Greetings ladies and gentlemen, I am Edition!
For this week only, I will be posting information here on PHO free of charge! Once I have proven my status as the world's premier parahuman precognitive press provider, I will be offering select daily news to anyone interested in becoming a paid subscriber of my services!
Subscriptions can be bought for Global, Protectorate Regional, or, if you are fortunate enough to be in my part of the country, Local News.
Now, with that said, let's get to what will be in the News tomorrow!
WORLD NEWS:
Africa
Moord Nag will make an aggressive move south towards her border with South Africa. This will result in a few rushed air units being deployed and some napalm dropped in the disputed Riemvasmaak Community Conservancy. If you are in the area, brace yourself for some fire and a lot of noise.
The Ash Beast will be changing directions at 21:34 GMT, adjusting his path Southeast away from Chad and taking him toward the contested regions of Warlords Inferus and Noxious.
Asia
The Yanban's indoctrination of number thirty-six continues apace. Number 36 is a foreign cape with the power to cause himself or any person or object he sees to be reverted to their state and location as of a few seconds earlier.
Australia
Negotiations continue between the Kingsman and the Australian government regarding tinker-based dimensional breaching technologies. If an agreement is reached, the technology will be developed in Canberra as a joint venture.
Europe
The Meisters' will announce the successful capture of several Gesellschaft capes involved in a human trafficking ring based out of Vienna.
Sleeper will briefly move for a few minutes shortly after Midnight local time. No other action by the S-Class cape will be taken. The public is reminded that occasional movements are common, but, if you live within 100 miles of the Sleeper, please remain vigilant.
South America
Los Narcos drug cartel cape Trituradora will carry out the successful assassination of Columbian Reformist Party Senator Roberto Manuel today at 3:24 EST. Following the assassination, Trituradora will engage in a running battle with local capes throughout downtown Bogata, resulting in 23 additional deaths.
PROTECTORATE REGIONAL NEWS:
Boston - Wandering mercenary group The Travelers have agreed to enter third-party negotiations with Accord and an as-yet-unnamed out of town Villian. The nature of these discussions has yet to be reported.
Chicago - Myrrdin will hold a press conference at noon to discuss the state of the Chicago Protectorate after its recent successful raids on local villains.
[Location Censored] - Crane the Harmonious successful defeated a leadership challenge by recently incarcerated Villainess Poison Petal for control of Cellblock 11. Crane has agreed to meet with neighboring Cellblock 10 leader, Glastig Uaine, to offer tribute for the disturbances felt by the Faire Queen during the fight.
Montreal - Heartbreaker has recently added popular New York singer Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a Lady Gaga, to his harem. Ms. Germanotta makes the third touring pop-singer to have been abducted by Heartbreaker during his time in Montreal.
New York - Legend will be engaging members of the Teeth at 99th and Amsterdam at 10:12 am in order to disrupt an attempted bank robbery. Spree of the Teeth will be captured; however, Vex and other unpowered members will evade Protectorate reinforcements due to the arrival of The Butcher.
Portland - An investigation into Protectorate West-North-Central leader Steelsmith over his fight with the Villain RearGuard has been announced by the PRT. Steelsmith engaged the Villain as she was attempting to rob a regional commuter train as it approached Union Station early this morning. 31 people were injured and 10 killed when the fight caused the last two train cars to derail as they approached the station.
San Francisco - Entourage has successfully recruited a new Shaker into the local branch of The Elite. The as-of-yet unnamed Shaker has the ability to channel kinetic energy into the ground, generating various seismic effects.
Vancouver - Dragon has faced a setback in her attempt to create an anti-Endbringer ordinance. Early this morning her custom-designed Tungsten composite - to be used as ammunition for the weapon - failed to adequately hold shape in an early-stage stress test. Follow-up tests are scheduled for later this week.

Wow! I can confirm that this is legit guys. I went to a starbucks near 99th and Amsterdam and, sure enough, at 10:08 am there is a big commotion at the bank on the corner. Then, at exactly 10:12 am, Legend shows up and straight up drops Spree.
Vex and some unpowered members try to fight back, but they're basically gona be boxed in by the PRT when The Butcher shows up and everyone pulls back!

I don't know what I am more surprised by, an absurdly powerful Pre-Cog or that someone willingly went to where they believed a cape fight between Legend and the fucking Butcher might happen.

This is big guys. Parahumans are usually limited in terms of their pre-cognition, and this sort of detail is nearly unprecedented. I got called back into work since Edition is based in Brockton Bay, and people are already talking about them being a Thinker 9/10.

I can confirm that both the PRT and Protectorate are willing to work with you, but you need to come in as soon as possible. Rumor has it that the Kingsman have already put in a complaint to the PRT about you interfering in a confidential negotiation between two foreign governments.
