Here is the second part of the pilot of this story.
When we last saw Kamron, he along with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda were watching Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka flying off on a Republic Shuttle.
"If we got to make a deal with Jabba the Hutt, we'd best be on out way" Obi-Wan said to the Grand Master before looking at Kamron "Let's go, Kamron"
They both begin to walk off. Obi-Wan reached his starfighter with a red astromech named R4-P17 in the droid slot.
"Begging your pardon, Master Kenobi" Kamron said "But I don't have a ship"
"Not to worry, my young Padawan" Obi-Wan replied "I'll make a request to Admiral Yularen to send one down for you"
He took out his holocommunicator and contacts Admiral Yularen to request a starfighter. A few minutes after that, a light blue Starfighter descended from the skies and onto the ground. Inside the droid socket is an astromech droid with a light blue and white colored dome and it's sensor is black. It's body is also light blue and it's legs are all white.
"Cool. My very own starfighter" Kamron said before looking at the astromech droid "And my own astromech droid"
He kneels down on at the astromech droid
"Hey little guy. What's your name?" the padawan asked
The astromech droid responds by beeping and whistling
"R3-M3, huh? That's a good name. My name is Kamron Lor. It's nice to meet you" Kamron greeted
R3-M3 beeped happily
"Something tells me, we're gonna be great friends" Kamron said
"Nice to see you two getting acquainted" Obi-Wan said "Tell me Kamron, have you ever flown before?"
"I don't mean to brag Master, but I am pretty skilled with piloting ships. I did it before on simulators and practice ships back at the Jedi Temple" Kamron replied
"I see" Obi-Wan said "As for me, I'm not very fond of flying. That is why my astromech, R4 does it for me"
R4 beeped in response
"Shall we get going?" Obi-Wan asked
"We shall" Kamron said before turning to R3-M3. "Open it up, M3"
M3 beeped in response as he opened the cockpit
Both Kamron and Obi-Wan got into their starfighters and flew out of Christophsis. While in his starfighter, Kamron began to look at the controls as he gets settled into in. M3 beeped as it asked if he's okay
"I'm doing fine, M3" Kamron replied "I'm just getting comfortable"
Then he gets a call on his comm channel from Obi-Wan
"Kamron, do you read me?" his Master asked
"Loud and clear, Master" Kamron replied
"How are you doing in your ship?" Kenobi asked
"I'm still trying to get use to the controls" Kamron replied "Other than that, I'm doing okay"
"That's good" Obi-Wan said "Let's set course for Tatooine"
"Right" Kamron replied "Let's go"
They reached some hyperspace rings. After attaching to it, they went into hyperspace to get to their destination
On Tatooine in Jabba's Palace, the big green Hutt was watching a female Twi'lek dancing with TC-70 at his side. Then, a Weequay came over to the protocol and whisphered something to her. She then begins to relay the message to Jabba
"Jabba, the bounty hunters you sent out to find your son have returned" the protocol droid informed him
Jabba spoke in Huttese as he ordered the bounty hunters to be brought in. Two more Weequays came in with a stretchers, on it were four decapacitated heads of the bounty hunters. Everyone in the room gasped in surprised
Seeing this, Jabba yelled out in frustration and said something in Huttese to TC-70
"Contact the Supreme Chancellor immediately" the female protocol droid ordered
At the Senate Building on Coruscant, Chancellor Palpatine was joined by two more senators as Jabba and TC-70 contacted them on the holoprojector.
"The all powerful Jabba demands to know why the Jedi are not looking for his son" TC-70 informed
"Mighty Jabba, rest assured, the Jedi are on their way" Palpatine said
Jabba spoke something in Huttese
"There better be if you want the Republic to have safe passage through Jabba's territory" TC-70 translated
Having gotten out of hyperspace, Obi-Wan and Kamron then reached Tatooine
"Tatooine, dead ahead" Kamron said
M3 beeped in agreement
"Once we land, we will head straight to Jabba's Palace" Obi-Wan said
"Are you sure we can trust Jabba?" Kamron asked "I heard that Hutts control the criminal underworld"
"We can't let the Hutts side with the Separatists. That's why we have to negotiate with Jabba while Anakin and Ahsoka find his son" Obi-Wan explained
R4 beeps in worry.
"I have to agree with R4" Kamron said "What if it doesn't work?"
"Don't worry, I'm sure Jabba's in a good mood" Obi-Wan replied
They detached from the Hyperspace rings and flew right into the planet. Flying down, the Jedi Master and Padawan landed their starfighters near Jabba's palace.
"This is it right?" Kamron asked "Jabba's palace?"
"It sure is" Obi-Wan replied "Once we're inside, stay close to me and let me do the talking."
"Got it, Master" Kamron said as they got out their starfighter. They then put on some brown robes. One of them was given to Kamron by Obi-Wan. The palace then opens to reveal TC-70 and some of Jabba's men coming out.
"We should not keep the wise and powerful Jabba waiting" the protocol droid said
'Wise? Yeah right' thought Kamron unamused
"We wouldn't dream of it" Obi-Wan said as he and Kamron followed them inside the palace
The two astromech droids watched as the palace doors closes. Then they find themselves surrounded by some small creatures called Jawas. Two of them climbed on the starfighters and got very close to them. R4 responded by shocking one with her electric prod while M3 used his Fusion welder to zap the other Jawa off the ship. This scared the Jawas off making both astromech droids chuckle.
Meanwhile inside Jabba's palace, Obi-Wan was beginning his negotiation with Jabba while Kamron stood behind him
"Mighty Jabba, one of our most powerful Jedi is on his way to rescue your son" Obi-Wan said "We will not let you down"
Jabba spoke to him in Huttese
"The most gracious Jabba has one more small condition." TC-70 translated "He demands you bring back the slime who kidnapped his little punky muffin"
"Punky?" Obi-Wan asked
Hearing this, Kamron put his hand over his mouth to keep himself from laughing
Jabba then added something else in Huttese
"Dead or alive" TC-70 translated
"Oh boy" Kamron muttered quietly
Jabba then continued on in Huttese
"If you do not succeed, Count Dooku and his droid army will" TC-70 translated
Obi-Wan and Kamron then left Jabba's Palace. Obi-Wan then took out his holocommunicator and contacted Anakin
"Okay Anakin, here's the story" he explained "Jabba has given us only one planetary rotation to get his son back home to Tatooine safe and sound"
"Won't take us that long, Master" Anakin replied
"We'll take extreme care" Obi-Wan advised "We have no idea who's holding Jabba's son. When I've finished negotiations with him, me and Kamron will join you "
He then ended the transmission
"Do you think Anakin and Ahsoka will we be able to do that?" Kamron asked "Finding Jabba's son in one planetary rotation is somewhat impossible"
"Anything can be possible, Kamron" Obi-Wan said "Why I'm sure that Anakin and his Padawan will succeed in their mission"
Kamron smiled at this. After the negotiations were over, they both then head back to their Starfighters. R3-M3 beeped something in a questionable way
"Yes, I suppose our time with Jabba went well" Kamron replied
"Indeed" Obi-Wan added "Let's head back to the fleet"
Kamron got into his starfighter while Obi-Wan got in his. R4 then beeps at her Jedi partner
"I know, R4. I want to get out of here too" Obi-Wan replied
"Let's go" Kamron said through his comm channel
They started their starfighters and they both flew out of Tatooine. Unbeknownst to them, someone was watching them in a brown cloak. He appears to be a man with white hair and a beard. This is Count Dooku, a former Jedi who left the Order years ago and became a Sith apprentice to the mysterious Sith Lord Darth Sidious. Dooku then went inside Jabba's palace much to the Hutt's surprise
"O great Jabba the Hutt, I have news of your son" Dooku claimed as he took off the hood of his robe "I have discovered it is the Jedi who have kidnapped him"
Everybody in the palace gaspe in shock
Jabba spoke questionably at the Sith questioningly
"How have you come by this information?" TC-70 translated
"I have my ways" Dooku responded "More importantly, mighty Jabba, I bring a warning. The Jedi are planning to destroy you"
Shocked Jabba then yelled in Huttese in a demanding way
"The most wise Jabba demands proof" the protocol droid translated
"And he shall have it" Dooku said
Obi-Wan and Kamron are flying through space. They then reached a Venator-class Star Destroyer called the Resolute. Flying inside, Obi-Wan and Kamron landed inside the hangar where Commander Cody and the other clone troopers were waiting for them.
"Commander, tell Admiral Yularen to get underway" Obi-Wan ordered "We need to reinforce Anakin"
"Right away, sir" Cody replied
"Let's go, Kamron" Obi-Wan as he gets out of his starfighter and walks off
"Coming, Master" Kamron said as he got out of his starfighter.
Just as the Padawan was about to follow, R3-M3 comes out of the starfighter and rolls after
"M3, what are you doing?" Kamron asked
The astromech beeped out his response
"You want to come with me?" Kamron asked
M3 beeped and whistled his response
"Hmmm" Kamron thought "Alright. But please try not to get into trouble. Okay?"
R3-M3 beeped saying that he got it. Kamron then walks off with R3 following behind.
Meanwhile on planet Teth, Anakin and Ahsoka had discovered Jabba's infant son in a monastery. While making their way out, they discovered that the baby hutt was coming down with a fever. Unbeknownst to them, an RA-7 protocol droid named 4-A7 was recording them putting the baby hutt in a backpack from inside the monastery. Behind him is a white-skinned woman wearing a cloak. This is Asajj Ventress, Count Dooku's Sith assassin. She takes out a holocommunicator and contacts Count Dooku
"My lord, I have the recording you requested" she reported
"Transmit it at once" Count Dooku ordered "Your new objective is to recover the Hutt"
"And deliver him to Jabba unharmed?" Ventress asked
"Precisely. Do not fail me" Dooku said
Back at Jabba's palace on Tatooine, Dooku was showing Jabba the recording of Ahsoka and Anakin placing Jabba's son in the backpack. Seeing this, caused Jabba to roar in rage. Dooku stopped the recording and puts his holocommunicator away
"As you can see, it is the Jedi who have your son and are plotting against you" the Sith lord informed
"Jedi Poodoo!" Jabba roared
"My droid army has already initiated a rescue" Dooku said "Rest assured, Mighty Jabba, your son will be saved"
Jabba then asked Dooku what he wants in his language
"Mighty Jabba wishes to know what you ask in return" TC-70 translated
"Perhaps you would consider joining our struggle against the Republic" Dooku suggested
On the Resolute, Obi-Wan had contacted Anakin and Ahsoka on the holochannel. Kamron and R3-M3 were next to him
"Anakin, did you locate Jabba's son?" Obi-Wan asked
"We have him, but it looks like the Separatists are behind the abduction" Anakin reported "This smells like Count Dooku to me"
"I think it's little stinky you smell" Ahsoka said as she was holding the huttlet
"Is that the baby hutt you were sent to find?" Kamron asked
"He sure is" Ahsoka said "Isn't he cute?"
Kamron nods his head while M3 chuckled a bit
"I'll bet Dooku is using us to get Jabba to join the Separatists" Obi-Wan guessed
"Master Kenobi, we have another problem" Ahsoka informed "This Huttlet is very sick"
"How sick is he?" Kamron asked
"Right now it's just a fever" Ahsoka said
"I'm not sure we can get him back to Tatooine alive, Master" Anakin said "The whole rescue may backfire on us. I still don't think dealing with the Hutts is a good idea"
"Anakin, you know they control shipping routes in the Outer Rim" Obi-Wan said "Jabba's cooperation is crucial to the war effort. If you let anything happen to his son, our chances of a treaty with him will disappear"
Ahsoka then look up
"Master, we got trouble! she warned
"Defensive positions!" Captain Rex's voice yelled
"What's going on?" Kamron asked
"Separatist ships are coming in, Kamron" Ahsoka said "We won't be able to last that long with them around"
"Anakin?" Obi-Wan asked
"We'll have to call you back, Master" Anakin said "We're under attack. We could use a little help here if you have the time"
"Me and my Padawan will get there as soon as we can" Obi-Wan said "Protect the Hutt, Anakin"
Obi-Wan then ended the transmission
"This is not good" Kamron said
His astromech droid beeps in worry
"Indeed" Obi-Wan said "Kamron, you and your astromech get to your ship. We must prepare for battle once we get to Teth"
"Yes, Master" Kamron said before looking at R3-M3 "Come on, M3"
M3 beeped as he and Kamron ran off to their starfighter
