Nine looked down upon the chaos that had torn through the USJ. The students were stronger than he imagined, but in the end they wanted to be heroes, and that made them weak. The plan was quite simple really, UA's staff consisted of some of the most versatile quirks in heroics, that meant All For One wanted them gone. All For One... the man was rather strange in Nine's opinion, not that that mattered, he was stronger than Nine, that meant Nine followed him.

His attention was snapped back to reality as a loud explosion shook the training facility, from within the blast, a student flew towards him. A single air wall was all that was required to block the boy, sending him flying back towards the entrance. This was easier than he imagined, maybe this was a waste to use so many resources.

To say that Katsuki was having a bad day was a severe understatement. The demon attack was bad enough, but now they'd teamed up with some bullshit powerful air bender. After his assault was countered, he was sent straight into the middle of the hoard. The cannon-fodder was blown away in a single swipe of his hand, as they were, he could feel his explosions get ever so slightly stronger.

No, it was the pink walking tank that charged him that was the real issue. By the time he had noticed it it was too late to move, and the dual explosion he released barely touched the creature. Katsuki braced himself, but no hit came, when he opened his eyes again, the sight that greeted him was a surprise. He had caught the creature by the horns, an action that should have torn his arms off.

Instead, orange electricity surrounded his body, increasing his strength to just barely hold off the demon. But the strength wasn't what seemed to concern the now silent demons that surrounded him, no, instead the moment they glimpsed the lightning, the monsters took a step back. "That's right bitches!" Flipping over the demon, a single blast sent the Pinky crashing into the crowd, its armoured form crushing several of its allies.

That snapped the rest out of their stupor, moving to dogpile Bakugou. They were deterred however with a shout of "Carbonite Smash", preluding the teen spinning on the spot while unleashing explosions in every direction. By the time Katsuki was finished, his wrists and shoulders ached, but at least fifty demons were splayed out around him, in various states of disassembly.

The doors of the USJ shot off their hinges, in the same instant, the nearest group of demons were reduced to a red smear. Nezu had sensors installed around the entire campus to detect an inevitable attack, one that had greatly angered the principal. Apparently, nothing made the Chimera more furious than his students being in danger.

It's a large group, but Izuku hasn't had to use much energy recently, the demons are taken off guard and they are distracted by the students. In summary, it's not even a challenge. That is, until he goes after the one floating above the rest, and realises that it's definitely not a demon. The barrier the man raises doesn't budge as Izuku's full power slams into it, before exploding and sending Izuku into the ground.

"Disappointing, I was told you'd be the strongest, but you're just like the rest of the people in this world. Weak creatures that don't know who they should be ruled by." Two dragon like creatures burst from the man's back, diving straight into the crater where Izuku lied. The Hydra were repelled as two rockets shot out of the smoke, followed swiftly by another towards Nine's air wall.

The rocket did nothing to the shield, but it was enough of a distraction for Izuku to slip round the barrier and place his shotgun against Nine's chest. The blast didn't penetrate the high tech armour, but it was enough to sent the villain flying off of his platform. Nine wasn't given the chance to recover as the Slayer launched himself forward again, easily avoiding the few laser bullets that targeted him.

A vicious crack sounded out as the arm he had used to fire was broken by his armoured opponent, sending Nine stumbling back. Izuku wound back to knock the man out, but before he could, the USJ roof shattered, his vision was overtaken by white, then an inconceivable pain shot through him.

Nine staggered as the recoil of his quirk hit him, regardless, their was no sign of movement from the smoke cloud his lightning had formed when it struck. He turned towards where he had seen the students gathering, but was unable to stop the explosion that slammed into his chest. His armour took the concussive force and the Hydra that pinned the teen was enough to prevent a follow up attack.

Coughing slightly into his hand, Nine placed his hand atop the thrashing boy's forehead, and pulled with all his might.

"What the fuck?" Katsuki questioned as he woke up. He was stood in some black void, the edges of which seemed blue, but when he looked at them it shifted to black again. The strange place gave him a headache from just standing in it.

"It's good to see you in person." He spun around to see a sickly looking white haired teen, only a few years older than himself. "I am Yoichi Shigaraki, the one who wielded One for All before Izuku." That's when Bakugou noticed what- or more accurately who- Shigaraki was standing in front off. Standing at the height of a skyscraper, was a figure composed of the same energy as the void, except for its glowing eyes and unkempt hair. "Yep, I had the same reaction. Izuku's vestige hasn't fully moved to this world yet, so this is some kind of representation of his power."

"Things aren't going to get less fucking weird, are they?"

"Nope." As Yoichi delivered his blunt answer, the void shook and at one end, a semi-circular disk appeared, leading to an identical dark red void, in which stood Nine.

"Hm... This quirk is rather strange... no... It's more than one." Behind the man floated seven figures, like the representation of Midoriya, only much smaller. One appeared to be the same as the villain, while the rest were of other people. "No matter, I'll know the true when I have those Quirks." The man held out his hand, only for nothing to happen, as he looked forward in confusion, Izuku's vestige mirrored the action.

Suddenly, gale force winds appeared on Nine's side, pushing the figures that surrounded him toward Katsuki's side. One in particular moved faster than the rest, eager to escape whatever held it within the villain. "NO!" In a blinding flash, Katsuki was back in the real world, the villain staggering away from him. The man had cancelled whatever he was trying to do, but he had done it too late.

Bakugou felt something new come to the forefront of his mind, as it did, the aches in his arms vanished, in exchange for the slightest bit of fatigue that appeared, only to vanish as One for All's energy flowed through Katsuki. The Hydra that held him was flung back from the surge of power, leaving Katsuki free to charge its master.

Despite his injuries, Nine was able to raise an air wall in time, saving him from the onslaught of explosions. What it didn't save him from however, was the punch from behind that shattered his armour. The villain was only spared from a second punch by the portal that appeared under him, just a second before Izuku's fist hit the concrete.

The Slayer's armour was smoking, and the surface of his skin was slightly red, but he was otherwise unharmed. With the villain's departure, silence fell over the USJ, only interrupted by the entry of the other staff, though they found nothing but shaken students and dead Demons.
