Well that took forever! I'm so close to the end, but the muses have stopped working with me. Oh well, the chapter is done so that's all that matters. Hope you all enjoy.

Harry was slowly walking down a street in Queens towards the apparation point. He had been Christmas shopping in the specialist magical district, unfortunately, there was no apparation point in the district. So, now he was forced to walk three blocks to get home. Halfway down, Harry was forced to stop and lean against a light post to catch his breath. Even though it had been five months since Iris' birth he was still recovering and got winded easily.

"Well, well what do we have here?" a voice came from the alley behind Harry. Turning around Harry cursed. There were three young men with knives walking toward him. "You are in the wrong place sweetheart. Now you are going to give us everything you have."

"That's not very nice," a voice came from above them. Looking up Harry suppressed another sigh. Spider-man. Great another complication. "I think you should leave this nice man alone and rethink your path in life."

"I don't think so," another voice said from behind them before a shot ran out. A moment later the four men were running down the alley.

Glaring at the men, Harry raced over to where Spider-man was lying on the ground. Reaching out to check the hero over, Harry's magic instantly reacted telling him that his brothers' son was injured. "Fucking hell! Peter! Oh, Merlin. What have you been doing? Tony and Bucky are going to flip!"

Peter groaned as he clutched his shoulder. "Please don't tell them."

"I have to," Harry gently pushed Peter's hand out of the way. "You need medical attention and training. Why you never told us I have no idea." Reaching into his pocket Harry pulled out his phone. "Jarvis, I need a medical evac immediately but don't tell Tony or Bucky."

"Agent Malfoy is on his way. I have alerted the medical team to be expecting you."

"Thanks, Jarvis. Tell the medical team that Spider-Man has been shot in the shoulder and is displaying enhanced systems." Putting his phone away, Harry turned back to Peter. "You don't have to say anything now, but you will be explaining what happened to us. I would also expect to be put into heavy training with the rest of the team."

Peter was saved from answering by Clint pulling up in an SUV. "Harry, Jarvis called me and said you needed a medivac."

"I don't. Spider-Man does." Harry shifted so Clint could see the superhero lying on the ground.

"Spider-man? What happened?" Pulling out the first-aid kit, Clint rushed over to the two men.

"He was shot while stopping a gang from mugging me," Harry panted. He had already been feeling tired and this was just adding to his weariness.

"Well, the good news is that the bullet went straight through and didn't hit anything important. The bad, news is that it's going to hurt like a bitch when you so much twitch your fingers. Let's get you up and back to the tower so the docs can stitch you up. Harry don't push yourself. I'll come and help you up in a sec." Once he was sure Harry wouldn't be getting up, Clint carefully helped Spider-Man up and into the vehicle. Then, he headed back to help Harry up and into the SUV. "Okay, let's get you both back to the tower."

The ride to the tower was thankfully short and smooth. A doctor and nurse were waiting for them with a stretcher along with Tony. In the backseat, Spider-man groaned. Harry just laughed. "You knew this was going to happen, just be lucky he doesn't know just yet and is controlling his mother-hen tendencies. Come on, I'll stay with you and help you tell them."

"I feel like I'm missing something," Clint admitted as he helped Spider-man out of the vehicle.

"I'll explain it to you all later," Harry reassured his brother-in-law. "I think Tony and Bucky should find out first though."

Clint just nodded. He knew that Harry wasn't withholding information for malicious reasons and would tell them all about it when he could. "Okay, I'll let Steve and Draco know that you're back."

"Thanks, Clint," waving the other man off, Harry followed Peter and the others into the elevator. "Tony, I need you to hold off asking questions until the doctors clear him."

Narrowing his eyes, Tony studied his brother for a minute. "You know who Spider-Man is! Okay, fine," Tony pouted. "I'll wait."

"Thank you. Why don't you order dinner then get Bucky and Steve to meet us on your floor? I'll stay here with Spider-Man."

Raising his hands in surrender Tony smiled at his brother. "Okay. Okay, I can take a hint. I'll leave you to it." With one last glance at the injured hero, Tony left the medical wing and headed for his floor.

On the bed, Peter let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you."

"Don't thank me yet young man. You still have to explain it all to us. Now, let the doctor look at your shoulder and bandage you up. Then we'll head down and have dinner."

The doctor stepped forward and smiled at Spider-Man. "Can you remove your shirt, or do I need to cut it off?"

Peter thought for a moment then admitted, "I think you might have to cut it off. I probably could take it off, but the blood has dried, and it feels stuck."

"Very well." The doctor and nurse worked quickly to cut away the suit and clean the wound. "Odd," looking confused the doctor looked over the wound. "This looks as if you had been shot weeks ago. How did you get your powers?"

"If I may," Jarvis interrupted. "I have taken the liberty of sending the scans I took just after the incident to your computer."

"Thank you, Jarvis. I'll go over this and let you know. For now, keep your arm in a sling and avoid using it as much as possible. If you are in pain or have difficulty moving your fingers let me know immediately."

"Okay," Peter allowed the nurse to put his arm into a sling. "Can I go now?"

"Yes," the doctor laughed. "You are free to go."

Pushing himself off the bed Peter followed Harry to the elevator. "How angry do you think they're going to be?"

"Quite a bit. I would expect to be grounded for a while. But" Harry paused and looked at the teen. "Peter, I need you to understand something, because I know that it took me a while to understand it. You have people that love you very much and want what's best for you. They'll only be angry because you've been out there without any training or backup. Once they get over it, which will take a couple of days, they will help you become the best hero you can be."

Peter nodded and silently followed Harry out of the elevator. Tony, Bucky, and Steve were sitting around the living room while Jamie and Sarah played on the floor with their Legos. Iris was lying in her basket next to Steve. Theodore had spelled the basket to keep Iris safe while allowing her to spend time with the family.

"Head to your room and change. Do you need help?" Harry asked gently.

"I think I'm okay," Peter whispered before quickly heading to his room.

"Um…I have questions," Bucky said as Harry joined them.

"We all do," Tony added.

"Mum," Jamie rushed over, excited. "Was that Spider-Man?"

"Yes," Harry admitted. "All your questions will be answered to the best of our abilities. Just try to keep your anger in check."

"Anger? Why would we be…?" Tony asked then froze when he saw Peter walk in with his arm in a sling. "Oh, sweet science!"

Bucky glared at the teen while crossing his arms. "You are grounded young man and the moment the doctor clears you; you will be in the training room every moment you are not in school or sleeping. Understand?"

Peter nodded while hugging himself and keeping his eyes on the floor.

Tony stood and wrapped his arm around his son's shoulders, guiding the teen to the couch. "Do you understand why we're angry Peter?" Feeling confused and a little frightened Peter just shook his head. "I'll try to make it as clear as I can so there is no misunderstanding, okay? If you have questions, I want you to ask them." Tony waited to make sure Peter understood before continuing. "Going out as Spider-Man without training or backup is extremely dangerous. If you had been hurt and unable to get back, we would have no idea where to look for you."

"Even the Avengers don't go out alone or without someone knowing where they are and when they should return," Bucky added. "God only knows what could have happened to you out there."

"We are not angry that you've decided to be a hero," Tony continued. "None of us can say you can't be a hero, that would be a bit hypocritical. So, here's what we're going to do. First, we're all going to eat dinner, then you and I are going down to the lab and we're going to start creating you a new suit, one that has a tracking chip so we can find you if something happens and you're unable to contact us or get home."

"When the suit is done," Bucky picked up the lecture. "And I'm happy with your training then and only then will you be allowed to go out as Spider-Man alone, until I am confident with your skills you will take someone with you whenever you go out. You will let us know when you leave and there will be a strict curfew."

Peter could only stare at the two men in shock. They we mad because he had gotten hurt! They were going to let him continue to be Spider-Man! Hell, they were going to make it easier for him to protect people. "Why?" he asked quietly.

Tony and Bucky both laughed. "Let's be honest," Tony pulled Peter close. "You are going to go out and be Spider-Man regardless, this way you are prepared and protected and there will be backup if you need it. It's all about doing stupid shit as safely as possible. Now, tell us how you got these powers."

"Harry," Jarvis said while Harry was feeding Iris. "I should warn you that young master James has been asking some…interesting questions and is currently on his way to you."

"Interesting how?"

"I believe that it would be best for you to hear them from young James himself."

Sighing, Harry shifted Iris while waiting for the eight-year-old to arrive. "Mummy!" Jamie called out a few moments later while running into the living room. "I need you to look these over and tell me when we can have everything ready."

"Just let me wind Iris and lay her down first, okay?" Once Iris was safe in her basket, Harry accepted the folder of papers from Jamie. Flipping through, Harry was confused. "Whose wedding are you planning?"

"Mine."

Jamie said it with such a straight face that Harry had a hard time not laughing. "Okay. And you are you going to marry?"

"Peter."

"Um hum. And does Peter know anything about this?"

"Nope. I was going to surprise him. Just like Uncle Bucky did for Uncle Tony."

"I can see where you're coming from but you have to remember that your uncles had been dating for a while beforehand and had talked about getting married."

"Oh. So, I have to ask Peter to date me first?"

"That would be a good place to start. However, you should understand that Peter might say no. He may not be ready for a relationship. Also, remember that you must be at least twenty before you're allowed to get married. There are rules for that, and before you say anything, those are not my rules."

"What's a good date?"

"A picnic is always a good idea," Harry suggested hoping that with it being winter and Peter being grounded would deter his son.

"Can you help me make a picnic for us?"

"You do remember that Peter is currently grounded and that it's currently winter?"

That seemed to make Jamie stop and think for a moment. "Well, technically Peter isn't allowed to leave the tower so if we had the picnic on the roof, it would still count as being in the tower and there's the greenhouse up there. Uncle Jarvis told me that he keeps it at sixty-three degrees (17 C) during the winter."

Harry couldn't help but laugh. "You are your father's son. Very well. I'll help you get a basket ready then we'll go up and you can ask."

"Thanks, Mum. Should I tell Peter about the wedding plans?"

"Maybe hold off on those for now." Standing, Harry guided Jamie into the kitchen. "Let's get things ready for your picnic."

Peter was currently cursing his advanced healing as it only took two days for the doctor to clear him for training. The moment the doctor cleared him, his pa…no, Bucky and Steve had pulled Peter into the training room and hadn't let him go. They were working on his fighting skills and strategy. Natasha suggested teaching Peter ballet and gymnastics to help with his balance. Clint had even said he would take Peter to the range and work on his aim. His body was killing him.

Jamie rushed out of the elevator on the penthouse floor the moment Jarvis let him know Peter had finished his training. "Peter!" he called out, making the adults laugh. "How was your training?"

Peter couldn't help but smile at the younger boy. "It was okay. How was your morning?"

"Good," Jamie got nervous and began fiddling with the bottom of his shirt. "Um, I was wondering if…maybe you wanted to…um…will you go on a picnic date with me?"

Peter was shocked but after a moment smiled at Jamie. "I would love to, but I'm still grounded and it's winter."

"I know but there's the greenhouse up on the roof and that's still part of the tower so you wouldn't be breaking the rules."

Peter had to shake his head to clear it, then chuckled. "It looks like you thought of everything. Let me go shower and change then I'll meet you back here."

In the kitchen, the adults watched while trying not to laugh. Bucky was leaning against the counter to hold himself up. "Did your kid just ask mine out Punk?"

"So, it would appear," Steve chuckled.

"You're lucky that's all Jamie is doing," Harry told them quietly. "Jamie came to me with his and Peter's entire wedding planned and asked when we could have it ready. He wanted to surprise Peter with a wedding, just like Uncle Bucky."

"Should we warn Peter?" Tony asked.

"Nah," Bucky and Steve said at the same time making the others laugh.

Peter showered quickly and changed into a nice button-down with lightweight trousers. Heading back to the living room, he wasn't surprised to find Jamie bouncing around. Now I have to figure out how to let him down without hurting his feelings. No pressure Parker. "I'm ready if you are Jamie."

"Let me just get the basket!" rushing into the kitchen Jamie accepted the basket his mum handed to him. "Thanks, Mum."

"You two have fun."

Taking Peter's hand, Jamie led the way to the elevator. Jarvis had the elevator waiting for them and took them up to the roof without being asked. Together the two boys picked a spot inside the greenhouse and laid out the blanket and food. "This looks wonderful Jamie. Where did you get it all?"

"I made it with Mum's help."

Taking a bite, Peter moaned. "This is amazing. You're a wonderful cook Jamie."

After eating everything and spending time just talking, Jamie finally plucked up the courage and finally asked. "Will you go out with me Peter?"

"Jamie," Peter finally said. "I do like you, but it wouldn't be appropriate for us to be together. You are still quite young. Tell you what, if you still feel like this when you're twenty, then come and tell me."

"I understand Peter," Jamie took a deep breath and tried to control his emotions. "Can…can we still be friends?"

"Of course!" Peter reached out and hugged the younger boy. "No matter what happens, we'll always be friends."

~*~Two Years Later~*~

"Peter! I hate you!" Jamie shouted as he chased after the older boy.

Laughing, Peter jumped onto the ceiling, holding a parchment envelope just out of Jamie's reach. "Come on Wiz boy, what's wrong? Can't you get the letter?"

"Damn you, Peter!"

"James!" Steve scolded as he and Bucky exited the elevator. "If your mother heard you, he would be washing your mouth out with soap."

"Peter," Bucky continued the lecture without pause. "Get off the ceiling and give Jamie his letter. You better have clean slippers on, cause if you've left footprints on the ceiling again-"

Peter was on the floor a second later, "Nope. No footprints there, promise."

Steve and Bucky just rolled their eyes. "Everyone will be here soon, so make sure all your school things are put away," Steve pointed at the two bags lying beside the elevator.

"Sorry, Dad."

"Sorry, Uncle Steve."

Bucky ruffled Peter's hair, "Just get it done kiddo. We don't want anyone tripping over the bags."

Both boys moved quickly, picking up their bags before checking over the rooms for any stray items. Once all their school things were put away, Peter, Jamie and Archer played with the younger children, keeping them busy while the adults cooked and organized.

"Agent Carter and the Commandos have arrived and are on their way down," Jarvis announced a few minutes later.

"James! Peter! Sarah! Archer! Let them get out of the elevator before you all tackle them!" Harry shouted from the kitchen. "Steve, can you pick up Iris, so she doesn't get trampled?"

"I got her," Bucky shouted back. A moment later all the children were rushing towards Peggy who had just stepped out of the elevator. "Slow down all of you," Bucky laughed. "Don't hurt your grandma!"

"I'm not that fragile Barnes!" Peggy shouted as she wrapped her arms around the children. "Don't you listen to those stuffy adults. Now, let's all head to the couch and you can all tell me all about what's been going on since I saw you last." Keeping her arms around the children, Peggy guided them all to the couch where they could pile on and around her. Peter and Jamie kept quiet at first, letting the younger kids tell their grandma all their stories knowing that they would get time alone with their grandma.

As he sat there listening to the chatter of the kids and Peggy's laughter, Peter couldn't help but think back to the first time he met Peggy and the Commandos.

~Flashback~

"We're going out to visit friends," Bucky said one morning. Peter was still trying to wrap his head around the idea of magic, thankfully both Bucky and Tony had been able to help him. Each man had made sure to take an hour or so of their day to sit and talk with Peter both one-on-one and together about whatever the teen needed. There were times when they just sat in silence and that really helped Peter. He was starting to feel comfortable with the men, even starting to trust them a little more.

Hearing that they were leaving hurt a little if Peter were ever to admit it to himself. "Where are you going?"

"We," Tony emphasized the word by pointing at all three of them. "Are going to my aunt's place for the day. The fact that you've been here for months now and still haven't met Peggy is a crime. Thankfully, she can't hold it against me this time, as she's the one who's been gone."

"You know she'll still blame us a little right Doll?" Bucky wrapped an arm around Tony's shoulders and kissed his forehead.

"I'm hoping she'll be distracted by Peter and Iris enough not to bother me."

"Don't get your hopes up. Now, let's go. We need to meet up with the others upstairs unless you want to drive the three hours there."

Tony pushed Bucky away from him, grabbed Peter's hand and rushed for the elevator. "We need to head up to Harry's floor. He's got a magic way to get us to Peggy's in just a couple of seconds, but we can't go through by ourselves we need someone with magic." Bucky stepped into the elevator and Jarvis took them up to Harry's floor without being asked.

"There you are," Harry laughed at them when the tree finally arrived. "We were going to leave without you. Well, not you Peter but those two."

Shaking his head Steve offered Peter his hand. "I'll take you through Peter, then I'll come back for Bucky. Jamie has already gone through."

Peter's eyes went wide. "Oh…umm."

Seeing Peter's discomfort Steve smiled and shrugged. "Or I can take Bucky first so you can see how it's done?"

"Umm, if that's okay."

"Course," Bucky reached over to ruffle Peter's hair. "Come on Punk, let's get this show on the road before Peggy loses her cool." Chuckling, Steve just grabbed Bucky's arm and stepped through the fireplace.

"Holy Shit!" Peter jumped back causing the others to laugh.

"It's alright Peter," Tony quickly reassured the teen. "I freaked the first time this happened as well. It feels a little odd, but it doesn't hurt. I suggest closing your eyes and clinging to Steve until he says to let go."

While Tony was explaining/reassuring Peter, Steve returned. "I promise you'll get there safe Peter. Nothing bad will happen to you." Holding out his hand, Steve waited for the teen to accept and smiled when he did. "Okay. Let's head over. I have to catch Harry when he comes through."

"Hey!" Harry glared at his husband's disappearing form. "That Pillock. Come on Tony, I need to hex my husband." Grabbing Tony, Harry stepped through the floo and promptly tripped landing in Steve's arms. "One word from any of you and I'll hex you into next week."

"Enough of that," a woman's voice startled Peter. "James. Tony. Introduce me to my newest grandson."

Bucky wrapped an arm around Peter and guided him towards the older woman. "Pegs this is Peter. Peter, meet Peggy Carter. The rest of these bozos are the Howling Commandos. They're all still around thanks to magic, though they have faked their deaths."

"Pleasure to meet you," Peter held out his hand for Peggy to shake but was shocked when he was pulled into a hug.

"I'm so happy to finally meet you. The boys have told me all about you. Though it's taken them far too long to bring you by," Peggy glared at Tony and Bucky. "You can call me Grandma, but if you're not comfortable with that just Peggy is just fine." Keeping an arm around Peter's shoulders, Peggy guided the teen towards the kitchen. "Come, you need something to drink and some snacks."

"Hello Peggy," Bucky shot at her retreating back. "Nice to see you Pegs. I'm good thanks for asking."

"Don't even bother," Harry laughed as he handed both men a beer. "The second I came through with Iris earlier Peggy stole her from me without a word and I haven't seen my daughter since. Come on, let's head outside and bother the boys."

Peter allowed himself to be pulled into the kitchen, still feeling nervous. Seeing the teen's nerves Peggy quickly put together a couple of trays and held them out to the younger kids. "Jamie, Sarah, Archer, will you all be a dear and take this outside for everyone for me please?"

"Yes Grandma," the three said as they each took a tray and headed outside.

"Are they okay with those?" Peter asked worriedly. "I can help them…"

"No need Peter," she reassured him. "Harry and Steve charmed those trays to be unbreakable and prevent items from falling off. No, I wanted a moment alone with you, make sure that you're settling in all right. I remember Harry telling me of how difficult he found living with Steve and Sarah in the beginning."

"He did?" Peter asked. While Harry had told him about the abuse from his 'family,' Harry had never really talked about how he coped afterwards.

Peggy smiled as she handed the teen a soda. "He did. I had to listen to a few drunken rants on how wonderful Sarah Rogers was and how Harry should have told her he loved her more despite never having a mother before and not knowing what to do." As she spoke, Peggy guided Peter up the stairs and into Harry's room where there was a large window seat.

Peter sat down and looked out the window at everyone playing in the backyard. "Did he figure it out?"

Wrapping an arm around Peter's shoulders Peggy pulled the boy close. "He did. It took him a while, but Harry and Sarah did figure it out. They had to sit down and talk about their feelings." Peggy laughed at the look on the teen's face. "I know talking about feeling is terrible, but it needs to be done. However, there is one part of this that I think you are overlooking."

"What's that?" Peter watched Peggy get up, walk over to the closet and pull out a bag before rejoining him.

Reaching into the bag Peggy pulled out a stuffed Iron Man bear and passed it to Peter. "Did you know Iron Man had Jarvis keep an eye on an up-and-coming young scientist that he wanted to make his intern?" Peter took the bear and shook his head feeling worried. "Oh yes, he told me all about the young man in grade eight who had better marks on the SI test than most university students. Mind you this was back in two-thousand and thirteen."

Shocked, Peter looked up from the bear. "What?"

Peggy hummed and pulled out a Bucky Bear. "He kept an eye on you and your studies then the moment they found out you were in foster care they worked on bringing you home to them. Bucky was furious that someone could have treated you like that." Gently Peggy passed Peter the Bucky Bear. Reaching into the bag again, Peggy pulled out a Cap bear making Peter laugh a little. "What little boy wouldn't love to say that Captain America is their self-appointed Godfather? Can you keep a secret? Though I don't think you need to keep it from any of the adults here." Reaching into the bag for the last time, Peggy pulled out a rare Phantom bear and gave it to Peter. "As the Captain's husband, Phantom has also claimed you as his Godson."

Peter could only look from the bears in his arms to the men playing with the kids outside. "For all that you know about those superheroes," Peggy said softly. "Would they take in a kid because of pity? Or to make themselves look better? The men under those masks are not so different from their alter-egos. They want to love and care for you because of you Peter, nothing else." Standing, Peggy leaned over and kissed Peter's head. "The bears are yours love. Come join us when you're ready." Silently, she made her way back downstairs and out to where the others were.

Peter sat and watched the rest of the family, his mind going a mile a minute. Maybe Peggy was right, and he just needed to talk with Tony and Bucky. Nodding to himself Peter gathered up his bears and headed downstairs.

~End Flashback~

The next day was a quiet one, no one had the energy to do much after last night's visitors, after all, it wasn't every day a young wizard turned 11 and received their Ilvermony letter. Steve and Harry brought the kids to Tony and Bucky's floor after being asked to by both the kids and the uncles. Peter had spent the morning with the family but had gone to see a movie with his friends in the afternoon.

Severus arrived not long after Peter had left and seemed far quieter and more serious than usual when he arrived. "Tony. James. I need to speak with you both," Severus said quietly. Curious, the two men followed him over to the couch. "I was doing some research for another client; they are having a difficult time conceiving but don't have the resources for me to invent a new potion for them. While searching for something to help them, I came across this." Severus handed them a small stack of parchment. "Take a moment and read these over, I think that should explain better than I can."

Tony and Bucky stared down at the parchments Severus had handed them, not quite believing what they were reading. "So," Tony said quietly. "What you're saying is that we can have a child that is biologically ours?"

"Yes," Severus assured them. "The combination of potions and the ritual will allow you to create a child, even though neither of you has magic. All that is needed is someone magical to carry the child."

"Is that all," Bucky snarked. A part of him was excited about this, but another part just didn't see how they could do it. After all, Severus had just said they would need a witch to carry the child.

"Yes. If you want, I can ask around or even put an advertisement in one of our medical journals for a suitable surrogate. Then we can have the goblins write up an iron-clad contract that prevents the surrogate from claiming any parental rights. It is a lot to think about, so take your time."

Across the living room, Harry and Steve shared a look. Smiling at their three children playing with Cat and Domino Steve nodded his head knowing exactly what Harry was thinking. He had no issues with his husband's idea and would support him completely in this.

"I'll do it."

Tony and Bucky turn to look at Harry in shock. "What?"

"I'll be your surrogate. I don't mind being pregnant and this way you don't have to worry about keeping a stranger around who is carrying your child. I only have one rule. You wait a year and a half before I'll carry another one for you." Harry laughed at the look on his brother's faces.

"Are you serious?" Tony asked wanting to be sure.

"Don't be intentionally stupid Tony. Of course, I'm sure. I wouldn't have offered otherwise. I'm sure Draco would have offered if he wasn't pregnant already. Now, when do you want to do this?"

Blinking both men quickly turned to look at Severus. "I have the potions ready to go. All you need to do is go through the ritual to acquire the necessary…ingredients. Which you can do at any time. The instructions are on the parchments I gave you, follow them exactly, no matter how odd they seem. When you have the ingredients, I will take them and add them to the main potion. It will need to sit for three hours before we can go through the final ritual with Harry. If you wanted to do this immediately and should everything work out, then you can expect your child in late October or early November." Passing over the instructions, Severus pulled both men into a hug and then headed out. He had much to prepare for.

Kissing Harry, Steve rounded up their children and headed to their floor, knowing that Harry would need to talk with Tony and Bucky alone. "Come on Mo sheoda, (my treasures) let's head to our floor and we'll watch a movie."

Glad that Steve understood Harry got up and moved to sit beside his brothers. "Hey, you two, okay?"

"I think so?" Bucky sighed.

"Are you sure Harry?" Tony asked. He figured that Harry was he wouldn't have offered otherwise but he still needed to know.

"Yes Tony," Harry reached over and took the engineer's hand in his own. "I am completely sure. I don't mind being pregnant and if I can give you a small piece of what you both have given me in the past, then I will. Just remember that I get to be named Godfather." Giving both men a squeeze Harry left them and headed to his floor.

The pair sat in silence for a few minutes. "What about Peter?" Bucky finally asked.

"What about him?" Tony looked at his husband in confusion. "The adoption papers are nearly finalized, all that the lawyers should need are our signatures. All this means is that Peter gets to be an older brother. You've seen how much he likes the munchkins, I'm sure he'd love to be an older brother."

Bucky laughed and pulled Tony in close. "I can't believe we're suddenly going to have two kids!"

"Come on," standing, Tony pulled his husband up. "We need to get the ingredients then tomorrow we can start planning the nursery and I'll see if the lawyers can speed up the adoption."

"Look," Tony rubbed the back of his neck feeling uncertain. He and Bucky had ordered Tai for dinner and had told Peter they all needed to talk. "We thought this over quite a bit and if you don't want to that's fine as well. We just thought you might want…"

"Tony," Bucky interrupted with a small laugh. "You need to get to the point Doll; I think you're confusing Peter."

Instead of trying to explain Tony just passed Peter the sheets of paper. Confused, Peter began reading the paperwork, his eyes getting wider with each line. "You…you want to adopt me?"

"We sure do kiddo," Bucky reached over and gripped the boy's shoulder. "We've wanted to since we met you. It's up to you though. We won't be offended if you don't –"

"YES!" Peter jumped up and tackled the two men. "I would love for you to adopt me!"

"There is one thing we need to tell you before we sign and finalize everything. It's not a bad thing," Tony was quick to reassure Peter as the boy started to pull away. "I hope you don't mind being an older brother come October."

"What?"

"So, you know how Draco is pregnant?" Bucky took over the explanations.

"Yeah…"

"Severus found a magic ritual that allows two men to have a biological child with the help of a surrogate. Lucius was saying this ritual was created for squibs and those without enough magic to carry their own child. Harry has offered to carry the child for us. He took a test this morning and it's positive."

"So…what you're saying is that Harry is pregnant with your kid? Why do you want me?"

Sighing, Tony pulled Peter into a tight hug. "You are a special kid and have wormed your way into our hearts. Peter, understand that we both love you very much and we want you as part of our family, as our son and older brother to our unborn child. You can never be replaced in our hearts."

"He's right," Bucky came up and pulled both men into his arms. "You will never have to fear being replaced as we have a child on the way and still decided to make you, our child."

Peter could only nod as he broke down crying, clinging to both men. Gently, Bucky guided his boys to the couch and helped Tony settle Peter between them. While Tony gently ran his fingers through Peter's hair, Bucky sang an old Irish lullaby. They weren't quite sure how long they sat there for, but eventually, Peter began to relax, and his sobs quieted.

Pulling away slowly Peter reached for the paperwork and pen and signed his name. Taking a deep breath, he held the papers out to Bucky who took them with a smile. Signing his name Bucky passed the papers to Tony who signed just as quickly. "Alright," Tony stood and waved the papers in the air. "I'm going to get these down to my lawyers immediately. While I'm gone, why don't you and Peter get started on ideas for the nursery and names for the baby."

There we go. I think there might be one or two more chapters left. Let me know if there is anything you want to see happen and feel free to suggest names for the new babies.
