Well, in order to keep my status as The Cape Geek to beat ALL Cape Geeks, I decided to get out in front of the most recent bit of news to hit the Bay.
The latest cape to enter the powderkeg that is Brockton Bay is a Rogue Thinker named Edition. If you have somehow missed Edition's debut thread, click HERE and check it out.
Edition claims to offer her "subscribers" a precognitive news service delivering the news of tomorrow, today. If anyone knows what Edition is charging for rates, please PM me.
Edit 1: 1/11/2011 - Edition's powers have been confirmed after correctly predicting two major events on the same day, on the opposite sides of the country.
Edit 2: 1/11/2011 - AllSeeingEye claims that Edition will not post until she gets a secure laptop, but this is unverified thus far.
Edit 3: 1/13/2011- My sources inside the PRT ENE have classified her as a Thinker 9, though they are quick to say this could go up. Re: Let's not piss off the precog!
Edit 4: 1/14/2011- Toybox has stated that Edition is currently being set up with a custom Laptop and will have a private web-portal, accessible via PHO to post directly to her subscribers. Special thanks to Dodge and Dragon for confirmation.
Edit 5: 1/15/2011 - No one has come forward as of yet to reveal what Edition's subscription costs are, but it might be a case of "if you have to ask, you cannot afford it."

@Char, it has been tentatively confirmed. Edition correctly predicted a fight between Legend and the Teeth in New York, and my sources say the PRT is taking her comments about a Villain attack in Portland very seriously.

My contacts at the PRT have finally gotten back to me.
Edition has been tentatively rated as a Thinker 9. Also, a few people have mentioned that they are worried about his relative silence since his first thread. the PRT is concerned he might have been grabbed by the gangs.

Hey everyone, my apologies for not replying to this thread.
I can confirm that Edition is fine and that I spoke to her earlier this morning. Everyone at Toybox has been busy the last few days working really hard to ensure Edition's requests for a secure computer system that allows her to promptly communicate with her subscribers is completed.
As Edition's powerset allows her to observe causality changes, we have decided that the best method for her to reach out to her subscribers is through an interactive web-based media platform.
After negotiating with Dragon and the Moderators here on PHO, Toybox is working to create a restricted access section, accessible via PHO. This will allow @Edition to post directly to her subscribers, who will have access to the various information boards, pursuant to their subscriptions. Toybox will act as secure third-party brokers to ensure privacy and security on these boards.
While Edition is the only person who will be permitted to post for free on the boards, all subscribers will be granted 3 free comment posts for every month of their subscription. These posts will allow subscribers to request follow up information from Edition should continuity change over the course of the day. Subscribers will have the option to obtain additional posting rights in this section, but fees will apply.

I can confirm that I have reached an arrangement with @ToyboxOfficial and @Edition to create a separate secure access point here on PHO. Toybox will have exclusive access to the backend of this system.

Of course, if both the E88 and the Protectorate know, then wouldn't both make changes? In which case, does Hookwolf bother to show? Wow, this is super game theoryish.

@Acree, and thus the genius of @Edition's business model comes into effect. Her power lets her see changes to temporal continuity. That's why she has an interactive message board! Each subscriber gets three follow-ups a month, but each followup could change the future, which would then require another subscriber to post to gain access to that information (provide Toybox has a brain and black boxes Edition's replies from other subscribers.).
