Chapter 81: Performing Imp and Goetia Princess Discussion
A week has passed…
At the Goetia Mansion, Blitz and Mimmy are getting ready to go to the St. An's Hospital to pick Stolas since today all his injuries are healed and is able to leave the hospital. Of course, Barbie, Octavia, Drew and Berry will be coming for support and to watch over the royal until he gets home. Meanwhile, Sarge and everyone else is at the I.M.P Office doing their work killing targets and such.
"You ready to go, Blitz?" Barbie asks.
"I'm ready," Blitz says.
Then turns to Mimmy, "You ready, Mimms?"
"Yes, daddy," Mimmy says with a big smile on her face.
Blitz turns to Octavia, "You ready, Via?"
"I'm ready," Octavia says.
"We're ready when you all," Barbie says.
Drew grabs the grimoire and says, "Alright, we're all ready to go pick Stolas up from the hospital."
He then opens the grimoire and casts the spell to open the portal to the St. An's Hospital, more like in the halls.
"Next stop, St. An's Hospital," Drew says.
"Alright, let's go get the Bird Prince and get him home," Barbie says and walks through the portal.
"Oh Barbie," Blitz says and walks through the portal with Mimmy.
Drew, Berry, and Octavia follow from close behind. Everyone in the group is in the halls of the St. An's Hospital. Blitz walks towards Stolas' hospital room and knocks on the door.
"Come in," Stolas' voice speaks up.
Blitz opens the door and everyone enters the room to see the Goetia Prince back on his feet, and his arm and leg are fully healed, and is now standing on his two feet.
"Hey dad, you feel a lot better today?" Octavia asks..
"I am. I'm finally glad to have the casts off after having to wear them for a few weeks," Stolas says.
"That's good to hear. I'm glad to see you feel a lot better now," Blitz says.
"I'm very glad to feel a lot better, and finally able to get back home after all this," Stolas says.
"Great. Come one, let's get you back home," Octavia says.
"And I'm sure all your plants miss you as well," Blitz says.
Stolas giggles to hear the comments.
He then notices Barbie, "Hello, who might you be?"
"Oh right. Stolas, this is my sister, Barbie Wire. The one Fizzarolli told me about," Blitz says, "Barbie, this is Stolas, my boyfriend."
"Hey Stolas, it's cool to meet you," Barbie says with a grin on his face.
"It's a pleasure to meet you too Barbie. I'm very glad you and Blitz were finally able to find each other," Stolas says.
"Yeah. I'm really glad too. Although, kind of wish our first meeting could have been better," Barbie says.
"What do you mean?" Stolas asks, confused.
Blitz sheepishly smiles and says, "It's kind of a long story, but at the end Barbie and I found each other and Barbie started working for I.M.P now."
"That's nice to her, especially since you and Blitz get to spend time with one another," Stolas says.
"That's true, and I get to meet all his friends, his kid, and you, his boyfriend, and your kid. However, the only downside is that I'll have to see Randall's face each and every day," Barbie says.
"Beg pardon?" Stolas says, confused.
"It's nothing, just Randall being a big pain in the ass," Barbie says, rolling her eyes with an annoyed expression on her face.
"Oh I see," Stolas says.
A little time later, after talking to the doctor and being given some medicine for any pain killers for a short while, everyone takes Stolas back home from the portal. Stolas is relieved to be back home.
"Glad to finally be back at home, huh," Blitz says,
"Yes. I am, but I'm also glad to be with you again, being stuck in the hospital is rather lonely," Stolas says.
Blitz snickers, "Stolas, I saw you with Octavia and Mimmy two days ago."
"It's still rather long for me," Stolas says, dramatically.
"You sap," Blitz says.
Stolas laughs and pulls Blitz in his arms. And then the two begin to kiss each other on the lips.
"Dad! Gross…" Octavia says, embarrassed as she covers Mimmy's eyes and turns her head away.
The little Hell kitten giggles to see it before Octavia covers her eyes.
Drew, Berry, and Barbie laugh with grins on their faces.
"Come on Stolas, you just got out of the hospital," Berry says.
"Get a room, you two!" Barbie says and tries her hardest not to laugh.
Then the two lovers stop kissing and nuzzle their forehead against their own with smiles on their faces.
Mimmy giggles, "Daddy and Stolas are being lovey dovey again."
Octavia sighs, "They sure are."
"Come on, let's go inside. It's been quite a long day," Drew says.
And with that, everyone walks inside so they can get some rest.
Sometime later, in the living room, Octavia and Mimmy are watching television. Mimmy is holding her Fizzarolli doll as she makes him dance like the character in the cartoon. Octavia can't help but giggle to see how happy Mimmy is.
"Hey," Barbie speaks up.
Octavia turns to see Barbie walking to them from the hall.
"Hey Barbie, right?" Octavia replies.
"Yep," Barbie says, "Mind if I hang out for a bit?"
"Sure," Octavia says.
Barbie then sits next to the girls. However, Barbie rubs her arm with one hand and then takes out her phone to look at stuff from the internet.
"You okay, Barbie?" Octavia asks.
"I'm fine. I'm just, still trying to take things in, after everything happened last week," Barbie says.
"Is it about your brother?" Octavia asks, confused.
"Well yeah," Barbie says, "I mean, I've got to see my brother after all these years, but I also found out that he's been living a completely different life than what I did. It almost makes me jealous, but I can understand our living situation is different. I was raised in Hell with my birth dad while Blitz was raised on Earth with a completely different family, without knowing his birth family or species, or even knowing about him being a demon from Hell after all these years. And even when he did, he was able to take things in, despite how hard it was for him. He works in a company full of assassins, he has a daughter, he's dating a prince," And sounds kind of overwhelmed and frustrated.
He then takes a deep breath and says, "It felt like I've missed everything in Blitz's life, because I wasn't with him, neither was my dad."
"I'm guessing you feel a bit weird that you started becoming a part of his life after all these years, huh?" Octavia questions.
Barbie nods her head.
"Yeah. I actually know how that felt," Octavia says.
"Why do you say that?" Barbie asks.
"Well, I do have to admit, it was kind of, well, uneasy to get used to when your dad started dating someone even though he's already married," Octavia says.
"Oh yeah. Blitz and the others did explain to me about how complicated their relationship is," Barbie says.
Then begins to get angry, "Especially hearing how much of a bitch your mother is. They even mention how Stella threatened Blitz, and how she has a problem with Stolas, even though she and Stolas had no love, whatsoever."
"Yeah. The others weren't too happy about it, especially since Blitz didn't want to tell them about it at first because he didn't want any of us to worry." Barbie says.
Octaiva rolls her eyes, "Yeah. That sounds like something Blitz would do. I usually don't want any of us to worry about things like this."
"I see," Barbie says. She then sighs and says, "Still, I just feel so out of place. I haven't been with my brother for thirty years. Even after I've found him and decide to be with him, I still feel a bit out of place. When I learned about all his adventures and the trouble he's been in, I felt like I missed everything. I want to get to know my brother and be a part of his life, but I'm not sure how to do so."
"I see," Octavia says.
Then says, "Still, I kind of understand what you mean, especially when the stuff changes unexpectedly and I'm not sure what to do about it."
"What do you mean?" Barbie asks.
"Well to be honest, my parents didn't have the best relationship. They constantly fight, and it's tiring. Of course, my dad and I get along, but I don't really talk to mom or even spend time with her much at all," Octavia explains, "Even after all these years, things continue to be the same. Of course, when Sarge and Loona came along, things did well, and I like being with Loona. She's kind of like an older sister to me. And then, Blitz came along…"
"Yeah. The guys told me about Randall's little antics is the reason why Blitz and your dad got together," Barbie says.
Octavia chuckles, "Yeah. Of course, the only reason why my mom found out is because Randall decided to open his big mouth and mention that Blitz and Stolas kissed."
Barbie groans in annoyance, "That stupid lizard."
"I know. When my mom found out, she assumed that my dad and Blitz had sex with each other, but they didn't. Even I can confirm that Blitz doesn't seem like the person to have sex with someone out of the blue," Octavia says.
"Yeah. Blitz is just too sweet," Barbie says.
Then asks, "So how do you feel that your dad is dating my brother? Or even about him getting along with my brother?"
"I have to admit, I feel weird about it. I mean, it's crazy enough that my dad cheated on mom, and the one who cheated is an Imp. I think that just made my mom even more mad and got kind of out of control. At the time, they leave on weekends, and I stay with my mom during the time. Well, except when I made plans with my dad and Loona," Octavia says.
"And…?" Barbie questions.
"And over time, I've noticed how happy my dad is with Blitz around. He seems much happier, and feels more at ease. Everytime I see Blitz, I feel a bit weird about it, but Blitz is always nice to meet. I even got to meet Mimmy when she's a kitten and always wanted to play with me. However, my mom was never happy to see how much my dad likes Blitz, and how friendly the two are together. I suspect the reason why she hurt Blitz and Mimmy, and even resort to threatening Blitz is because she wants to scare him away, or even make him leave my dad," Octavia says.
Barbie grits her teeth and clenches her fist, "That bitch…!"
"Don't worry, it wasn't enough to scare him away. And after the incident with those demon hunters, my dad and Blitz went on a getaway in the Sloth Ring, and a lot has happened. The two talked and they ended up going out. Still, I think the vacation helped the two end up getting closer. And after the incident at Ozzie's, the two ended up getting even closer. Of course, my dad actually put his foot down and told mom to get out and decided to divorce her," Octavia explains.
Barbie says, "Yeah. Blitz and the others explain it as well. In fact, they even told me that my brother also told Stella off after what happened at Ozzie's" And begins laughing. "That night was crazy. First, my brother hit my best friend, Fizzarolli on the head with the guitar, and told Ozzie and Verosika off. Then he told off Stella. I have to admit, I'm impressed. It's not everyday someone tells off to a Sin of all demons."
"I suppose. After all that and hear what my dad and Blitz said, I can see that the two really loved each other. So I'm happy for them," Octavia says with a smile.
But soon begins to feel uneasy, "But still, I'm just not sure…"
"Not sure if you're fully ready to accept their relationship," Barbie suspects.
"Yeah. I mean, I like Blitz, but it kind of feels strange about the relationship, especially how my dad cheated on my mom," Octavia says.
"I get what you mean, but you know, your dad feels more happy with Blitz, right?" Barbie replies.
"That's true," Octavia says.
"And from what I've been told, your dad and mom had an arranged marriage, and the two never had any affection towards each other. Getting at each other's throats, your mom making your dad miserable, and a lot of negativity," Barbie says.
"Yeah. You and everyone else tell me about that fact," Octavia says.
"Exactly. Listen kid, I know it feels weird about your dad having an affair, but your dad is happy with my brother. It's obvious just by looking at it. I mean, it's a matter of time before your dad will ditch that bitch of a mother, but he's able to gain someone who makes him happy instead. And as your daughter, I think it should matter. In fact, I'm just happy my brother was able to find someone who understands him and make him happy," Barbie explains.
Octavia smiles and says, "Yeah. I think you're right. I'm actually glad my dad was happy with Blitz, even though things have gotten crazy after that. But Blitz is very nice to me, and I remember that he invited me to his family trip, when I was upset."
"See, another good point of my brother," Barbie says.
Octavia laughs, "Yeah."
"Daddy is great," Mimmy says.
"He sure is," Octavia says.
Then Barbie says, "Still, I think the best way for you to feel more comfortable around him is to spend some time with him. Which is what I plan on doing."
"I guess you're right," Octavia says.
Then smiles, "I do wish you luck on getting to know your brother."
"Right back atcha," Barbie says.
Just then, Stolas and Blitz walk into the living room.
"Hey guys, we're going to go out for dinner tonight," Blitz says.
"Sounds good," Mimmy says.
"Yes. I really need to get out after being stuck in the hospital," Stolas says.
"Sure dad," Octavia says.
Then Blitz turns to Barbie, "You wanna come, Barbs?"
Barbie smiles and says, "Sure. I would like that. As long as everyone else does."
And with that, everyone else in the mood nod in agreement.
"Great. Let's get going. I had a long week after what happened at the camp," Barbie says.
"Alright then, let's get going. Stolas already made the reservation for tonight," Blitz says.
"Sounds good to me," Barbie says.
And with that the group leave the live show and get ready to go out tonight and spend quality time together.
