"Harry!" A voice called outside Grimmauld Place. "Harry!"

"Draco?" Harry mumbled, as he rubbed his eyes and turned on his night lamp.

Harry looked outside his window, and he saw Draco outside, looking for something he cannot find. He cannot see the house because it's hidden.

He has gone and done it. Harry couldn't help but smile, fully aware of the trouble that Draco has just gotten the both of them in.

He exited his room and ran across the hallway, just to be stopped by a hand grabbing him by the shoulder, he turned around to face a displeased Remus, and behind him was Sirius, rubbing his own eyes and clearly confused.

"Where do you think you're going?" Remus said seriously.

"Draco-" Harry started saying.

"You're not going outside." Remus said, "you go wait for me in the kitchen, I'll go get him."

Harry went to the kitchen, and Sirius followed him. A few minutes later, they were joined by Remus and Draco. Draco ran across the kitchen towards Harry, and the both of them hugged each other tightly, holding onto each other, finally reunited.

"Would one of you care to explain to me what he's doing here?" Remus stood in the kitchen, arms crossed and a frown on his face.

Draco and Harry exchanged a look.

"I ran away from Malfoy Manor."

"That's a stupid mistake."

"Why?" Harry jumped to defend Draco.

"Because they'll be looking for him," Remus said, "what if they put you under a tracking curse? Or used the trace to find you?"

"How did you come here?" Sirius asked, less angrily.

"Broom."

"You flew here?" Remus was so close to losing it. "Have you lost your mind?"

"I just needed to see him," Draco said, pointing his head towards Harry, "we were corresponding and-"

"You were what now?" Remus turned to Harry, who realized he was screwed. "What part of no reaching out to Draco was unclear to you?"

"I-"

"Do you realize the risk you're putting the both of you in?" Remus cut him off.

"We did it through a secure channel."

"A secure channel?"

"I don't get what the big deal is." Harry finally said, earning a murderous glare from Remus.

"You broke clear orders risking both Draco and yourself-"

"They were just harmless letters."

"They're not harmless."

"It's no secret we're friends."

"But the letters were more than just friendly letters, now weren't they?"

Harry just looked down, confirming Remus suspicions.

"If Voldemort gets wind of whatever it is that's going on between the two of you, he will definitely use him against you. No doubt." Remus told Harry, before turning to Draco, "and you coming here tonight only makes the situation more dangerous."

"Obviously, you're always welcome here, Draco," Sirius interjects, before adding: "but Remus has a point."

"Of course I do."

At that point, Harry felt rage burning inside his chest. He has never felt this angry before, not even during his years in 4 Privet Drive. His anger has been bubbling up through this entire conversation.

"You know," he started, "you pretend to care for my safety, but let me go back to the Dursleys where there's no adult wizards to actually do shit if Voldemort just shows up."

"There were wards-"

"And then," he ignores Remus's objection, "you leave Draco with literal Death Eaters-"

"You mean his parents and legal guardians?"

"Death Eaters!" Harry angrily screams, "when you all are fully aware of the risk he's in due to our relationship, and still do nothing about it."

"We're doing everything we can-" Sirius tries to interject.

"Bullshit!" Harry yells, stands, slams the kitchen table, and leaves.

"I'm talking to you, young man!" Remus scolds him, but he just leaves the kitchen headed to his room, and a few minutes later they hear his bedroom door slammed.

Remus huffs and leaves the kitchen too, leaving Sirius and Draco in the kitchen. The two stand there in awkward silence.

"So…" Sirius breaks it. "How was your summer?"

"Good." Draco simply says.

Awkward silence. Again.

"You go check on Harry, I'll go check on Remus." Sirius tells Draco.

"Yeah, that's a good idea."
