Title: Sun Flowers

Noting that I haven't read TON in a while I'm going to be doing most of this by memory so I apologize ahead of time for anything that I might have gotten wrong.

The room was charged with nervous energy, Apollo had left almost an hour ago. Meg was drumming her fingers against her leg a habit she picked up from Apollo, eyes so turbulent that they looked like a mud slide. Nico was sitting off to the side, mostly hidden by shadows. Rachel was pacing back and forth across the room. Will was treating the wounds that everyone had received during the battle, but he wasn't quiet focused. None of them were,

After a few minutes, Rachel stiffened, everyone froze, soon there was a green mist coiled around her feet, soon the mist faded.

Rachel had turned pale, "Somethings wrong."

Meg jumped to her feet, "What do you mean wrong." She demanded.

Rachel didn't answer, she didn't have to. There was a golden flash of light, and in the center of the room the bloody form of Lester appeared. Meg cried in alarm and was at his side in seconds, Will soon followed. Will placed his hands on Apollo's shoulder and his breathing seemed to steady after a few moments Apollo stirred,

"Meg?" he asked weakly.

"Here dummy." She said.

Apollo seemed to relax slightly.

"Hey focus," Meg said sharply.

He'd started to nod off. She didn't need Will's warning glance to know that Apollo shouldn't fall asleep. He had the same look in his eyes that he'd had in the bookstore.

A sliver flash of light and a twelve year old girl with auburn hair appeared on the same side of Apollo that Meg was, with a worried look she placed her hand on his shoulder. Apollo gently grabbed her hand and pushed it away, Artemis looked like she wanted to protest but Apollo gave her hand a soft squeeze. Apollo took a shaky breath, and smiled. "I'm lucky to have sisters like you."

Line break

Meg wiped the dirt off of her hands and studied her handy work, a single row of sun flowers made a path way to the Apollo cabin. She stood and with a glance to the sun she made her way to the amphitheater.
