A couple of weeks after Alya's party, Marinette was helping out at the bakery which had been overrun with customers since the early morning.

"Phew, things are finally starting to dive down," said Marinette after a customer left, leaving only a few who were sitting at some tables eating.

"Thanks for helping out, sweetheart," said Sabine.

"And now that things have slowed down you can go hang out with your friends," she said.

"Thanks mom," said Marinette before kissing her cheek and rushing out. As Marinette walked out of her house, a carriage pulled up right in front of her.

"Good day, Marinette," said Kagami as she opened the carriage door.

"Lady Kagami," said Marinette with a bow, which she nearly fell trying to do as she was so nervous at suddenly seeing the other girl.

"You don't have to be so formal," said Kagami with a smile.

"And where were you heading, I'll give you a lift," she said.

"To my friend Juleka's place, she lives with her family on a boat on the Seine, some of my other friends have already gathered there," said Marinette.

"That sounds interesting," said Kagami while offering the other girl her hand to help her into the carriage.

"It is, and thank you for the lift," said Marinette.

"It is nothing, we're friends after all," said Kagamie with another smile.

"How can she be so cute?" thought Marinette while blushing.

"By the way, you're a dress designer, correct?" asked Kagami which drew Marinette's attention back.

"Y… yes, I am," said Marinette.

"Do you think you can create one for me, I've been looking for a dress from your country but none that I've found are my style or need altered which raises the prices more than what I currently have with me," said the young dragon kin, her tail moving as to show her point.

"It would be my first Beast Kin outfit, but I'm up for the challenge," said Marinette, her nervousness giving way to her designer excitement.
