The cool night air ripped throughout the land Of Ooo. Huntress Wizard was jumping from tree limb to tree limb heading home for the night under the light of the full moon.. She had been up late visiting Finn and Bronwyn at their camp site. She remained silent as she moved as to note disturb any creatures in her path. After all who knows what could be lurking around at this hour. After a good thirty minutes of traversing the forest she ran into a small goblin village in a clearing. The full moon lit her way as she walking into the village square.

"A bit odd there's no one still out on a nice night like this." Huntress Wizard though.

She walked up to the village well, cupped her hands and got a cold drink of water. Huntress Wizard noticed a nearby bench. She jumped right over and took a seat. She began staring up into the nights sky in deep reflection. Her life had changed a lot in the last six years since getting together with Finn.

"I wonder what everyone in wizard city is doing tonight?" She thought.

Her thought was interrupted by the sound of music in the distance. It sounded like a lute to her. It was a strangely haunting melody that seemed familiar yet strange at the same time.

"What a beautiful song. Wonder who's playing it?" She thought as she looked over towards the sound to see if she could see where it was coming from. She could not.

Before long several doors slammed open startling Huntress Wizard. She instinctively ducked behind the bench for cover. Several goblins came out of their houses almost in unison. They where all slowly walking towards the sound of the music. The normally docile and peaceful goblins all had weapons in their hands. Some where holding small black daggers, others had axes and some even had bows and arrows.

"Kinda creepy." Huntress Wizard thought.

Huntress Wizard decided to follow them to see what was up. She trailed the twenty or so goblins at a safe distance so they wouldn't notice her. They climbed up to the top of a nearby mountain. As they got closer to the top the music became louder and louder. Huntress Wizard peered around from behind a giant boulder to see if he could see what was going on. There was a strange hooded figure leaning up against a giant oak tree growing out of the cliff. He was the one playing the lute. All of the dazed goblins began surrounding the man in a C shape. Huntress Wizard stood up from behind the boulder.

"What's going on here?!" she yelled. "Why are all of you acting so strange?" Without saying a word the hooded figure put down his loot and with the flick of the wrist drew his magic wand. The man cast a fireball and shot it right at Huntress Wizard. Quick on her feet Huntress Wizard jumped off the boulder and onto the giant oak tree. She drew her dagger out of its holster, put the handle up to her mouth and bit down so she could climb more agilely.

"I Know you're up there. Come out and fight.!" The man yelled.

Huntress Wizard jumped out of the trees foliage like a leopard attacking its prey. She grabbed the dagger out of her mouth and thrust it towards the hooded man. He cast a teleportation spell in the nick of time and teleported behind the big oak tree.

"I'm not afraid of some wiener who used wand magic." Huntress Wizard taunted.

Meanwhile while Huntress Wizard and the Hooded man were fighting the goblins slowly started to regain their senses.

"Uh oh. I gotta end this soon." The hooded man thought. He teleported behind Huntress Wizard and quickly fired a small fireball towards her. Huntress Wizard wasn't able to fully dodge the blast. It grazed her antlers lighting them on fire. Huntress began frantically rummaging through her bag looking for something. She pulled out a spray bottle full of water and began putting out the fire. While she was distracted the hooded figure ran over towards the goblins. They had regained full control over themselves.

"Huh, where are we?" One of them asked. "Why do we all have weapons?" Another asked. "And who are those two?" A third asked pointing at the man running towards them and Huntress Wizard. "LETS GET OUT OF HERE!" An old Goblin man shouted in a panic.

"Oh no you don't!" Yelled back the hooded man wand already raised. "You're not getting away. TELEPORTATION SPELL GO."

The group of Goblins disappeared into a cloud of smoke. While the hooded man was distracted with the goblins Huntress Wizard, who had just regained her composure after being lit on fire, drew her bow and fired an arrow right at the man grazing his head. The arrow cut through the fabric of his cloak and ripped it right off pining it to the nearby ground. For the first time Huntress Wizard had a good look at his face. He was a rabbit man with snow white fur. The blood started dripping from his head wound. The rabbit man immediately put pressure on the wound to try and stop the bleeding. He turned to Huntress Wizard and glared at her.

"Stay out of this." The man said in an angry voice. He pulled out his wand and teleported away.

Huntress Wizard immediately took a look around the area to make sure the coast was clear. Once she made sure everything was safe Huntress Wizard began searching around for clues as to what is going on. She walked over to where the mans cape was still lodged in the ground. Huntress Wizard bent over picked up the cloak retrieving her arrow in the process. The cloaks hood was soaked in blood. Right beside the blood stain were the letter X and the number 45.

"Hmmm, some sort of clue maybe?" Huntress Wizard though. "What was with that guy? I don't think I've seen anyone who looked like him before. I wonder wear he's from."

After making sure the coast was clear Huntress Wizard decided to go checkout the goblin village to see if she could find anymore clues there. It just didn't feel right to abandon the goblins to their fates, she had to find out what was going on and help. Huntress Wizard carefully and quietly climbed back down the mountain and returned to the village. House after house she searched and found nothing out of the ordinary aside from the missing goblins.

"What could that Rabbit Wizard have wanted with the whole village?" Huntress Wizard though. "Maybe Finn and Bronwyn could think of something."

Huntress Wizard paced the empty village streets while kicking a small stone mulling over the best course of action.

"I shouldn't waste anymore time I should go see Finn tonight." Huntress Wizard decided.

Guided by the moonlight Huntress Wizard made her way back to Finn and Bronwyn's campsite. By this point it was well past midnight and most of Ooo was asleep. The only thing she encountered on the way back was a few owls and . By the time she made it back to her boyfriends campsite he and Bronwyn where fast asleep. Huntress Wizard managed to make it all the way to Finns tent without waking either of them. She quietly opened it and began poking Finn awake. Finn was sound asleep so this wasn't and easy task however after a bit of extra effort he was awoken.

"HW? What are you doing back here? Is everything ok." Finn asked Huntress Wizard whilst rubbing his eyes still in a daze.

Before Huntress Wizard could answer the flap of Finns tent ripped open. On the other side was Bronwyn grasping a magical tome looking as if she was ready to cast a spell.

"Auntie HW..." Bronwyn stuttered. "I thought you went home. I was about ready to fry you."

"I did, but I ran into some... issues." Huntress Wizard explained as they all exited Finns tent

"Dang. Sounds serious." Finn said stroking his beard. "Why kidnap a whole village?"

"we need to help them. Right Auntie HW?" Bronwyn said.

"Right, we can't just leave those Goblins to their fate." Huntress Wizard replied.

"Seems like we don't have much to go on. You have any ideas?" Finn asked Huntress Wizard.

"We should go ask around Wizard City. This guy would have stood out if he was hanging around there." Huntress Wizard reasoned.

"I've been meaning to go to Wizard city anyways. I need to stock up on potion ingredients." Bronwyn added.

"Glad to see you're keeping up with your magical studies kid. You make me proud." Huntress Wizard gave her niece a playful punch on the arm. Bronwyn blushed.

"We should probably wait until tomorrow morning though, who knows what kind of sketchy Wizards are lurking around Wizard city at this hour." Huntress Wizard said. Finn and Bronwyn agreed.

"We better get some rest if we're gonna be kicking some wizard butt tomorrow." Finn said. "You can spend the night here if you'd like"

Huntress Wizard agreed. Finn and her heading into his tent.

"You two don't do anything I wouldn't do." Bronwyn joked.

"Oh grow up." Finn joked back as he zipped the flap closed.

Huntress Wizard rested her head on Finns arm. As much as she tried she had a hard time getting to sleep as apposed to Finn who fell back asleep almost instantly. This wasn't unusual though. She had always had a hard time sleeping, especially when she had stuff on her mind. She just couldn't get the days events out of her mind. After a bit of tossing and turning she decided to wake Finn back up. She really needed someone to talk to right now. Finn slowly opened his eyes.

"Is everything alright?" Finn asked. "You nervous about going back to Wizard city tomorrow?"

"yeah a little." Huntress Wizard admitted. "It's been years since I left that life behind. I've been in the forest now for so long going back now seems... scary."

"That's all in the past and besides I'll be with you to back you up." Finn replied.

"Thanks babe." Huntress Wizard gave Finn a kiss. "I can always count on you to make me feel better."

Huntress Wizard finally fell asleep. Finn fell back asleep shortly after making sure Huntress Wizard was asleep. The next morning the sun had starting shining through a tiny hole in the top of the tent right into Huntress Wizards eyes waking her up. She rolled over and noticed Finn was already up and gone. Huntress Wizard poked her head out of the tents door flap. The morning sky was a beautiful mix of red and white. She looked over and saw that both Finn and Bronwyn where already awake and had a campfire going. Finn was making breakfast while Bronwyn was adding another log to the fire.

"Morning Auntie. Finns making breakfast sausages." Bronwyn informed her.

Huntress Wizard took a seat near the campfire. Finn handed her a plate.

"So whats the plan when we get to Wizard City?" Asked Bronwyn before talking a bite of sausage.

"We should ask around the shops and bars. See if anyone has noticed anything weird." Huntress Wizard replied.

"We should stop by the magic school and ask peppermint Butler too. He may have heard some rumors around the school." Finn added.

"You two do know we may be opening up a huge can of worms by looking into this. Are you sure you two wanna get involved?" Asked Huntress Wizard.

"Of course. You said it yourself. Those Goblin villagers need help and I'll help anyone in need." Finn replied. Bronwyn nodded in agreement since she was too busy eating to speak her approval out loud.

"This it's settled. We head out in fifteen minutes." Huntress Wizard said.

"Wizard City here we come." Bronwyn sounded excited.

Finn put out the campfire while Bronwyn and Huntress Wizard finished eating. Bronwyn packed her magic spell book into her backpack in case they ran into trouble. Finn packed his finest sword. One with a fine oak root handle and silver blade that Huntress Wizard had made for him. Huntress Wizard was already packed as she was not one to be caught unprepared. With their gear ready and a rough plan drafted the trio began their trek to Wizard City.
