SLAM! The Chipettes door closed with a breathing hard Alvin. 'Why did this have to happen… why' Alvin thought "Alvin?" Brittany said worriedly, "You okay?" Alvin didn't say a word, he kept on thinking of the hurtful words his brother said to him. 'I can't believe you! Why can't you just grow up? I regret ever calling you one of my own brothers! I hate you!'
Those last 2 sentences struck him like he had been hit by a bus. He falls to the floor with his head down, tears start to form in his eyes. Brittany walks over to him and goes on her knees, she was about to say something when something caught her eye. 'Are those tears?!' Brittany thought as Alvin lifted his head to her with his eyes red and puffy.
She unexpectedly threw her arms around Alvin for a hug. Alvin's eyes went wide and hugged her back accepting the comfort, while he started to bawl his eyes out for Brittany's surprise. "Alvin, what happened? I've never seen you this upset before, did something happen back at home?"
Alvin pulled away from Brittany and nodded "What happened, can you tell me or not?" "Simon got mad at me and I don't know why, he said to me that he regrets ever c-calling me o-one of his own b-brothers," Alvin said stuttering. Brittany gets angry 'How dare he say that to his own brother! I'm not going to leave Alvin alone; he needs to be comforted. I don't care if my sisters find out and tell me to stay away from him! I love him!'
Brittany frowns "Alvin you can stay here as long as you like" "R-really you don't hate me?" Alvin said "Of course not! Why would you think that" Brittany said "Well because I annoy you all the time and-" He gets cut off "Alvin even though we fight and argue all the time doesn't mean that I hate you." "It doesn't?"
"No you're my best friend, I could never hate you even though we annoy each other but that's just our way of knowing we care about each other." Alvin's frown turns to a smile and hugs her "Thanks Britt, that means a lot to me." Brittany smiles and hugs back "No problem"
When they break the hug they look into each other's eyes and lean forwards till their lips meet for a passionate kiss which felt like hours. When they broke the kiss they smiled. "I love you," they said at the same time and blushed.
"Don't worry Alvin I'll help you get your brother to regret what he said to you" He smiled "Thanks but I want to wait for a while and just hang with you," Alvin said leaning forward again for another kiss. Brittany accepted and kissed him back.
