So someone asked about some interesting stuff i was waiting to introduce soon but I feel like spoiling today!

A brief recap for you lads.

So the (former) little group (now not a little group anymore with over 77 confirmed members that have taken the pledge and many others waiting in line) of five members comprising of issei his two best buds Matsuda and Motohama who previously during a holiday with his parents in china meet Han in game shop and hit it(they talked about girls if you must know!) Later thanks to him befriending the Chinese youth they came across a certain website that gave scholarship to "gifted" foreign students who would fall into the hands of the black market slave dealers (for those who didn't have connections with the locals to be aware of the trap awaiting them when they fell asleep on the apartment complex that was given to the ones who weren't aware.)

Thanks to Han and his experience (unknown to them before Issei had his fateful encounter with the fallen angel cunt) with the supernatural and as a byproduct of the local black market they got a warning and were able to subvert their doom into a golden Chance.

During their escape from the "Devil Trap"(as Ddraig coined their town) they came across Asia who looked so out of place that even destiny itself cringed and caused issei to fall into the scent of the Blonde haired dragon tamer, as a result the two fateful individuals that in another timeline had caused the doom of their world to come sooner then it was predicted Met but that is a tale for another time.

So did our little group of Five formed the core foundation that would build their organization brick by brick(in their case with each person they saved they boosted their rate of growth as a Faction by a large margin.)

The core roles:

Leader: Hyoudou Issei(Founder of Outcast)

Possessor of Boosted Gear, Spirit of The Red Dragon Emperor, The Spark of Future {Finis Dominus}.

Abilities: Boost, gift, explosion, Master of unarmed Combat, (Regeneration), experienced Boxer, muay thai(adept thanks to Han), Pyromancer (instinctual)(possible interference of the broken timeline confirmed), touki User( During an…incident involving a Minor Dragon vein he…had a episode where he had to control his "Spirit" and as a result he conquered his body and broke his limits as a result Touki was unlocked, {this but a brief recap!}),{?!@#}, [@*"#?!] Etc etc.

Chief Artificer: Motohama (Founder of Outcast)

Possessor of Solomon's spark, as the name suggest a (non canon) Sacred Gear capable of giving its user the capabilities to invent new designs or blueprints ( in our boy's case) of marvels that would have many scientist go mad with jealousy or greed from its sheer potential to advance humanity itself to conquer the stars into the hands of ambitious person…or the doom of all existence into the hands of a power hungry tyrant…(thankfully our boy is just focusing on artificial intelligence, robotics, mixing magic and technology to fuck with the laws of thermodynamics…) worry not his goal and ambition is to help his best friend (brother in arms) to achieve their shared Goal!

[Warning: Solomon's spark hasn't been truly fully researched and its capabilities are still unknown to the interested parties. Solomon's spark is one of the ten (number 3) Legendary treasures who were converted by the God of the Bible into high tier sacred gears that come only in pairs once every 3 generations for if all ten treasure of Solomon were active upon earth the Demonic statues that once upon of a time served the Devil Kings would awaken and bring Armageddon upon existence.]

Confirmed Abilities: inventive mind, photographic memory (Sacred Gear influence), constant Desire to advance technology (the superComputer is a result of that desire being boosted…it has gained sentience through the Magical capabilities of Artificer's Desire meddling during it's creation.) The rest of the abilities are unknown for now.

First Officer: Matsuda (Founder of the Outcasts)

Possessor of Genesis Blaster aka the 10th treasure of Solomon "The Hand Judgment". As the name suggests it gives the user the capabilities to cause untold destruction on the same scale as the Longinuses. A Gauntlet which has only once been truly unleashed to its full potential during a forgotten time when the tensions between the three factions were still High, it enhances the physical capabilities of its user by a margin of 10 once the balance breaker is activated the user can decide which stat he wishes to boost for different types of battles…

The Spymaster/second-in command: Han (Founder of the Outcasts)

Possessor of Spatial Jam, a sacred gear that mirrors its Curse type brethrens with its ability to "Curse" someone to be unable to move or be capable of doing any sort of action that might allow its prey to move. It does this by summoning a crystal sphere above the head of the victim and anchoring itself on top until further command is given by the Possessor. It's a rare type on the curse series type that can only be shaken off when the Possessor is out of stamina or knocked out but if the Chosen victim is many times then the Possessor the Sacred gear will suck a lot of stamina and that might cause the user to fall into a coma.

Chief Apothecary: Asia Argento (honorary founding member for she thinks everyone deserves a chance…which the boys heavily heavily Disagree.)

As we all know Asia is the Possessor of Twilight Healing a rare sacred gear capable of healing anyone and anything, a sacred gear which has been deemed heretical by the church for its capability to heal even the Rotten Devils and traitorous Fallen angels.

Asia is still the same trusty naive girl (a pain in the ass to Han for he despises such people and considers them a Hazard to the rest who have a healthy dose of Paranoia to doubt the intentions of the people like that Bastard Asataroth cock sucker) sadly for them they can't trust Asia with even the simplest missions when they require a healer. Too clumsy to send alongside the Nova Exorcists as Backup and far far to incompetent to be given a serious role in the "Outcasts Faction". During a discussion between the many leaders who oversee the many branches of this growing group they came to unanimous conclusion, Asia Argento has been deemed to dangerous to be given permission to join the heavy hitters and as a result they created a brand new position for her the Chief apothecary (a title with no power) who will watch over kids they have saved and help them with their Trauma and in case of great emergency she will be called to act as the head Healer.

Now let's give you all an idea of this faction's inner workings.

The many branches have been organized as such:

The Draconian Gathering: the overseeing Team that takes care of logistics required to keep everything running smoothly.

Members: usually the mages tend to favor this position as it allows them to study when they finish combing through the documents that don't require the stamp of one the commanders of the branches.

Overseer: Sara The Pyromancer Archmage (that mage girl who got knocked out by Issei previously.)

The Nova Exorcists: hunters who take missions that deal with devils and supernaturals in general. Most of them are exorcists who had turned excommunicated for reasons that don't compromise their humanity and as such can join this distinguished gathering of Heroes that truly are in service of Mankind, their younger members are children or Teenagers who came to be saved during a mission or…when they were rescued during the Greatest Achievement of the Outcasts as a Official group, the Raid on the biggest Slave Market on the World or as the World came to know "The Burning Of Hong Kong".

Overseer: Commander in chief of all troops Gjon "The Conquering Sword of Humanity" (coined by the Exorcist and other members who saw him in action during the Raid and later the Crashing of the Peace Summit.)

A decisive crack down that was realized thanks to the many Drones and cameras that were hacked by their intelligence gathering team and the Supercomputer who for one hour took control of the military System and deleted any footage that might have caused the supernatural factions to be alarmed.

This event was called The Reforging and Reformation of their duty by the Older Exorcists, many had taken multiple kids to teach and care after their "penance". As a result there is an entire younger generation of exorcists who are training to uphold their duty soon to join the fray…

The all-seeing Oculus: The intelligence Gathering Group in Charge of overseeing and controlling their Raids upon their unsuspecting prey. The "CIA" of their Faction who make sure they aren't being spied on by Enemy agents and who spy on their Enemies…they have a fetish of being on Top of everything including spying the millennia old factions.

Overseer: Han the Spymaster (he doesn't like being called a Grand nickname he says, he just likes spying and beating the information out of their vict- ahem Prisoners.)

"The Bright Minds" (the NERDS of the Faction): the big brains behind their growth in territory and the new gadgets that all members are gifted with( the exorcists love these men and women like their God and make sure to kiss their asses whenever they can Incase the Nerds had invented another type of lightsaber) such as redesigned Lightsabers who can be used by everyone and are far far more effective then the old outdated model. Then there is the skin tight bodysuit made from refined monster leather mixed with carbon fiber to create a whole new slew of Combat suits.

Overseer: Matsuda "The Spark Of Invention" and Mars Octavio "The Spirit of Invention" (both of those titles match their skill sets and abilities and as such by merit they were granted the shared office of leading their Factions growth to higher heights.)
