(At the Mushroom Kingdom at Princess Peach's castle, the friends hang out while playing Mario Kart: Super Circuit together on the Game Boy Advance while Mario sit in the back, mourning while looking at a picture of Charles Martinet following his retirement earlier this year)

Mario: *sad* Mama mia. I wonder who will be my new voice, knowing that Charles-san is not going to play me, my brothers, or my arch-nemesises anymore. *hear some sound* Hmm?

Luigi: Oh yeah! I'm Luigi number one!

Yoshi: Yoshi!

Birdo: Get the Green Shell!

Boshi: Red Shell for the win!

Toad: You guys rock.

Toadette: Whoa ho ho!

Toadsworth: Come on Toad, beat those racers so you can win first place.

Toad: I'm trying! This game is harder than I thought.

Wario: I thought Mario Kart DS was harder. *laugh*

Waluigi: Too easy bro.

Luigi: *call out his brother* Hey Mario. Why aren't you joining the fun?

Mario: It been a long day. I am depressed right now following Charles Martinet's retirement.

Luigi: What's wrong? I know he moved on to a better role. There's no need to be sad like this. All you gotta do is let it go.

Mario: The world is never the same without him playing us.

Peach: I know it's sad when he has to moved on to different things.

Daisy: It's like he can't be the voice of Mario forever. He has the right to retire any time when he feels like, in fact he retires just now.

Rosalina: You win some, you lose some.

Luma: He he.

Bowser: You're going to enjoy Mario's new voice when Super Mario Bros. Wonder comes out.

Kamek: Nothing can be timeless forever when one person take the role, another person fill in the spot.

Bowser Jr.: I know you got good memories with Charles Martinet.

Mario: I used to have lunch with him. At Comic-Con in San Diego and at Supercon in Florida.

Donkey Kong: Why not eat a banana to cheer up?

Diddy Kong: Peanuts?

Dixie Kong: Chocolate chips with cookies?

Cranky Kong: Play the original Donkey Kong if you like.

Foreman Spike: Join the Wrecking Crew, if you feel like.

Mario: I don't find anything fun right now. I'm not in the mood to fill in for my cup of tea. *see a warp pipe show up* Huh?

Luigi: Oh my. No guest knocking at the front door this time.

Yoshi: *see Charles Martinet on the warp pipe* The what?

Charles: Hello. It's a me, Charles Martinet and I'm number one! Wahoo!

Mario: *shocked* No way!

Luigi: Is that?

Peach: Charles Martinet?!

Charles: It's a me, Charles Martinet. I came all the way from Earth to see you all in another world at the Mushroom Kingdom. Who is the biggest fan of me who wanted to see him?

Wario: *point at Mario* That would be him.

Waluigi: Yeah. He's begging to see you.

Mario: Charles! *hug Charles* Ho ho ho, it's you to see you! You came to see me! How are you doing-a today?

Charles: Pretty good Mario-san. I played you in the games. I heard a lot of things about you and all of social media have been talking about you about my departure from the roles I played in for Nintendo.

Mario: Charles Martinet, I'm very sad that you won't be playing me or my friends anymore in future Mario games. Why did you leave the roles for these games?

Charles: Good question. Listen my friend, I can't be playing the same roles forever and ever. I know I loved these characters. But I wanted to do something else. Me and Nintendo made the decision to put me in the role of a Mario Ambassador for now on and how many fans praised me for years, knowing that I will be retiring from these roles.

Mario: I heard. I'm really gonna miss you playing me and my brother in Mario games.

Luigi: Is it because why Mario's voice sound different in Super Mario Bros. Wonder?

Yoshi: Or why Wario won't be voiced by Charles Martinet in WarioWare: Move It!?

Wario: Hey, I should have said that!

Charles: Friends of the Mushroom Kingdom, I got an important announcement to make. I have put in a new role for Nintendo as a Mario Ambassador. The announcement update has been released and you all have to watch it for a special announcement. Real quick!

Toad: We heard.

Peach: We better get seated cause, something big is about to happen in the world of Mario.

Bowser: Tell us about it.

Charles: Just wait. *turn on the TV*

Mario: Ooh.

(Everyone watch the video of Charles Martinet making an announcement of his role as a Mario Ambassador with Shigeru Miyamoto in the video as well)

Charles: *on TV* Hello everybody, it's-a me, Charles! Woo hoo! You know, today is a very big day for Nintendo, the Mushroom Kingdom, and for me! Now, you may know me for voicing characters from Nintendo's games like Super Mario! Luigi! Wario! And Waluigi! And today, I'm happy to share with all of you that I'm stepping into a brand-new role as the Mario Ambassador. Woo hoo! Traveling around the world, sharing the joy of the Mario family, and being able to continue meeting with all of you wonderful fans who I cherish absolutely the most, is a great, great honor. I'm very much looking forward to seeing all of you at events around the world in the years to come. Let's-a go...over to Mr. Miyamoto!

Miyamoto: *speak in Japanese* Hi Charles! Hi everyone! It has been quite a long time since I first met you, Charles-san, and since then we have enjoyed a long journey together through many games and projects involving Mario and his friends. The very first tme you voiced Mario in a Super Mario game was Super Mario 64 back in 1996! Whenever we'd meet, you would always call me "Papa!" and I also remember filming PR videos together. You have traveled the world visiting events, joyfully performing the voice of Mario for fans and putting smiles on people's faces. You always place a priority on spreading joy, and I am sure that YOU will be a great Mario Ambassador. For all of you watching, please know that in this role Charles will continue to travel around the world and meet fans, performing the familiar voices at events, signing autographs and enjoying interacting with you all. Starting with Super Mario Bros. Wonder, which will be released in October, the voices of some Mario characters have become new, so please check them out. Charles-san, your dedicated effort, your talent, and your height which I remember from where you almost hit your head at the entrance of a restaurant at Kyoto, all leave an impression on me. I am deeply grateful for your thoughtfulness when bringing our characters to life with your voice. I look forward to seeing you enjoy the moments with Nintendo fans at events all around the world. And for all of you Mario fans, we ask you all to honor Charles-san together with us, and please look forward to seeing him in his new role. Charles-san, thank you very much. Thank you very much, Charles!

Charles: Thank you so much, Papa! For many years, it's been a privilege to be able to bring your amazingly wonderful characters to life. I'm completely honored and joyed. Thank you. My favorite thing in the world is to meet Mario fans, fellow Mario fans like me, because I'm just so grateful for your joy and happiness and enthusiasm. I think all that we're here to do, or all that I'm here to do, is to touch your hearts, to make you smile and to make you laugh, and bring a little bit of that magic of happiness. And it's been such an honor, and such a joy, for so many years, that I look forward to continuing to bring that joy and help us all remember our innocence, and our happiness, and our joy, through great games. And to all Mario fans around the world, I look forward to meeting you all at some future events! Okie-dokie, let's-a go! Wahoo! *wave*
