Some people thought I would do something like have the girls go with him on journeys… I really don't see myself doing that. I'm sorry.
"Welcome to the abyss. Make yourself at home." Beelzebub says after presenting her more human form.
"Uh… thanks, I guess." Ash says, unsure of… well whatever was happening.
"Come now, what do you say I show you around my castle? I think you'll love your new living place. Since you know, you're gonna be stuck here for all eternity." She then says oh so casually.
"E-excuse me, what do you mean eternity?" He asked, concerned by what she said.
"What else do you think I mean? You're not gonna be leaving here."
"What, you think you can keep me down here?"
"It's not that. I mean there's no way of leaving this place."
The boy's eyes widened. "What?"
"Good gracious, you are a slow one. You literally went through a one-way banishment portal. One-way, as in, point-of-no-return." Beelzebub says while recreating what she said with her hands. "And you were foolish enough to let yourself get taken in it." She then says while bopping him on the nose.
Hearing that, Ash looked down. Was it true? Was he stuck in this place? After going through so much trouble to get home, he was taken away from it once again because he let his curiosity get the better of him. This time though, he was going to be stuck forever with no way of escaping. The woman continued to smirk, believing he finally understood.
"No." He says which made her perk up at him. "Maybe you think that, but I'm sure there's a way."
"What? Kid, it's cute that you think that's possible, but it doesn't change the truth." She says before he smiles.
"Well, you'd be surprised by what can be possible."
"You're relying on them? They probably don't even know you're gone."
"Doubt it." He continues, making her frown. "I'm sure they'll know where to find me. I know I can trust them… most of them."
The Great Fly stared at him for a moment before shrugging. "Very well, deny all you like. But you're still stuck here with me. So, I suggest you get comfy until you get 'saved' by the girls." She says before laughing condescendingly as she steps out of the room.
Ash only rolled his eyes before following her out. As they walked through the hall, the boy was in awe at how big the place was. Sure it seemed kind of dull and lifeless, but it still looked amazing to him nonetheless.
"Like it? Get used to it. You're gonna see a lot of it." Beelzebub tells him.
"Yeah, it looks pretty amazing." He laughed for a second before looking back at her.
"I knew you'd like what I've done to the place."
"So, did you make all this yourself?"
"Why yes, I built it all myself. You'd be surprised what you could do with fabric from the abyss."
"Guess so. Still, it's impressive that you did all this on your own."
Hearing that, the Great Fly suddenly started sweating, taking out a handkerchief and wiping her face. "Yes, well… it took some time, but abyssal exile makes you seek out the weirdest hobbies."
"I don't think it's weird. I think it's neat."
"Uh… thank you." She says while blushing a bit.
Then Ash felt his stomach growl. He took a look around for a moment before seeing what he assumed to be the kitchen. He then looked down at his backpack with the broken strap and thought for a second.
"Hey, is it alright if I use your kitchen to make lunch?" He asked.
"Huh?" Beelzebub says as she turned around. "Oh, yeah sure. Go knock yourself out."
"Thanks." He says as he leaves for the kitchen.
"Good luck. I've only just restocked the fridge."
"It's fine, I got my own ingredients. I'll make extra for you."
She watched him go inside and shook her head with a smile before she continued walking down the hall. She was walking for about a minute or so before she stopped in one of the castle spires and looked out the window.
"That boy is really something. Starting to see why those girls got hooked on him so easily." She says to herself before sighing. "Too bad for them, he's stuck here with me forever. Oh well, at the very least, it'll be nice to finally have some company around here."
She then giggled to herself while continuing to look out the window at the never-ending darkness, then proceeded to open a window and get a view of how the other ladies were doing. As expected, things had gone to 'Hell' ever since he left.
The girls already were losing their shit not long after learning that their lover was gone. She chuckled a bit, especially seeing Lucifer go from being the hi and mighty ruler of Hell freaking out over a single human who wasn't even an adult yet. She found it funny… until it wasn't.
Seeing them get so upset, getting sad… some shedding tears… she started to frown. It wasn't as fun as she had expected. She just seemed to pity them. She stopped watching them and only rested her elbows on the windowsill.
A part of her was annoyed. She was the one trapped for all of eternity with nothing more than the empty abyss and they got to live happily in the mortal realm with someone they cared about. And all because she wanted a turn at ruling Hell. Pissed her off to no end. Why do they get to live such an amazing life and she didn't? Even they got to have something to cry about when losing it, but her…
Her thoughts were cut off by the strange, yet alluring smell. She looked around wondering just where it was coming from. Turning into a swarm of flies before going through the halls and reforming in the kitchen, seeing the teen flipping something in the pan before sliding it off onto a plate. He noticed she was in the room as well.
"Oh, hey! I'm just about done with the food." He says with an upbeat smile. "Go sit at the table."
"... Good to know." She says before walking over to him. "So, what is it you made? I'm sure that-"
"Chocolate pancakes." He then says while turning and holding out a plate with the food rolled up.
Beelzebub stopped in her tracks and looked down at the plate in front of her with the food, eyes wide. After a second, she took the plate and went to sit at the table with the boy following after her. She then picked up and inspected the pancake, a little suspicious at first, but soon took a bite.
With the sound of the satisfying crunch and the bits hitting her tastebuds, her eyes widened in disbelief. She chewed ever so slowly, savoring each bite while the boy ate his own pancakes like it was nothing before stopping as he noticed her. As she swallowed her first bite, her company got a little worried.
"So, how is it?" He asked.
"..." She stared forward, not responding for a second, before finding her words. "This is the best day of my life."
She then proceeded to mimic how Lucifer acted and started chowing down on the batch on her plate. Some crumbs were flying onto the boy's side, but he just brushed them off and chuckled.
"Guess you like'em, huh?" Ash says.
"YES! This is delicious! Oh, nothing I make could ever be this good." Beelzebub says before swallowing.
"Good to know."
She then jumped on him and hugged him, rubbing her face against his. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!" She says, squeezing him tightly as he coughed.
She let go of him before going back to her food. As the boy caught his breath he stood up and saw that she was finishing hers before looking at his that wasn't finished. He just slid his plate over to her and let her enjoy it, having a smile on his face as he watched. It seems that he's made a new friend.
(Sometime later, somewhere else in the mansion)
"This device has information on the creatures of your world?" Beelzebub asked while inspecting the Pokedex that Ash handed her.
"Well, it's mostly used for an encyclopedia for Pokemon. Unfortunately, it can't seem to recognize the ones in Hell." Ash says while taking it back. "Surprised you don't know about this stuff. How long have you been in here?"
"It's unfortunately been eons ago. I already have a feeling I've missed a lot of the advancements in the modern day."
"That long, huh?"
She looked at him with a saddened expression. "Yes. You wouldn't understand."
"No, but… I mean, I can sympathize." He says while putting a hand on her shoulder.
She looked at him with a raised brow. "I still don't get why you want to, especially with a demon."
"Well, you're different."
"I…" She opened her mouth to argue but couldn't find the words and decided to change the subject. "I-is there any other devices like this that I don't know of?"
"Oh, yeah." He then pulled something else out. "This is a cellphone."
"Phone?" Beelzebub says while taking the device from him. "Like, to make calls? Do you connect it to a wire or…?"
"No, it actually works completely wirelessly. Well, until needs to be charged. It started with something called the Pokegear at first, but now they decided to make it easier to travel."
"I see. Uh… what's all this?" She showed him the screen which had several icons on it.
"Oh, yeah." He took it back and started swiping through. "People kinda started making these for other things, like notes, games, and most notably, its own camera." He says while pointing at the camera on the back.
"... I don't know what a camera is."
Ash looked surprised before stumbling a bit with his words. "Uh… um… w-well… it uh…" He thought for a moment. "Here, let me show you what it does." He then took a picture of her and showed it. "See?"
Looking at it, she appeared shocked before taking the phone to examine it. "So, this can also witness events and recreate them in visual form?"
"It can do even more. You can record videos with it." He explained. "It's like what I just did, but it captures them moving and what sounds are made."
"Amazing?... How did you get it to-?"
"Like this." He then changed it to video and hit start. "And just like that."
He then got in front of the camera and gave his signature smile. The Great Fly smirked a bit while blushing, keeping the focus on him.
"I have to say, it's impressive what you humans have come to make of yourselves." She says.
"There's a lot more. You can just press the button again whenever to stop it." Ash says before going to a nearby door and opening it. "I can show you-" He was interrupted by hundreds of tentacles coming out of the room.
He screamed aloud as Beelzebub continued to record what was happening with a smile on her face… then her smile vanished as the door closed. She ran to his rescue, only for the door to burst into pieces, bits and pieces of tentacles flying out into the hall, the teen walking out with some ripped tentacles still hanging off him or in his hands, huffing. She was shocked, a single trickle of blood leaking out of her nose.
(Much later)
Ash was sitting on the edge of the bed in the master bedroom, still wiping whatever sticky stuff from the tentacles off of him while annoyed. Beelzebub was replaying the moment on the phone looking amazed, chuckling a bit.
"Enjoying it?" He asked.
"Yes, a-apologies for that just now." She says before sitting next to him.
"Why do you have a room full of tentacles?"
"Entertainment. ~" She says in a seductive tone.
"... Forget I asked."
"So, is there anything else that you can tell me that's 'advanced' in your world?"
"Not much I can say unless you know what computers are."
"... I don't know what that is."
"Never mind then. Can I ask you something?"
"By all means, go ahead."
"So, why was it you tried to overthrow Lucifer?"
"Oh, I was expecting that." Beelzebub chuckled a bit. "You see, my reason is not so special really. I just believed that I'd do better than her as the ruler."
"Why's that?" The boy asked with a raised brow.
"Surely you've seen it as well. Those girls have stopped following her orders altogether."
"Not completely, they still listen from time to time."
"Perhaps, but before you came around they weren't listening too well back then either." She tells him. "I just figured that if I were in charge, I'd get them to listen to me and make sure they do!" She then clenched her fists, setting them ablaze before sighing as they went out. "Unfortunately, I underestimated the power of Justice the High Prosecutor and now I'm stuck here."
"Yeah, I've already been told about that part." Ash says while brushing his shoulder, putting out the small fire.
"Still though, I'm surprised that you managed to get them to follow you. How do you do it, Helltaker?"
He stared at her for a moment before looking up. "I can't say I know why. I was just being nice and… maybe that's it."
"You did it just by being nice?" She asked in disbelief.
"Again, I don't have a clear answer. That's the best I can think of."
Beelzebub put a finger to her chin and hummed for a second. "Well, perhaps there's something more. Surely even you don't doubt it, do you, Helltaker?"
"Okay, you can just call me Ash, you know." He tells him.
"Hmm… Very well then. I think I quite enjoy calling you that more."
The boy only smiled at that to which the Great Fly tilted her head while blushing heavily. She then leaned in while setting a hand on his thigh, making him look surprised a bit before blushing as she leaned her face closer to his. She chuckled.
"You're a cute little one. Maybe that's why they went along with you. ~"
"Uh… well…" Ash says while scooting away. "That's not the first time I've been told that."
"Well, I believe so." Beelzebub scooted back over and this time put her hands on his shoulders. "Kinda, charming, good looks. ~" She says before taking him by the chin. "All that together and I figure that it shouldn't be too surprising."
"Are…" The trainer looked back and forth as she started removing her gloves. "Are you suggesting to be a part of it?"
"Pfft, no. Of course not." She then pinned him to the bed. "I simply want you to be mine alone."
Ash opened his mouth to speak, but she put a finger to his lips silencing him. Then moved her hand down and under his shirt, feeling his chest which made him tremble a bit before taking her other hand and running her fingers through his hair.
"You never get much of a feel for a woman's touch, do you?" She says, still moving her hands around his body. "I can help fix that. I'll gladly treat you to something better than anything Lucifer or those other girls. ~"
Her breath against his face made him feel uncomfortable at first, her touch activated a sensation in him.
"Does it feel good? Be honest will you? ~"
She continued to feel him before she started to move her hand lower and lower… before he grabbed both her hands and removed them. Her smile dropped as he did.
"Sorry, but I'm gonna have to pass on that." Ash tells her.
"I beg your pardon?" She asked with a raised brow.
"I'm not that type of person, alright. That's not the main thing on my mind. My true goal is to become a Pokemon Master. Nothing's gonna change that."
"Wha? Excuse me? You don't want to even try?"
"Beelzebub, I'm not a pervert. Plus, can we at least wait a while before doing anything like that?"
"I… I mean…" Beelzebub sighed. "Fine, I guess so."
"Right. I don't think Lucy would be happy if I got back-"
"You're still on that? There's no way to leave the abyss."
"Well, you never know."
"Ash, I've been trying to get out of this shithole for just about an eternity. Face it, you're trapped in here with me. Nothing's gonna change that."
"Listen, if they have a way to send us here, they must have a way of getting us out. They'll find a way, I trust them."
She stared at him for a moment before sighing with a hand on her forehead. "You're a really stubborn kid."
"It's just how I roll." He says before smiling and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, I'll bring you out as well. Like I've been saying, it's all about trust."
She looked at him and blushed again before looking away. "S-Sure, whatever." She says before the sound of a large bell echoes through the halls, startling the boy. "And that's the time for bed."
"Huh?"
"Yeah, there's like, no time in this place so I just set a clock that decides when I should sleep." Beelzebub says before standing up. "You can sleep if you want, but I'm going to rest myself."
"Alright, guess I'll…" Ash looked around. "Wait, isn't this your room?"
"Nah, you can take it for the night. I've got other rooms in this place." She waved her hand as she made her way to the door. "Sleep tight."
"Alright, see you in the… morning?"
"Heh, sure. Goodnight, love."
"Goodnight."
As soon as she left the room, Ash kicked off his shoes and lay on the bed, rubbing his face. At this point, he knew Beelzebub was gonna be next, but was starting to wonder if she would be the last. It was like ever since he fell into Team Rocket's trap and was transported to Hell, he had this still ability that attracted all these demon ladies to him. Even ones so powerful.
However, he started to wonder if he could leave this place. Beelzebub seemed so insistent on the fact that they couldn't leave that he wondered if he really was stuck there. But he didn't give up. He knew that there was gonna be some way to leave this place, and then he'd be back home with the girls, his mom, and Pikachu, and all things would be good.
Then his eyes widened as a thought came to mind. 'Oh no… the place is gonna be in shambles when I get back… man, I hope the house is at least there when I get back.' He only sighed and pulled over the covers, hoping things were still well at his home.
Meanwhile, as he slept, Beelzebub was watching from the door. She watched him for a moment before she swiftly turned and started down the hall. While doing so she was frantically dabbing herself with her handkerchief while looking panicked.
"This can't happen. This can't happen. I cannot lose him." She says to herself. "All these years alone with no one, I refuse to go through that again!" She says before trying to think. "He wants to be a Pokemon Master… from what he told me, they live making those creatures fight…" Her eyes widened. "That's it. Surely he'll want to stay after that." She laughed to herself.
Then she made her way to an empty room. She looked around for a second then had a smile before rubbing her hands together.
To be continued…
