David's quest to adapt to his new universe took an unexpected turn as he wandered through the bustling streets of the city. Despite his attempts to blend in, his appearance and bewildered expression drew more attention than he had hoped for. It wasn't long before two pro heroes, their costumes adorned with striking emblems, approached him.

"Hey, Sir, you lost?" One of the heroes, a tall man with an imposing presence, inquired.

David stuttered, struggling to find the right words. "Uh, yeah, I... I guess you could say that."

The other hero, a woman with a stern demeanor, exchanged glances with her colleague. "What's your name, and where are you from?"

"I'm David Foster, and I'm from... well, not from around here." He couldn't bring himself to admit that he was from an entirely different universe. Who would believe that?

The heroes exchanged more concerned looks. "We've got a situation here," the man said, motioning to his partner. "You're coming with us."

Feeling a mix of anxiety and curiosity, David followed the heroes to a nearby police station. It was more high-tech and imposing than any station he had ever seen back in his world. He was ushered into a sterile room with cold metal walls and a single table. He could feel the weight of the situation pressing down on him. As David waited, he couldn't help but overhear snippets of conversations from the officers outside the room.

"Did you see his eyes? They're different."

"I ran a background check; there is no David Foster."

David's heart raced. How were they going to explain his sudden appearance and the lack of a identification. A stern-looking detective entered the room. "I'm Detective Sato, and I have some questions for you." His gaze was sharp, and David felt like he was under a microscope. David explained to the Detective that he woke up in a alleyway, leaving out the part about being from another universe. He simply described himself as a traveler who had somehow ended up here.

Detective Sato nodded but didn't seem entirely convinced. "We've had reports of unusual activity around U.A. High School recently. Any connection?"

David shook his head. "I swear, I don't know anything about that. I was just trying to figure out where I was and how to get home."

The detective leaned back in his chair, scrutinizing David. "Well, until we figure out what's going on, you'll have to stay here for your own safety and ours." With that, David found himself escorted to a small, cold cell. He couldn't help but wonder how he had gone from watching "MHA" on his couch to being detained as a potential threat in this strange new world. In the dimly lit cell, he sighed, knowing that his journey in this universe had just taken a much darker turn. He needed to find a way to gain their trust and uncover the secrets behind his arrival if he ever hoped to make it back home. Little did he know that his unique presence would soon attract the attention of U.A.'s brightest mind.

David sat on the cold metal bench in his cell, his mind racing with worry about his predicament. How had he ended up in this world? And how was he ever going to convince them that he didn't pose a threat?

The sound of footsteps echoed down the corridor, drawing David's attention. He looked up to see a peculiar figure approaching, a small creature with the appearance of a mouse. It was none other than Principal Nezu of U.A. High School, a highly intelligent and enigmatic animal who was also a hero.

Nezu's eyes were sharp and inquisitive as he studied David through the bars of the cell. "You must be the young man who appeared near our school," he said, his voice surprisingly deep and authoritative for his size.

David nodded nervously. "Yes, that's me. My name is David, and I really don't know how I ended up here. I'm not a threat, I promise."

The principal's whiskers twitched, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Your story is indeed quite extraordinary, Mr. David. But it's not often that someone with double helix DNA ends up here, especially when humans with double helix DNA dies out a hundred years ago. And near U.A. High School, of all places."

David's heart sank. He had hoped that Principal Nezu would be more understanding, but it seemed that even the intelligent mouse harbored doubts about him.

"I know this is hard to believe," David began, "but I come from a different universe, one without quirks. I was just watching your world on TV, and then suddenly, I was here."

Nezu's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "A different universe, you say? That would explain the anomalies we detected when you arrived. This is certainly a matter that requires investigation."

David felt a glimmer of hope. Maybe Nezu would help him unravel the mystery of his arrival.

The principal continued with a cackle, "While we look into your situation, you'll remain in our custody for your safety and ours. I assure you, U.A. High is dedicated to upholding justice and fairness. If your claims are true, we will do everything in our power to assist you."

David's gratitude welled up, and he nodded earnestly. "Thank you, Principal Nezu. I appreciate your understanding."

Nezu's whiskers curled into a smile. "Now, tell me more about your world. Your unique perspective could provide valuable insights into the nature of quirks and their absence."

In the days that followed, David's situation took a hopeful turn. Principal Nezu, intrigued by the mystery of his arrival, had taken custody of him. David found himself no longer confined to a cold cell but rather a comfortable room within the walls of U.A. High School, though his movements were still restricted.

One afternoon, as David pondered the implications of his extraordinary situation, the door to his room swung open, revealing the sultry and enigmatic hero, Midnight. Clad in her iconic costume, she exuded an air of both sensuality and authority.

"Hello there, darling," she purred, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of curiosity and amusement. "I'm Midnight, one of the teachers here at U.A. I'll be escorting you to a meeting with Principal Nezu."

David stood up, a tad flustered by her presence. "Nice to meet you, Ms. Kayama. Thanks for helping me with this."

Midnight winked playfully. "Wow! Nezu said you knew things, and don't mention it, dear. Escaping the clutches of Detective Sato's questioning can be a bit of a relief, I'm sure."

David chuckled nervously, realizing that Midnight's charm was as potent as her quirk.

As they walked through the sprawling halls of U.A., David couldn't help but be in awe of the impressive school. The towering statues of heroic legends, the state-of-the-art facilities, and the aura of potential heroes in training were overwhelming.

"You'll find U.A. to be quite the extraordinary place," Midnight commented, noticing David's wide-eyed wonder. "We're not just a school; we're a training ground for the next generation of heroes."

They reached Principal Nezu's office, where the eccentric mouse-like creature was busy studying various holographic displays. He greeted David with a nod and motioned for him to take a seat.

"David, we've been researching your situation extensively," Nezu began, "and we have reason to believe that you did indeed come from a different universe. The question now is whether you can ever return."

David nodded, his heart heavy with the uncertainty of it all. "I understand, but I want to try."

Nezu nodded sagely. "We'll do everything we can to assist you, but I also believe your presence here might serve a unique purpose. Your perspective as someone without a quirk could be invaluable in our world. With that in mind, would you be interested in learning more about the heroes and quirks of this universe while we investigate the portal that brought you here?"

David hesitated for a moment, contemplating the opportunity before him. It was a chance to not only unravel the mystery of his arrival but also to become part of the world he had admired from afar for so long.

"I'll help in any way I can," David said, determination in his eyes.

Principal Nezu and Midnight exchanged knowing glances, recognizing the potential in their new, unexpected ally. As David settled into life at U.A. High School, he began a unique journey of discovery, both about the quirks that defined this world and the untapped potential within himself.

*TIME SKIP*

David had embraced his role as a newcomer. He had spent weeks studying quirks, attending classes as an observer, and assisting Principal Nezu with various tasks to make himself useful. But today marked a significant turning point in his journey, as he was about to meet the rest of the teachers at U.A. High School in his official capacity as the new Student Life Counselor.

Dressed in a professional outfit that felt far removed from his jeans and t-shirt days, David stood outside the teacher's lounge, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. He had been briefed by Principal Nezu on his responsibilities, but he couldn't help but wonder how he, a quirkless individual from another universe, would be received by the heroes and educators of U.A. With a deep breath, he pushed open the door and stepped into the lounge. The room was abuzz with activity as teachers went about their business. David recognized some familiar faces from the anime series, including Aizawa, Present Mic, and Recovery Girl.

Principal Nezu was the first to notice David's arrival. He waved David over and introduced him to the assembled teachers. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet David Foster. He's our new Student Life Counselor, and he's here to provide guidance and support to our students."

David nodded and offered a friendly smile, feeling a bit self-conscious under the scrutiny of the room's occupants. "Hello, everyone. It's an honor to be a part of the U.A. team."

Aizawa, the stern and stoic teacher, raised an eyebrow. "A Student Life Counselor? What exactly does that entail?"

David cleared his throat, ready to explain his role. "Well, my job is to assist students with any personal or emotional issues they might be facing. I'm here to provide a listening ear, offer guidance, and help them navigate the challenges of hero training."

Present Mic, the energetic hero with a penchant for loudness, chimed in, "That sounds pretty cool, dude! We could use someone like you to keep our students' spirits up!"

Hound Dog barks "What am i here for!"

Recovery Girl, the kind-hearted nurse, smiled warmly. "Oh hush, you know you scare the first and second years." as she turns to David. "It's always good to have more support for our young heroes. I'm sure you'll make a positive impact, David."

As David continued to introduce himself and discuss his role, he found that the teachers were surprisingly welcoming and open-minded. They recognized the importance of emotional well-being in the lives of aspiring heroes and were eager to work together to create a supportive environment for the students.

Throughout the meeting, David was struck by the diversity of personalities and quirks among the teachers. Each one brought their unique expertise and experiences to the table, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie forming among them.

As the meeting concluded, David felt a renewed sense of purpose. He was no longer just a stranger in a strange land; he was a valued member of the U.A. High School community, entrusted with the well-being of the next generation of heroes.

With the support of his new colleagues, David was ready to face the challenges and adventures that awaited him, knowing that his journey had only just begun.
