A/N: And here's another story based on a prompt from KagamiPINKAgreste. PINK, I gotta be honest, I found the prompt a bit hard to understand, so I hope I did it justice!

It was a sunny, mostly cloudless day in Paris, and Adrien Agreste headed to the rooftop of Françoise Dupont High School, drained and in desperate need of air. For him, it should've been a routine getaway. However, any pretense of routine was thrown out the window when he got up there and saw none other than Kagami Tsurugi, crying her eyes out. At first, he wondered why she was crying, but as his thoughts drifted to Ladybug, it hit him: he'd been so obsessed with Ladybug that he'd missed all the signals that this bob-cut blunette was giving him. He frowned, and not only did he hang his head, but he felt as though he'd blown the one chance he had at true happiness, wasting it on some fruitless obsession that was never meant to be. Feeling worse than if he hadn't gone up here in the first place, he slunk back over to the door leading to the stairs.

Just as Adrien was about to reach for the doorknob, however, he lifted his head back up, gritted his teeth and clenched his fist. Even if he had blown it with Kagami once, he decided that maybe she still wanted him and that he could give her a true chance to be happy. With this renewed determination, he headed over to Kagami, and in doing so, not only did he notice her red saber at her feet, but a drawing pad and pencil. Curious, he picked up the drawing pad and flipped through it, only to discover a drawing of Cat Noir, which told him all he needed to about his chances. Just then, Kagami looked at Adrien, which made him want to freeze up, but at the same time, he was still determined to have her, so he answered her the best way he could:

"Hey Kagami."

"Adrien, why are you here?"

"I…"

"You've made it plainly obvious that you want Ladybug, so why bother with me?"

Adrien shook his head. "Kagami, it's not like that!"

"I'm a weakling, letting my unworthy emotions consume me. Mother is right; friendship and love are wasteful things! You didn't care enough, and though sweet Cat Noir worships Ladybug, I'm not meant for loving affection."

"But…"

Feeling that words were failing him, Adrien took drastic action: he cupped Kagami's cheeks in his hands and kissed her forehead, causing her to gasp. Before Adrien could take any further action, Plagg intervened:

"Kid Cat, Little Red is your camembert! Taste the loveliness!"

Kagami stared at Plagg, unsure of what to think. Then, she refocused her gaze on Adrien, who was smiling. She formed a weak one on her face as Adrien pulled her in and kissed her on the lips, upon which she wrapped her arms around him. Finally, after spending much time fretting over how the blond cat boy didn't seem to reciprocate her interest, it felt indescribably liberating for her knowing that yes, he did in fact love her after all. All she wanted to do in this moment was surrender to his touch, to give him her everything. Ladybug, her mother…none of them mattered right now. As long as she had her kitty, everything would be fine.

Things were indeed fine for Adrien, who couldn't believe his incredible luck. Having fretted and fretted over whether this ace up his sleeve would translate into a full house, he was grateful that it had translated instead into a royal flush. In this moment, he felt like the king of the world, and there was nobody he would rather have had as his queen than Kagami. Even if she wasn't extremely well-stacked, she was more than good enough for him. Besides, chest size could only take a woman so far, and in his opinion, she was super-attractive even without them. Even so, she was still quite soft and cuddly, and he enjoyed having her in his arms more than anything else in the world. She eventually broke away from him, but not without a smile on her face.

"Kagami, I'm sorry I cast you aside in favor of Ladybug. Can you forgive me?"

"Oh Adrien, I forgive you!"

Kagami gave Adrien a hug, which he gladly returned. Both parties were eagerly looking forward to whatever else lay in their future. Eventually, they both let go.

"Kagami, this was fun, but we do have fencing class in a bit."

"I'm right there with you, Adrien."

Kagami scooped up her drawing pad and pencil before following Adrien downstairs. Today may have been one of the best days of their lives, but the best was yet to come.
