Part 67

Jay walked into Gambi's Taylor shop in Freeland and smiled when he found both Jefferson and Lynn waiting for him.

"Jay, I thought that the ISA killed you." Said Jefferson

"What can I say. I am faster than Icicle and the rest of them. But now I actually know who Icicle really is. Jordan Mahkent, he is the Uncle of my niece in law that she has never met. I asked her to look into it because her twin sister has powers like him. She talked to her dad who didn't have powers until he tried to cure the ALS he had. Caitlin's sister carried the marker but Caitlin does not. So he used a more refined version on his daughter that had the marker giving Charlie ice powers." Said Jay

"I remember from Crisis that they were one person." Said Jefferson

"Yes and no. They were in one body but two different people, or personalities if you want."

"That is different." Said Lynn

"Yeah. You should know that there is a new generation of the JSA forming out in Blue Valley. It was started up by Pat Duncan's stepdaughter who was chosen by the cosmic staff."

"The staff chose a kid?"

"Teenager. About the age of your youngest is I am not mistaken."

"Is Pat stupid or has he gone insane to let a bunch of teens play hero?" asked Jefferson

"I have no idea. But we both know that the cosmic staff has a mind of it's own and will choose whoever it wants no matter their age. But the good news is my niece Jesse and her boyfriend Wally both speedsters are going to help. They are collage age so it won't be just high school kids. Jesse is a genius but both can be rather impulsive."

"So were you in your younger days old friend."

"True. But Jesse and Wally will call for help if they need it. Luckily not only is there a speedster in Central City but a breacher too."

"Yeah I met Barry and Cisco along with Caitlin/Frost during crisis." Said Jefferson

"You mentioned it. I should get this stuff to Caitlin the sooner she gets it sooner those kids can be taken out of those pods." Said Jay

"Thank Caitlin again for me." Said Lynn

"It's not a problem. She is happy to do it. Especially since it is quite in Central City at the moment. Remember Jeff when you find Tobias Whale if you need or even just want help all you got to do is call. I am pretty sure that Supergirl and Superman would be more then happy to help a long with the rest of the Justice League."

"I will. You tell Barry to call if he needs any help from me."

"I'll be sure to do that."

Jay placed the files Lynn gave him in the friction proof bag he had said goodbye and took off for home.

Caitlin took a sip of her tea as she sat down at a table in Jitters. While she was looking forward to having the twins, she was not to happy about giving up her coffee. She was checking something on her phone when she noticed Lisa Snart come in pushing a baby stroller. She could only guess that the baby was the future girlfriend of one of her daughters. Caitlin grabbed her things and headed over to the door at the same time as Lisa was heading over. Caitlin grabbed the door and gave Lisa a smile.

"Thanks." Said Lisa

"No problem." Said Caitlin

"So how far are you?" asked Lisa

"Nearly five months. It's twins."

"Julia is about all I can handle."

"She is beautiful. If you don't mind my asking is her father any help?"

"Her father split right after I told him I was pregnant. So I am on my own. My brother was helping some. But Lenny disappeared several months ago. My mom died when I was little and my dad was a mean drunk and last I heard was in prison. So what about you? You going to be doing this on your own?"

"I am not on my own. My husband has been great. He hasn't even minded when I have woken him up in the middle of the night with some weird craving. I also have my twin sister and her boyfriend will help too. I have my father in law and my parents and friends too."

"You are lucky."

"By the way I'm Caitlin Allen."

"Lisa Snart."

"Nice to meet you Lisa."

Barry walked up to the them just then and placed a kiss on Caitlin's cheek.

"How are you feeling today honey?" asked Barry

"Good. Barry have you met Lisa Snart?" asked Caitlin

"I don't think I have. Barry Allen, uh are you related to Leonard Snart?"

"Yes he is my brother why? He steal something from you?"

"No nothing like that. I saw his name in a police file once. I'm a CSI with CCPD."

"You wouldn't have heard what happened to him?"

"In I think I heard something about some convert Government agency offering him a deal if he worked with them then his record would be erased. But I can't be so sure."

We should get in touch with Sara and have her send Leonard to visit Lisa. Thought Caitlin.

Barry smiled at Caitlin knowing that is just what they were doing once they got back to Star Labs.

"It was nice to meet both of you but I should get Julia home. Good luck with your twins." Said Lisa

"Thanks. Maybe I will see you around sometime."

"Maybe."

Once Lisa headed off Caitlin turned to Barry. He smiled at her.

"Cait, I am proud of you."

"Don't be. I used my powers to see if Lisa is really different. She really is."

"Any idea who is her baby's daddy?"

"Didn't dig that far into her mind. But based on the fact he took off I think it is a safe bet he isn't the kind of guy that can be counted on."

"I wonder if the girls know?"

"If we know what?" asked Dani joining them.

Barry and Caitlin turned to see both Danielle and Alison standing there.

"Do you know who Jules's father is?" asked Barry

"Yes." Said Alison

"Who is it?" asked Caitlin

The twins exchanged a look not sure that they should tell their parents.

"Girls?" asked Barry

"It's Sylbert Rundine." Said Alison

"Darwf Star?" asked Barry

"Yeah and he does have powers. So it might be a good idea to be careful if you go after him. Last thing we need is a Flash the size of an ant." Said Danielle

"Well at least this time we don't have Harry to mess with a speed force canon to try and unshrink you if that happens. Cause it Didn't go well last time. He caused Ralph and Cisco to become unstable and they would have blown up if it hadn't been reversed. I also had the very unpleasant task of taking Ralph to use the bathroom. Don't worry Barry, I only took him I Didn't stay with him after he went in." said Caitlin

"Cait, I never was worried. You would have just gone into doctor mode if it came to it." Said Barry kissing her.

"Hey dad, you already knocked mom up with us." Said Alison

Barry just smiled wondering even more how many more kids they had in the future.
