Sup guys? Lighting wolf here, back for another story, this one about Fairy Tale. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Fairy Tale, Hiro Mashima, Kodansha and a few others do.
The thief continued on his path. A very stupid, horrible job… but a profession he didn't have a choice at the moment to decline.
He sighed, knowing he couldn't stop his task. He leapt through the woods. The figure was at least glad enough to make sure he could plan it perfectly.
He hated the idea of stealing something. He usually would steal from people who could afford it and who he observed as being perfect to steal from without feeling bad.
"I'll kill him when this is done… kill both of them." He muttered before crawling down the trees. He didn't want to steal from an innocent person, it went against his code.
But the people who tracked him down didn't care, they were planning something bigger than him and threatened the little friends and hummed.
He was at also least glad they didn't send him after any of the bigger groups… he guaranteed they were aware him stealing from any of the actual guilds or such would bring down people they didn't want to go to war with.
It was easy enough to take their currency and he dropped it off somewhere they'd find it. he wanted to gut the people responsible, the bandits…. Those soldiers or whoever had threatened him. He heard from the few friends one of them found pinned to a tree with a knife and a note threatening their lives if he didn't do this.
The cowards couldn't even be bothered to come up to his face to threaten him. no, he had to end up being cowed into this.
"I'll rip them apart, I'll slaughter them all… they killed Alex, I'll murder…." He sighed and leaned on the tree, it creaked slightly.
The only sign anyone had even been on the tree was the slight creak. He was very good at sneaking around and getting items… it was why he was considered a masterful thief.
That said? It was clear whoever 'hired' him? they knew they'd be throwing out someone who usually helped good people and never targeted anyway who didn't deserve it…
The figure planned on finding and killing whoever murdered his friend and destroying them. He already knew he was going to burn for the thievery pulled off.
"Damn it. I told them to leave, this is no longer their home to be here." He wanted to figure out who they were and slowly rip them apart.
Revenge? Yes, but it was revenge he saved only for his worst enemies. He had already condemned himself to whatever vile end the galaxy had in store for him… but the others? The friends he had? they deserved none of this, their crimes were more or less nonexistent.
He had ordered them to leave. Whoever hunted them would keep coming and gutting whoever it was…
What the idiots who forced him to do this didn't know? he had left the money they had stolen in a place the guilds would recover it. they wanted violence? He'd give them all the warriors they could possibly handle.
That only left the thought of contacting help, he'd have to turn himself in if he was going to get help… well, at the very least this would be an exciting tale if people didn't lop his skull off his shoulders for thievery… then again? He'd know they wouldn't, at the very least, he could count on a somewhat fair trial when it came down to it if not entirely having some way to rebuild his reputation
The usually nameless thief chuckled and descended from the tree he was on to go and find authorities from which to hand himself over to the custody of them.
"Oh, how funny their find the fact that a thief turned himself over to the police, won't they? And I've only been at this for 2 weeks." He stated before descending to the ground fully and slowly walking away. He wanted to make sure they easily found him.
Yes, the thief who would only a few days later, become a member of Fairy Tale, did indeed find his ideal fun without a shadow of all doubt.
A thief who decided to use his slight of hand to help others… yes, extremely funny.

Phew, first chapter done! I want to point out I don't know much about Fairy Tale but this takes place after the anime. Next chapter is going to be in several… mainly 3-4 weeks or so, and will show the cast meeting the thief, his name… and the main plot of the story. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
