Chapter 3

She could feel his eyes on her. Even though the ribbon demon couldn't see the eyes of the demon holding the big ass sword, she could feel his heated gaze on her. Full of rage and hate as the smaller demon commanded him to stop. It radiated off the taller monstrosity. She basked in the radiation; it tasted like blood and fire. His emotions dominated the room, overshadowing the pain that came from the bed-bound woman. The one called Pyramid Head was holding on just by a hair. If it snapped, she wondered what it would feel like, if she pushed him a little bit farther and made the other demon lose control. She wanted to see what he could unleash. Smiling, she pointed her black teeth at the other demon, tapped his sword with a clawed middle finger, and spoke. "Are you compensating for something there, big boy?" She looked down from his sword to his chest, then to what looked like human skin that was wrapped around his waist, stopping to pause for a long second, then back up to what she thought were his eye holes. Feeling his rage spike as she instigated him, the muscular demon stepped forward, shoving the tip of the sword through her shoulder, splitting the leather and skin. All he had to do was flick his wrist, and her arm would fly off. Feeling the skin and muscles separate as the sword sliced her shoulder. She smiled wider as the same wound appeared slowly on the other demon. Her ribbons danced excitedly behind her as she smelled his blood. Watching his big head turn and look at his shoulder, cocking his head in confusion as more of his arm began to rip and bleed.

"Enough Silk…" Turning her dark eyes to her high priest and the hard stare he gave her. The demon now named Silk sighed, her fun now ruined, and grabbed the sword imbedded in her shoulder and pulled it out. Her blood dripped down her skinless chest and down to her leather pants. Slowly, the wound began to close. Her skin and the broken leather were molding back into place. At the same time, the mirroring wound began to heal on the other demon. "A pact is being made, and the mortal offers payment to the other mortals in the church."

Dragging her finger across the blood on her shoulder and then popping it into her mouth She watched as the bigger demon's long head turned back towards her as his own wound healed. Sucking on her middle finger, she splayed it for the male demon, flipping him off. As the lead cenobite spoke about the contract, Silk turned her eyes back to her lover. Looking into his pitch-black eyes and feeling the weight of his stare, she sometimes wished she was able to read minds like he was. Unfortunately, her gifts were not as powerful as his. While she could not read others' minds like he could. She could read emotions better than any of the demons that resided in the same level of hell, besides the prince of hell himself. She also had the rare gift of sharing and, in a way, controlling emotions and physical aspects with others. As was Avenant, with the same wound that was afflicted on her showing up on the attacker. Like most demons, she could feed off the emotions of others, but unlike other demons, she could make others feel what she was feeling. Over the years, she had gotten quite good at manipulating her own emotions to get others to do her bidding.

The small child stepped forward toward her protector and placed a dirty hand on his forearm. A long sigh came from the large man as he looked from Silk down at the small demon and stabbed his sword into the floor next to him. He could feel the other female taunting him, and he wanted to rip the rest of her skin off and pin her to the wall using his sword. But he would obey his master and not kill the damn women for now.

He attacked me first. * She thought of the Cold Priest. Feeling pressure on her mind as he read her thoughts and promised punishment later for pushing the other demon. Silk frowned at the floor and bit her tongue. She did not like displeasing her master, but she liked to play with new food that offered itself so easily, and this Pyramid Head was too easy to manipulate. As the lead cenobite turned back to the human and softly spoke to her about the deal. The smaller demon patted the arm of her protector and then walked towards Silk. Keeping an eye on the small child, the male demon stood still as a statue as she got closer to the ribbon demon. Stepping next to one of the ribbons, the spawnling gently touched the black appendage. Like her name, it felt like silk but was cold. Being careful not to cut herself on the edges, she ran her short fingers up the ribbon. Her hand got colder the longer she touched it; the tip of her finger began to turn blue and felt like it was burning.

Silk grabbed the young girl's hand. "Careful child, they bite." When she had grabbed the little demon, the bigger one shot forward, squishing the child between him and Silk. Towering over them both, he was close enough that she could feel his deep breaths even through the strange headpiece, as his head was right next to hers, the long metal splayed over her shoulder as part of the rusted metal scraped her cheek. After her space was invaded by the male demon, she placed her other hand on his massive chest and tried to push him back. "Down, Fido, I'm not going to hurt her; I was just warning her. My ribbons have a mind of their own." Pyramid Head did not budge as she tried to push him back. She would have had a better time trying to move a brick wall. The dark part of Alessa huffed in annoyance and stomped on Pyramid Head's foot. Hissing at him to step back as she tried to unpin herself from the older demons. Silk threw her head back and laughed as the small demon stomped on the offending foot. Her midnight black eyes twinkled at the spunky child. Taking a small step back, Pyramid Head looked the woman as she laughed and watched as she patted the girl's head.

Releasing the girl's hand, Silk lifted her ribbons. "Would you like a demonstration, little demon? See what you are buying, if you will." Looking into the child's dark eyes, then watching the young demon smile and nod excitedly. Silk smirked and felt Xipe's approval at her idea as he and Alessa stopped talking to watch. Tilting her head up to the towering demon before her, she watched his large muscles tighten in anticipation of an attack. Shooting her ribbons backward, they latched onto one of the undead nurses in the corner of the room. The mutated nurses wailed in horror and surprise as she was grabbed by the black snake-like ribbons. Not moving her eyes off the large demon, Silk controlled the extra appendages with precision. The long ribbons stabbed into the creature's chest and stomach as more ribbons appeared out of the shadows with needles and stabbed into the nurse's back and slithered under her skin. Cutting her from the inside, the ribbons burrowed their way under the skin and muscles as the undead began to scream and thrash. Blood pooled from the wounds as the ribbons broke out from under the skin, and then the nurse exploded into chunks as the ribbons pulled from all directions, splashing blood on those in the room and dripping down the larger demon's metal face. Slowly, the ribbons crawled back to Silk. Leaving bloody trails on the floor as they snaked up the demon's back and rehooked the woman back into her corset. Turning her head to the side, Silk licked a streak of dripping blood off Pyramid Head's rusted head. For the first time, she felt a spark of more than just hate and anger from the other demon. She could feel his arm tighten on his sword, which was still smashed into the floorboards. He watched her tongue lick the blood off his head and liked it.

The small child between them began to clap her hands in excitement. "Beautiful! Do it again, again!" The small child smiled up at her protector as drops of blood fell on her face from his own head. She then looked at the moral part of her and bounced over to her and climbed into the bed next to the woman, her face dripping with blood and smiling. "The pact has been made; you will enter the Brotherhood's church and kill all those who live there but the leader, Christabella. She is for us; bring her to us or bring her out of the church and summon us. We will be ready. All the other souls are yours to devour. Do we have a deal?" she asked, grabbing Alessa's hand and holding them both out. Pinhead looked at the child, then back at the bedridden woman, and wrapped his large hand around both of theirs. Reaching with his other hand, he grabbed a pin from the top of his head and then stabbed it through all three of their hands, binding them.

"We have a deal, Alessa."

Man idk how some people write so much is a short time. It took me a few days to just do a few 1000s words. kudos to them for writing so much. Well the pact has been made. What will happen now at the church. A big blood bath or new deals or something totally different??
