It changes to show the outside of an assumed preschool, unlike the original show. This was more colorful and almost appeared like it was drawn with colored pencils.

"It's so–" Kenji Started off excitedly.

"Bright," Dazai bemoaned.

"I was going to say colorful, makes me feel all warm inside." Kenji finished cheerfully, then turned to the brunette. "You really should let people finish their thoughts, Mr. Dazai. It's rude to interrupt and we don't want to be rude."

"Sorry, Kenji."

"Apologies accepted, Mr. Dazai."

"Well, I think It's adorable." Haruno said.

"We're not supposed to be adorable ." said Chuuya. "None of this is supposed to be a fun time. We are here to see what mayhem that bandage waster caused that brought us here in the first place. That only knowledge of the future will help us solve it."

"Why do you just assume it's Dazai's fault?"

"He's the reason you got beaten up by Akutagawa several times, wasn't it?"

"Well, sort of. But I'am choosing not to see it that way,"

"You're too kind to that man,"

"Hey, There!" Dazai is shown saying to no one, clearly directed at the audience. He has his other hand raised in greeting and is wearing a slightly different attire to his every day, with a yellow apron covering the front. Along with that, one eye is closed in a wink. Next to him is a box with typed words like normal it says, Dazai Osamu Junior Sensei.

"Hell! NO!" Chuuya growled out.

It pans down, "Mister Dazai," Atsushi is standing next to him, pointing at something in his pocket. "What's that you have there?"

"Oh My God," Haruno exclaimed from her spot.

"He's so cute," Naomi voiced her thoughts.

"I want to just take him and put him in my pocket," said Yosano.

"So, this is another reality?" Tanizaki looked over to his sister, his eyebrow raised.

"Seems like it," Ranpo said, stuffing his mouth full of popcorn.

"This is taking us off the beaten path, are you going to have us watch this instead of going further into the future." Kunikida proclaimed.

Many agreed with the sentiment; it looked so cute, and maybe it would be nice, but this was prolonging their time here. A voice broke through the mumbles of objection.

"It is for the best to take a short twelve-minute break from future events. Please be understanding of those who have been injured." Screenbro's words were soft; this time, the voice was unrecognizable of who it was stealing from. It was a male's voice. The voice was soft and seemed to have a good vocal range, yet it came off nasally. Some wondered who the voice was if it was Screenbro's real voice or another stolen one. And a few thought it was Screebro's fault they were hurt in the first place.

The group was under no delusion that Screenbro had their own game in this however, most didn't really feel threatened by the man.

"Atsushi and Akutagawa need time to recover," Atsushi noted that the voice was different now; it was deep and breathy, seemingly unwilling to emote it, reminding him of Dazai's voice when work needed to be done. He didn't know how to feel about all this. He felt responsible for having everyone stuck here, unable to leave, forced to watch something that seemed to drag on. What was the point if there was always a reason for not seeing what was important? He thought of his fight with Akutagawa. He hoped that the older mentee had gained something from his loss, but what would someone like Hirusto gain from his and Akuatagawa's fight? He turned to Dazai, looking for an answer in his autumn eyes, only to find a face of shock and what seemed to be rage.

"Dazai?"

Dazai turned to the younger, but before he could right his face or speak a word, the show started up again.

The younger is pointing at a rope hanging out of his Sensei's pocket. Dazai goes from slightly shocked to confident as he faces forward, crossing his arms. "Well, Atsushi, this rope is used for–"

Atsushi reaches forward and grabs the rope from his pocket. "I got it! It's for playing Chuu-Chuu train." He cheers out, excited that he is figuring it out. His eyes sparkled and glowed.

"No, little Atsushi, it's not," Tanizaki said, exasperated.

"Doesn't matter the reality, Dazai is Dazai." Yosano looked at the cuter version of her co-worker. Even with everything they had been through, she still was trying to tear away every mask that made up Dazai until Osamu was the only thing that remained, but now, looking at the chibi version of her co-worker. She wondered if that was even possible, if even in reality, so cute, the man wanted to kill himself. Yosano just wanted to know where to begin.

"Isn't it concerning that even in this reality Dazai still wants to off himself?" Haruno pulled up her glasses.

The question that lingered in the air was how many realities Dazai had these feelings in; it felt like an ill-fated joke that seemed to get worse the longer one looked at it.

Atsushi hated it. He didn't want to be reminded of Dazai's endless desire to kill himself. If this was supposed to be a break, he wasn't feeling it.

Dazai could only look down, and grimace he lets out a hmm. The scene changes to Atsushi leading Dazai with the rope around both of them.

"Here, we go." Atsushi beams while Dazai goes along with the child's game.

"Chug Choo-Choo."

"Chug. Chu-Chug. Chu-Chug," Tachihara said while moving his arms like a train. Kenji joined in on the action.

"Yay!"

As they move along, they come across Akutagawa, who is also in chibi form and a child.

"A rare Akutagawa sight, what will he do next?" Tachihara leaned forward in excitement.

Higuchi's eyes brighten at the sight of her boss, so small and cute. Her hands clasped together, she wanted him. She was shaking with excitement.

"Hey, weretiger don't go bothing Mr. Dazai when he's busy!"

"Is he busy?" Tanizaki asked.

"Yeah, he's busy taking care of his kid."

Dazai rolled his eyes at both comments. He had this icky feeling, the voice, the point Ranpo made about him being a main character, and how this show had made efforts to show things he would like to move on from. 'Odasaku.' He thought about putting his head up to the ceiling.

"Well, he's a teacher so, I guess he is?" Yosano replied with a shrug.

"Wait, in this universe we're still ability users?" asked Hirusto for Gin.

Atsushi gets startled as he looks on in alarm. A growl comes from Akutagawa as Atsushi's character shows a big water droplet on his head. "Did you want to join us, Akutagawa?"

"I do." He said sinisterly.

Many coo at the two apprentices fighting for Dazai's attention. Their heads turn to the real trio; both of the apprentices on either side of Dazai wear ridiculous hoods that match their personalities. It made them look less threatening, and there in the middle was Dazai, despite his shift in mood. Through the viewing of this episode, Dazai seemed off. It was always hard to pinpoint what emotion he was in unless Dazai made a point of showing, and even then, one had to wonder if that was real.

Akutagawa now has a blush on his face, having successfully joined the train. "Chuu Chuu Train leaving on track five next stop the Armed Detective Agency." Atsushi said, now back to his happy self.

Once again, Tachihara started up the chugging noise, followed by many of the agency and mafia joining in. Getting a laugh at how pure it was. They won't mind staying in this for a little longer.

"Chuu Chuu." Dazai deadpan, following the two with the rope around them all. The screen pans out to show Chuuya, who is also a child, with his signature hat. He looks at the camera in bewilderment.

"Huh! Are they kids?" He exclaims.

"Says you." Tachihara laughed.

"Why the fuck am I a child. Imma older than ass for brains?" Chuuya yelled back.

"Isn't it obvious? It's 'cause I'm an amazing person, and you're knee high," Dazai laughed, but Atsushi felt like he was pertaining more than ever. He just couldn't get Dazai's expression out of his face."

"I will kill you." Chuuya yelled at his ex-partner.

It shows a different title screen with Kunikida standing with his journal. "Bungo Preschool"

Cuts to Atsushi in tears, "Kunikida, help I can't seem to find the ball anywhere?"

"Oh, don't cry little Atsushi. Kunikida will save the day," said Naomi.

"Damn this whole thing is going to be a fluff tunnel," said Haruno.

"What does that even mean?" questioned Yosano.

"Well, everyone looks so squeezable." She replied.

Some nodded in agreement, but that didn't really answer the question.

Kunikida nods his head, "Don't you worry."

"Same old, same old." Yosano said.

"Different reality, same Kunikida," agreed Tanizaki.

He raises his journal, activating his ability. "Ability: Doppo Poet."

Narrated by Dazai, "Doppo Poet allows him to materialize things by writing them in his notebook." Atsushi is seen cheering in the background.

"Thanks, narrative Dazai." Tanizaki smiled; the whole thing was putting him in a good mood.

"Even Dazai sounds cute." Naomi agreed with her brother.

"Isn't that just his normal voice?" Atsushi questioned.

"I suppose." Tanizaki hummed. "But with how everything looks it feels more joyful."

"Plus his face looks less dumb," Chuuya pointed out.

"Oh, I didn't know you looked at my face so much Chuu-Chuu." Dazai let out.

"Keep it up once this is over your ass is mine!" The redhead exclaimed. Many side-eyed the redhead, who only registered the words after they were said. Chuuya took that chance to get a better look at his tailored shoes.

Kunikida is on the floor, and Atsushi is looking down on the other, trying and failing to write BALL.

"Is there one or two L's?" The blond questioned.

"There's two L's, little man," said Tachihara.

"Ah…"

"As if the weretiger would know that," said Akuatagawa.

Atsushi turns to the older, wanting to swing at him.

"What? Can you?"

"B. A. L. L. Ball."

"The show just showed it, you probably cheated?"

"Okay, then give me another word,"

"Why should I? It's not my job to help you prove that you can read and write on a preschool level."

Atsushi shook with rage at the statement. He wanted to throw him against a wall, but his body could barely move, so he remained there, locked in a staring contest with the man.

It shows a different title screen with Tanizaki siblings on the right side of the words as they both say. "Bungo Preschool"

Dazai narrates, "Now, it's nap time."

Many in the audience felt a little uncomfortable with these two as the dynamic of the two was already a bit much. Though some had their theories on their relationship, they kept it to themself.

It shows the kids all in their own beds and finally lands on the siblings. Naomi is seen hugging her brother under a blanket. "Big Brother."

It focuses on the older of the two freaking out. "Let's sleep together like little children do."

"Well, it's a good thing you're children."

"Big brother looks so cuteeeee." She said, grabbing a hold of the real one. "I just want to pick him up and squeeze him."

"Ah, stop, you're suffocating me." Leaning away from the other and letting out painful noises. Finally, he is able to breathe as the other rolls away.

'Arg, she finally felt me alone.' He looks towards her. Naomi looks like she is getting the best sleep of her life. He moves to cover her with the blanket.

"This is nice," Haruno said.

"Yeah, why can't all of the viewing be like this." Yosano agreed.

"Agreed!" Kunikida said in a loud voice.

Next up is Kenji.

The screen shows a bento box being opened. "What's Kenji up to?" said Dazai.

"We really don't see Kenji a lot," Naomi stated.

"Good point," Kunikida noted.

"Well, I'm right here if you guys want to chat. I'm always open to making new friends." Kenji excitedly proclaimed.

"Bet," Tachihara answered.

"Don't make friends with members of the port mafia." Kunikida shouted at the younger member of the agency.

"Atsushi got a mentor and a friend from the port mafia." Kenji pointed out.

"Ex-con," Dazai corrected.

"Ex-con implies you went to jail. You were never arrested." Yosano re-stated his correction.

"In a way, I did. Oh, the dark days, the harrowing adventures and gun deals that went wrong." Dazai is doing his normal 'woo is me' bit. Which only got eye-rolls and raised eyebrows for those that had them.

Cut to black; the next shot is him finishing the meal. "My stomie feels really happy now."

"Good food does that," Chuuya stated; for some reason, he liked the kid.

"I do enjoy a good, hearty, healthy meal." Kenji cheered.

Cut to Kenji pulling a blanket over himself. "Time for a nappy nap."

"I woke up and now imma hungry again." Showing a beef bowl. Kunikida is looking at the other blond in bewilderment. "Time for a teeny tiny snack."

"You're a hungry little man." said Hirusto for Gin.

"Yup, I love a good meal," Kenji said, playing with his clothes. It wasn't bad being noticed once in a while.

"A beef bowl!" Kunikida yells with a ball between his hands.

"One of my favorite meats. My family has raised cows for year were known for it," Kenji explained. Chuuya thought maybe when all this was over, he could ask for some fresh beef for his own cooking.

Time skips again, and he has finished the teeny tiny snack. He sighs, "and now I'm sleepy again."

"He's the same Kenji as usual," narrates Dazai.

"It's what makes him a great addition to the team," Haruno supplied.

"Never change Kenji," Naomi added.

Kyouko was up next.

"The little dance they do is so adorable," commented Haruno.

"That's my little Kyouko," Kouyou said more to herself than to the audience.

Kyouko wondered what her section would be about. She looked over to Atsushi, who was slowly curling in on himself with the cat still resting on his upper body. It felt like she was really about the agency. Now, the only thing to worry about was Big Sis.

Atsushi starts to walk over to Kyouko with his arms out on either side. "Hey, Kyouko," she looks up at the white-haired child.

Atsushi wondered how their interaction might be changed by this environment. He looked over at the fourteen-year-old, who was looking at him in his comfy state. The white-haired detective smiled his brightest smile at her, which immediately made her blush and turn away. Her reaction only made his smile grow as he focused on the screen. He was curious about what she was doing with those scissors.

"This is a pair of scissors." a close-up of the said scissors are shown with a yellow background. "They're for cutting things." It fades as the scissors go down, leaving a menacing Kyouko behind.

"They're not for stabbing and they're not for assassinating anybody." It pans out to show the back of Atsushi's head.

"Good to know," Tanizaki's eyes shifted to Naomi, who had a similar face of uncertainty. "Kyouko is Kyouko." Tanizaki grimaces at the display.

"Wasn't going to you."

"But you know who you need to hit up if it ever comes to it," Tachihara stated.

"I will make sure that Atsushi is well." Kyouko pulled out a knife slowly.

"Kyouko!" Atsushi jumped up from his sleep position only to immediately regret his decision to hold his real injuries. She reached out her hand towards Atsushi, but the detective only waved her off as he sat back down.

"Weak," Akutagawa commented; in response, Atsushi reached over and poked him in the side, to which he instantly fell further into his seat, annoyed at how his body betrayed him. Akutagawa eyed the other mentee through his eyelashes to see a smirk on his stupid weretiger face.

Time skip to Kyouko cutting a piece of paper. She made something and started drawing on the cut-out piece. Atsushi starts to guess.

"A crab." Atsushi cheerfully stated.

"Bunny." Kyouko corrects.

The white-haired detective found himself happy at Kyouko enjoying her crafts. There was something so simple, something that orphans like him and her would never get to enjoy. He wondered if he could bring her some of this.

Changes to a new cut-out in yellow.

"Ah waterflee?"

"Tiger." Kyouko sounded annoyed.

"Aw, she's trying to make you," Naomi said. The other members of the agency cooed at Kyouko and Atsushi.

The weretiger looked down at his lap, trying to stop his face from turning completely red. He started to pet Sensei.

In embarrassment, Kyouko calls upon Demon Snow. Atsushi tries to calm her down. "AHH! I'm sorry Kyouko!"

"Ah, she trying to kill you,"

It changes to Chuuya next to the special name.

The audience got a chuckle out seeing Chuuya, a fear mafia member, as a child in these cute and vibrant colors.

It shows the two outside in a playground with Atsushi on the ground, crying while Chuuya antagonizes him.

"Hey, weretiger."

"Hey, what did you do to Atsushi?" Yosano questioned the executive.

"First, that ain't me. Second, why did you assume it was me who made the weretiger cry?"

"Well, you are a mafia boss."

"So, what you think I go around stealing candy from babies?"

"Well, do you?"

"NO!" Chuuya yelled back at the Doctor, amazed by the woman's assumption. What in the time he has been here? Had he ever given the impression of such a thing? 'Dammit.' He let out a haggard breath and then looked over to his ex-partner; he had wondered why the brunette didn't make some snide joke. Dazai's eyes remained forward, with neither a frown nor a smile on the man's face. He even wondered if the man was even breathing. 'That voice that spoke, if he wasn't mistaken, wasn't that–'

"Why don't you go cry about it to Dazai?" It cuts a close-up of Chuuya's face with crayon-drawing stars.

"He is the last person that should look so cute," said Hirusto for Gin as the person, themselves, was trying extremely hard not to laugh.

"Well, in the wild, some of the most exotic and beautiful things are the most dangerous," said Haruno.

"Guess that does not apply to everything," Atsushi whispers, side-eyeing the mad dog. Akutagawa began to growl at the weretiger, who hissed back.

"Well, at least I don't look like a five year old." Akutagawa spit at the younger.

"Well, at least I have eyebrows."

"For you information I have eyebrows"

"Barely visible."

"SHut it!" Chuuya yells, looking directly at the trio. "You need to stop allowing them to do whatever, Dazai."

"I was enjoying the show." Dazai's face grew lighter, but it still seemed that nothing reached his eyes. "Aren't they so cute when they're fight."

"We're not cute!" They said in unison, then looked at one another and huffed out.

"Wow, so mean," Dazai said, hiding away from the two apprentices via his hands.

"If you're so upset. how about it? Try making me cry." Chuuya is shown all smug as Atsushi has stopped crying and looks up at the child dressed in black.

Mustering up all his courage, he stands up, arms together and eyes determined. The younger one yells out. "Okay, how about this for being older than me you're pretty short, yeah."

The audience erupted into pure chaos of laughter; no one expected Atsushi to just go for it. Dazai reached out to his apprentice and petted his head in praise.

Chuuya looked at the weretiger as he shook his head. Atsushi wondered if he made some kind of list that Chuuya kept for people who insulted him. 'Man, I'm screwed.' The detective sighed as the others tried to calm down their laughter. It was good to see everyone enjoy themselves. A smile crept onto his face; it was a moment of levity. But the thing that made it was that Dazai was not fanning for attention and was actually paying attention to the show.

Chuuya, getting mad, yells, "You little!" Atsushi seems satisfied. "I didn't think you would go right for the throat like that."

"Bruhh, none of us did," said Tachihara.

"Didn't think you had it in you, weretiger." said Higuchi.

Seemingly calming down, he gives a shrug, "It's true. I may look like this at the moment but wait till see me when I'm all grown up."

Which only got more laughs from the crowd. "Man, I would love to have that much confidence," said Tanizaki.

Tachihara started to make some beeping noise as he motioned with his hands to the executive. "I'm detecting high levels of denial coming for that ginger over there!"

"And I am detect that the ginger over on the wrong side is about to thrown to the ceiling,"

"Such a small container for all that anger," Dazai

Even Mori and Fukuzawa seemed to crack a smile at the chibi Chuuya declaration and the conversations that followed.

Atsushi turns to Chuuya in wonder at the statement. The older kid turned away and put a finger gun under his chin. "Little known fact, did you know that milk makes you taller?"

"Is that true that you get bigger just by drinking it?" Atsushi leaned closer.

"And yet, you are still a munchkin." Dazai commented.

"I have stable mental health, unlike you." Chuuya throwback.

"Oh, please, you're an alcoholic."

"You're an alcoholic."

"And I drink milk each and every day."

"You're gonna be like a skyscraper!"

"So true!" Chuuya menacingly shadowed Atsushi.

"Who's going to tell him?" Tachihara laughed.

"You are sooo dead, Tachihara," Chuuya threatened.

"I will die with a smile on my face, boss man."

Chuuya groaned.

It changes again, but this time with Akuatagawa, with a slight blush, holding a book.

The screen showed Dazai talking to the class. "Gather around all and listen up. Get ready for story time, children." He raised a book. "Today, I will be reading out loud from this book here." The book said, 'No Longer Human' on it.

"Wait, so his ability is a book but then other people have their ability." said Haruno, confused.

"Maybe it's like one can't exist without the other," said Tanizaki.

Dazai slumped in his seat as Atsushi turned to him in concern. He had already heard some of the words in that book, none of which were things that Dazai wanted to share. Atsushi swallowed the saliva that was building in his mouth.

"Dazai?" The man in question only shook his head, to which Atsushi reached his hand towards Dazai's hand. No longer human took over, cutting off his ability. He could feel the pain more clearly, but he wasn't letting go until it was over.

The tone changes as Dazai's voice loses all cheer. "Page 21. Mine has been a life of much shame."

The scene cuts to the children on the floor in horror and shock. "I can't even guess–"

To match the mood of the children were their real counterparts, who also looked on in shock and slight horror, those closer to Dazai. The person was growing quite annoyed with ScreenBro's antics. Why did that thing feel the need to mess with him so much?

"Dazai?" Yosano asked in concern.

"I don't want to have this conversation we already have had, so just drop it." Dazai said more like a harsh whispered. He was ten seconds from walking out of this stupid theater. Atsushi tightened his grip to hold him there. His annoyances were growing worse, and even Akutagawa was making an odd expression of concern. Which he could only find comical, the boy had tried to kill him a few days ago. 'Only in the mafia,'

"This isn't the kind of stuff you should be reading to children." Almost all of them said in sync.

Dazai looks away from the page. "Hmm… What's the matter everyone?" He ponders and then jumps back in realization. He pulls out another book. "Should I read Discourse on Decadence, instead?"

"So, he's in this universe as well." Chuuya wondered out loud, and then something popped into his head. But he chose not to bring it up as he was concerned that it would result in attempted murder and murder in self-defense. This memo was not prescribed to everyone.

"Have you talked to him recently?" A deep voice from the back asks Dazai.

"Are you joking right now?" Dazai looked straight ahead; he was already crazy enough to push this narrative.

"It's a reasonable question, Dazai. With your current position working at the agency I imagine you two–"

"We Are Not On Speaking Terms," his steel voice, though quiet, was clear. The room seemed to drop even more, making most of them unable to ask or speak in the environment. Mori wasn't affected by this drop in degree, almost like he needed to get the last word in.

"Well, that's tragic. He seemed to be a good friend to you." His voice dipped in a level of concern over a lost friendship. Dazai knew better.

Dazai reached for his gun. 'A warning shot wouldn't hurt the old fart.' The hand still around his own tightens, making him refocus on the screen.

"No, you feathers for brains," Chuuya yelled, pumping his fist in the air. Akutagawa gets up from his seat on the floor. The little one approaches Dazai with all his confidence. The camera shows his face; he is blushing bright red as he asks Dazai.

"I think you should read Rashomon to us, Dazai."

Higuchi found herself adoring the chibi version of her boss. He just looked innocent and pure in a way that only a child could, and it brought hope that maybe Akutagawa could find something, even if that was something she couldn't provide.

The mad dog was annoyed at his appearance in the show, but more so was how his relationship with his mentor was being shown. The worst part was that a part of him wondered if they didn't have so much history, if that could be them.

"No, let's read the Makioka Sisters. Ah–!?" Tanizaki's request is stopped by Chuuya's hand as he pushes him away.

It was odd that his own ability, Light Snow, was not called in this show. He pondered why the switch when everyone else's ability was in a book form by name.

"No, instead of a book, let's read some poems. How about For The Tainted Sorrow."

'Chuuya's ability was in the form of a poem.' Kunikida thought, looking down at his journal.

Chuuya, for his part, couldn't reason why Dazai's was a whole damn book and his own was a damn poem.

Atsushi and Kyouko are shown in the back, the former seeming worried with his arm outstretched. "I'm pretty sure none of those things are for children."

Atsushi agreed with his smaller self. His head was starting to get dizzy. Sensei in his lap seemed to notice this and immediately batted at his hand that was holding Dazai's bandage hand. He didn't want to let go, but his headache just started to compress. He would struggle through it. Maybe it kept him upright as his eyes wanted to close from the headache building.

"Miss Ozaki." Kyouko was as well.

It shocked her to hear her voice so happy to see Big Sis. Kyouko got that it was a different universe, but it still left her feeling weird.

Miss Ozaki shows the children two books. "Look kids, I brought you some picture books."

The children excitedly run over to the women running over Dazai in the process.

Atsushi's head was spinning; he couldn't seem to process any information. The cat in his lap pounced, biting his wrist and drawing blood. Atsushi jumped from the pain of the cat, letting go and falling to the floor. The cat seemed pissed as it looked at the two shocked faces of one Dazai Osamu and one Atsushi Nakajima.

Atsushi's wrist started to recover from the attack. But mentally, he was still in the moment as he and the cat had a stare-off.

"Mii-chan!?" Haruno moved from her seat to run towards the two humans and one feline who looked ten seconds from scratching the two's faces off. She went to pick up the cat only to have the cat jump away from nearly bumping into Dazai, who jumped onto the chair with both his feet up.

Haruno just watched the three in shock, and along with her was the rest of the audience.

"Okay, what is going on with you guys and the cat."

"You bite me," Atsushi yelled, staring Sensei down; the cat only licked his paws to get off the blood that seemed to get on his fur.

"I'm with Naomi, Mii-chan is normally a very chill cat." Haruno crossed her arms to look at the mentor, mentee duo.

"Sensei is a very smart cat." Ranpo said, eyeing the creature on the floor. He left out that Sensei would have bitten Dazai if he could.

Yosano seemed to take it as a hint, got out of her seat, and went to the lights to bring them up to allow for better viewing of the target. And there standing in all his weretiger beauty was Atsushi, who looked ready to collapse onto the threader floor.

"You gotta be kidding me. I gave you two one rule. What was it?"

"Not to touch each other." Atsushi mumbled out.

"And what did you two do?"

Atsushi opened his mouth to reply but was shut down by a gloved hand.

"I want to hear it from Dazai." Her eyes locked on the brunette, growing annoyed by the younger antics. All eyes stared at Dazai, who let out a sigh.

"We touched each other." He grumbled.

"Listen to me clearly, my goal is to keep everyone alive and no one will get in my way. Why can't you two be more like Akutagawa."

The two turned to the mafioso, who seemed to be munching on one of Ranpo's snacks, not paying any attention to the chaos on his right.

"I'm going to need you to be more of a problem Ryuu," Dazai let out.

"And what do I get if I do?"

"To be decided at a later date,"

"Not good enough. I need something to write," Akutagawa stated. Dazai got up, went to his partner, grabbed his pen, and ripped a piece of paper, which got a silent scream from Kunikida. Then, he proceeds to write something down, looking at it in satisfaction; he proceeds to thrust it at his first. Who gingerly grabbed it and nodded in agreement. Akutagawa puts down his cookie and activates Rashomon, an attacking Atsushi who barely dodges in time, saving his leg from the pain of being eaten again.

"What the hell! What's your damage?"

"I was asked to do that, are you deaf and blind along with mentally unstable," Akutagawa stated as a matter of fact.

"Why you–!" Atsushi yelled, getting closer to the mafioso, ready to attack back.

"Enough!" Yosano yelled over the group. The audience turned back to the good Doctor. "God, you guys are like the three stooges. That's it I'm going to separate you three."

"Oh, thank god," Akutagawa said with glee.

"I'm not a child Yosano, those two sure but not me," Dazai gestured to his apprentices.

"I can drink," Akutagawa commented.

"Yeah, like yesterday, still trying to figure out if you prefer gin or whiskey," Dazai said with a cruel smirk planted on his face.

Akutagawa scowls at the comment on his preferred liquor of choice. The reality was it was just not recommended that he drank too much with his condition. So unless it was a special event, he didn't. He growled, 'Asshole.'

"We can behave." Atsushi seemed to plead with his eyes.

"No. no, we can't. Please, Doctor Yosano separate us from that weretiger," Akutagawa, seemingly hopeful that he wouldn't have to see any more of the detective's face.

"Just letting it all hang out, huh," Atsushi ground his teeth.

"I don't know what you mean."

The group was growing more annoyed with the three by the second.

"Just let them sit together so we can get this over with," Chuuya sighed.

"Fine, but Akutagawa, you move to the middle. And Dazai you switch with Akutagawa."

"What!" an outcry from Dazai was heard as Akutagawa quickly switched to Dazai's place.

"Move," the mentor orders; tone dipped in annoyance.

"Doctor's orders, sorry," the no-eyebrow mafioso said with a shrug.

Dazai stared the younger down as he started to tap his foot. Atsushi let out a sigh and sat down in his seat.

"Atsushi?!" Dazai broke his act and pouted at his second apprentice.

"Just sit down," was his only response.

He pouted as he plopped down in his new seat. The cat that had started all this found himself right back on Atsushi's lap, getting comfortable and unbothered at all. Yosano turned the lights off with one final warning to behave.

"Poke." Akutagawa said while poking Dazai's side.

'Why do I look like that?' Akutagawa thought. 'Do people see me like this?'

"You darn whippersnappers," Dazai said through pain.

"Ha! Earned," Ranpo let out, slapping his leg.

"What are you, a middle aged teacher?" Yosano questioned.

"Jealous," Dazai responded with a flirtatious smirk.

"Yeah, as if," with a brush of her hair.

"You should respect your elders instead of stepping on them."

"Yeah, Dazai abuse is still abuse." Tachihara looked over at Kunikida.

"I'm not the one who's poking him," Kunikida stated.

"Yet, you regularly choke him."

"–Poke."

"And so ended another fun day." Narrator Dazai cheerfully said.

"Not for me." Sensei yelled back to him.

Many cracked a smile and laughed at Dazai's distress. It was always so enjoyable. Maybe it was because Dazai was expressing himself.

The screen showed most of the kids climbing up the president.

"Gather around everyone and listen up," Sensei said to his class. The children all circle around him in curiosity.

"We have some wonderful new friends who will be joining us at our preschool." The camera moves down to show Ranpo clinging onto Dazai from behind. "This is Ranpo Edogawa."

"Hi, Ranpo," Hirusto said for Gin. Gin waved at the screen; their eyes seemed to display joy from the viewing.

Ranpo seemed to get more frightened.

"Aw," Naomi cooed.

Ranpo was not pleased with how he was being portrayed. Something of a bygone era of his youth, one in which he was not pleased with. He thought with a pout. Ranpo looked at Dazai, who seemed to be enjoying this part of the show. 'Well, at least his mood has risen.'

A smaller chibi, Atsushi, appears. "Seems like a pretty shy kid."

The camera moves to the right to show another kid.

"Motojiro Kajii." He is standing with his arms crossed with confidence.

"Argg this guy," Yosano let out.

"Kajii!" Hirusto said for Gin, trying to sound excited.

"I miss that guy, totally the life of the party," Tachihara said mournfully.

"More like the bomb of the party," Higuchi said as an attempt at humor. It received a few awkward laughs at the comment. She sank into her chair as the show continued.

"I love bombs and stuff." The boy raised his arms at his declaration.

"Yeah, you do!" said Tachihara,

Chibi's sushi comes back. "And he seems really dangerous!"

"No, joke," Kyoko said in her normal deadpan manner.

Ranpo is now saying the title card.

Ranpo is seen in the back of the classroom alone while two ADA members play with colorful blocks. Atsushi walks into the scene with a ball in hand. He noticed Ranpo. It focuses on Ranpo's sad face. The weretiger comes up to Ranpo with his ball.

"Hey, Ranpo. Do you want to play ball together?"

Ranpo looks up at the boy.

"Aw, look is little Ranpo shy," Tachihara cooed at the chibi form. Real Ranpo stared daggers at the younger before he started in his normal voice.

"Whatever murder you recently commit for the mafia, I will make sure you get arrested for you. Cause I am the world's great detective making me number one and you are just the fifth suicidal idiot in this room,"

Tachihara looked at the cruel smile that seemed to take over the great detective's face; he swallowed. "Sorry, Ranpo Sir, it won't happen again."

"It better not," Tachihara sank into his chair avoiding eye contact. The great detective and his all-seeing eyes. He wondered what gave him away. Was he going too far into the character? Should he tone it down a little?

"Can I ask why the fifth wouldn't he be the second," Higuchi asked.

"Of course, I'm the first," Dazai stated with pride.

"That's not something you should be proud of, Dazai," Atsushi threw back with a sigh of disappointment.

"No, cause there's Dazai, then Atsushi," He looked at the trio,

"Akutagawa, Kyoko, then the Phantom Fifth member Tachihara for his dumbass comments. As they say, play stupid games, win stupid prizes."

Atsushi walked away dejected. "It's kind of hard to make friends with Ranpo." He stopped mid-thought, "Oh! I heard there's a special snack for the two of us today."

Ranpo once again brightens at the statement.

"Ranpo is the same old Ranpo," Yosano nods to herself and, with company, hums agreement.

Atsushi turns back, feeling the joy radiating off of Ranpo, only to find the boy with crossed arms.

"Bruh, Atsushi is trying." said Higuchi with a slight annoyance.

Seemingly, catch on, Atsushi just says. "Something, Something, special snack."

To once again see the older smile back with flowers blooming behind him.

"Now that's obvious."

Now it's the bomb guy's turn.

He is seen reading a magazine about bombs.

"Hey, newbie!" Chuuya yelled.

"Fucking hell I love Chuuya in this he just so funny." Yosano said through a deep laugh.

"So true." Tanizaki found himself cracking up and was joined in by the rest of the audience.

"I don't know, maybe he wants to help him out. I mean mister fancy hat is a nice person, sweet too," Kenji beamed, and no one felt the need to correct the fourteen-year-old. Chuuya was trying to hide the blush that came over him.

"I challenge you to a game of rugby." The redhead said with the ball in hand. "I'll show you who's the boss around here."

"I thought that was teacher little dude," Tachihara said with a little bit of chuckle. A knife went flying towards the other redhead's head, who dodged the weapon.

"It was a joke!"

"Well, we stick our lives on them. You want that to be the last joke you make," Chuuya yelled, rising from his seat with his hands in his pockets. "Well, do you?"

"I'm sorry, okay! I'm sorry!" A lone tear left his right eye.

"Don't cry too much when you lose." Then, he is hit with a lemon-shaped bomb.

In complete and utter shock, he runs to Akuatagawa. "This guy just threw a bomb at me. I'm telling you the truth. I swore."

"You want to explain what that explosion was just now."

The group tried to hide how funny the idea of Chuuya running to Akutagawa for help. But the key word is tried, which most of the collective burst out in laughter. Chuuya's face grew redder and redder.

"Ah oh. It looks like you caught me." Completely unfazed, he pulls up his uniform. "The truth of the matter is I love lemon-shaped bombs."

"You better not be planning to use those on Mister Dazai." With the camera zooming out.

"Someone's got their prop in check," Tanizaki said through a laugh.

"Got to make sure that every single hair on Dazai's head remains until Akutagawa can punch the daylights out of him," Tachihara stated.

"No way."

"Oh, good. You're alright then."

"He didn't even hesitate, what about Chuuya just going to leave him in the cold?"

"He will be fine," the mafioso answered back.

"Huh. Are you serious." Chibi bomb guy said.

"I'm with the bomb guy feeling like you're focusing on the wrong thing," Tanizaki stated.

"Like maybe the fact he creates bombs and likes throwing them at people," Haruno furthered.

"I made these bombs just now." Showing off one to Chuuya. The red hair is in awe of the lemon.

"You can make them just like that." Getting himself all fired up. He starts shaking the taller. "That's super duper mega awesome."

"So, you guys close in the real world?" Kunikida asked.

"Well, he is under my supervision when we send him out to work,"

"I see,"

"I-I actually have another special ability too." The smaller one stops shaking, which the lemon dude seems happy about.

"I like you." Chuuya said, pointing with his thumb in another direction. "The two of us are best buddies now."

The bomb guy thinks about it. A close-up of the redhead is on screen. All of a sudden, he seems scary. "Let's go stuff some bombs down Dazai's pants."

"Pardon me," Tanizaki eyed the screen.

"Well, Chuuya gots to get his licks in somehow," Hirostu said for Gin. The older man added a little bit of sass to the statement. To which Chuuya turned to the older and eyed him.

"Trying to add some of Gin's attitude," Hirostu answered the question in Chuuya's eyes. Gin pulled out their notebook and wrote a thank you for always translating to the others. Tachihara looked at Ryuusake and then to Gin, voicing the thoughts in his head.

"You have heard Gin talk?"

"Gin is selectively mute,"

Tachihara started to imagine Ryuusake's voice leaving Gin's mouth, which made him cringe.

"Whatever, you think it's not that," Mori expressed.

"You've heard his voice too,"

Mori only raised an eyebrow at the statement, which was followed by a smile. Tachihara only nodded and turned back to the screen.

"Why would I waste my breath on you? We don't like each other, remember," Hirusto said for young Akutagawa.

"I don't know if I should be friends anymore."

"Yet, you keep wasting paper on me," the response he got was a knife thrown in his direction.

"You Know You Akutgawas are Temperamental bunch," now the two locked eyes on him.

"Honestly, I'm still surprised you two are siblings. I mean I haven't even seen you guys talk since we've been here," a hush with through the crowd as it seemed most of the attention was back on Atsushi. See, the thing was, most did question the sibling's relationship. It was like many of the unspoken rules of the mafia. Akutagawa slowly turned to the weretiger with his eyes as dark as the stairs in the theater. 'Oh, I'm dead.' Quiet steps descended the steps, and everyone watched the assassin, wondering what he would do next. He made his way to Atsushi, who was clinging to Dazai's coat in fear of what this dark stranger was going to do.

"Don't hurt me,"

The dark stranger, better known as Gin, starts to write in his notebook. Then he let out a huff, which was the first time he had heard anything audible from the man who was now towering over him. The raven-haired assassin shoves the notebook into Atsushi's face. The first thing the weretiger notices is that Gin has beautiful calligraphy, which was a weird thing to notice as he feared for his life, but here he was looking at the lines that made up kanjis. Due to the long pause, the older Akutagawa and all his kindness read it for Atsushi.

"Weretiger, leave me out of your little rivalry with my brother the next time you drag my relationship with my brother into it. I will carve you up into lunch meat and then serve you to your precious little agency."

Atsushi looked over to Akutagawa, who had the most shit-eat smile on his face as he slowly chewed a chocolate chip cookie, savoring the sweet as it melted into his mouth. A loud snap by his ear brought him back to Gin with a look similar to his older brother. The man's close proximity brought something else to his senses. Gin smelled different to someone normal; the assassin wouldn't smell anything, but to him, there was something there. A mix of iron, some of Akutagawa's scent, and a floral. Lilac, his mind supplied for him. Gin was growing more agitated with the big cat.

"I understand, Sir," Atsushi stuttered out as he focused back on the man towering over him. Gin made a look at his brother before stealing the rest of the older's cookies. Akutgawa looks utterly crashed by his siblings' actions as he watches the others go back to their seats.

"Woah! Thanks Ranpo." Atsushi said, holding up the tiger from the title card next to Ranpo. "How did you know I wanted one?"

"That is so cute. I want one," Kyouko said more as a whisper, then out of nowhere, a cute little tiger version of Atsushi appeared in her lap. Her eyes grew wide at the plushie. The fourteen-year-old squeezed it with love.

"Can I keep it once we leave?"

"Yes, you can keep it," Atsushi's voice was borrowed.

"Thank you, ScreenBro," Kyouko hugged the plushie closer.

"It didn't take a genius Detective to overhear you talking about it."

"That can't be true at all. You're amazing, you are a genius detective." His eyes shine at the amazing Ranpo.

"He is the Greatest Detective," Yosano exclaimed from her seat.

"Yup, that's are Ranpo," Naomi beamed.

Ranpo stares at Atsushi, who proceeds to straighten up. "Did I get too close? I'm sorry."

"They are just so cute," said Haruno.

"Yeah, there really fucking cute," Hirusto said for Gin. It sound like Gin was annoyed by the other girls' coo'ing.

Ranpo turns away from the others, hiding how much Atsushi's words affected him. "No, it's fine. Talk to me if there is anything you need."

The other's eyes sparkled at Ranpo. "You're so kind, Ranpo."

"Now, we know that's out of character," Higuchi laughed. The agency didn't, but some of the mafia members did. Higuchi finally felt like she was winning the crowd.

It cuts to Dazai walking down the hall to his classroom, deep in thought. 'I wonder if Ranpo is getting along with the others.'

"Why can't the show just be this all the time?" Questioned Yosano to what seemed like the air.

The answer was simple. Their lives were filled with ups and downs due to their occupation; it was the nature of their existence, and they all, in some form, had accepted it.

Atsushi responded back, "Of course, you can join us?"

They all play with one another, laughing and enjoying each other's company. Dazai was in the doorway watching from a distance, happy to see Ranpo making friends.

"Honestly, I think this is the first time I have ever thought of Dazai as a teacher," Tanizaki said.

"Yeah, it feels nice. I guess he can be more than a suicidal manic," Naomi agreed.

"Well, once and awhile I have to shock you, keeps things interesting," Dazai let out from his seat.

Next were Akutagawa and Atsushi, who looked at one another as if they were about to start a fight.

The two are fighting over the tiger, having a tug of war.

Naomi couldn't stop herself from laughing because she could totally imagine them doing that now. However, it would be more violent.

"Let go of him."

"Aw, the kiddos are fighting," said Haruno.

Akutagawa rolled his eyes at the comment.

"No, you let go of him!"

"Like I would ever fight over something so ugly."

"I think it's cute."

"That's not even remotely surprising."

Dazai slides into the frame, trying to get the two to stop fighting. "Now. Now, you two."

"please that guy isn't going to help."

"It's like using water on an oil fire while the extinguisher is right next to you."

He turned to Atsushi. "Don't go pulling on him like that."

"Rude."

He turns to Akutagawa. "You'll break it."

"You know damn well your goal is just to make them hate each other more."

"Not even close."

The scene ends there and cuts to a cartoon that Atsushi is watching called, 'Everyone Loves Odasaku-man. 'A plushy is shown flying through the sky; he has a striped black and white shirt. The plushy seems quite heroic. Atsushi looks on in wonder at the TV show.

"Yeah."

"Aw, that's so cute this universe has a little superhero kid show."

With Odasaku-man having an explosion around him with a studio audience yelling Odasaku-Man.

The next scene is Atsushi holding up Odasaku-man, pretending he is flying.

"Flawless punch!"

"Flawless Punch!" Tachihara yelled, punching up his fist.

"Hey, is that a Odasaku-man plushie?" said Tanizaki standing next to him was Ranpo who had his finger in his mouth.

"Bet your jelly that Atsushi got the latest Odasaku-man plushie and you didn't," Tachihara teased.

"I'm not jealous that Atsushi has the new Odasaku-man plushie," Tanizaki said with his arm crossed.

"He's so jealous." Yosano whispered to Ranpo, who chuckled, which left Tanizaki's ears burning.

Atsushi hugs the toy to his chest. "Yeah, I brought it from home. So, don't tell teacher, okay."

"You think Dazai would care about some plushie," Tanizaki stated.

"Hold on, didn't Ranpo bring him a plushie tiger?" Naomi questioned.

"Good point, "Doctor Yosano added.

"Didn't that end with little Ryu and a little Sushi fighting over the toy?" Tachihara questioned.

"What did you call me?" The threat was clear in his voice.

"Anyway," Tachihara shouted with sweat dripping down his face. "press play!"

He gets slapped in the back by Chuuya. Atsushi is forced forward with a slight tear in his eye. "Is that the kind of stuff you're into?" Ranpo is shown with his mouth open.

"Ranpo didn't like that," Tachihara said, like Ranpo was a video game character.

"So childish, I don't watch those kiddie shows. I watch the news like grown ups."

"Yet you will never be one," Dazai mourned.

"Fuck off!"

Ranpo then points to the sky, "Look, it's Odasaku-man!"

Chuuya is shown super excited, "Huh, is it really?"

"Just kidding."

The audience erupts in laughter at the instant karma.

The black dress child is completely broken by the other's rug pull. The three start mumbling to each other.

"You have something to say? Say it to my face."

"I think they already did," Tanizaki said through his laughter.

The white-haired boy extends his pushie to Chuuya. "Here Chuuya."

"That white hair boy seems like a real sweetie," Yosano cheerfully states.

"Except when Akutagawa is involved," Naomi added.

Chuuya looks down at the toy with his arms crossed.

"If you like it so much. You can go and borrow it." Atsushi continued.

"No, no, no."

"Bruh, what are you denying? Just take the damn toy!" Tachihara exclaimed.

"That isn't me, you bandage rip off."

Dazai started to smile, joining in on the conversation, "You're not what a child–short cause one of those statements are true," Dazai smiled a cruel grin that seemed to make him look childlike.

Chuuya stood up and slowly walked over to the detective, his eyes covered by his bangs. He stood in front of Dazai. The collective stared at the duo, watching as Chuuya reached out his hands and grabbed the taller one by his collar. Then, with no warning, they started to shake him silly. Dazai let out the weirdest noises; they threw like a ragdoll into his chair. Dazai looked so dazed that his eyes glazed over from how violently he was shaken. The room avoided looking at Chuuya as he made his way back to his seat, flopping down into his seat with a huff and a cruel, twisted grin that played on his face.

"He earned that one," Kunikida stated with a small smile of his own.

"He killed Dazai," Atsushi let out in shock.

"It was going to happen someday. We all knew this was coming," Yosano said mournfully.

"May he rest in pieces," Ranpo said, looking down at his snacks.

"I wouldn't say I like him. I just come home, record every episode and then watch them over, over, over, over again. It's not like I think he's cool or anything."

"Of course, that makes sense," Tanzaki agreed.

"Checks out to me," Yosano furthered.

"You want him, doncha you?" Still with the toy outstretched to Chuuya.

"Fucking love Atsushi he's sweet with just a like bit of spice," Tanizaki howled from his seat.

"Well, if you really insist I play with him, I'll do it."

A close-up of Chuuya grabbing for the toy before Dazai snatches out of Atsushi's hands.

"Wow, it's odasaku-man!" He chirped, Chuuya below him about to burst out in tears. "I like this guy too."

The crowd that was barely holding it in, but it was just so dumb. They found themselves holding their stomachs. Tachihara was on the floor. Yosano was beating the armrest. Ranpo almost choked on the snack he was eating. Higuchi was kneeling, hiding her laughter. Even the two bosses seemed amused by the show.

"That ass!" Higuchi let out, stumbling over her words.

It angles down to show poor little Chuuya's face. "Hey, what are you making that face for?" Dazai, the cause asked.

"These guys are tic for tac, honestly,"

"It's just so dumb,"

"Mr. Dazai, you like odasaku-man, even though you're a grown-up?"

"Yeah, I love him." Dazai said, handing the toy back.

"That's kind of weird."

The laughter doubled at Atsushi's bluntness. Atsushi himself found himself blushing, he looked over at Chuuya, who seemed to also be shying away from the group, but he did notice Chuuya's corners of his mouth were lifted up. The weretiger found himself happy. It was nice to see everyone enjoy themselves.

"Atsushi, he is only saying that because we're children and he thinks it will humor us." Kunikida said from behind Atsushi.

"Oh, yeah?"

"Yeah, Atsushi, this guy would pull that shit," Tachihara pumped up his fist.

"I say we give him the one two," said Tanizaki.

"Chuuya already did that," Kunikida stated.

"There's no way a grown-up would like Odasaku-man." Kunikida accused Dazai with his pointer pointing at him.

Kunikida covers his face with his journal. It didn't matter what reality it was; they remained at their core the same. He looked over to Kyouko; the girl was chuckling a little, covering her mouth with her hand. She had killed people and harmed many others, but Kyouko was a child. Used by people who had plans. Kunikida focuses back on the screen.

Dazai is shocked and broken by the accussion from the child.

Now, all the children are focused on the matter, with Chuuya leading the charge. Behind the children in the doorway was Doctor Yosano.

"I can't believe you lied and said you liked Odasaku-man."

"Bruh, not Chuuya taking charge against Dazai!" Tachihara howled.

"Didn't he pull that shit yesterday?" Haruni asked.

"Yup," Tanizaki answered.

Atsushi could only sigh as he watched his mentor get mobbed by a gang of preschoolers.

"Why won't they believe me?" Dazai cried

"Why don't you show them your other clothes?" The Doctor asked.

It cuts to Dazai wearing all the Odasaku-man merch and excitedly talking with the Doctor.

"You really seem to like Odasaku-man," Atsushi mumbles, though still audible for Akutagawa and Dazai to hear him. Atsushi noticed Dazai's lack of excitement or amusement at what was going on screen. He knew that Dazai could take the jokes. He normally would enhance them with jokes of his own. Then there was Akutagawa; he wasn't surprised the mad dog had a resting, pissed face. But still, something just felt off.

"That would open a whole new can of worms."

"Mans, not wrong. Dude's already drowning in bandages," Hirusto said for Gin.

Luckily, Akutagawa shows up to defend his honor. "He's not lying, he really does like Odasaku-man."

"How do you know Akutagawa?"

A flashback is shown, showing Akutagawa, Higuchi, and Tachihara at the Odasaku-man live show.

"I can't wait for the Odasaku-man show." She says to Akutagawa beaming at him.

"I'm only here because I was invited to it."

"Even as a child you're an ass."

"I am a matter of fact person."

"She wants to spend time with you."

"Can't you see me, spending time."

The two locked into a stare, both seeming ready to beat the other down. Then Atsushi shifted his eyes to Dazai, who had this dead stare that made him refocus on the screen with a pout.

"OAAhh could this be a date."

Tachihara growls from his seat.

"Go away, Tachihara."

"Listen, I don't want to be the third wheel on your date either, Higuchi," Tachihara commented.

He heard a low mumble from the upper area theater; it sounded like someone plotting his death. Sure, he knows that his being here means he plays a role, so by the end of all this, everyone will hate him.

The two get locked into a staring contest.

"Oh, hey fancy seeing you here."

"I'm going to say it. It sus that Dazai is attending a kid show by himself,"

"What are you implying Tachihara,"

"I'm just state the obvious,"

Akutgawa just stared at him, seemingly contemplating something.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"I'm imagining what you would look like impaled by Rashomon,"

"Oh," Tachihara shifted further away from the man in his seat. "Cool,"

"Mister Dazai!" Akutagawa exclaimed as he looked up at Dazai with ad

Dazai starts to clap. "Ah! Looks like the show is starting."

Akutagawa faces forward with a deep blush on his face.

"Any of you idiots say a word you will find yourself with many holes in your body,"

"Here we go!" Dazai said, pumping up his fist. The younger one turned to Dazai, a smile crossed his face at Dazai's excitement.

Next is a picture of Dazai and the kids, Dazai hugging Odasaku-man tightly.

"You're right." Atsushi said.

"He really is a fan." Chuuya

"Mr. Dazai looks so happy." Ranpo

"He's hogging him all to himself." Kunikida

"Thus Mr. Dazai's love for Odasaku-man was proven once and for all." Naratice Dazai stated.

Dazai, the teacher, lets out a great sigh of relief.

A cute image is shown with no one in the frame, but Dazai says the title happily.

"You're getting a special snack today," Kouyou says excitedly.

"Yay! Special snacks are fun to eat. Snacks for two are just as sweet, let me eat until I-" Atsushi sang but was cut off when he opened the door to find his class was in disarray.

"What Happened?"

"It's as if…"

"There was a big explosion or something?" Kunikida said to Atsushi. They both turned to Lemon Boy.

'Stare'

"Hey, what's that look for, I didn't do it!?" The lemon boy yelled out in anger.

"Kaji's right he was with me the entire time planning to make Dazai go bam com bluey!"

Ranpo rises from behind Atsushi after he yells at Chuuya. "Everyone I would like for you to hear me out,"

"What's up?"

"Ulter Deduction!" The narrator explains how the ability works.

Ranpo goes into detail about who he believes it is. "It all points to one person, and that would be Mister Dazai!"

"Well, howdy it seems like you all are here!" He slides in with a plate of treats, seeming extremely happy with his students.

"I hope you all enjoy the special surprise I kept in store for you. It's so nice to see all of you hanging out and play with one anothe–,"

The scene shows the kids upset with Dazai.

"Why are you all looking at me like that?"

"I say we shove some bomb down this dumb's pants!" Chuuya yelled and pointed a finger at Dazai.

"No! Why!" Dazai yelled before the sound of a bomb went off.

The ending song begins to play.

"Hey, I feel like I've heard this before?" Tanizaki questioned.

A cart with all the kids in it pushed by Yosano is shown.

"That is just cuteness overload," Yosano looked at the happy kids and herself. She really likes how the show made her look.

"Hold on, isn't this the ending song," Chuuya said like a light bulb went off.

"Yeah, it is," Tachihara thought about it.

"No, I think the bigger thing is that, that's Atsushi's voice," Naomi said in slight shock.

"You can sing, Atsushi?" Haruno exclaimed. The weretiger could only blush at the question. He didn't know how to respond. He had never sung for anyone before, just a comfort he gave to himself in time beyond his control.

"Your voice is very pretty, kitty," said Yosano. The rest of the agency said many other things, like making a bright red blush to cover his features.

The scene shows Dazai in the infirmary with Yosano.

Dazai lets out a pain cry as he props himself up, "You know doctor expressing one's effects can be so very difficult."

"That only causes you take things too far," Yosano said as she continued to repair Atsushi's plushie.

"Hah that's so true," Ranpo exclaimed, kicking his feet a little.

The song comes back as another cart is pushed by Kouyou.

The audience just enjoys the music with its happier tone and peaceful melody. It was weird. It was the same song that played at the end of each episode, yet with small changes. The weight of it was light. Some of the audience if they could just remain in this comfort just a little longer.

Dazai shows up on the screen, trailing behind the group with his body covered in smoke.

That got a chuckle out of them seeing Dazai getting his payback for his dumb antics. It brought a light in the darkness. But, like all things, it has to come to an end. The music stops as the screen fades to black. Some wonder what the next episode is, but there is one that has a question that seems to form in the calm light of the ending song.

Quiet yet clear, a voice questions, "I have a question?"

"No, you don't Atsushi,"

"But–"

"No, cause whatever you are going to ask is going to ruin everyone's one mood,"

"You don't even know what i am going to ask,"

"I don't need to know the fact you ask means you know it's going to ruin the vibes. Don't ruin the vibes, Atsushi,"

Atsushi nods his head in understanding and lets out a deep sigh.

"Well," Akutagawa started looking at the cookie in his hand in contemplation. Where does he keep getting all these cookies? "I'm curious?"

Many in the audience wanted to know as well.

"You're curious, Akutagawa, about me?" Atsushi looked unsure over at the mafioso.

"Blame on the medicine that the boss gave me," he let out. Akutagawa sat on it for a minute, then voiced, still staring deeply into the chocolate ships in his cookie, "Boss what did you give me,"

"I gave you your normal medicine,"

"Which is?"

"Naproxen,"

Akutagawa let out a deep unending sigh, "No–," let out quiet. "I'm not on that anymore. I thought you keep up with my medical information,"

"Well, of course but I haven't look on your medical in a few months,"

"No wonder I feel so weird. Whatever, just get on with it, weretiger" Akutagawa growled.

Atsushi wore a annoyed face, "You know I know that you know my name,"

Akutagawa takes a calming breath, "And yet, weretiger seems to fit better than whatever your name is,"

"It's Nakajima, Nakajima Atsushi,"

"Sure,"

"No, not sure it's Atsushi,"

"Whatever, you say," he took a bite of the cookie he had been eyeing, "Weretiger," a smirk crossing his face.

"Your asshole,"

"What was your question Atsushi," Ranpo broke the argument.

"Umm… well…." Atsushi stuttered out.

"Spit it out, kid!" Chuuya yelled out.

"WHOISODASAUKAMAN?!" Atsushi quickly throw out.

"What?" Kunikida eyed the boy.

"Who is Odasuka-man?"

"... He's a stuffed toy, Atsushi. Do you need, like a nap," Naomi asked.

"That's a dumb question, weretiger. Though not surprising," Hirusto said for Gin. Clearly, this would be a continuing thing in his and Gin's relationship.

"We are revoking your rights to ask a question, kid," Tachihara jokes. "No, but seriously, we can take a break.

"I'm fine," Atsushi raised from his seat in protest for the blood rushing to his head. The world was spinning. Kunikida quickly got up from his seat to steady Atsushi. The younger pushes away from the glasses-wearing detective. He shook his head.

"Who is the Odasaku-man in this universe?" No longer to the audience and now directed to Dazai himself, who seemed to make no effort to answer the question. The weretiger looked to Chuuya, who seemed not to give any indication. Lastly, his eyes moved to Mori as his body did as well. Walking by the stares but not ascending them. The man's purple eyes seemed to stare back with glee. Saying to him, 'You want to know all you have to do is ask.'

The audience was as well with the joy being sucked away. Their thoughts wandered onto the question the recruit had asked. The mini-show had only them in it, and though there were some changes, they were mostly one-to-one. So the question that remained was this Odasaku-man a real person here on this side. And if so, what was his impact? Why did he matter? Was the whole purpose just to introduce this character? Eyes slowly found their way to Dazai, who sat with his arms crossed and a stoned expression.

"Just drop it, weretiger." Akutagawa let out.

Atsushi was still looking at Mori. Dazai's eye slowly inched towards Atsushi's person as he gazed into Mori. The younger detective opened his mouth to ask the question on his tongue to the Doctor for only the screen to light up. Atsushi turned, surprised by the light that illuminated the dark. Similarly, the audience was slightly shocked too, as

the words read, It was raining. A deep voice narrates, "I remember it was raining,"

"You are always reading that same book, boy," an older man said with a cane propping him up. Half of his body was in this shadow. The light that shone down gave light only to some parts of the frame, and color was only shown through the table, like stained glass.

Mori and Fukuzawa looked at the screen, shocked to see their mentor on screen. It wasn't like they had forgotten the man; it just was odd after such a long time since his disappearance to see him again, even just a mirage.

"Hmm," The boy looked up; he was wearing simple clothes, but his face was black, giving no hint of who this person was.

"Is it really that good?" The older man questioned the boy.

"Not surprising this old dude is interested in books but I will stick to my anime,"

"You mean hentai," Ranpo corrected. Tachihara is slightly angered by that. Now people will think he is into some weird shit or something.

"So is this Odasuku-man in our universe?" Haruno pondered to the other members in the audience.

"You saying the old guy is Odasuka-man?" Naomi asked back.

"What no his hair looks nothing like that. I'm sure it is the kid," her face contorted as she watched on.

"–Much more interesting than that one. And where's part three?" Seemed to ask as there was only two books on the table next to a steaming cup of coffee.

"I don't have it. I've looked for it everywhere, but no luck,"

"I'm not following why this matters. I just feel like we are steering further and further away from the plot," Higuchi said to the audience.

"Wait now hold on. Think about it the show is call Bungo Stray Dogs maybe this is the reason it is call Bungo you know who these two are they're important in some regard,"

"So, who was he, Dazai?" Kunikida now directs his attention to his partner. He couldn't help but notice that Akutagawa and Chuuya had also grown cold. 'I see. So they're on it too.'

"Well, now it all makes sense cause the third installment is the worst of the worst. Best be content with those chapters, just forget about the rest."

"I can't do that,"

"Why don't you write it then."

"Dazai?"

"Me? Write it?"

"That's the only way you can keep that story as perfect as you envision it,"

"You know just everything else that it will come out whatever secret you three are keeping it going to show itself. So, if it is something bad just tell us. It's fine. If you killed this guy. It's okay, just tell us." Kunikida said, trying to be sympathetic.

There was a slight reaction when he asked if Dazai had killed the man, but that was it. It felt like it had grown worse than the coldness.

"Writing a story is kin to having complete control over a person choosing how they will live and die. From my vantage point you have all the right quality."

"Just who are you anyway?" The boy asked.

"Who am I? My name is–" The screen cut out.

Meow came from the stairs. Everyone looked down to see Mii-chan next to Atsushi, rubbing against him. Atsushi picks the other cat up from the ground, hugging Sensei close to his chest.

"Okay, I'm going to say it cause no one has the balls to: THAT CAT IS SUS!" Tachihara yelled out, pointing at the cute feline.

"You think I'm sus tachihara," Atsushi looked broken by the statement.

"What? No, the cat that you've been buddy-buddy with since episode ten."

"Well, I'm a feline and mimi chan is a feline so. You really shouldn't be so jealous it's not a good color on you,"

"I-i not jelly of your cat friend," Tachihara was starting to grow annoyed with the big cat. He took a calm breath. The mafioso tried to stay in character.

"Listen, everyone here has some purpose. What does that cat have, nothing? Unless, it's an ability user." Many nodded their heads in agreement with the common sense coming out of the captain's mouth.

"Have we forgotten about this Odasaku-man character?" Kunikida asked with a hand on his hip.

"No one has forgotten but honestly that's the past, this is the present and we need to know who that cat is?" Chuuya got up from his seat, hands in his pocket. Stalking his way to the big cat.

"Hand over the cat, Atsushi. No one is going to hurt him. We just need to know who we are dealing with," Chuuya got closer along with many other audience members. Atsushi was starting to feel cornered as he walked backward.

"No hold on, that's my cat," Haruno jumped in front of Atsushi. "He is a good cat, always respectful of my space, kind and loving. You guys can't just gang up on him like this!"

"You know that we are the mafia right? That's like our thing plus that cat could be a spy or some shit," Chuuya said, leading the charge. The mob started to move forward. Atsushi couldn't take it anymore, and a low hiss came out of the boy. The mob all stopped in their movement. They all watched as the room was coated in blue. Atsushi's body was covered like the night sky full of stars as he shifted from human to tiger. Mii-chan fell from his grasp but was picked up by his scruff via the tiger's mouth.

"Oh, how pretty," Dazai exclaimed.

"Do something, Dazai!" Yosano shouted as the tiger jumped over the crowd and attempted to open the door to no avail.

"I want you all to agree to drop the Odasaku-man stuff,"

"Fine!" Chuuya said, watching the tiger jump around. As he observed further, it looked like the cat wasn't enjoying it either. The tiger settled itself on top of the right side chairs which were empty. The tiger watched everyone, seeming ready to attack.

"Akutagawa restrain Atsushi without hurt him,"

Akutagawa stood up, "And what about me?"

The only response was a smile that broke his face. Akutagawa grabbed his coat and draped it over his body. The item clashed with the comfy clothes he was currently dressed in. Activating his ability, it quickly wrapped around the tiger, who began to bite and crawl at the cloth. Tied with the big cat was the small cat who was trying it's best to get out of Rashomon. Dazai kneels down in front of them both.

"Akutagawa release,"

The cloth removed itself, and as soon as it did, both cats ran for it. Dazai grabbed a hold of Atsushi, causing the tiger to become a real boy again. Atsushi was now lying on the floor with his ass up. The brunet looked over to the other cat, who was now licking himself clean. The cat started to float, causing everyone to turn to Chuuya, who seemed to pay the eyes on him no mind. The gravity manipulator brought the cat to him. Mii-chan pleaded with his eyes, making the cutest expression he had ever seen on a cat.

"Fine, whatever." Chuuya said let the cat go.
