It's been several years since the defeat of Emperor Belos and the people of the Demon Realm have enjoyed this new era of peace, all thanks to the human Luz Noceda, who has now begun to live with her wife, Amity Blight, who has changed her name to Amity Noceda.
Luz was walking home from the market, making sure she had gotten everything before opening the door to their home "Hermosa, I'm home!" Luz shouted but didn't hear a response "Amity?" Luz looks around the house to find Amity in the bathroom.
"Luz… I'm pregnant. No, that's too simple." Amity then looked into the bathroom mirror and touched her stomach with a smile "I'm sorry, baby. I just don't know how to tell Mommy about you."
Amity then heard the groceries that Luz bought drop to the ground as he turned to see Luz, who looked surprised and shocked "W-What did you say?"
Amity blushed with a smile "Luz… we're gonna have a baby." Amity said as tears fell down Luz's cheeks with Luz smiling, lifting Amity up and twirling around with her wife in her arms.
"I'm gonna be a Mamí! We're gonna be parents!" Luz shouted with Amity laughing as the two kissed.
Later that day, Amity and Luz called their family and friends to their house, leaving all of them confused since the two wives didn't tell them the big news.
Once at the house, Hunter and Willow looked at each other in confusion "So does anyone know why Luz and Amity called us up?" Hunter asks.
"Maybe Luz and Amity are planning to move to the human realm." Gus guessed.
"I doubt Luz would do that. She would've told us all right away." Hunter said.
"Well, what else could it be?" Willow asked.
"Who knows, for all we know they called us here just to say 'hi'." Eda snarky stated.
Just then the two guests of honor in their own home walked into the room nervously. Luz, clearly having a hard time keeping her mouth shut and Amity having the same problem as they break out into cold sweats.
Luz nervously starts, "So. I guess you're all wondering why we asked you to come today, to our home, in our living room, on our couch…" Amity was struggling even more to not smack her wife on the back of the head.
Not willing to torture herself, her wife, and her guests anymore with Luz's rambling, she spouted out the reason they needed all their friends at that moment. "Guys, I have something very important to say and it is indeed very important. You must listen, please listen OK? Um, like it is extremely important…" Realizing that neither of the women could spit out what they wanted to say, Eda did it for them, in a less than formal way.
"My goodness! Guys, they're PREGNANT!" she screamed out of annoyance.
"Eda!" The two yelled simultaneously, though they were drowned out by the loud "WHAT?" screamed in the same key at the same time by the rest of their guests.
