Canopy is a hightop. He has yellow and green skin and purple eyes.
Unlike others of his species, Canopy is a bit of a loner. He ran away from his tribe, growing tired of being amongst others of the same species and came to be with the Star fox team, and he never looks back. He insists on doing everything himself, such as pull down a large tree branch to get fruit for his friends. Upon first meeting the outsiders, Canopy wanted to befriend everybody, but made it clear that he did not yet trust the team (but eventually does). Throughout the series, the team and everybody in it is very important to Canopy as he has learned there is strength in both numbers and friendships.
He fights using his long neck and tail.

Canopy's name comes from the tallest tree in the Amazon, Canopy.
He is the only Hightop seen in the show.
