Once the friend group found out about the engagement the entire town eventually found out.
I want Rachel and Haley by my side. As much as I wanted to be blissful about this experience. I found myself. Stressed and worried that Peyton would find a way to ruin and destroy everything.
Lucas and I had never been so happy and joyful excited for what's to come.
In light of Lucas 's rejection no one had seen or heard from her in some time now.
And that made me nervous. Brooke thought to herself.

(Long time no see. Are things alright with you're dad?) Lucas asked.
(Yeah. Turns out he just wanted us to be in the same place. When he heard I came back to town.)
(It's been nice catching up with him.) Peyton said.
(I thought I would bring forward my offer to be friends. We worked really well that way.) Lucas explained.
(That is perfect. I've got a birthday gift for Salem. A mini record player. I was her age when I got my first one.) Peyton explained.
