Chapter 5: An Orcs Honor
(Santevara)
Morning peaked over Santevara, the members of the guild were searching for missions for the most lethal monsters, but also monsters that would be easy for beginning adventurers. Meanwhile in Godzilla's room, Vannea was sleeping comfortably as she was still in Godzilla's bed. She was even snuggling up close to him as she had her body pressed against his masculine body, she moaned softly with a warm smile on her face. She eventually began to stir, opening her eyes as she looked around the room. "Morning already…?" She groaned as she buried her face in Godzilla's chest believing it to be a pillow. "Just a few more minutes…" She said, wishing to sleep in.
"Excuse me…" Said a strong voice as Vannea's eyes snapped open as she immediately noticed the torso in front of her as her face turned red, she slowly looked up as she saw Godzilla's face that was looking at her with a stern look. "Think you can get up now?" He asked her.
Vannea immediately screamed from seeing how close she was to him, she quickly jumped out of bed and kneeled on the floor. "Oh goddess, what have I done?! I forgot I was in Godzilla's bed, and I might have even done the unthinkable! MY REPUTATION AS A COMPOSED WOMEN IS OVER!" She cried out.
"Will you relax…?" Godzilla asked her as he got up out of bed wearing nothing but underwear. "Nothing happened between us, you passed out from overheating." He assured her as she let out a gasp and looked at him. "I thought perhaps you were sick, but then again, given your reaction just now. I say you're feeling fine now." He told her.
"So… nothing happened…?" She asked as she let out a sigh of relief. "Thank the goddess…" She said as she fixed her hair a bit and cleared her throat. "Okay, I'm calm, now… let's get ourselves ready to meet with the queen. But first the smith shop, check on Ferick and Phoebus on their progress with my sword." She told him.
"Of course, and get out of here before any more hijinx ensues." Godzilla told her as she nodded her head and went for the door.
"Goji~! Are you awake?" Asked Mia as he was approaching.
Both he and Vannea panicked when they heard her outside. "Okay, that is just shit timing." He commented as he tried to keep cool. "Y-Yes, Mia, I am just getting dressed, so please don't come in!" He advised her.
"Good cover." Vannea whispered.
"Do you need help with your armor? I can help you with it if you like." Mia asked as her voice sounded quite seductive.
Godzilla knew exactly what she was thinking. "N-No thank you, I can handle it on my own." He assured her.
"Oh come on." She started opening the door. "There's no harm in-" Before she could open the door further, Godzilla quickly rushed to the door and forced it close. But the door pushed her so hard, she yelped as she landed against the wall. Hearing it, Godzilla opened the door and peeked through the door with Vannea as they saw Mia knocked onto the floor. Her eyes spinning out of control as she groaned from it, experiencing quite a lot of pain. "I-I see your point now… sorry Goji…" She told him.
"I as well… forgive me. Just, go about your day." He told her and closed the door and sighed. "I will never get used to this world." He said to himself.
"I know it can be a little crazy, but I promise, it will get better." Vannea said to him as her face was still slightly flushed.
"Thanks for the reassurance, but I don't belong in this world." Godzilla told her as he leaned against the door rubbing his head. "Though, the beds are quite comfortable, and the baths are soothing." He admitted.
Vannea looked at him and began to smile as she approached him, Godzilla noticed it and felt her pressing her breasts against his chest as his face turned red from the feeling of it. "And me snuggling up to you? Do you prefer me being an indecent woman?" She asked him.
He panicked upon hearing the question, as he felt her pressing her breasts harder against him to tease him. "I-I am pretty sure I prefer you to be composed, I am not one to pressure you into something you don't want." He told her.
But this made Vannea giggle as she placed her hands on each side of his face. "Are you certain that's what you want?" She asked him.
Godzilla could feel his instincts taking hold as his face turned red as a cherry, but he closed his eyes and used his tail to coil around her and open the door. He pulled her away from her and gently put her outside his room and closed it. "I'm sorry, but I'm not ready for that! So please, go to your room and change!" He yelled from behind the door.
Vannea saw it and giggled from how embarrassed he was from it, she smiled warmly as she walked away from his door. "Even for a god, he's actually quite cute when he's flustered." She admitted as she went to her bedroom.
(Blacksmith Shop)
Hours later at the Blacksmith Shop, groaning could be heard as both Alexis and Elena were trying to get over a hangover from last night's events. "Ohhh, ugh… oh goddess, that is the last time I'm going to drink that much wine." Said Elena as she was trying to get over her hangover.
"I agree… way too much mead than what I'm used to." Alexis agreed with her and looked towards Kong, who looked perfectly fine. "How are you not having a hangover?" She asked him.
"Simple, as a titan, I have a stronger stomach." He told them as he tried to hide the fact he had a hangover earlier.
Alexis was far from convinced as she sighed and leaned back on a bench. "Sure you do… hopefully Kala will be alright after last night." She commented.
It was at that moment they heard Kala groaning as she approached them, rubbing her head from the hangover she experienced. "Hardly… it's the first time anyone has ever drunk me under the table." She said as she turned to Kong. "You got lucky, you know that right?" She asked him.
He chuckled as he put his arms behind his head. "If you ever want to challenge me again, you're welcome to try." He offered.
She smirked as she placed a hand on her hip. "You're on… but next time, we're going for the strongest drinks I can afford." She told him.
"Deal." Kong replied to her as the two shook each other's hands.
At that moment, Anguirus approached them after he left the palace. "Is Godzilla inside the shop?" He asked them.
"Yeah, he and Vannea are waiting for the finished product of her fathers sword." Elena informed him as she looked into the window of the shop. "Those two have gotten pretty close since their trip to Azure Mountain." She mentioned as she looked at them.
Alexis looked inside, seeing them chatting while Ferick and Phoebus were working on the sword. "You don't think that maybe she'll…?" She wondered.
"If she does, I'll be happy for her. But…" Elena was fuming with jealousy as she gripped her skirt. "It should have been my first time!" She mumbled as quietly as she could.
Alexis patted her shoulder to keep her calm. "Easy Elena, I get it… if anything? I plan to steal his first time before any of you." She told her.
Elena's eyes widened as she shot a glare. "You wouldn't." She said to her.
"Try me." Alexis replied with a smirk.
Meanwhile inside the Blacksmith Shop, Ferick was sharpening the newly reforged blade for Vannea as she watched his craft. He finished sharpening it to perfection and examined it, he turned towards a practice dummy and swung the blade, slashing it as sand spilled out of it. He smirked at the promising results as he pulled out the guard, handle and pommel for the blade and put it all together for the final finish. Godzilla watched as the blade was fully assembled for Vannea to use, Phoebus took the blade and approached her with it. "What was once broken, has been remade." He said as Vannea approached him, reaching forward as she took her sword.
She examined it as it was now flawless in its design, she smiled as she sheathed the blade in its scabbard on her side. "Thank you, both of you. I promise that I will treat your hard work with respect." She told them as she bowed respectfully.
"And you better, otherwise we're gonna charge you next time this blade gets broken." Ferick warned her as he looked towards Godzilla. "As for you scaly, let me have a gander at your blade." He told him as Godzilla was uncomfortable with it, but he reached behind him and pulled it out from behind him and set it across the table. Ferick put on his examination goggles and approached the blade, he looked it over thoroughly as he saw the base of it beginning to glow. "Very interesting, it's definitely something we've never encountered before. Where'd you get it from?" He asked him.
"When I took this form, it appeared with me as a result." Godzilla explained. "The same could be said for Kong's axe, which was made by another of my kind." He explained.
Ferick let out an exhale as he touched the blade. "That's rough." He commented as he stroked the blade's side. "Would you mind if I took a piece of this blade to experiment with? I promise it will be put to good use." He told him.
Godzilla thought about it and looked at the spikes on his tail, knowing they're made of the same material. He grabbed the largest spike and broke it off of his tail, groaning from it as a spike grew in its place and handed the spike he broke off to Ferick. "This should be enough." He told him.
Ferick took the piece and examined it. "Yep, this'll definitely do. Phoebus, let's get to work." He told him as he looked towards Godzilla and the others. "As for the rest of ya, fuck off and let us work, okay?" He told them as he walked to the forge to start working. "And when you come back big man, I'm gonna have something special made for ya!" He called out to him as he stuck the spike in the fire.
Godzilla let out a snort when he heard it and walked out of the forge with Vannea, once they exited the smith shop, Vannea pulled her sword back out to admire their work as she smiled. "I will take better care of this blade the next time I see my sister." She said as she sheathed it.
"Remember what happened last time, you need to be more careful." Godzilla told her.
She nodded in response and looked towards Anguirus. "How's Mimir with the Queen?" She asked him.
"She was happy to see him… buuuuut, you might want to come to the palace to find out what happened afterwards." Anguirus told them as Godzilla and Vannea looked at each other, feeling worried about what they were about to witness.
(Royal Palace)
An hour later, they reached the palace and opened the doors, only to hear screaming as Elise was fuming at Mimir. "Five years you've been giving him information Mimir, FIVE YEARS! It's no wonder he's been able to conquer the other kingdoms!" She yelled at him.
"You think I did it willingly? I was bound to a tree for five years, and he tortured the information out of me! I tried my hardest to withhold that information, but he was too good with his methods!" He argued.
"Mimir, you should have been smart enough to know how to hold your tongue." She told him.
"You weren't there when it happened, Elise, the way he tortured me was unthinkable!" He told her as the two continued to argue in front of their guests.
"Has Queen Elise always been so harsh towards him?" Godzilla asked.
"Lets just say Mimir was Elise's advisor before the war, he respected her and Lord Leon before his death. So it's understandable she would be upset that he unwillingly helped Ghidorah with his war efforts." Elena answered as she grimaced.
Elise exhaled as she rubbed her forehead. "As happy as I am to see you, Mimir, I just wish you didnt turn into a pawn for Ghidorah." She told him.
"As do I milady, but sometimes fate works in unpredictable ways. My time in that accursed tree gave me time to reflect, I don't know if I can ever forgive myself at this point. Knowing the role I played in this world's destruction." He said to her, feeling regret.
"Your world isn't going to end." Godzilla told him as he approached with the others behind him. "Not if we have anything to say about it." He stated with a strong and determined expression.
Mimir let out a sigh when he saw him and smiled. "I appreciate it brother, after all, you did get rid of that bat creature. What was his name? Camazol?" He butchered his name.
Kong was surprised but he knew who he was referring to. "Camazotz?" He asked him.
"Yes, that one!" Mimir replied but quickly realized who he was talking to. "Are you…?" He wanted to ask the complete question, but he saw Kong approach him as he towered over him.
"I am… and I encountered Camazotz on my island when Ghidorah first unleashed the storms upon the world." He told him as he turned towards Godzilla. "Why didn't you tell us that you fought him?" He asked him.
"Well let me see, we were about to. But then we found that you were drunk off your ass last night." Godzilla informed him.
"Your girlfriends talked me into it." Kong argued.
"First off, not my girlfriends." Godzilla pointed out.
"Not yet." Alexis murmured.
"Second, if you did have a strong stomach, you wouldn't have vomited when we got in front of the guild hall last night." Godzilla reminded him.
"HA! I knew it!" Elena shouted.
"Anyways!" Mimir interrupted them as he cleared his throat. "We are glad you could join us, in fact there is something important we must talk about in regards to Camazotz." He told them.
"I was mauling that over in my mind as well, if Camazotz is here in this world, then it could mean one thing. Every titan we ever faced in the past is here, and alive in this world." Godzilla theorized as he looked towards Kong and Anguirus. "Both enemies, and possibly allies." He suggested.
"If they are in this world, they likely joined Ghidorah's warpath." Kong theorized.
"Which is why we may need titan allies of our own." Anguirus suggested.
"You will also need allies who are not of titan blood." Vannea approached them. "Those who know this world more than you do." She told them.
"She has a point, in fact the titans from your world could be of the land, sea, or sky. They could be anywhere." Mimir pointed out as he looked towards Elise. "Some of them may even be unpredictable." He mentioned.
"Indeed, we don't know who will be loyal to who in this war." Elise said as she looked towards Godzilla. "Are there any titans that may be loyal to you?" She asked him.
"There are some that are considered benevolent, while others are considered malevolent." Godzilla said as he looked towards Elena. "Are you capable of astral magic?" He asked her.
"I'm surprised you know of it, but yes. Any particular subject?" She asked.
"Memories, if that is possible?" Godzilla asked.
Elena smirked as she whipped out her wand and focused. "From soul to mind, only memories we shall find. Reveal thy past, and let this spell be cast." She rhymed as she cast the spell on Godzilla, as his memories appeared around him as the titans he knew in the past revealed themselves.
He looked among them, seeing familiar ones around him. "These are the Titans who devoted themselves to protecting the balance." He gestured to a large mammoth looking one. "This one is Behemoth, he is a peaceful land titan that replenished forests in the rainforests of my world. He even had competition, Amhuluk, a species of living plant-life. He would have taken Behemoth's territory, if I hadn't arrived to stop him." He explained.
Elena examined him and walked around his form, seeing how peaceful he looked. "He looks so peaceful, how could such a powerful titan be so dangerous, yet so cuddly?" She asked.
"When it came to Ghidorah, he did what he was told." Godzilla explained and looked towards Methuselah. "Methuselah, a powerful mountain of a titan, he is considered peaceful, and prefers solitude. But when Ghidorah took over, he became a weapon." He told them.
Vannea approached the astral image of Methuselah and examined him. "Menacing, yes, peaceful? I think that is a bit of a long shot, but his eyes…. He looks almost like he's blind." She pointed out.
"Most titans rely on their senses to see, it's what makes us unique in our own ways." Kong informed her as he crossed his arms.
"He's right." Godzilla said and looked towards a pterosaur looking titan. "Rodan, a Fire Demon, later turned into a Fire Guardian. He used to serve Ghidorah, but was treated like trash. He is bio-volcanic, which makes him unique." He told them.
Alexis checked him and smirked as she held a hand to her hip. "Looks like an oversized chicken to me." She commented.
"There is more to that oversized chicken than you think Alexis, trust me. Just as you value your honor as an Amazon, he values his pride as King of the Skies." Godzilla told her as he turned to a titan with tentacles and insect limbs. "Scylla, the guardian of the seas, she even guarded Atlantis from outside forces." He informed them.
Elise was intrigued as she looked at her. "Very fascinating." She commented.
Elena noticed another titan that had four arms, a large crown shape on its head as it was massive. "What titan is this one?" She asked.
Godzilla looked towards it and narrowed his eyes. "Enemy of my species, but turned ally. Presumably." He retorted as he looked at the titan. "Queen Muto, she and her species were the cause of my species extinction, leaving only me to be the last." He added. "She may be an invaluable ally, but if she is here, so will her predecessors." He showed them Hokmuto and Femuto as well as Muto Prime.
Alexis examined Muto Prime, feeling something that immediately spoke fear. "Something about the big one here definitely screams evil." She pointed out as she examined the beast.
"That is the titan that killed my father, Dagon." Godzilla told her as he looked away, remembering his battle with the titan as he lost his old dorsal plates in the process. "I will never forget the pain he inflicted on me during my fight with him." He told them, rubbing his own shoulder.
Alexis saw it as she felt sorry for the humanized titan, she walked towards him and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, gaining his attention as he looked at her. "We all bear scars from battles we wish to forget, but they will always be there to remind us why we live. Not only why we live, but why we fight." She told him as a small but warm smile appeared on her face.
Godzilla began to see the nobility of the Amazons through Alexis, he smiled a bit as he placed a hand to her wrist. "Wisest words I have heard all day." He told her as he looked at the image of a new titan. "Na Kika, an octopus titan that I encountered… more than once. She was being trapped by titan hunters that wanted to catch her, maybe even sell her on the black market. Till I interfered and taught them a lesson they'll never forget." He told them.
Elise looked at her, seeing just how colorful she was. "She's beautiful." She complimented her appearance.
"As are many other titans like her, but deadly in others." Godzilla explained as an image of a serpent-like titan appeared. "Tiamat… she is the living definition of 'sharp as a blade'. She has a venom that can blind her opponents, and keep them from seeing her next attack. I would have been her next meal, but luckily I was able to see her aura." He told them.
"So many dangerous and unique titans…" Vannea said as she examined each of them, even seeing Mecha-Godzilla from when she saw it in Godzilla's memories. "There's a machine I hope never comes here." She stated as she looked towards one other titan, one that was a giant butterfly that intrigued her as she walked over to her. She stopped a few feet in front of her, seeing the titan's colorful wings, the eye patterns that matched Godzilla's, and the radiant blue eyes. "Who's this one…?" She asked.
Looking to the titan she was referring to, Godzilla looked at it as he approached and looked at it. "This… is Mothra. Queen of the Titans, and my most trusted ally. We shared a symbiotic relationship together, she even helped me in defeating Ghidorah in 2019." He told them.
Vannea was surprised by how he spoke fondly of her, and couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as she grew curious. "So… does that mean she's…?" She wondered.
"Is she in this world…? I can't say for certain… her species is the living embodiment of Life, Death, and Rebirth." He explained as he let out a sigh and looked at Mothra's image. "If she were in this world, I wouldn't know how she would look, or where she is." He explained as Elena and Alexis turned to each other, feeling the same form of jealousy that Vannea felt.
It was at that moment the doors of the palace slammed open as a guard walked into the room, earning Elise's attention as well as Godzilla and the others. "Your majesty, there is something that calls for your attention." He informed her.
(Walls of Santevara)
Godzilla saw it and looked towards Elise as she looked at him, not knowing what they were in for. A moment later, the group made it to the walls of Santevara, and what they saw left them surprised. The orcs from Azure Mountain were camped outside the walls of Santevara, it wasn't just a handful of orcs, but the entire clan. "They arrived at noon… they merely set up camp, none of them attempted to come to the wall." The guard informed them.
Anguirus looked through the entire clan, looking through the clan and let out a long snort. "They made a bold move coming here." He commented.
"But why did they come here? Surely they must've known that coming here would be worse than going back to Ghidorah." Kong told them.
"We may make brash decisions ourselves, Kong. But they wouldn't have come here without good reason." Godzilla told him as he looked towards the camp. "If anything, they are only here out of desperation." He informed them.
"Even so, I don't know if it's wise to leave them unwatched." Elena informed them.
"Elena's correct." Mimir approached them. "We should keep guards on the walls to watch the clan, to make sure they don't try anything." He advised them.
"A sound strategy, Mimir. We'll keep guards along the walls day and night to watch the orcs. Hopefully they won't try anything by tomorrow morning." Elise said to them as she looked towards Godzilla. "I would like for you to keep watch as well." She told him.
He nodded his head to her. "Understood, I have no problem staying up late." He informed her as he looked towards the clan. "Gharak, you took a great risk coming here, so it better be for good intentions." He thought to himself.
(Later that night…)
As the orcs were settled in their camp, they were feasting on fresh cooked meat from a recent kill they acquired during their travel to Santevara. Gharak and Rhaea were feasting together as they tore meat from the bones with help from their tusks. Hogan meanwhile was staring at the wall of Santevara, noticing Godzilla's territorial threat display as it shined from atop the wall. "He's watching us." He pointed out.
"Seems he's taking his duties as protector well, it's wise for him to be on his guard." Gharak said as he tossed a bone to his wolf as it snarled and caught it mid air.
Hogan let out a small growl. "I don't see why we have to call upon his help, he could just burn us to cinders like he did with the ogres." He mentioned.
"From what I've seen of him, he seemed more focused on those who were a larger threat. Camazotz being a prime example." Rhaea pointed out as she looked to the blue light in the distance. "Still, he is more powerful than Ghidorah… it's hard to imagine such a being with that kind of power could rival him." She commented.
"Which is why we need his help, because if we go back to Ghidorah, our fates will be the same as the ogre's, and my father." Gharak told them as he looked out to the wall, seeing the immense glow. "If he is truly a guardian devoted to protecting these people, then we may be safer with him than Ghidorah." He said.
Hogan sighed and looked towards the walls, seeing where Godzilla stood as he looked at the illuminating light. "Forgive me if I don't share your confidence, but he protects humans, beast kin and other demi-humans… why would he so much as to care for the likes of orcs like us?" He asked.
"We won't know unless I speak to him." Gharak informed him as he looked at the wall where the glow was, knowing that discussing things will not be easy between them.
"And the Mak'Gora…? Think he'll be willing to accept it, even if it means fighting to the death?" Rhaea asked him.
Gharak knows that it may cost him his life, but to save his people, he knew what was necessary. "I'll face him till I face death in the face, may it be honorable and noble combat." He said as Rhaea looked at him worriedly, knowing he's risking it all just for their sake. Hogan saw it as well, but he wasn't fond of trusting a titan, even one such as Godzilla.
Meanwhile at the wall, Godzilla continued looking at the camp as he sat on the wall, letting his threat display illuminate the darkness. It was at that moment when Vannea approached him and looked towards the camp, wondering what would happen. "It's so quiet out there… the orc's hadn't made a move yet?" She asked him.
"Not since they made camp… oddly, it feels almost peaceful out here." He admitted as he looked at the camp but turned towards her. "You seem to be up late… something on your mind?" He asked her.
Vannea was wearing a blanket around her to keep warm given how cold it was at night, she looked out to the stars as she smiled a bit. "I would sometimes sneak out at night to look out to the stars, to admire their beauty, and how they speak of tales of heroes in the past." She explained as she smiled warmly.
Hearing her explanation, Godzilla smiled as he looked to the stars. "On Earth, we too had stars and constellations, the most beautiful in their own right. I look at them when the sun sets over the sea, the moon when it's full illuminates it with such beauty." He recalled as he shut his eyes, remembering the good memories he had.
Vannea smiled when she heard his explanation of his world and how he described it, but her thoughts returned to when she saw Mothra. "I know I shouldn't ask this… but what was your real relationship towards Mothra?" She asked him as he looked towards her with a surprised look on his face. "The way you spoke of her, it seemed to be more than a symbiotic relationship." She told him as her face was slightly red.
Seeing it as he looked at her, Godzilla looked out towards the sky. "She and I were close… I always thought that we would fight side by side. But we wouldn't be together forever, she sacrificed her life to protect me from Ghidorah. Blessing me with her power to win the battle… When I witnessed it happen, I felt crushed. I wanted to give up… but my pride and honor ushered me to fight on." He explained as he closed his eyes, feeling a small stream of tears building up in his eyes. "Her sacrifice… became my oath. No matter the cost, I will continue to protect my world." He said as he opened his eyes. "Even this one…" He said as he looked towards Vannea.
She looked at him as she saw his tears, she reached out of the blanket and slowly reached to his face. She gently placed her hand over his face and wiped away his tears, he felt it as he and Vannea looked into each other's eyes. A smile built onto Vannea's face, she too felt tears building in her eyes as she kept her hand over his face. "She would be proud of you, no matter where you are, and who you have become." She told him as she approached him and reached up to him with her lips, kissing him across his cheek as his face began to blush as she pulled away from him.
He felt his cheeks burning from the kiss as he looked at her, but he didn't mind it at all. He cleared his throat though as he turned away trying to hide it, keeping his own composure. "Th-Thank you, Vannea…" He said to her with his arms crossed, hearing her giggle.
"No problem." She replied as she looked out. "You know, that does happen to be your first actual kiss from a female of my species. Did you like it?" She asked him to tease him.
His face was slowly turning redder by the minute, he wanted to deny it, but how could he? "I… I suppose I did." He told her.
A smirk formed over Vannea's face as she lowered the blanket and reached to his face and touched it, getting him to turn his face for him to look at her. "If you want… you can kiss me back." She offered.
He was heavily hellish red when he heard her offer. "She can't be serious, we've only known each other for a few days! And yet, she's willing to let me kiss her?" He thought to himself as he gulped.
She chuckled as she held her hands behind her back. "Come on, it's just a kiss on the cheek, it won't kill you." She told him as she turned her cheek towards him so he could kiss it.
Seeing her dark skin on her face, he saw how smooth it was as he began to grow nervous for the first time. He inhaled and let out a soft exhale, knowing this was tough for him. "Okay… okay, you can do this." He said to himself as he prepared himself, he exhaled and slowly leaned down to her with his lips perked out. He began to approach her cheek as slow as he could, but as his lips grew closer to her skin, Vannea turned quickly as she planted her lips to his that shocked him to his core. "Wha- what the hell?! Did she trick me?!" He thought to himself as he could barely move from what he was feeling, it was surprising. But it felt nice and warm, even for him.
Vannea held her lips to his for little longer than two minutes, till finally she released her lips from his as she smiled and looked at him. "Now it was your first kiss, how did you like it?" She asked him with a playful grin.
Taking the moment in, Godzilla could barely believe what he just experienced. "I-I… I feel like my heart just sank to my stomach." He admitted as he looked at her. "But… it felt nice." He told her as he reached up to her face.
She felt him touch her face, causing her to smile as she looked at him. "You can try it again, if you like?" She asked him, he looked at her as a small smile formed over his face. He caressed her face gently and leaned in for another kiss, gently planting his lips to hers as the two shared a gentle but passionate kiss together for the first time.
Off in the distance, Alexis and Elena were watching through telescopes. Elena was blushing intensely, but Alexis was fuming mad as she watched it happen. "Damn you Vannea, his first kiss was supposed to be my trophy!" She complained as she tried to keep quiet.
Elene sighed as she held her hand to her head from watching it. "Once again, you're making it into a competition." She told her.
"How can I not? My pride as an Amazon is telling me to make him mine…!" Alexis replied.
"You really need to let that go before it gets you killed, there's more to life than having pride." Elena said, but then again in her mind. "Like Hell I'm gonna let her or Vannea get the better of me! If anyone is worthy of being Goji's wife, it's me!" She thought to herself.
Meanwhile Godzilla and Vannea's lips were still connected, but they soon pulled away as Vannea had her arms around him. She smiled as she looked up to the humanized titan. "I can stay and watch the orcs with you tonight… if you want." She offered as she touched his chest.
Godzilla smiled at her as he moved her hair a bit. "I appreciate it, but you should get some rest, along with the other girls." He said as he looked behind her, seeing Alexis and Elena.
She turned around and saw them as they panicked and hid themselves, she let out a sigh knowing that they saw everything. "Oh no… damn it…! I thought they were sound asleep." She admitted as she turned towards him. "I'm sorry Godzilla, I didn't know." She assured him.
But rather than being angry, Godzilla reached up and touched her face. "I'm not mad, I just have good senses. Now, off to sleep." He told her as he took her blanket and wrapped it around her as he smiled at her. "I'll be alright… I promise." He assured her as he kissed her on the lips one more time.
She accepted it as she wanted to hold onto it, but she and Godzilla let go of the kiss as she smiled at him. "Good night… Goji." She said to him, turning around as she walked away from him.
He smiled when he heard it and sighed as he looked out, meanwhile Vannea walked towards the steps where she saw her friends. She touched her lips softly from when he kissed her, she smiled feeling giddy as a school girl. But her moment was ruined when Alexis and Elena grabbed her and pulled her into the bushes making her yelp. Alexis had her pinned as she looked at her. "Alright, spill it. Did you plan this?" She asked her.
"Plan what? Are you guys nuts?" She asked them.
"We saw you kiss him." Elena told her.
"So what if I did?" She asked.
"Vannea, my pride as an Amazon demanded that I betroth someone so that my line may be preserved. And if it's Godzilla, I'm fine with that." Alexis told her, showing just how prideful she is.
"I wouldn't mind marrying him, but I'm just upset that you got to kiss him before me!" Elena expressed her grievance to the dark elf.
Vannea let out a sigh as she used her teleportation magic to get out of Alexis' grasp and appear behind them. "Ladies, ladies, you're overreacting. It was just a harmless little kiss, nothing to worry about." She said to reassure them, but in her mind. "SHIT! It may have just been a kiss, but I'm feeling butterflies in my stomach! I think my body is telling me something my brain can't handle!" She thought to herself.
Alexis scowled with her left cheek puffed up as she looked at her. "Fine… but just so you know Vannea, if anyone in this group is going to be in bed with him first, it's me!" She told her as she walked off.
Elena saw it and looked at Vannea. "I tried to avoid making it a competition, but she talked me into it. Sorry." She apologized and followed after her, Vannea watched them go as she sighed, knowing she was going to be having major competition with those two.
(The Next Morning…)
The sun rose over Santevara as Gharak stood between his camp with a handful of orcs as he looked at the walls of Santevara, he looked at the wall expecting to see Godzilla as he stood in front of the gates. "Godzilla! I know you can hear me in there! I am here to speak with you, and you alone!" He announced, waiting for a response.
Hogan and Rhaea searched the top of the wall trying to find him, but they couldn't see him as Hogan let out a snort and looked towards Gharak. "I don't think he wants to talk." He told him with his arms crossed.
"Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to come here after all." Rhaea said as she looked at Gharak.
The young chieftain looked along the wall, searching for him to see where he was. Soon he started hearing the gates beginning to unlock, opening up slowly as it revealed Godzilla standing before them. "Something tells me it was." He said as he walked towards the titan.
The humanized titan narrowed his eyes with a growl as he walked towards him, the two warriors approached each other in the field to meet each other. "You wanted to meet me?" He asked him as he kept himself prepared by keeping his atomic energy ready.
Gharak saw it, knowing he's on the defensive. He could understand why as he looked out to the walls, seeing everyone of Santevara witnessing the meeting. "You picked a noble place where you can defend… but even some humans and demi-humans fear you." He told him as he looked towards him.
"Sometimes fear is a harsh mistress, but sometimes it's right for people to fear what they do not understand." Godzilla explained to him.
The chieftain nodded his head in agreement, for he and his people knew what it was like to be feared. "My people and I know that all too well… but our past wasn't always this way. We once lived side by side with the humans, until the Lanister's had us outcasted." He informed him.
"The Lanister's…? Why do I get the feeling I know one…?" Godzilla wondered.
"The Lanister's were part of the human council in this very city, they always had a knack for turning people against each other. Not even Queen Elise noticed their activities, they worked hard in covering their tracks." Gharak informed him.
Godzilla let out a snort as he crossed his arms. "Humans… not as trustworthy as they claim to be, but that's not the reason you're here. You would have returned to Ghidorah, but even if you had, he would kill you." He suggested.
"That is why I brought my people here, to seek shelter from his wrath." Gharak informed him.
"You might find shelter here, but the people may not treat you as citizens. Unless I speak to the queen." Godzilla suggested.
"I understand, but then I understand that you do not trust me. It's all over your face." Gharak pointed out as Godzilla narrowed his eyes, realizing he figured him out in a heartbeat. "We orcs have been seen as untrusting, and brutish beasts. But we are honorable and noble warriors, and would never stoop so low as to assassinate." He explained.
"If that's true, you wish to prove it, is that it?" Godzilla asked.
"Yes, the only way I may prove myself is by challenging you to an ancient duel, called Mak'Gora." Gharak informed him.
Intrigued by the name of the challenge, Godzilla grew curious about it. "Mak'Gora?" He asked him.
"It is a sacred orc tradition, where young chieftain's challenge the strongest in their clan, or other warriors equal to their level." Gharak explained as he set his battle axe on the ground. "I ask you now, Godzilla of Santevara, will you accept my challenge to Mak'Gora?" He asked him.
Godzilla looked at him curiously, that something about this challenge didn't seem right. "He's serious about challenging me, but why do I feel that there's more to this challenge than I understand?" He wondered. "Before I accept, I must discuss this matter with the queen. This challenge is in fact intriguing, but I know little else about it." He told him.
Nodding his head in understanding, Gharak pats his fist over his chest. "Take all the time you need, there is much you can learn about our kind and our traditions." He told him as Godzilla nodded his head and headed back into the city.
The gates slowly closed behind him as Godzilla walked to his companions. "We need to speak to the queen, it seems Gharak has shed some light on subjects we were kept in the dark about." He told them.
"What do you mean?" Alexis asked him.
"Are you familiar with the name, Lanister?" Godzilla asked.
The name shocked the girls as they immediately recognized it, they even knew who he was referring to. "Goji… you're not going to like this. But you have already met a Lanister." Vannea informed him as Godzilla narrowed his eyes, knowing exactly who she was about to talk about.
(Royal Palace)
At the palace, Queen Elise was informed about the meeting between Godzilla and Gharak. But the news of the Lanister's really pushed her to her boiling point as she grinded her teeth and clenched the arm of her throne. "You mean to tell me… that the Lansiter's, the same family Alaster takes pride in, were secretly making political decisions behind my back during this whole entire war?" She asked them as he hand managed to crush the arm of her throne.
Godzilla saw it as a bead of sweat dripped down his face as he looked at her. "This isn't going to end well." He thought to himself as he could almost hear her bones cracking. "Not sure I like that cracking sound." He thought as he cleared his throat.
"Just who the hell are these Lanister's anyway?" Anguirus asked as he scratched his head.
"Lanister's are a line of nobles that lived here in Santevara, they were said to be caring people. But that was just a facade, the truth is they were just greedy people who profit off of people. Tax payments for food and protection, they even abuse beast kin or demi-humans like Yuuna, or you guys for example." Alexis explained.
"Alaster sure showed it during our little scuffle at the inn." Kong said as he was sharpening his axe.
"Your majesty, why didn't you ever throw them out of Santevara?" Kala asked her.
Elise sighed as she held her hand over her face in regret. "Because I thought that they were good people who had the best interests in Santevara." She admitted as she lowered her hand. "But now with this new revelation, I see now I have made a mistake." She told them.
"Don't be so hard on yourself your majesty, humans are just as capable of deception as any monster. We just need to face the problem directly, otherwise we will live with that regret." Mimir advised her with the best of his wisdom.
Elise sighed as she looked at him with a calm smile. "Thank you Mimir." She told him and looked towards Godzilla. "Now, you said that Gharak challenged you to Mak'Gora, did he?" She asked him.
"Yes, he explained that it was a sacred orc tradition, but I know little about it." He responded.
"He's not wrong, but there is something that you must know." Elise informed him.
"Here it comes." Godzilla prepared himself for what it will be.
"Each Mak'Gora that has been declared has always ended in death." Mimir told him
A sigh escaped Godzilla's mouth as he looked at them. "I thought as much, I don't kill unless it is completely necessary." He informed them.
"That's all well and good brother, but the rules of Mak'Gora are not to be avoided." Mimir told him.
"He's right." Alexis approached him. "I've seen many battles that resulted in death, even challenges such as Mak'Gora where all lost their lives." She informed him.
Knowing there is no way of talking his way out of this, there's nothing Godzilla can do to avoid it. "I wish there was a way to avoid it, but it looks like you've already made your point." He said to them, only to hear the doors slam open as he turned around seeing an unwanted guest.
Alaster walked in with Hela and Valen with a confident smirk on his face. "Your majesty, on behalf of the citizens, allow me to dispatch the orcs that have settled in the borders of our city." He offered.
Anguirus saw him and narrowed his eyes. "This is the guy she told us about?" He asked.
"The same guy I personally pummeled." Kong commented.
Even Elise scowled at him as she stood up from her throne. "Tell me Alaster, why should I allow one whose family has done nothing but secretly been plotting behind my back, making decisions without my consent?" She asked him which made Alaster panic.
"Y-Your highness, I don't know what you're saying." He told her, trying to deny it.
"Don't bother lying your way out of this, Alaster. Godzilla learned the truth through Gharak, how your family had the orc's banished to the Wastelands, left to rot. All for the sake of money and pride." She informed him.
Alaster panicked as he backed away, but his fear turned to anger as he stood his ground. "Oh please, who are you going to believe? This beast, or me? I have been this cities savior since Lord Leon's dea-"
"I will not hear my late husband's name coming out of your mouth!" She interrupted him with pure anger towards him. "I will not tolerate disloyalty in my court, therefore, we will handle the situation on our own. Once it is all set and done, I will decide what will become of you and your family." She told him as the guards surrounded him, this left Alaster in a fit of panic and rage.
"Now then, how do we go about handling the Mak'Gora situation?" Elena wondered with her arms crossed.
"Well for one thing, Goji here is good with a sword, but this is a situation that requires hand to hand combat. He may be good with using his fists and claws, but he'll need twice the skill to last a challenge like this. That's where I come in." Alexis walked up as she looked at Godzilla. "I'll help him get skilled up for when the challenge is to be met. But we'll need an ideal location for the battle." She suggested.
"If I may." Said an unfamiliar voice as everyone looked towards the door, hearing hooves clopping as a trio of centaurs walked into the room. One was a blonde with a massive I-Cup pair of breasts, wearing knight's armor, the others were a purple hair centaur with a big J-Cup which Anguirus immediately recognized as she smiled and winked at him, he blushed from it as he chuckled nervously. The third party was a pinkett centaur with a small E-Cup, she was shy but wore similar armor as the blonde and purplett. "Forgive my intrusion your majesty, but I heard about the Mak'Gora issued by Gharak, and thought it would be interesting to show in public." She addressed it.
This surprised Godzilla as he took the opportunity to approach and stand before her. "Pardon me, but I don't think we've ever met." He informed her.
She smiled and bowed to him. "Yes, forgive me… my name is Aila Wildstrider, these are my attendants, Loryn Hallowhoof, and Fiona Springshadow." She introduced herself and her attendants as they bowed to the titan king. Loryn being the purplett, and Fiona being the pinkett.
Godzilla looked at them curiously as he tried to recall them. "Wildstrider, why does that name sound so familiar?" He wondered.
At that moment, Elena rushed up gasping in awe of her presence. "THE Aila Wildstrider?! The Reigning champion in the Aila Wildstrider, and Heiress to the Wildstrider family?! I can't believe I'm actually meeting you in person!" She exclaimed as she was letting her inner fangirl out.
Aila giggled as she held a hand to her face. "Nice to see someone recognizing me immediately." She said as she looked towards Elise. "Your majesty, I propose that the fight take place in the Santevara Colosseum, it is large enough for all to witness a grand battle such as this." She suggested.
"But this is a fight to the death, Aila. Do you think that I would allow something to happen within city limits?" Elise asked her.
"Your majesty, Godzilla from what I heard, is a noble warrior at heart." She replied as she trotted up to him. "So the fate of the orc chieftain is for him to decide, is it not?" She asked her, Elise looked at Godzilla seeing him look back at her, he nodded his head to her as she was still hesitant about all this.
But nonetheless, she nodded her head in response. "Yes, and as he said, he only kills unless it is truly necessary." She told her.
It was at that moment that Alaster interjected himself. "Your majesty, you cannot be serious about this. This horse woman is only trying to help spread fear into this city so that this monster can show just how powerful he is in order to-"
His sentence was cut off when Aila thrusts her right back leg towards his face, slamming it to his left bone cheek as everyone could hear his skull crack on impact. He flew across the room and slammed into a door head first, several maids could be heard screaming when they saw him as Aila scoffed from his remark towards her. "Speak ill about my people again, and the last thing you'll receive is a lance up your posterior." She warned him.
Mimir gulped upon hearing it as Godzilla felt a small bead of sweat drip down his face. "She's not just a pretty face, she's strong." He thought to himself as he could hear Alaster's bones cracking. "Dumbass should have kept his mouth shut to begin with." He mentally said as he looked towards Aila with his arms crossed. "This arena, how big is it?" He asked her.
Aila formed a smirk across her face as she approached him, pressing her massive mounds over his chest which immediately made him uncomfortable, and the three lovely ladies who summoned him angry with jealousy. "Big enough to fit half the citizens in the city, big boy." She informed him.
Vannea fumed as she walked over and pushed them away from each other. "Excuse me, but I believe you came here to offer a fighting location, not to flirt!" She exclaimed.
Seeing this made Aila giggle as she placed her hands over her hips. "My, my, someone's a feisty dark elf, afraid of having a little competition?" She asked her.
"That has nothing to do with this, and you know it!" Vannea exclaimed as her friends stood beside her.
"So back off, Goji isn't available." Alexis told her.
"If anything, you don't have a right to try and make him your property, even if you are an heiress." Elena told her.
But Aila was more amused as they were showing their affection towards Godzilla as she looked towards him. "You have some really caring people with you, but the question is… are you going to accept the idea of fighting in the colosseum?" She asked him.
Thinking about it, Godzilla knew it was definitely an ideal place to set the challenge. And the right area where he and Alexis can practice together. As much as he will regret accepting, he didn't have much of a choice in the matter. "Very well, the fight will take place in the colosseum, but I will only be there to train for the challenge. Understand?" He asked her.
Aila nodded as she bowed respectfully. "Understood… I will take my leave." She told him as she, Loryn and Fiona turned around and walked out, not before Loryn looked towards Anguirus as she immediately blew a kiss towards him.
Even though he couldn't feel it, he could feel his face burning red from it as he let out an exhale. "They sure do have a thing for strong men." He commented.
"Sometimes this world can be a bit strange." Kong told him as he looked towards Godzilla. "You sure you're up for this? You didn't exactly do well in a fist fight against me when we fought for a second time." He reminded him of the event in Hong Kong.
"Didn't stop me from beating your ass in the third round." He replied.
Kong gave him a scowl for he didn't appreciate that reminder, given the scars on his chest were physical proof of it. Elise meanwhile stood up from her throne and walked to them. "Godzilla, you and Alexis best head to the arena. I will escort Gharak and his orcs to the colosseum with a handful of guards." She informed him.
"Make sure they're not threatened by your men, I know how most creatures can be when they're… surrounded." He told her as Elise nodded her head and walked off, while Godzilla looked towards Alexis. "Shall we head to the colosseum?" He asked.
She smirked in response as she bumped her fist against his chest. "After you, handsome." She told him as she walked off as he followed after her, leaving both Vannea and Elena to scowl, knowing she will in fact try and seduce him in the process of his training. Vannea knew that since she shared her first kiss with him, she needed to plan ahead, as any trained assassin would to beat her opponents.
(Santevara Colosseum)
At the colosseum, Alexis was stretching and doing some cardio so she could prepare Godzilla for his training. He was out of his armor as he walked towards her with his training gear on. "Hopefully your training will help in the challenge, I'm still trying to get used to this form." He told her.
Alexis smiled as she stood up and looked towards him. "It will, remember, I'm an Amazon. We were born for battle, and you are going to learn from the best." She told him as she cracked her neck, then her knuckles as she walked towards him. "From what I've seen of your past battles, you rely mostly with your sword or your claws. But you've never fully used a complete fighting technique." She explained as she stopped a few feet from him. "Now, I want you to hit me." She told him.
This caught Godzilla off guard when he heard it. "So soon? That's rather-"
"Do it…!" She ordered him, Godzilla looked at her and knew she was serious. He pulled back a fist and went to hit her, only to get a hard sucker punch to his left cheek as he grunted and hit the ground. He groaned from it as he rubbed his face and sat up, feeling just how strong she was. "You left yourself wide open, now try again." She ordered him.
He got back up and readied himself, he yelled in an attempt to hit her again, only to receive an uppercut to his jaw from her which made him back up and lose a tooth in the process. She chuckled knowing she's getting a kick out of this, Godzilla meanwhile was not amused as a tooth grew back where he lost his old one. "You're not fighting fair, you know that." He told her.
"In times of war, you need to be ready for what your enemy may throw at you. We Amazon's are born warriors, we are born to prepare for battle. No matter what fate lies ahead of us." She explained as she went to attack him, Godzilla quickly reacted and blocked her attacks and held her in place. "Good, good work." She said as she broke her arms free from his grip and tripped him over as he fell to the ground, she got on top of him and pinned him down.
He saw it and exhaled as he looked at her. "Try not to enjoy this too much." He advised her.
"I already am, but at the same time I'm trying to help you live." She informed him as she got off of him and helped him stand up. "I've known many sisters who have lost their lives in battles such as this, and in wars such as the one Ghidorah started." She explained as she looked down. "I joined this war because defending the weak is the right thing to do, not because of my pride as an Amazon." She told him.
Godzilla looked at her as he could sense the hatred in her heart because of Ghidorah, but he felt that it may be more personal than he thinks. "One of your sisters… she was close to you wasn't she?" He asked her.
Narrowing her eyes as she remembered her when she was happy, only to return to her like a broken toy. She angrily threw a punch towards Godzilla, he held his arms over his chest as she slammed her fist against him as he slid back due to her inhuman strength. "She didn't die in battle like most Amazon's do… no…!" She charged at him as she went to hit him again, he avoided it as she flew past him and went for a high kick which he blocked along with her punches. "She was captured… they tortured her… raped her!" She yelled as she threw her punches at him as he blocked each of her attacks. "Next thing me and my sisters find is her body laying outside our home…!" She said as she slowed down and lowered her head. "Her mind was broken… she could barely recognize any of us… me included." She explained as tears filled her eyes.
Godzilla looked at her as she saw how thoroughly pissed off she was for her sister's trauma, she couldn't bear to see it happen to any other girl like her. He reached to her shoulder and touched it, getting her to look at him as tears glisten in her eyes. "I'm sorry… I never should have asked, it was foolish of me to open old wounds." He told her as he lowered his head. "If I had known, or even arrived five years ago, I could have prevented this from happening." He said to her with a guilty expression.
Alexis looked at him, seeing the guilt in his eyes as she smiled and wiped away her tears and bumped a fist to his chest. "Hey, it's not your fault, you know that." She told him.
"But you don't understand Alexis, I was the one who killed Ghidorah in my world. It's my fault he got reincarnated in this world, maybe with even some more of my enemies, as well as Kong's." Godzilla told her as he felt frustrated with himself. "Maybe I'm not meant to be a guardian." He suggested.
But Alexis turned him around to face her. "Don't even think like that!" She told him as she reached up to his face and held him by his cheeks as he looked at her. "Queen Elise chose you and Kong, maybe even Anguirus and any other titan to be this city's guardians. So don't you dare say you aren't worthy of such a title, because neither me, nor the girls are gonna have it." She told him as she pulled her hands away from his face. "I know sometimes you and I never saw eye to eye, but I know that your heart will always be in the right place when it comes to protecting your own." She told him as a small smile formed over her face.
The titan king looked at her, sensing how genuine her words were. A smile appeared over his face as he stepped up to her. "Thank you Alexis, and maybe when the Mak'Gora is settled, we can go to your home so I can help your sister." He suggested.
Alexis was taken back by this offer as she looked at him. "You think you can help her when all others have failed?" He asked him.
He nodded his head at her. "Yes, whatever happened to her might not have just been physical, but mentally. Ghidorah has ways of warping one's mind, making them mentally unstable as they are forced into a trance-like state. I think I might know a way to free her, with Elena's help." He told her.
Hearing his reason for wanting to help her sister, Alexis's tears ran down her face as she stared at him. She soon had a warm smile as she squealed and leapt towards him, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissed him on the lips which immediately caught him off guard. Her breasts were pressing tightly against his chest as she held him close, she released the kiss as she smiled at him. "That was a thank you kiss, but when the time is right, you're mine." She told him as she walked away from him.
Godzilla watched her go as his face was slightly red from the kiss, he sighed knowing that she was serious about it and that he got himself in quite a predicament. "Damn, this world is beyond crazy… but..." He smiled a bit as he shrugged. "It's not all that bad." He admitted as he prepared for training.
(5 Hours Later)
After 5 hours of practicing together, everyone in Santevara gathered in the colosseum, from human, to demi-human, to beastkin. Several Minotaurs and Centaurs were within the arena, even a few Cyclops warriors stood among them. There was even a pair of dragon demi-humans, a bluette and a redhead as they sat beside each other on the roof of the arena. Godzilla was without his armor as his masculine build was showing, a lot of women were staring at him with hearts in their eyes from seeing his well toned body, ignoring the scars. Gharak was among his clan as he prepared himself for the challenge, Hogan walked up to him and touched his shoulder. "Gharak, let me fight him." He told him.
"This is my challenge, Hogan. I declared Mak'Gora, there is no changing it." He told him as he looked towards Rhaea. "Are you scared for me?" He asked her.
She exhaled and looked into his eyes. "Concerned mostly, we don't know how he will fight. Or what he will choose to do if he becomes victorious." She told him.
"If anything, we will decide each other's fate, no matter the victor." He told her as he turned towards Godzilla and walked towards the center of the arena.
Godzilla watched as he approached and felt a hand pat against his arm as he looked to see Alexis standing beside him, she smiled at him feeling confident as she touched his shoulder. "Don't worry, you got this. Just remember what I taught you, orcs rely on muscle and brute strength. So think smart, and you'll get through this with no trouble at all." She assured him.
He nodded his head at her and looked towards Gharak and walked towards him in the center of the arena, meanwhile in the sidelines, Alaster, Hela and Valen were watching as Alaster glared at Godzilla for the humiliation he put him through as he glanced towards Valen. "Valen, no matter the victor, I want you to shoot an arrow." He ordered him.
"But who do I kill first?" He asked.
"Doesn't matter, as long as they're both out of the way." Alaster told him, unaware that someone was watching them from the shadows. His eyes narrowed at the two as he quickly ran off without them noticing, for he wasn't going to let a hero wannabe get the upper hand.
Meanwhile, Godzilla and Gharak stood before one another as they prepared for combat. "Godzilla, this battle at this point will decide our fates as warriors. I hope you have prepared yourself for what comes next, because this is one fight that will test your limits against an orc." He informed him.

Q: Vannea holds Godzilla close, both bodies are bare as they sleep. Her body, arms, and legs feel every one of his scars, as his arms and tail hold her protectively.
As she feels his scars, Vannea has a dream…no a memory not of her own:
She is in a paradise. Vast tropical jungles everywhere, the calls of animals she had never heard of, heavy on the air.
She looks to a large nest by a vast lagoon, connected to the ocean. From the ocean, she sees something coming towards her and the nest. What arouse from the water was…Godzilla? No, this one had no scars and a very slender build, along with different colored eyes and a gentler face.
Then came the sweet cries of something young from the nest. The slender Titan cooed as it made it's way to the nest. Coming out of the nest was a little and cute Godzilla. About the size of the troll they fought at Azure Mountain.
It was so young and cute, then Vannea saw it. The baby had the same eyes as the one she loves. That would mean that the slender Titan was, "His…mother?"
Indeed it was. Godzilla's mother then looked towards Vannea's direction, looking her in the eyes. Vannea saw so much love and thankfulness in the might female titan's eyes. Vannea was brought to tears as she smiled. She feels like she was meeting her mother-in-law.
Then it happened, a large meteor fell from the sky! It sailed across the sky until it struck beyond the horizon. Once it struck, the earth shook, Vannea lost her balanced, baby Godzilla cried in fright. One that she has never heard from one so mighty before. His mother tried to comfort him. With Vannea trying as well, even if he couldn't see her.
Then rising from the crash site of the meteor, came smoke and fire. It all spread across the sky. Smoke became dark clouds, and fire became lightning. Something took form in the clouds and fly towards them. A very familiar shape. It's wings shadowed all and it's three heads brought death to all that they look upon. Spewing lightning everywhere, as it's roar was heard like a hurricane wind.
Vannea shook in fear. She knows what and who it was. And he was making his way to the nest!
All three heads set their sights on the nest. Their eyes and mouths glowed with power. Vannea knew what was to happen. She looks to see Goji's mother shield her baby with her body. Then looks to Vannea one last time, with eyes that said, "Please…take care of him." Then lightning struck with a blinding light, as Vannea reaches out in vain, "NO!"
The blinding last for a few moments before it clears up. What greets Vanne was unthinkable. The lust jungles is now a wasteland, the lagoon is filthy, and ash falls from the sky. But, looking over to the nest, broke her heart. Baby Godzilla stood over his mother. Her body unmoving.
Vannea watches as he fruitlessly and helplessly tries to get his mother back up. Nudging her head with his, shake her body with his small arms, and even make cries that go without heard. When the realization of everything in front of him settles in, the little saurian cries. He lifts his head up and cries into the sky. His heartbreaking wails carry in the sky, as if he was crying out, "Please, mommy come back!" As tears run down his scaly face. Vannea cries her heart out as she watches this and can't do anything for the one she loves.
That's when Godzilla's father erupts out of the lagoon! When he sees the state of his son, and his dead mate, Godzilla's father became enraged. He looks to the three-headed devil in the sky and roars in anger and fury. He charges his atomic breath and fires on the winged beast. Another flash fills Vannea's vision as she hears the last of Baby Godzilla's cry echoes in her heart and memory.
Once the light dies down, Vannea sees that she is in a city unlike any she has ever seen before. A city of metal, stone, and glass. Buildings taller than castles. Towers that scrap the sky. Neon lights illuminate the night. Metal, horseless carriages along the long stone roads. Metal birds fly in the sky. It was like she was in another world.
Then the earth shook, and blasts of thunder were heard. Vannea looks behind to see metal machines rolling down the road. Strange uniformed men, holding strange weapons, run beside the machines.
That's when she sees the smoke rising from the buildings, and the glow of raging fires. Then, a familiar and powerful roar was heard. Buildings topple over and Godzilla emerges from the smoke.
Vannea smiles at first, but the look in his eyes wiped it way. His fiery eyes are ablaze with so much rage and anger, they reminded her of Ghidorah's eyes.
Godzilla roars in righteous fury. He knocks down buildings and his atomic breath was unleashed over the city. Vannea is in shock, why would he do this?!
"All units, open fire!" Orders the commanding soldier. The soldiers and war machine unleash their fire with sounds of thunder! They fire upon Godzilla, he roars is pain and annoyance. "No, stop! Leave him alone" she orders, but they keep firing.
Godzilla turns his attention to the street she is on. But, he doesn't see her, just the soldiers. His dorsal spikes, eyes, and mouth glows blue. Vannea knows what's coming. "Godzilla, no! It's me, Vannea! Don't fire!" But her pleads fell on deaf hears as Godzilla unleashes his breath. A bright light eclipses Vannea's vision again.
Vannea's vision returns. What greets her is the city, turned into sea of fire. Godzilla stands above the flames, surveying everything. Vannea is in disbelief. Why would Godzilla do this?! It made no sense.
Then she hears the earth shake with the wind blowing. They both hear the sounds of monsters. The smoke from the flames, each one with evil intentions. Their eyes glowed as they look at Godzilla, bloodlust is present in their gaze. Vannea is shaking in dread. Ghidorah is bad enough, but all these nightmarish monsters were almost as deadly as him. And there was so many!
Godzilla growls and roars at them, ready to fight them all. With Vannea still in shock.
Then she hears an unknown man's voice: "We knew the world would not be the same."
Godzilla charges at the many shadow monsters.
"Few people laughed…Few people cried. Most people were silent."
Vannea takes cover as she watches Godzilla fights the hordes of enemy titans. Her breathe hitches as each monster attacks and gives him the very scars that litters his body.
"I remember the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita"
Godzilla fights the endless enemies with a riddled and broken body, but remains standing stronger. Still fighting. Vannea couldn't believe how much punishment he has taken and bares.
"Vishnu is trying to trying to persuade the prince that he should do his duty, and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says,"
The smoke Titans dispel, their smoke remains travel into the sky. The smokes combine and reform into a smoke avatar of Ghidorah. Both titans look to each other with rage fueled hate. Vannea is in between of them. Between a god and a demon, a king and a pretender.
They both roar each other in challenge, they shake the earth and sky. Then they charge.
'Now I am to become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another."
Vannea couldn't take it anymore as the world shook around her. The pain, rage, burdens, loneliness her love has faced everyday of his life, became too much. Her eyes tear up and she screams, as the Titans clash in a violent shockwave.
Vannea wakes up. It's still night and Godzilla is still sleeping. Vannea's lips quiver as she cries rivers of sorrow. She holds him close. She promises to always be with him, to give him the love he was denied, and help shoulder the pain of his scars. She will also need to tell the others.
This was something that just popped into my brain after I saw Vannea witness Godzilla's fight against MechaGodzilla just by touching his scars. I was also inspired by the "Half Century War" comic.

What are the names of these neighbors? And what state are they now in the war?
A: There are neighboring Kingdoms in this Isekai. I mentioned them in the first chapter. Ghidorah did rebuild Ethera, but renamed it the Dark Kingdom.

A: It is Orc tradition for the orc chieftains to faceoff against strong warriors, Godzilla as you can see in this chapter would have ended his life. But he wouldn't kill unless he was a true threat, like how he and Kong faced off.

I went back and read it, but not much changed. Nefira might have enchanted the ruby, but it was still the necklace Ghidorah gave her. It's still such a tragedy about what happened to him…I wonder what happened to the Lamia that sold him the necklace?
And speaking of "God of War", I love how much of it you have put in here. Will you add some more? Like the mural scene from the end of God of War 4?
Like, Godzilla and the girls (mainly Vannea, Alexis, and Elena), had to go on a quest of great importance. Then they find the ruins of a lost/forgotten kingdom. That's when they find the large mural, after one of them (either Godzilla or Vannea, or someone with blood ties to the ruins) touches the wall and it magically appears.
That's when the history is revealed.
Ghidorah arriving to their world, and his time with Nefira. Nefira's death and Ghidorah's rage. With his war raging on the world.
It also showed the girls summoning Godzilla and all the other Titans pouring in. Then showed events that just happened.
Then one of them refocuses everyone back on the mission and move forward. But, Godzilla lingers behind because something catches his eye. It's a piece of the mural, broken and rotted away. That piece is a picture of both him and Kong, fallen, possibly dead.
He might know what it means, and has come to accept whatever it might be. But, he doesn't know if he should tell anyone about it outside of Kong.
A: I was not aiming for God of War with Ghidorah, I was aiming towards Castlevania's Dracula from the Netflix Series. Nefira didn't want to give Malik the satisfaction of seeing her die slowly, so please don't argue with me on the subject. As for more God of War references, that's a maybe.

Q: Did you happen to like that little bit of narration I did for a scene or trailer for this story?
Ghidorah: "Pain… Agony… My hatred burns through the cavernous deeps, to this world's very core."
(With every movement and breathe he makes; volcanoes erupt, tsunamis rise, earthquakes break the continents, lightning rains, tornadoes form, and storms eclipse the skies)
"The world heaves with my torment. Its wretched kingdoms quake beneath my rage."
(Ghidorah breaks through the mountain, turning it into a volcano. He sits in the lava, overlooking the lands.
With a might roar and spread of his wings; the sky burns as the storms spread everywhere, a booming shockwave travels everywhere, and the fabric of reality cracks) (His roar can be heard all over the world, and other worlds too)(Other worlds witness the events through these cracks)
"But at last… My family will be avenged… The whole of this world, of all worlds, will break!… They will all know my pain… And all will burn beneath the shadow of my storms!"
(Looks to see Godzilla and Kong, as they make their way to his location.)(A glare of burning and venomous hatred in his red glowing eyes.)
"Starting with them…" (Then all three titans roar)
There was also the Smaug inspired dialogue: "I am fire. I am the storm. I am…death!"
If you want, you can use these scenes and dialogues for the story, you can. I don't mind.
I was just so inspired from this story and the "Cataclysm" trailer.
A: Believe me, I still get chills every time I hear that dialogue.

Q: So, you liked my idea to give Godzilla an oceanic lover? That's really great! Would she a songstress that could calm or ease Godzilla?
Would she be like a fusion of the girls I listed: Azura (Fire Emblem), Jaina (World of Warcraft), Juvia (Fairy Tail), and Darli Dagger (Samurai Shodown)?
Would she have a magical trident staff, and a giant water urn (like Gaara's sand urn from "Naruto")?
I'm alright for whatever her race is. It could be elf or human, I'm flexible.
I'm really looking forward to seeing more of this story! Please keep up the good work and amazing art.

Q: I'll admit, I honestly pictured Ghidorah vengefully confronting Malik on his actions towards Nefira similar to diablo 4 with Lilith vs Inarius with this: Ghidorah: "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS MALIK!? WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR ATTACKING ETHERA TO MURDER MY WIFE?!" Malik: "Nefira was to be my wife! But you brainwash her you monster!" Malik attempts to strike Ghidorah with his sword only to be deflected by his wings. As he quietly sheaths his wings but not before he asked while he holds tears in his eyes. Ghidorah: "And my child?" Malik gave him a cruel response. Malik: "I made it right to satisfy the gods and the natural order of things". That was it, Ghidorah could only sniffle a bit, knowing his child was innocent and had no involvement in what was going on. Ghidorah then decided to call him out. Ghidorah: "Do you think the gods would approve of your choice? No. You used them to masquerade your feelings of resentment, your jealousy, and your pettiness. You refused to accept that Nefira wanted to live the life that she wished. You on the other hand, believed if you can't have her, than no one should. While I'm aware that I'm a devil in the eyes I've faced before. I was ready to move on from it. You called Nefira a witch when you know that she was never the case because of your pettiness. In the end the only hypocrite I see is you, and do you know what's Ironic? You yourself had become a devil yourself, by your own actions." that seemed to Infuriate Malik at being called out as he Immediately grabbed his sword with the intent cut off his head. Malik: "YOU BASTARD! HOW DARE YOU MOCK ME AND INSULT MY INTENTIONS ALONG WITH MY WISHES!? I WILL SHOW YOU YOUR PLACE AND REGRET EVER GETTING IN MY WAY!" Malik, now filled with rage and no doubt wanting to cut his head off for a long time. Ghidorah, seeing what Malik is about to do unleashed his Gravity beam and use it to cut off his legs. Malik was then suddenly overwhelmed in sheer pain Malik: "ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Malik was now unable to get up or fight back against Ghidorah as he slowly makes his way toward the murderer of his wife, child and along his happy future. Malik suddenly felt extreme fear as he immediately tries to crawl away but was having difficulty due to losing so much blood and his body began to weaken from said blood loss as he immediately order his horde. Malik: WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!? HELP ME AND KILL THIS ABOMINATION!" Malik's horde Immediately tried to help their king, but unfortunately for him Ghidorah killed them with his gravity beam to prevent them from helping the poor excuse of a human. Leon and Elise could only look on with pure horror and fear on their faces as it's a clear indication that they have never seen him in action and it's a look of someone who has nothing left to lose on Ghidorah. As Ghidorah got behind Malik and planned an unforgiving and agonizing fate for him, Malik desperate on having his life saved he called out to anyone to help him. Malik: "GODS PROTECT MEEEEEEEEEE!" Ghidorah grabbed his neck and not before he gives Malik his last words for him to both scorn and condemn him. Ghidorah:"OH NO MALIK, YOU BELONG IN HELLLLLLLLLLLLL!" Ghidorah then began pulling his head off as Malik, realizing no one is going to save him and he's about to die, let out a scream of fear and terror. Malik:"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ghidorah had ripped off his head, with it being bloodied, teary and sweat soaked face forever etched in fear. Ghidorah than saw pieces of the ruby necklace that he gave Nefira and gently collected it. Ghidorah then gently put the pieces in his bag and hooked Malik's head roughly with his talon. Ghidorah then voiced his thoughts for a moment. Ghidorah:"I'm sorry for what I'm about to do Nefira, My beloved. I know you wished that I would not be mad at them for what they've done, but everything we could have done together as a family and raising our child together has been stolen." Ghidorah than shot a rage filled look at the people of Santevara as Ghidorah voiced the last word he thought of. Ghidorah:"STOLEN." Ghidorah:"I Know where I'll be going, I won't be where you are, for I am already dead. but I'll have this world forever etched in your name so that they'll never forget what they've done. I'll Always love you my Beloved queen. first things first I'll make sure you have a burial that is worthy of that of the gods. Until then I'll see you soon." Everything else just like that. As for what Ghidorah did with Maliks head, well...think of what happen to Chelsea from Akame Ga Kill. but in front of the gate of the dark kingdom. I honestly think Ghidorah was just like Lilith in this story: both nonhuman beings that made questionably even heinous actions but both genuinely love and care to the one they hold dear. Lilith to Rathma and in this case Ghidorah to Nefira. and three questions. one from idea master is what happened to those that has affiliated to Malik and his kingdom? did they get killed, enslaved, or forced to serve the kingdom for their crime. question two. is the purple haired centauress an upcoming lover for anguirus? and question three. how did Malik know about Nefira's Pregnacy? cause the only reason he would know is if he was told and I got a feeling it's someone who was recently fired from his job, no need to figure out who it is, but that's what I think. overall nice chapter with the introduction to 2 new characters. Until then Keep up the amazing work!

Q: Instead of calling him Legendary Ghidorah or Legendary Godzilla, why not just call them MonsterVerse Godzilla or MonsterVerse Ghidorah? You do know that Legendary has officially created a Kaiju cinematic universe with the 4 movies from Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017), Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and Godzilla vs. Kong (2021) as Legendary's MonsterVerse don't you? Because we don't want to confuse the word 'Legendary' between a movie studio and the mythical world of legendary
