Later that evening, Helga had gone over to Arnold's house after school.
"Can't believe it's already all over the news," said Arnold as they watched Rhonda's dad being arrested at their house.
"I kind of feel bad about this," said Helga.
"Really?" asked Arnold.
"My parents weren't ever good to me, but Rhonda's loved her and now she's losing her dad and everything she's ever had," said Helga.
"Okay, that may be true," said Arnold.
"But her dad didn't care about his employees and their families who could be doing even worse to their kids because of all of the stress caused from not being able to pay bills and everything else they needed those jobs for," he said.
"You have a point, but I still don't like it," said Helga.
"And that just proves you're a better person," said Arnold before changing the channel and pulling her into a hug.
