In order to respond to the growing demand for corporate accounts, we have restricted all non-cape corporate accounts to 1-month memberships with rolling renewal terms. If you are one of the corporate accounts that bought the annual or six-month subscriptions, we will honor the terms until your renewal period.
We have also made the decision to cap the total number of allowable non-cape corporate membership to no more than 20. This change will not impact governments. If a corporate subscription is not renewed successfully, the spot will become open to the public and announced on PHO's announcement board.

Brockton Bay News Update:
Armsmaster will have a breakthrough when analyzing a small sample of Newter's hallucinogenic organic material, leading him to the concept of developing a high-end tranquilizer derived from the mercenary cape's ability.
The independent villain Barrow has changed direction and intends to make his way towards the Bay. His estimated time of arrival is sometime in late June.
Edition's notes: I recommend fire. Lots of fire.
Director Emily Piggot will be leading a teleconference call with other regional PRT leaders and Chief Director Rebecca Costa-Brown this afternoon. The topic of the call will be how to effectively leverage the information provided by Edition's news service as well as several options to counter villainous groups gaining limited insight into PRT and Protectorate operations.
Kaiser will be holding a meeting of empire capes and key unpowered lieutenants to discuss recent operational setbacks in the bay and ways to counter their loss of territory to Coil and the Merchants. Other key discussion topics include methods of extorting Purity to gain access to SAB, and how to counter the increasingly effective PRT and Protectorate.
Independent Hero Purity will fight the Merchant cape Mush near the docks shortly after 8:45pm local time. Mush and four unpowered Merchants will be quickly defeated, rendered unconscious, and bound by Purity, who will then contact PRT ENE for pickup.
PRT ENE will refuse pickup of the villain Mush near the docks until they have independent confirmation that the Independent Hero Purity has left the area, resulting in Mush and four unpowered thugs escaping capture.
Oni-Lee will be conducting an attack run on suspected Empire 88 business fronts west of downtown off Freemont Street and Glazer Avenue this morning at 10:35 am, beginning at Hallelujah Coffee and Books. Several suspected unpowered empire gang members will be killed before Viktor and Stormtiger will arrive and drive off Lee.
Parahuman mercenary group The Travelers have entered into direct negotiations with Coil to serve as additional forces and relocate to the Bay, but logistical concerns and their remaining duties in Boston have thus far hampered discussions.
The Undersider's Bitch will be scouting out several underground dog fighting pits near the train-yards with the intent of breaking them up with force at a later date.

Vista will self-apply sutures to her arm and side after taking injuries following a confrontation with Hookwolf on a late night patrol just off the Boardwalk. She will keep the extent of her injuries to herself in order to prevent PRT ENE from benching her from patrols.
Uber and Leet will be enacting a scene from Grand Theft Auto on the boardwalk and into parts of the docks this afternoon. The pair will steal a car, engage the local police in a high-speed car chase, and, after successfully evading local law enforcement, invite several prostitutes into the vehicles where they will proceed to beat them and steal their money. Fan response to the video will be overwhelmingly negative due to perceived excessive force against the prostitutes.

@Miss_Militia, I believe we can work something out should Barrow prove to be particularly difficult in countering. For the time being, my time is limited, and I trust that the Protectorate can make suitable plans over the next six months to counter a single, slow moving, parahuman.

@Mouse_Protector, it's actually not that creepy. Newter's blood could carry extremely valuable pieces of information for adapting his natural hallucinogenic capability into a different biological effect like a tranquilizer. Probably a lot more valuable than his sweat to be honest.
