feet ending in pink hooves. Its tail is short and curled.

Mew brings out her Pokedex and Dexter says, "Lechonk, the Hog Pokemon. A Normal Type. This Pokémon spurns all but the finest of foods. Its body gives off an herblike scent that bug Pokémon detest.

Jen brings out two Safari Balls while Tomo brings out one.

They both throw the Pokeballs, "Go Safari Ball!"

And they throw the Pokeballs. Jen catches Lechonk and Bedew while Tomo catches the Cyndaquill. Miles catches a Vulpix, Growlithe.

"Gotcha," Jen says.

"I like to name my Cyndaquil, Flint," Tomo says.

Molly then notices the same Pachirisu from before.

Molly throws a Safari Ball, but the Pokemon runs away, and Molly ends up catching a Phanpy.

"Aww. I miss," Molly says.

"But you caught a Phanpy," Brock says.

"Yay. I caught a Phanpy," Molly happily says.

"Come on, let's go find some more Pokemon to become friends with," Mew says.

"Yay!" Tom, Jen, and Molly cheer with glee.

They soon find a large lake full of Water Pokemon, Tomo is able to catch a female Totdile, named Dew. Molly also catches a Kingdra. Jen catches a Tynamo. Miles catches a Chinchou.

They soon find a large jungle area and the group are able to catch some Pokemon, even Miles. Jen catches an Oranguru, a Tadbulb, and a Drampa. Molly catches a Cufant, A Shroodle, Smoliv, Gible, and a Fidough. Miles catches a Scyther, and a Charmader.

They also find an icy area full of some Ice Type Pokemon. Jen ends up catching a Snover, and Molly catches a Frigibax and a Vanillite.

Time has passed, and the gang already catches quite a few Pokemon.

"That was surely fun," Jen says.

"And we caught so many Pokemon friends," Molly happily says.

"Yeah. You all sure did," Mew says.

Misty turns to Miles, "Even Miles caught some Pokemon."

"I agree. I think I got a catch," Miles says.

And soon notices the four Safari Balls, "But what do we do about the ones we have left?"

"We can just save them for Molly. We still need to find that Pachirisu," Mew says.

Molly happily nods with a smile.

Then Brock notices, "Hey look, there's the training area over there."

The group looks to see a large wired fence, and sees a giant battlefield inside.

"Great. Let's go check it out," Tomo says.

"Yeah. I wanna see," Jen says.

Soon enough, the gang reaches the training area and sees the incredible area with different battlefields. There's some with grassy fields, ice fields, a water field, and some that are suitable for Pokemon.

"Wow. It looks so cool," Tomo says.

"There are so many different battlefields," Misty says.

"Yeah. Let's start training," Jen says.

"So which one is going to battle first?" Molly asks.

"Let's make this a double battle," Mew says. "Each of us will use two Pokemon each."

"Good idea. I want to battle against Mew," Miles says.

"Yeah, I want to see how your batting skills are doing," Mew says.

Tomo turns to Brock, "Hey Brock, can I battle against you?"

"Sure," Brock says.

Misty turns to Jen, "Hey Jen, you want to battle against me?"

"Yeah!" Jen happily says.

Soon enough, the group decides to take turns. Mew then starts her battle by using Kabuto and Lileep. Miles calls out his Beautifly and Quagsire.

"Alright Lileep, Kabuto, let's go!" Mew calls out.

"Beautifly! Quagsire, let's battle!" Miles says.

Suddenly, they hear a loud noise that causes them to come to a halt.

"What was that?" Molly asks.

"It came from over there," Misty says.

Everyone looks out to notice Pokemon are running away in fear.

"Something's not right," Mew says.

"What's going on?" Miles asks.

Eevee soon hears something, "Vee Eevee Eevee Vee Vee Eevee." (Hey guys, I hear something coming, some kind of vehicle.)

"A vehicle?" Mew questions.

Mew and the others look to see a jeep driving through and with four guys in it. One of them is driving while three of them fire bazookas and launch nets to capture the Pokemon.

"They're Pokemon Hunters!" Mew says shocked.

"Pokemon Hunters?" Molly says, confused.

"What are Pokemon Hunters?" Miles asks.

"They're people who capture Pokemon illegally and sell them for money," Brock says.

"And they use ruthless ways to catch them," Misty says.

Miles gasps in shock.

They soon see the three poachers firing their weapons and launch nets to capture more Pokemon.

"We gotta stop them!" Tomo says.

"Come on guys, let's go!" Mew says.

And with that, the battle is put on hold as they hurry out to stop the poachers.

Distance away, the jeep comes to a stop and picks up the nets with the small Pokemon.

"Well, looks like we got some good catches," One poacher says.

Another poacher says, "We even caught a few that had an egg."

"Looks like we really scored a big time coming to the Safari Zone," The third poacher says.

Suddenly, Misty calls out, "Wingull, use Wing Attack!"

And then the Wingull flies over and uses Wing Attack to cut some of the nets to free the Pokemon inside.

The hunters cry out, "What the?!"

Then Mew's voice calls out, "Lileep, use Grass Knot!"

Soon, grass begins to rise from the ground and tie their feet.

Tomo calls out, "Joltik, String Shot!"

And a string shot is the three hunters tied up.

The poachers look to see Mew and her friends, having their Pokemon out.

"Hey, who are you, you little brats?!" The poacher in the driver seat demands.

"We should be asking you the same!" Misty says.

"That's right! This is a Safari Park and you should follow the rules of catching a certain amount of Pokemon using a Safari Ball. Plus, capturing them with weapons and selling them on the black market is illegal," Mew says.

"What you're all doing is mean!" Jen adds.

"Leave the Pokemon alone!" Molly says.

"Shut it, we don't want to hear it from you little brats," The poacher angrily says.

He then calls out, "Go Scyther. Use Cut."

And with that, Scyther comes out of the Pokeball. And with that, Scyther uses cuts to free the other hunters from the attacks.

And with that, the other three poachers throw their Pokeballs as they shout, "Go!"

Out of the Pokeball are a Raichu, Houndoom, and an Ursaring.

All four poachers shout, "Get them!"

And with that, the four Pokemon charges.

Mew calls out, "Lileep, use Bullet Seed!"

Lileep uses Bullet Seed against Ursaring, and it's a direct hit.

Joltik and Wingull dodge Scyther's attack.

"Joltik, use String Shot!" Tomo calls out.

Joltik dodges and uses String Shot to hold Scyther in place.

Misty calls out, "Wingull, Water Pulse!"

Wingull then uses Water Pulse and strikes at Scyther.

One of the poachers call out, "Raichu, use Thunderbolt!"

Raichu launches the attack.

Brock calls out, "Aron, use Metal Claw!"

Aaron uses Metal Claw and Raichu dodges the attack.

"Raichu, use Iron Tail!" The poacher says.

But Jen calls out, "Wooper, give them a Double Mud Shot!"

And with that, both Wooper of two Regions fire the Mud Shot at the Raichu.

Then another poacher calls out, "Houndoom, use Flamethrower!

Houndoom fires the Flamethrower to attack.

But Misty and Jen call out, "Wingull/Wooper, use Water Gun!"

Both Wingull and the Johto Wooper fire the Water Gun, enough to stop the Flamethrower.

"Now Wooper, use Poison Tail!" Jen calls out.

The P. Wooper slaps its tail at the Houndoom, and the Pokemon is down and out.

While the battle continues, Miles and Molly secretly get to the other nets in the jeep and begin to free the Pokemon along with Meloetta, Skwovet, Pikachu, Eevee, and the other Pokemon to free the other trapped in nets and cages.

Brock calls out, "Aron, use Iron Head!"

And with that, Aron charges and strikes at the Raichu with full force, and is knocked out.

"Lileep, use Energy Ball!" Mew calls out.

The Energy Ball then strikes at Scyther with force, and Scyther is also knocked out.

Tomo calls out, "Joltik, use Thunderbolt!"

Joltik uses Thunderbolt at Ursaring.

"Now, use Energy Ball!" Tomo calls out.

Joltik fires the Energy Ball and knocks down Ursaring, and is knocked out.

The four poachers are stunned to see their Pokemon have been easily defeated.

Molly and the other Pokemon rush over with the other Pokemon who have been freed from the nets.

"Mew, we got the other Pokemon out," Molly says.

"And everyone is safe," Miles says.

"Great job, guys," Mew says.

Just then, Togepi comes out from Misty's arms and begins to perform Metronome.

"Looks like Togepi is doing his thing," Mew says.

"Yeah. Alright Togepi, use your Metronome!" Misty calls out.

And with that Togepi performs Metronome and begins to let out sparkling blue dust.

"It's Sleep Powder!" Tomo calls out.

Everyone covers their mouths and noses as the Sleep Powder travels to the poachers, putting them to sleep instantly.

"Great job, Togpei," Misty happily says.

"Toge Toge Togepirrrrrrriiiii," (Mommy is very happy) Togepi happily says.

Just then, Lileep, Wingul, Joltik, the two Woopers, and Aron begin to glow.

"What's happening?" Molly asks, surprised.

"Our Pokemon are evolving," Brock says.

"All of them," Mew says.

Soon, Lileep has evolved into a green, plantlike Pokémon with various yellow markings on its head, neck, and torso. There are circular, yellow eyespots on its head. However, its true eyes are concealed inside the dark, crescent opening on its head. Surrounding its head at the base are eight pink tentacles, which somewhat resemble flower petals. Its long, flexible neck has yellow bands in the center, and it can be extended to assist in capturing prey. Its body is short and squat with four stubby growths and a yellow, oval, target-like pattern on the chest.

Wingull has evolved into a pelican-like Pokémon whose head and bill make up the majority of its body. It has white feathers with a short, blue crest on top of its head. There are three blue digits on each of its wide wings, and it has blue feet with three webbed digits. Each eye is made of two black semi circles with a horizontal white line between them. Its large yellow bill appears to extend along its underside.

Joltik evolves into a yellow arachnid Pokémon. Its body consists of a head and abdomen. Its head is yellow on top and light purple on the bottom. It has two large, blue, forward-facing eyes with black pupils, and four, smaller, simple eyes sitting in a 2x2 pattern on its forehead. It has two long pedipalps connected from the underside of its head, which are blue and hairless on their lower half and covered in thick yellow fur on the upper half. Its body is covered in yellow and light purple fur on top with blue fur under its abdomen. Four tufts of hair sprout from under its abdomen and grow upward. Two large tufts sprout from the left and right of the rear, while two smaller ones sprout from each side. The fur on its back is light purple and with three thick, yellow stripes running up from its rear. It has only four legs. Each leg is connected to the head by a blue upper half. The lower half is covered in yellow fur and forms a bell-shape over its blue, conical feet.

Brock's Aron evolves into a stocky, armored Pokémon with four short legs. Its body is dark gray, and its eyes are sky blue. Its back is covered with segments of iron armor, each with a high ridge and round dark holes on the sides. The sides of its lower jaw have several flat protrusions, and two teeth are visible in its mouth. There are two-pronged metal bands on its legs. The upper band is gray and the lower is silver.

And both of Jen's Woopers evolve as well. Jen's Johto Wooper evolved into her Quagsire.

At the same time, Paldean Wooper evolves into a quadrupedal, amphibious Pokémon, with a rounded body that is dark brown on the top and light brown on the bottom, forming a wave pattern in the middle. It has black beady eyes, a large mouth, and a pair of tiny nostrils. Its four legs are rounded and have three digits each. A short dorsal fin delineates its lower back and ends at its stout, bulbous tail.

"Wow. All our Pokemon evolved," Misty says.

"And I've never seen the Pokemon Jen's Wooper evolve to before," Brock says.

"Let's see what Dexter has to say about the Pokemon we have," Mew says, and brings out her Pokedex.

Dexter says, "Cradily, the Barnacle Pokemon, and the evolved form of Lileep. A Rock and Grass Type. Cradily roams around the ocean floor in search of food. This Pokémon freely extends its tree trunk-like neck and captures unwary prey using its eight tentacles."

"Pelipper, the Water Bird Pokemon, and the evolved form of Wingull. A Water and Flying Type. Pelipper is a flying transporter that carries small Pokémon and eggs inside its massive bill. This Pokémon builds its nest on steep cliffs facing the sea."

"Galvantula, an Electric Spider Pokemon, and the evolved form of Joltik. A Bug and Electric Type. They employ an electrically charged web to trap their prey. While it is immobilized by shock, they leisurely consume it."

"Lairon, the Iron Armor Pokemon, and the evolved form of Aron. a Steal and Rock Type. Lairon tempers its steel body by drinking highly nutritious mineral spring water until it is bloated. This Pokémon makes its nest close to springs of delicious water."

"Quagsire, the Water Fish Pokemon, and the evolved form of Wooper. A Water and Ground Type. Quagsire hunts for food by leaving its mouth wide open in water and waiting for its prey to blunder in unaware. Because the Pokémon does not move, it does not get very hungry."

"Clodsire, the Spiny Fish Pokemon, and the evolved form of an Paldean Wooper. A Poison and Ground Type. It lives at the bottom of ponds and swamps. It will carry Wooper on its back and ferry them across water from one shore to the other."

"Well, this was an eventful day," Mew says.

"Yeah," Brock says.

Just then, the Pachirisu from before snuggles to Molly with glee, making her giggle.

"Do you want me to catch you?" Molly asks.

The Pachirisu nods in reply. Molly giggles and catches it in the Safari Ball.

Just then, Mew feels something tapping her shoulder and looks to see two Pokemon. They're both humanoid Pokémon with a white body. It has thin arms and legs that widen toward the feet. There is a wispy extension trailing off the back of its feet, creating the overall impression of a nightgown or oversized dress. Most of its face is covered by green hair that resembles a bowl cut, but a pair of pinkish-red eyes is sometimes visible. There are two flat, red horns on top of its head: a large one toward the front and a smaller one at the back.

They also have next to them a familiar white egg with red and blue triangles on it.

"Hello," Mew says.

Misty and the others notice them.

"Those are Ralts," Brock says.

"Aww, they're cute," Misty says.

One of them blushes while the others cross its arms and turn away with a huff.

"What's wrong with that one?" Tomo asks.

Mew giggles, "If I have to take a guess, I say the one blushing is a girl, while the other turning its head away is a boy."

The Ralts that turns his head away nods in reply.

"Sorry about that," Misty says.

"Ralts Ralts," (Okay, I forgive you.) The boy Ralts says.

"He says he forgives you," Mew says.

Mew then presents her Pokedex, and Dexter says, "Ralts, the Feeling Pokemon. A Psychic and Fairy Type. Ralts senses the emotions of people using the horns on its head. This Pokémon rarely appears before people. But when it does, it draws closer if it senses that the person has a positive disposition."

Both Ralts lean to Mew with smiles.

"That's sweet, they really like you," Misty says.

"They sure do," Brock says.

Mew kneels to the two Ralts, "Do you both want to come with me?"

Both Ralts nod in reply. Then present the egg to her.

Jen notices, "Hey, they got a Togepi Egg."

"You're right. Looks like they have a Togepi friend inside," Misty says.

Mew then asks, "You want me to take care of your friend?"

The two Ralts nod in reply.

"Okay then," Mew says.

She then taps the Pokeballs on the two Ralts and successfully catches them.

Mew then picks up the Pokemon Egg from the ground.

"Don't worry little Togepi, I'll take good care of you too," Mew says.

Just then someone calls out, "Hello!"

Mew and the others turn to see the Safari Park employee, security along with Officer Jenny and the police arrive.

"Are you all okay?" The employee calls out.

"We're fine," Mew says.

"But these guys aren't," Tomo says, turning his head to the Pokemon Hunters.

Moments later, Officer Jenny and the Police arrest the Pokemon Hunters, after Mew and her friends explain to them about the details.

"I'm glad to see that none of you were hurt, and thank you for stopping the Pokemon Hunters. They're known for trying to sneak into the Safari Park and Zones and steal the Pokemon inside it," Jenny says.

"It's no trouble," Misty says.

"We're glad to rescue Pokemon and stop bad people," Jen says.

"That's right," Molly says.

Miles turns to the group, "Thanks for letting me join your group."

"No problem. Sorry we didn't get to have our battle," Mew says.

"That's okay. This was very important," Miles says.

Then smiles, "But I'm glad I get to spend time with you and get to explore with you."

"It's no trouble," Misty says.

"And we're glad you're also doing well yourself," Brock says.

Miles smiles and says, "Thanks."

The next day, Mew and her friends are now on the ship leaving Cianwood City and to the Whirl Islands.

Miles waves goodbye from the docks, "Bye guys, I'll see you around."

On the boat, Mew calls out, "Bye Miles, it was great hanging out with you."

"And good luck at your Pokemon Contest," Misty says.

"We'll see you soon," Tomo calls out.

Everyone continues to say their goodbye to Miles as they are off to the Whirl Islands.

"The Whirl Islands sound cool," Tomo says.

"I know. I bet they have tons of really cute Water Pokemon like Miles said," Misty says.

"I bet they have some real cute girls on the Whirl Islands," Brock says.

"Oh Brock," Jen replies.

"Well, I can't wait to see the mysterious Pokemon Chuck told us about," Mew says.

The Pokemon agree.

Mew and her friends continue to ride in the boat to their next destination, the Whirl Islands, and another part of their adventure as they round their trip to Olivine City.
