A/N: Hey everyone, it's time we start season 3. Now I had some questions concerning my season 2 finale, just because he has master control doesn't mean he has access to any other alien aside from the fourteen residing inside the watch. Nope not how it works, that's complete master control. The master control Ben has is to stay an alien anytime he wants without the Omnitrix timing out like in Omniverse the Omnitrix's life lock that locks him in any alien form for an unlimited amount of time. So technically speaking Ben has one function unlocked which is the life lock function. And Conan, I will be doing the Big Fat Alien Wedding episode, it's season 4, ep:4 otherwise known as chapter 34. Yraj to answer your question if Ben flew to one side of the Null Void, he'd still be followed by Kevin and Vilgax and Gwen would never be able to get him back home unless he used Alien X which we all know he wouldn't so he didn't wanna risk it. Season 3 is gonna be bigger and better than ever!
Chapter 21: Ben 10,000
It had been a wild ride of a summer vacation with only three weeks left before school starts. The quartet had stopped at a empty camp ground in California. The Tennyson Family were unloading there supplies onto the camp grounds. As the three teenagers kept themselves busy, Max had an axe slung over his shoulder.
"Alright, I'm gonna go get some firewood. You guys continue unloading the supplies." Max smiled before walking off into the woods.
Ben was carrying out a box of food with Gwen and Hope holding a long banner, "Ben, did you get the cake?" Gwen asked as Ben set the box of food onto a picnic table.
"Cake?" Ben questioned, "You didn't tell me to get a cake."
"What?! Ben you didn't get the cake?!" Hope asked incredulously.
"Again, I was in charge of getting the food not the cake!" Ben glared at the two girls who exchanged looks before sighing in unison.
"Cake is food, Ben." Gwen sighed again, "How could you forget the cake! It's Grandpa's 65th birthday!"
"Fine, I'll go get the cake. What's the nearest store?" Ben sighed in defeat before watching as Gwen pulled out her phone and Googled the nearest shop.
"About six miles away." Gwen answered.
"Ben, you seriously don't believe you'll make it there and back before grandpa gets back do you?" Hope asks.
"Yeah, Ben it's six miles there and six miles back twelve in total." Gwen answers.
"XLR8 or JetRay can make the trip, even if it means topping out at my fastest speeds." Ben says as he was about to activate the Omnitrix in the far right of the campgrounds a swirling blue portal opens up and a woman flies out grabbing both Hope and Gwen and soon flying back towards the portal. Ben's eyes widened in shock, "GWEN! HOPE!" He grits his teeth before the Omnitrix picks up on his desired alien and in an emerald flash of light XLR8 is left in his place.
Not even wasting another millisecond, the Kineceleran races after the person who kidnapped his cousin and best friend. After the portal closes behind him, Max soon reenters the camp grounds to find the three teenagers gone.
"Ben? Gwen? Hope?" Max gazes around before dropping the logs and axe, "Where did those three go now?"
The portal soon opens up again, in a futuristic world with the woman holding onto both Gwen and Hope's wrists. When a blur of blue and black appears infront of her only to whack her in the face with his tail. She lets go of her hostages, while the Kineceleran races and secures them both in his arms.
"You both okay?" XLR8 asks concerned as the duo nod when a small girl on a hoverboard sees the Kineceleran and waves to him drawing them both looks.
"Where are we?" Hope asks as the trio gaze around at the futuristic world they've been brought to.
"I don't think we're in Kanas anymore." Gwen mutters as XLR8 and Hope throw her a look.
"Seriously? Did you really just make that joke right now." XLR8 questions as Gwen shrugs.
"Hey, look it's Ben 10k!" A small boy points as the trio again are left clueless.
"Ben 10k?" Hope and Gwen reply suspiciously before glaring at XLR8.
"Don't look at me like that?! I've only got 14. I'm nowhere close to 10,000." XLR8 defends himself before a large statue catches his attention. Intrigued by it, he zooms over to the statue. Hope and Gwen glance at one another before joining the Kineceleran's side.
"Hero of Heroes: Ben 10,000?" Gwen reads before the two witches gaze at XLR8 who's too busy looking at the statue of what looked to be an older version of him.
He had a beard, his hair still looked to be untameable, he wore a shirt with a line down the middle, a belt with 10k on it, futuristic pants, boots, and had a hoverboard slung onto his shoulder. He wore a cocky grin on his face, but XLR8 wasn't paying attention to himself he gazed at his left wrist. It was a futuristic upgrade version of the Omnitrix, but it was weird. His Omnitrix has the forms of two dark green gauntlets with black and green rectangles borrowing the same hourglass symbol as the Omnitrix.
"It's me." XLR8 finally said before tapping his badge and reverting back to normal, "When I'm older?"
"Okay, I'm officially freaked out! Where are we?!" Hope replies getting overwhelmed.
"Calm down, Hope. Maybe this is some kind of sick joke." Gwen replies before the statue they were staring at is destroyed sending a dust cloud at the trio. Hope shielded the trio from the dust cloud with a mana shield.
"Joke? I think whoever put us up to this is going a bit too far." Ben remarks as a large cybernetic enhanced rhinoceros appears.
It comes forward gaining the trios attention as they take in his features. It was a humanoid grey rhinoceros with orange glowing eyes, dark grey fingers and toes, and red and black nearly impenetrable armor.
"BEN TENNYSON, YOU WILL FEEL THE WRATH OF EXO-SKULL!" The now named Exo-Skull yelled as it went charging at the trio.
Ben didn't waste another second before slamming his hand onto the faceplate as another dust cloud kicked up from it's stampede. Exo-Skull missed the flash of emerald light that shined through before colliding with something large. When the dust cleared he was face to face with Humungousaur, "Listen buddy, I have no idea who you are! But if you wanna tangle with me than let's go!" He reeled his arm backwards and slammed it into Exo-Skull's face sending him into a building.
Humungousaur looked at Gwen and Hope, "You two okay?"
"Peachy." Gwen muttered before coughing when debris was soon heard. They looked over to see Exo-Skull getting back up. Before he could rush towards them the woman from earlier decided to make her appearance known and soon traps the large beast inside a mana bubble.
"That should hold him." The mysterious woman replies before setting her sights on the three teenagers, "Sorry about that."
"Um, who are you?" Humungousaur replies as the hooded woman smiles from beneath her hood.
"I'm-" Before she could introduce herself the mana prison started shaking as various cracks appeared inside the dome, "Shit." She mutters under her breath when the enhanced rhinoceros frees himself.
"NO PRISON CAN CONTAIN EXO-SKULL!" He shouted enraged.
The hooded woman jumps back before gazing at the teenagers, "You three up for alittle battle?" They didn't know what was going on or where they were but the trio nodded before standing ready for the oncoming battle. But before they could do anything, a flash of white and black zoomed by and soon encircled the large beast.
In a matter of seconds the streak of black and white destroyed the rhinoceros armor and defeating him before the group could even blink. The streak soon zoomed to stand next to the hooded figure when she tosses a net over the downed rhinoceros.
"Whoa." Was all they could say before Humungousaur tapped his badge and reverted back to normal. They gazed at the futuristic XLR8, but he looked drastically different.
He still had his cone shaped head, wore his standard white and black jumpsuit and was standing on circular wheels. But his arms were encased in greenish blue crystals. Two large shards jutted out of his back with two more below. He had another two on his chest next to his badge. It seemed to be XLR8 fused with another alien Ben hadn't acquired.
The older fused XLR8 looked the enhanced rhinoceros over, the visor on his screen lit up as he scanned the beast, "Seems to be the work of Animo."
"Animo?" Ben looked over to Hope and Gwen.
"I'll have to run a DNA analysis back at Headquarters." He replied before looking over to his past self, his past cousin, and he stopped before he took in his past ex's face. His face hardened, not that they could tell since his visor was still covering his face, "And send them back. Now."
The fusion of XLR8 and another unnamed alien turned away to find his past self eyeing him up and down, "So your me? What's up with the upgrade did you break your Omnitrix too? Even after I wanna assume twenty years, Animo is still running free. I thought I would have solved that problem."
"I didn't break it, I improved it. Animo has become a worthy adversary over the years, but I'm sure you'll see for yourself, won't you?" He then turned the other way before his sixteen year old self blocked his path.
"We'll see and you have your own headquarters? And how'd you improve it, I can barely figure out the command codes. Who's the other alien your fused with? And how about catching me up on the next 9,986 aliens inside the watch." Ben fired off question after question. It's not everyday you meet yourself twenty years later.
"Hmmm, how about-NEVER!" He yelled before zooming off in a streak of black and white.
Hope and Gwen exchanged looks before Ben tightened his fists in anger, "What's with that guy? Why's he such a dick?!" He had a half mind to run after him and show him, a thing or two. He may have ten thousand aliens, but those numbers are nothing against Alien X, 'Wait, if he's me in the future, he might have better control over him.' He was soon broken out of his thoughts by Hope.
"Ben, you do realize that's you, right?" Hope laughed as she tried to calm him down.
"Yeah, Ben, you need a major attitude adjustment." Both Gwen and the hooded woman replied at the same time. The three teenagers went eye wide before Gwen pointed at her, "Are you-"
She smiled underneath her hood before pulling it down, "That's right, Gwen. I'm you, but since college, I go by Gwendolyn." She reveals a thirty-six year old version of Gwen with shorter hair and bangs.
"This is freaky." Ben mumbles.
"Wait, I go to college?" Gwen squealed, "Ivy League, right?"
Gwendolyn smiles, "Sorry, time travel rules, can't ruin everything."
"Wait, so we've met and seen what Ben looks like twenty years later and now seeing Gwen twenty years later, where am I?" Hope asked confused having seen both Ben and Gwen's future selves, but not hers.
Ben and Gwen were now very concerned not having seen Hope twenty years later, "Yeah where is Hope? Is she still around?"
Gwendolyn had a solemn expression before looking away ashamed, "Let's just say Hope doesn't live here anymore." Now the teenagers were even more confused.
"How come?" Hope asked.
"Well after you and somebody split up-" She replied throwing a glance at Ben who quirked his eyebrow in confusion, "You left for the Ledgerdomain to be its Queen. We haven't seen you in the last ten years."
"Why did I leave?" Hope asked sadly knowing her and Ben weren't ment to last. Gwendolyn looks over to Ben curious to know why his best friend would leave.
"Ben, plug your ears." Gwendolyn replies.
"Why? I wanna know why she left too!" He demanded. Gwendolyn glared at him and he jumped remembering how not to make Gwen or any Gwen angry. So he plugged his fingers in his ears and walked a short distance away. Leaving Gwen, Gwendolyn, and Hope to talk.
"So what's the real reason she left?" Gwen asked.
Gwendolyn looked over to Hope, who had her hands on her hips, "Ben didn't wanna commit." Both Gwen and Hope's eyes widened in shock.
"What?"
"You wanted to settle down and start a family, but Ben wouldn't commit. Being a hero changed him, especially when his identity was leaked. He changed even more after the break up, he doesn't seem to have time for his family or his friends just throwing himself into his work." Gwendolyn explained. Hope and Gwen had solemn expressions, "Don't tell him anything try and enjoy your Ben while you have him. There's no telling what he'll be like after what he's gonna endure for the next year." When her belt starts flashing gaining there attention.
"What do you mean by that?" Gwen asks when the enhanced rhinoceros starts moving and Ben soon races over to them.
"Guys, I hate to break up whatever you guys were talking about, but we gotta get moving and stop Animo." Ben replied.
"He's right, it seems Animo is at Sector 15-B." She replied.
"What's Sector-15B?" Gwen asks.
"It contains DNA samples from across the Galaxy." She answers.
"How are we gonna get there?" Hope gazes over to Ben.
"I could carry the both of you, but I doubt we'd make it in time." He answers, "You have anything that can get us there in time?" Before she could answer a car horn sounded out gaining the group's attention. They look to see a large futuristic version of the Rust Bucket.
"Is that-" Ben begins as the RV opens up revealing an older version of Maxwell Tennyson. He had a beard, was abit skinner than before and still wore his usual Hawaiian patterned shirt and khakis.
"GRANDPA!" The three teenagers shouted as the older Tennyson smiled before he was bombarded by them hugging him tightly. Gwendolyn smiled as she watched there past selves hug there future grandfather.
"Now this is a surprise. Seems you've got your time portal to work." Max gazed to Gwendolyn who smiled, "Seeing you three together even if it's your past selves is the best 85th birthday present I've had in years."
"I'm sure, you've had better birthday's." Ben smiled happily.
Max shook his head, "Not since Hope left. I'm glad to see you even if you are younger."
"It's great to see you too, grandpa." Hope smiled brightly.
"Grandpa, you're still wearing this shirt. It went out of style twenty years ago." Gwen mocked the older man who laughed.
"What can I say, a true classic never goes out of style." He quipped.
"Grandpa, we hate to burden you like this, but we need a ride to Sector-15B to stop Animo. Think you can give us a ride?" Ben replied as Max smiled.
"Of course, hop in." He lead them into the RV. The trio went wide eyed when they saw the futuristic upgrade to the RV. Gwendolyn took the passenger seat as Max started up the RV.
They looked to the back of the RV, where the bunk beds used to be, instead of two beds it was four, both side by side. A door to the right which was closed and another door which lead to the bathroom. The trio took a seat in the booth.
"Grandpa, did you do this?" Ben asked as they gazed at the mobile home in wonder.
"I can't take all the credit, you and a good friend helped upgrade it." Max smiled when he activates the flying mode. Ben, Gwen, and Hope went wide eyed at this revelation.
"This thing can fly too?!" Gwen yelled.
"You haven't see anything yet. Hit it grandpa." Gwendolyn replies as Max smirks as the Rust Bucket takes off into the air. The trio gaze out the window at the passing scenery before them.
"So do you see us alot, grandpa?" Gwen asked the older man driving.
Max's smile faltered before regaining it, "I see, Gwendolyn alot, and of course I also see Kenneth. I don't see Benjamin alot maybe glimpses, but that's it. Hope, I haven't see in ten years." He gazed into his rearview mirror to see the teenagers faces fall, "Seeing you today, makes me believe you'll be back."
"If I don't see you guys, where do I live?" Ben asked dreading the answer.
"You live at your headquarters because of your other priorities." Gwendolyn replied scornfully making the trio flinch. Ben gazed out the window sadly.
"It's not your fault, Ben. No one here blames you." Gwen places her hand on his when he pulls away.
"It is my fault. Look, this isn't a future, I want. Not seeing you, or Grandpa. Future me hasn't seen his Hope in ten years! Everything here is my fault!" Ben screamed when Hope leaped across the table and smacked him.
"Ben, no one blames you. If you don't want this future, you just need to change it. Me and Gwen are with you to the end." Hope stated firmly. He looked over to Gwen who nodded. Gwendolyn and Max smiled softly when they stopped infront of a large base in front of Mount Rushmore.
"Come on, we need to help Ben 10k." Gwendolyn replied as she led the two sorcerers off the futuristic Rust Bucket.
Ben followed after them before stopping and looking back at his grandpa, "You're not joinning us, grandpa?"
"You haven't needed my help in years. Go on ahead. Just promise me one thing."
"Anything."
"Before you three leave make sure you say goodbye to me, okay? Can you promise me that?" Max asks as Ben smiles.
"I promise, grandpa." He nods before racing after both Gwen's and Hope.
Max's smile falters as he pulls out a old picture from his glove compartment. He looks down at the picture to find himself from twenty years ago, an older woman with white hair in a purple robe, amd turquoise alien with long tendrils in a blue and green jumpsuit. He saw his three sons, Carl with his wife Sandra, Frank with his wife Natalie, and Manny with his wife Hannah. He then gazed to his grandkids. Ben had a bright smile on his face with an arm slung over Hopes shoulders who was also smiling brightly, Gwendolyn and Kevin Levin holding each other smiling. Kenneth gave a small smirk and his final grandchild he hasn't seen in years: Sunny. Who looked annoyed on taking the picture. At the bottom of the picture was 'The Good Ole Days' written.
Inside the base, Big Chill flew in with Gwen and Hope flying on a mana generated platform. Gwendolyn flew above them when a large red four armed alien flew outwards gaining the quartets attention. The group landed behind the large alien.
"Whoa, who's he?" Big Chill gazed down at the fused alien hybrid. His skin is two-toned like Humungousaur's, but the darker tan is replaced by Four Arms' red. He has four Humungousaur arms with Four Arms' gloves on the hands. His feet are Four Arms' with Humungousaur's toenails. His head is shaped like Four Arms' with his facial features and Humungousaur's nose. On his arms and head, he has Four Arms' spikes. He has a green sash wrapped around his body, green and black gloves, and white, green, and black pants. The Omnitrix badge was located on his sash.
"What are you doing here?!" The Humungousaur hybrid glared, "You're no match for him-" He started until a voice gained there attention.
"Seems you've brought allies." The group of heroes turned to the Humungousaur sized hole he came through when a large sized mutant ape appeared. He had a glass case filled with water and Animo's head was inside.
"Jesus." Gwen mutters in horror.
"This is Animo? Twenty years later?" Big Chill mutters.
"What happened to him?" Hope looks to Gwendolyn.
"He got tired of mutating animals and Ben beating him so he took it a step further and mutated himself." Gwendolyn replies.
Fourmungousaur glared at Animo, "This is between you and me, Animo."
"I don't think so, Tennyson! After I get rid of you the 10,000 alien DNA samples you've acquired will be mine for the taking!" Future Animo gloated.
"You've gotta get through me first, Animo!" Fourmungousaur yelled before the two raced forward and collided where Fourmungousaur slammed his large arms onto the mutant gorilla's back.
"Shouldn't we help him?" Gwen asks as Gwendolyn shrugs.
"He prefers it this way." Gwendolyn answers.
"Well, I don't!" Big Chill yelled before racing into the fight and blasting Animo with ice.
"Stay back!" Fourmungousaur yelled before being punched away by Animo. The mutant gorilla turned around towards the Necrofriggian and swung on him, but he turned intangible and ice soon incased his arm.
"My turn, you large furred freak!" Big Chill encased his fist into ice and punched Animo who stumbled backwards, but the Necrofriggian didn't let up. He threw another punch and another till Fourmungousaur recovered and slammed his large four palms together generating a large shockwave.
Gwendolyn threw up a mana shield to block away the power behind his shockwave. Unfortunately Big Chill and Animo took most of the force. The Necrofriggian was knocked into one of the alien DNA cases and was soon rendered unconscious reverting back to normal in the process. Animo also collided with an alien's DNA case. The mutant gorilla got back up when an emerald light flashed.
"BEN!" Hope and Gwen screamed. The two sorcerers summoned a mana shield and lifted up his unconscious body and levitated it over to them. They lowered his body to the ground before gazing at him in fear.
"Don't worry, he's just unconscious." Gwendolyn answered with a smile.
Standing in Fourmungousaur's place was another alien fusion. Crashocker has the chest, torso, and arm structure of Shocksquatch but instead of being yellow, they are brownish-green. His upper head is the same as Crashhopper's and his chin comes from Shocksquatch. He has Crashhopper's legs but with two bolts on each of his feet. He retained Crashhopper's green clothing and abdomen. He has three bolts on his neck and has his throat colored the same as his chin with his horn's design. With the Omnitrix located on Crashocker's stomach.
The hybrid alien leaped high into the air before landing onto the mutant gorilla. He charged up his massive fists with electricity flickering from it and slammed it into Animo's chest who yelled in pain. He leaped once again into the air and slammed into his stomach again. Repeating the process three more times before another emerald flash occured.
In Crashocker's place was humanoid figure with a magenta colored body.y His left arm turned crimson red while the other turned a dark shade of blue with armor plating covering his shoulder. He had four claws on his right arm while his left had four fingers crystallized. His legs morphed into magneta crystallized legs with two toes and a toe on the back of his foot with crystal shards on both feet. His face hardened before a third eye opened on his forehead, he grew a lone crystal ontop of his head. Two large pink crystals grew out of his back with two smaller ones underneath. When a dark blue cloak wrapped around his body tightly, it had familiar patterns scattered around it. The Omnitrix badge was placed in the middle of his chest underneath the cloak.
"He's able to fuse his aliens?" Gwen looked at the older version of herself.
"Yeah, he got the idea after busting the Omnitrix for the first time." Gwendolyn reminded, "He calls it his Biomnitrix, not only can he fuse aliens, he's even able to defuse them."
Chroma-Chill landed straight ontop of Animo's body gaining another scream of pain from him. He launched his left arm forward and Ultra Violent rays shot forth hitting him in the chest. He launched upwards revealing his moth like wings and antennas before shooting both ice and uv rays watching them collide with the gorilla. Animo gritted his teeth before grabbing a large piece of metal and hurling it at him.
Before it could reach him, another emerald light flashed. Big Chuck has the basic body of Perk Upchuck with Way Big's details. He has Perk Upchuck's shade of green on Way Big's fins on his head, elbows, and shoulders. The bulbs on his head have turned fin-like. He retains Upchuck's "gills" on the side of his head. He has a white face with a grey top and green sides, back, and neck.
The large alien opened his mouth wide as the large piece of metal was soon devoured by him. Earning groans of disgust from the audience. His stomach grumbled before a large green ball of spit shot out hitting him hard. Animo was knocked back once again this time, Big Chuck landed ontop of him making sure he stayed down. Big Chuck ties down Animo to make sure he can't escape.
The badge on his chest shines brightly revealing a non-fused XLR8. He zooms over to the two Gwen's, Hope, and a recovering Ben.
"Ugh, what happened?" He rubs his aching head to see Animo defeated, "What?! I missed the fight?!"
"Technically, he knocked you out." Gwen answers pointing to XLR8 and Gwendolyn talking. When the Galactic Enforcers show up.
"Great not these guys." Ben facepalms himself.
Hope looks over the three alien heroes before looking over to Ben and Gwen, "Who are they?"
"The Galactic Enforcers, a group of heroes who tried to recruit Ben onto there team a few weeks back." Gwen answers as Hope nods before they turn and listen to the conversation.
"Fear not, Benjamin, we've come to help." Ultimos replies dramatically.
"Shows over, get Animo to the Null Void." XLR8 orders.
"Surely, you can't handle everything on your own." Ultimos replies, but Future Ben ignores his remark before setting his sights on the three teenagers.
"I thought I told you to send them back." XLR8 replies.
"And I thought I told you to stop being a jerk." Gwendolyn counters.
XLR8 sighs, "Whatever, I'll take them back to headquarters. I'll see you there." He zooms over to the group, "We're heading back to headquarters. Try and keep up." He scoops up Gwen and zooms off leaving behind a fuming Ben and a shocked Hope.
In a flash of emerald light, XLR8 scoops up Hope and zooms off. The two Kineceleran's zoom throughout South Dakota, "How long has Animo been around?" Gwen asked the older version of Ben Tennyson.
Ben 10k's mask slid up as he gazed over to see his past self looking at him curiously, "He escaped a few years back. I honestly didn't think he'd show his ugly face anymore well it's not a problem."
"What about Vilgax? Last we saw him and Kevin were trapped in the Null Void." Ben asks as his older self looks over to him.
"Last I saw of Vilgax, I left him in pieces. It was ugly for everyone involved. Enough said." Ben 10k replied curtly as Ben and Hope exchanged looks.
Back at Sector-15B, The Galactic Enforcers were stuck on clean up duty. Tini and Ultimos were pulling the metal casings off of the mutated mad doctor grumbling about how Ben wouldn't share the spotlight, when a vent on Animo's head deployed a knockout gas. The trio of heroes dropped to the ground, sleep as Animo walked passed them.
Animo grinned, "This'll be too easy!" He started looking around the DNA samples before finding VX-000001's case. He destroyed the case revealing the remains of Vilgax. Animo soon blasts the corpse and soon revives him, "Hello Vilgax, time to take your revenge on Tennyson." Vilgax's eye opens and soon narrows darkly.
Inside Ben 10k's base, Future XLR8 placed Gwen onto the floor with XLR8 doing the same for Hope, but he slammed his hand onto his chest reverting back to normal. Future XLR8 zoomed over to the console and started typing into it at insane speeds. Ben, Hope, and Gwen gazed at the large base in amazement.
"Whoa, this place is seriously cool." Gwen replies.
"How long did it take you to build this?" Ben asks, but the older version of him ignores him making him annoyed, "Are you ignoring us now?"
Again, he said nothing typing in his diagnosis he ran over Exo-Skull. The trio exchanged looks as Ben walked over to him, "Excuse me, Mr. Future Me, you know it's rude to ignore your guests."
He finally stopped typing before gazing at him, "It's not considered rude, if I know you guys aren't here to bother me."
"Not only are you a complete dick to your friends and family, but also your past self. What the hell is the matter with you?" Ben glared at the older version of himself who went back to ignoring him. Gwen and Hope watched the interaction from afar and knew something was bound to happen.
"Stop ignoring me and answer the question!" Ben screamed, "What went wrong with us for us to close ourselves off from our friends and family!" The older XLR8's face hardened behind his mask, but he continued ignoring him, "Is it because Hope left?" Ben muttered and when he said it the older version of himself snapped and speed tackled him against the wall holding him by his shirt. Gwen and Hope were about to jump in when Ben raised his hand for them to stop.
"DON'T YOU MENTION HER NAME! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE DID TO HER!" The older XLR8 screamed as Ben remained stoic as he noticed tears streaming down his face, "YOU CAN'T IMAGINE THE PAIN, I CAUSED HER! I SWORE TO PROTECT HER, I SWORE TO DO EVERYTHING I COULD FOR HER! I swore to always love her..." He muttered the last part for his younger self to hear, "And now she's gone because of me."
"You don't know that." Ben replied, "You're just scared throwing yourself into your work made you forget what we stood for. Who we stood for. I don't know what went on between you two, but it's time you stop being a coward and man up." The Future Ben gazed into Ben's eyes and could see the fire he used to have, "WE'RE BEN TENNYSON, WE DON'T RUN FROM A CHALLENGE! WE FACE IT HEAD ON!"
XLR8 placed Ben down before he could say anything on how right he was a blaring alarm broke them from there conversation. In a blink of an eye, he was back at the console, checking to see why the alarm was going off. Ben, Gwen, and Hope were by his side quickly.
"What's happening?" Gwen asked.
"Sector 61 is under attack." XLR8 alerts them.
"Where's Sector 61?" Hope gazes at the older Ben who was still typing into the console.
"Sector 61 is where the Null Void Containment is." Gwendolyn appears and answers her question. When XLR8 brings up a picture of Animo.
"Seems Animo escaped. I'll handle this shortly then we'll talk when I get back." XLR8 replies before his mask slides over his face before zooming off.
"What's up with him?" Gwendolyn asked when Hope soon recaps the whole confrontation between past Ben and future Ben, "Did something we weren't able to do."
"He's not a lost cause, Gwen. He's just hurt and scared to make another decision that'll cost him someone dear. But he's gonna need our help, let's go." Ben explained before the three women nodded firmly.
Animo glances at the large Null Void prison, "With this I'll release every alien that's been captured and lead an unstoppable army the world has ever seen." XLR8 zoomed infront of Animo and in an emerald flash turned into Fourmungousaur.
"I don't think so Animo." Fourmungousaur replied before Animo started laughing evilly, "What's so funny?"
"Nothing Tennyson, but you're about to have your hands full." Animo replied when a blur sent the hybrid barreling into the wall. Fourmungousaur rubbed his head before he looked at what collided with him.
"Hey Tennyson, you miss me?" Fourmungousaur's eye's widened in fear when he heard that voice.
"Kevin Levin?" Fourmungousaur replied in shock. Kevin was alot skinnier especially from before, his hair was even longer than before and it parted over his right eye. He had a distinct X scar on his chin. He was in a black short sleeve jumpsuit with armor plating on his shoulder, hips, and knees with a belt around his waist.
"He's not the only one!" Animo announced when a red clawed hand gripped the alien hybrids head before slamming it into the ground. Fourmungousaur elbowed his assailant before turning around to come face to face with Vilgax, but he looked drastically different from what he remembered.
Vilgax still had his squid head and glowing red eyes, but his body was different. He had six arms. The large right arm that jutted out of his back resembled FeedBack, with Fasttracks spiked arms. The large left arm that jutted out of his back resembled LodeStar. The large right arm resembled Atomix, the large left arm resembled Gravattack with a small dagger jutting out of his knuckle from Rath, the lower right arm looked to be Humungousaur with leaves litering his forearm from Swampfire, and the lower left looked to be DiamondHead's arm with Chromastone's stones litering the forearm. He had NRG's grate underneath his chin with his squid tentacles hanging lifelessly. His body looked to be a mix between Water Hazard, Eye Guy, and TerraSpin. TerraSpin's body covering majority of it with Water Hazard's body color, and various eyes from Eye Guy. The back of his neck was a patch of molten rock which looked to be carved from HeatBlast's body. He had XLR8's tail, WildMutt and CrashHopper's hindlegs. He had a large red horn from Way Big jutting out of his forehead. On his back were two wings one being from Astrodactyl and the other StinkFly.
Fourmungousaur gazed in horror at the disfigured hybrid standing before him, "Vilgax?"
"That would be Vilgax 20,000!" Animo answered before Kevin laughed.
"And you know me, Benji. KEVIN 11,000! Does this bring back memories, Benji?" Kevin laughed wickedly.
"I have waited so long to end you, Tennyson." Vilgax glared as red lasers blasted from his eyes and hit the large alien who blocked to the best of his abilities, but didn't see Kevin who now had super speed and strength slam into him.
Fourmungousaur collided into the Null Void Chamber and gazed at Kevin 11,000 and Vilgax 20,000, "Prepare to meet your end, Ben 10,000." Kevin grinned before the Galilean arm lifted Fourmungousaur off the ground and sent him flying.
Vilgax raced after Ben 10k while Kevin gazed at Animo, "We'll keep him busy, open the Null Void." Animo smirked before watching the mutated human zoom off. Ben, Gwen, Gwendolyn, and Hope soon made there entrance.
The group of heroes saw Animo at the console, before a loud crashing noise gained there attention to see Fourmungousaur fighting a human and a mutated six armed alien monster. He squinted his eyes and saw who it was due to the squid head, "Vilgax?"
"Why does he look like that?!" Gwen asked the older version of herself who shrugged.
"You three stop Animo, I'm gonna go even the odds." Ben ordered as the three women nodded. Ben went racing after the trio before activating the Omnitrix. He quickly started scrolling through his playlist before slamming his hand onto the faceplate becoming engulfed in an emerald light.
Ben felt himself bloating up like a balloon. He became shorter and hunched over with a long tail sprouting from his back both being covered in yellow armor plating. The top of his head was protected in the armor plating. His arms were longer and covered in yellow armor and his feet turned into short and stubby claws also with his knees being covered in the yellow armor plates, with his teeth turning into fangs. He is mostly white, while various parts of his body were black. His legs were completely black. With his eyes shining emerald green. The Omnitrix badge appeared in the middle of his chest, "CANNONBOLT!" The Arburian Pelrota exclaimed before rolling himself into a ball and racing off to the two contenders that seemed too busy with his future self.
Fourmungousaur punched Kevin away when he was blasted in the back by his Atomix's nuclear radiation. He gritted his teeth when Vilgax soon blasted flames from his palms. But in an emerald flash he was transformed into a maroon, tall, armored crustacean alien who blasted a turrent of water from his palms, colliding with the flames when Kevin grabbed him by his head and slammed him into the ground and at blinding speeds ran his face into the ground. In another flash of light, Grey Matter raced up his arm, Kevin glared before he was blindsided by a large armored ball colliding with him. Grey Matter landed on the ground before transforming a large meteor that wore black pants.
Cannonbolt soon unrolled himself as Vilgax 20,000 gazed at the duo with Kevin cracking his bones, "Who's your friend?" He gazed at the older humanoid man when the two enemies started circling each other.
"I'm pretty sure you remember Kevin Levin." The older version of himself replied as Vilgax and Kevin circled them which sent Cannonbolt wide eyed.
"Kevin 11? That's him?"
"Don't let looks deceive you." He muttered before Kevin started laughing like a maniac.
"IT'S NOT 11 ANYMORE, I GO BY KEVIN 11,000! ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU!" Kevin yelled.
When his pupils dilated. His body started mutating beyond belief. His right arm extended resembling Four Arms and a black tentacle soon shot out his elbow that resembled WildVine's tendrils, but the end of the tentacle had XLR8's tail at the end. His left arm extended outwards resembling Armodrillo encased in intense flames courtesy of HeatBlast. One large coil generator sprung out of his back from Frankenstrike. While one large diamond shard erupted from his back next to his Transylian generator. The lower right arm was yellow and black with bolts on the wrists from Shocksquatch. The lower left arm looked to be brown and covered in fur, with a elbow talon and clawed fingers courtesy of Kickin' Hawk. His legs resembled LodeStar and Big Chill standing on two circular wheels. On his back underneath his coil generator and diamond shard were two wings, one looked to resemble a fairy aka Pesky Dust and the other was a Null Guardian encased in flames. With four Null Guardian tentacles protruding from underneath his wings. His body had various black lines racing through it with flames igniting from it. His head was locked inside a cage with four eyes glaring back at them and the scary thing about this was the entire cage was ignited in flames leaving his eyes glaring at them.
"Ben Ten, Ben Ten Thousand Meet Kevin Eleven Thousand!" His voice was dark and amplified like Echo Echoes.
"Holy shit." CannonBolt exclaimed frightfully. The two alien mutants circeled them, "Got anything for this? That'll give us an edge?"
"Yeah, but we're gonna need to work together, got my flank?" Ben 10k replied as CannonBolt smirked.
"Always. You take Vilgax, I'll attempt to deal with Kevin."
"If you're dealing with Kevin, you might need a hand or four." The unknown alien slammed his massive hand onto his dial engulfing him in an emerald light.
CannonBolt was taller and redder, he was in a white and black sleeveless jumpsuit. He had large four arms with black fingerless gloves on each hand. He had two toes and four yellow eyess. He had large incisors jutting from his lips with a black line running from his bald red head to his chin. The Omnitrix appearing on his left pectoral, "WHOA! How'd you do that?!" The new alien exclaimed as he gazed at himself.
The unknown alien smirked before tapping his own badge and reverted back to normal, "It's time, I stopped running from my problems." He smirked. The new alien gazed at his future self.
He was in his late thirties with his hair messy and three bangs hanging loosely over his forehead. His skin complexion was paler than when he was a teenager, and he was alot more muscular from the scrawny teenager he used to be in a white shirt with a black line running down the middle of his chest. He wore green pants with a belt around his waist with 10k on the buckle. He wore black combat boots tucked into his pants.
He looked to his left wrist like he did with the statue and didn't find an Omnitrix like he said he improved it. The new improved Omnitrix he used takes the forms of two dark green gauntlets with black and green rectangles borrowing the same hourglass symbol as his Omnitrix.
"Whoa."
"Take the lead, kid. I'll be right behind ya." 10k exclaimed before he raced toward Vilgax who roared at him.
"Impudent life form thinking you can take me on in that cursed weak human form!" Vilgax 20,000 yelled as he blasted bolts of electricity at him which caused the older man to dodge.
"Missed me, Villy!" 10k cracked before he was soon hovering off the ground, "Ugh, I forgot you have Gravattack's gravity ability, cheater!" He yelled before he was brought towards Vilgax's face.
"I have wait twenty years to do this to you, Tennyson." He soon lifted up his Atomix arm, "Any final words?"
"Yeah. Just three." 10k smirked widely before Kevin 11,000 was launched into Vilgax, "IT'S HERO TIME!" Four Arms soon joined 10k's side before grinning, "Watch and learn, kid." He raced towards the downed alien mutants as he crossed his arms into an X with the gauntlet shining brightly, "ATOMIC-X!" In a flash of emerald light 10k was gone.
The alien known as Atomic-X greatly bears the body similar to Alien X. His arms have large green cylinders filled with energy and orbs on his shoulders. His eyebrows take the shape of Alien X's horns. He has the basic characteristics of Atomix, including upper torso, collarbone, lower jaw, waist, thighs and feet as well as sharing the same height of Atomix. He bares the Biomnitrix on his chest.
"Whoa. That's fucking awesome." Four Arms remarks as he watches Atomic-X tackle both Kevin 11,000 and Vilgax 20,000 off a ledge falling several stories below, "Hey wait for me!" Four Arms yells as he launches off the ledge after them.
Atomic-X gets sent flying backwards when Four Arms lands beside him, "Nice entrance." He mutters while the Tetramand rolls his eyes.
"We can do this." Four Arms looks over to Atomic-X, "Together."
"Together." He assures before the duo rushes forward Kevin and Vilgax launch a volley of various attacks at at duo when Atomic-X uses a forcefield to shield himself and Four Arms. Atomic-X punches Vilgax hard sending him flying when Kevin slams his massive arms onto him, but Atomic-X caught the attack, "It's two on one remember."
Kevin went wide eyed when he saw past Ben Tennyson as Four Arms punch him straight in the jaw, "Got him." Four Arms assured when a volley of nuclear radiation was launched at them. Atomic-X jumped in front of his past self and absorbed the attack.
Kevin and Vilgax glared, "We can't win, we need to retreat!" Kevin replied angrily.
"I won't leave until, I have his head on a stick." Vilgax glared at the two aliens.
"This isn't an option." Kevin replied, but Vilgax wasn't one to give up. He launched a volley of diamond shards at them, flames, electricity, controlling the metal around and launching it at them, nuclear radiation, and even more radiation from the grate on his chest.
Kevin sighed he knew they weren't gonna win, but might aswell go down fighting. He too launched a volley of attacks. Flames, diamonds, electricity, and a sonic scream. But Atomic-X lifted up a forcefield at the last minute, "What do you say we end this?"
"I couldn't agree more." Four Arms tapped his badge and reverted into the Crystalsapien known as, "CHROMASTONE!" He yelled when a blue beam collided with the two enemies knocking them into each other.
"Claws off my grandsons, Vilgax! Kevin!" He shouted holding the same cannon from twenty years ago, but it had twice the fire power.
"Thanks grandpa." Atomic-X smirked internally.
"Go help the Gwen's and Hope there by the Null Void Chamber." Chromastone replied as Max nodded before stopping for a brief moment.
"Think fast." Max replied tossing Atomic-X two small objects which were metallic brown and orange.
"Just what I needed, thanks grandpa." Max smiled and nodded before taking off to help the Gwen's and Hope.
"Let's bring this fight to an end. You ready, Ben?" Atomic-X asked.
"I'm always ready."
"Alright, give it everything you've got." Atomic-X soon started containing massive amounts of nuclear radiation within his body. Chromastone was doing the same containing large amounts of ultra violent rays making his body shine like a rainbow.
Vilgax and Kevin soon started getting back up when they caught sight of both alien heroes, "IT'S OVER!" They shouted before letting there power erupt the two blasted the enemies who were engulfed in the attack, but before the attacks collided Atomic-X had thrown the small orbs before hand.
After the blinding light show, Ben and 10k reverted back to normal. They walked to the scorched area before seeing two orbs filled with both Kevin 11,000 and Vilgax 20,000.
"Wait, they're still alive? You told me to give it all I've got?" Ben asked confused before 10k smirked.
"I did to trick them like we did before. Kevin and Vilgax aren't really all that bright, but when it comes to knowing how to use our powers it comes back to bite you in the ass." Ben 10k remarked which caused Ben to laugh, "Thank you for helping me see that everyone deserves a happy ending."
"You're me, it's the least I can do. Besides I'm not a total dick. Like you." He smirked as Ben 10k quirked an eyebrow.
"Watch it, kid."
"I'm just joking, anyway who was that last guy? Atomic-X?" Ben asked curiously as Ben 10k winked.
"Fusion between my two strongest aliens. Alien X and Atomix. Atomic-X." He grinned before picking up the two captured enemies.
"That's so awesome can you teach me that."
"You'll learn you've got the next twenty years ahead of you." He laughed as Ben sighed.
"Dick." He muttered under his breath.
"What was that?!"
"Uh nothing!"
"Uh huh, come on. We got a party to get too." Ben 10k wrapped his arm around Ben's shoulders.
Max stood infront of both older versions of Ben and Gwen with Ben, Gwen, and Hope smiling next to them. He grinned happily as he gazed at the table that was lined with presents and a cake, "This is definitely the best 85th birthday, I've ever had. Seeing both sets of grandkids and Hope. Makes me wanna relive the old days."
"It comes with the territory." Ben gloated as the group laughed at him when an alarm started going off a blue screen with Ultimos opened up in front of them.
"Ben, danger alert, Vulkanus has been spotted in Sector-92J." Ultimos replies, Ben 10k looks at the group gathered before him and smiles.
"Sorry guys, I'm busy celebrating my grandpa's 85th birthday." He soon wrapped his arm around his grandpa and blew a birthday horn, "You handle it."
"Seriously-I mean of course. Ultimos out." The blue screen closes as the group let's out a sigh of relief.
As the party went on, Ben 10k and past Hope stepped away from the group. Hope had wanted to talk to him the moment she found out what really went down. Ben 10k couldn't meet her eye, but she placed a comforting hand on his face.
"Ben, I know how much being a hero means to you, but you shouldn't let it devour you like that. You're stronger than you think you are with or without the Omnitrix." Hope began, "I know you didn't mean to hurt me, I know you deep down you still love me the way I love you."
"I will always love you, Hope. No matter the time period, you will always be the one I come back too." Ben 10k said.
"I know, now you gotta let her know too and try and fix this because deep down she was hurt even more than you are right now and you know how to fix it."
"I do." He smiled softly.
The two hugged briefly before moving back to the party, "We're not the only party you guys have to celebrate." Gwendolyn soon opened a portal, "Come on, I'll take you home."
Gwen hugged Max again then herself before waving, "Cya." Hope also hugged Max, Gwendolyn, and Ben again before waving and jumping into the portal.
Ben smiled before hugging Gwendolyn and Max before stopping infront of himself, "I hope you know what you've gotta do." He held out his hand.
"I know and a little parting gift." He tossed him a metallic cube before then snatching his left wrist and turning the faceplate a few times, "I gave you a classic favorite of yours truly." He grinned.
"Thanks." Ben started heading to the portal when Ben 10k whispered in his ear.
"Don't make the same mistakes I made, Hope or Kevin doesn't deserve this. Make things right, okay?"
"I will, I promise." He smiled and waved goodbye before jumping through the portal.
"Ben? Gwen? Hope?" Max called out to the empty campgrounds, "Where'd those three go now?" He muttered before a portal soon opened infront of the RV. Max shielded his eyes before seeing Gwen, Hope, and Ben hop out.
"Grandpa!" Gwen and Hope smiled hugging the old man who welcomed the hug immediately.
"Seems you guys had some adventure." Max laughed as Ben soon pushed the red button and the metallic cube soon transformed into something Ben needed.
"You wouldn't believe it." Gwen laughed.
"But you'll believe this." Ben replied holding a cake with 65 candles lit, "We got you a cake. Happy birthday grandpa."
Hope and Gwen smiled brightly, "Happy birthday Grandpa."
"This is the best 65th birthday, I could ever ask for." Max smiled before blowing out his candles making the three teenagers cheer happily as the Tennyson family sat down and enjoyed the cake without a care in the world.
After the party ended, Ben 10,000 was overlooking the futuristic Bellwood before heading to Sector 32 within his base. It was a large transparent orb sitting in the middle of the room. He walked over to the orb and placed his hand onto it, "Ledgerdomain, throne room." He muttered before becoming engulfed in a white blinding light.
When he reopened his eyes he was standing in a large room, pillars littered both sides with candles on them. The color of the room was purple, Ben 10k looked gazed around and found two golden double doors at the far end of the room before turning his attention to the throne at that sat at the end with three steps below it.
But he didn't care about the throne, he cared about the person sitting on the throne. He gazed at her for the first time in ten years, it looked like she hadn't aged a day since, her silver hair tied in a high ponytail, with a gold crown nestled at the top of her head. She wore a purple dress that cut off at her knees with black leggings. She wore a purple cape off her shoulders, and black heels, and a black belt wrapped around her waist. But what caught his attention were her eyes, the striking magenta eyes and her soft lips covered in black lipstick. Her lips turned upwards softly.
"Well, well, well. Look who we have here." She mocked as Ben 10k knew this was coming, "Was ten years not good enough for you? After all this time you stood away, I stood away. We agreed upon it, yes? SO WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE, TENNYSON!" She yelled angrily shooting up from her throne.
Ben had gone over this almost a million times in his head on what he wanted to say, but it got caught in his throat as soon as he saw her. She always did have that effect on him.
"Not gonna answer me?" She glared at the alien hero when he finally opened his mouth, it wasn't what she was expecting.
"I'm ready."
She went wide eyed when she heard him. The words replayed over and over in her head in less than a second, "You're ready? What? You weren't ready ten years ago? What suddenly changed, Benjamin?!"
"Hope, I love you and will always love you. What I said to you that day haunts me day in and day out. I regret it and I've been regretting it ever since. It took some cloas friends of ours to remind me that. I'm here to tell you, I screwed up majorly. You were always by my side and I'll never stop loving you." Ben stated, Hope whipped her head away as she almost felt like crying. She covered her mouth to stop herself from quivering.
"I want to be with you, I'm ready for us to be a family, for us to start a family. I want you back, Hope." Hope walked down her steps leading to the kneeling man before her and slapped him hard. Ben knew he had that coming when he turned to face her again she slapped him again. He had to admit he had that one coming too.
After about five minutes of silence she finally spoke again, "What took you so long?" Ben went wide eyed when he heard her.
"When I lost you, I was never the same." He stood before her and gazed into her magenta steeled eyes which were shedding tears, "I've been running to avoid hurting you again, but a dear friend of mine reminded me the more I kept running the more I was hurting you."
Hope smiled weakly and hugged him, "I mi-missed you so mu-much." She stuttered as Ben rubbed her back.
"I missed you, Hope. I also want to ask you something." Ben once again gazed into her eyes as she smiled.
"Anything."
He smiled before bending down on one knee, Hope went wide eyed at what he was about to do. He pulled a small box from his pocket, "I've had this ring for the last fifteen years. I was gonna ask you to marry me, one of these days, but the idea of wanting to commit scared me so I hid it till I knew I was ready. I'm sorry it's taken me ten years to find my way back to you, but I want you to know if you say yes, then I will never ever leave you broken hearted again. Will you marry me, Hope."
Hope couldn't speak as more tears streamed down her face as she gazed from the ring to the man holding it. She couldn't contain her joy any longer before nodding her head rapidly, "Yes. A million times yes. I will marry you, Ben Tennyson."
Ben grinned before taking the ring out the case and sliding it onto her finger and hugging her tightly. When the soon broke off from there embrace, he smashed his lips into hers, Hope wrapped her arms tightly around the mans neck. The two soon parted breathless leaning there forwards against each other.
"I love you, Ben Tennyson."
"I love you too, Hope Tennyson."

A/N: Awww, it's such a touching moment and it just brings me to tears. Ben 10,000 and Hope finally getting together once more. Who could have predicted that? Oh wait me! Hahaha. Anyway a few things, yes ik im in trouble i haven't updated any other book but gotta give me some credit here. I'm trying and it hasn't been easy, but I'm in the midst of finishing off chapter 7 of Fairy x10 and the Arabasta arc is alot longer than i expected so sorry. Now onto Vilgax and Kevin, oh man there alien forms were so sick, I did tht because Ben had the fucking Biomnitrix and he was too op so I upped the stakes alot. Ngl this chapter was alot harder to write than you think not harder than Pirate Adventure or Rise of a Hero, but it's up there. Anyway keep an eye out for Fairy x10 it should be done by tonight or tomorrow night and chapter 8 for said book will be out maybe Tuesday. Wednesday if i pick up the pace.
