Today, I am officially announcing the opening of my Subscription Services.
All inquiries should be sent via private message to my newly created EditionSubscriberRequest username. Any service request sent to my Edition account will not receive a response. With that said, I want to lay out a few requirements that will help speed up subscriber processing.
In your PM, you must include the following:
1. Type of account requested - Cape, Individual, or Corporate.
2. Name - Cape, Individual, or Corporation.
3. Type of Subscription - Global, Protectorate Regional, or Local (Brockton Bay). Global News will be the individually cheapest service, while Local News and Protectorate Regional will be similarly priced. Bundles are available upon request.
4. Length of Subscription - Weekly, Month, or Yearly. All subscriptions can be renewed upon expiration.
5. Payment. All monetary payments will be handled through secure third-party accounting services provided by the Numberman. Any alternative arrangement will be managed on a case-by-case basis.

Welcome to all my subscribers!
If you are here, that means you are one of the privileged few who have been selected to receive the news of tomorrow, today.
The following rules and guidelines are for the Subscriber Access Board ("SAB") and are not subject to PHO's regular terms of service.
The rules here are non-negotiable and any bans or account suspensions will result in a forfeiture of payment. There are no appeals for bans, but warnings will be provided prior to any ban being given out, with a few exceptions.
1. Regarding the SAB.
As you will see, the SAB is comprised of five major sections 1. Announcements. 2. FAQ. 3. Global News. 4. Protectorate Regional News. 5. Brockton Bay News.
All Subscribers will be permitted to view the Announcements and FAQ threads, but they will not see the threads for any news service they are not subscribed.
Additionally, the only people cleared to post in the Announcements or FAQ Threads are myself or @ToyboxIT.
If you have any questions or customer concerns, please refer them to @ToyboxIT.
2. Regarding Posting.
There are two types of postings on the SAB (Free and Paid). Free posts can be made by any subscriber and follow the general conversation guidelines and discussion flow as found on PHO. Unlike PHO, I do not have the time nor the inclination to monitor my subscriber's behavior or etiquette. However, any significant thread derails will result in warnings and potential bans. Feel free to speak your mind, but keep it on topic.
Each Subscriber will receive 3 paid posts for every month of subscription in each News Service Category (weekly subscribers do not have access to paid posts). Paid Posts are anonymous and seen only by @ToyboxIT. So, let me be clear, I DO NOT KNOW who is using their paid post.
All responses made by me to paid posts are hidden from the rest of the board. However, should the future change due to my response to an anonymous post, I will place an alert on the board telling the rest of the SAB that a user has made circumstances change, but not what the new circumstances are. If you want to know, use a paid post.
While the future will almost certainly change based on my subscribers' knowledge of it, I feel it is my duty to alert the SAB that a fellow user has directly changed fate from a follow-up question. I will not reveal what the question was or my response to it.
3. Regarding The Unwritten Rules.
I adhere to the rules regarding cape identities and not going after cape families. Any attempt at requesting information from me that I feel is intended to expose a cape's civilian identity or harms members of their family will result in an immediate lifetime ban, regardless of who you are.
Edit: Capes whose civilian identities are already exposed are not covered by the ban.
Edit2: Panacea exception. Any question that I feel is intended to harm or kill noncombatant Panacea is equally a bannable offense.
4. Regarding Payment
All monetary payments must be arranged between the subscriber in question and the Numberman. Failure to pay the full amount by the start of your renewal period will result in your access being revoked.
All non-monetary payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Any discussion about your payment on the SAB or PHO will result in an immediate subscription suspension.
I will also save you the conspiracy theories, yes, I charge people different amounts. Get over it.
5. Regarding Corporate Accounts
Corporate Accounts are significantly more expensive than Cape or Individual accounts. If you are a Hero, Villian, or Rogue and you desire anonymity on the board, corporate accounts are not for you. They are intended to allow multiple individuals access to the service, and they are exponentially more expensive than individual or cape accounts.
Only Corporate Accounts will be permitted to share account login information, but even they will have a limited number of users. Long-Established Seasoned Public Corporations or cape teams will receive beneficial pricing over newly established enterprises. Single Member LLCs are permitted; however, LLCs or Partnerships based in States or Countries that do not disclose individual ownership will not be allowed.
6. Regarding Information Control
You are free to do with the information as you see fit; however, sharing SAB information publically will result in a ban. If you attempt to monetize the information to my personal or financial detriment, you will be banned for life.
7. Regarding your privacy.
I don't inquire into the lives of my Subscribers. If a subscriber is mentioned in my daily news blasts, c'est la vie. I do not control the news, I just make it available.
8. Regarding My Personal Space.
I see the future. If you try to find me. If you try to harm me or mine. If you try to undermine me. If you try to frame me. If you try to inconvenience me and I am having a particularly bad day.
I will kill you.
