"Cal?" Leo's voice seemed to drift off with the wind as soon as he opened his mouth. He could feel Calypso's soft arms holding tightly on his waist, her head rested against his back. She hadn't said anything for the past hour. Bright cities slowly moved along under them as they flew along atop of Leo's giant metal dragon, Festus. Creaks and puffs of steam occasionally came from the metal beast, filling up the silent night.

"What is it, Leo?" Calypso's voice traveled towards him, encasing him in a warm, honey-like haze.

"Oh, nothing." He said, placing a free hand over hers. "I was just wondering if you were awake or not."

Leo felt her shift, she slid her body closer to his, her chest now pressed against his back. Leo felt his face warm up considerably. He was the son of Hephestus for the god's sake, he was fire resistant! Why is one girl making him sweat his socks off?!

"How can I sleep when you came back for me?" Calypso whispered into Leo's neck. "I'm too happy to sleep."

Without a word, Leo shifted his body to face Calypso. Even with minimal light, gods was she stunning. Her blond hair slightly blew behind her in the wind, almost glittering in the moonlight. Leo's heart felt like it would burst out of his chest every time he took her in. In a split second decision, he gently took her face, and rested his lips onto hers. Leo timidly kissed her, leaving light and innocent kisses on her perfect lips. She melted into his lips, making him blush furiously, a warm fuzzy feeling spreading through him. Leo Valdez, Supersized McShizzle Man, was disintegrating from one kiss from a girl. Maybe all his talk…really was just talk. Once they broke away, that warm feeling had spread all the way to the tips of his fingertips.

"I liked that, Sunshine," He said softly, trying to mask his nerves with a smirk.

"Didn't I tell you not to call me that?" Calypso scolded, a small smile on her face.

"I don't remember that…," Leo teased. He softly kissed her on the cheek, and began trailing kisses down her neck. He took his time, exploring her neck with his lips.

"Leo-," She began.

Creak! Festus interrupted their intimate moment, with an obviously disgusted creak.

"Festus…why'd you hafta ruin it?" Leo whined, turning to face the front of the dragon.

Creak, creak!

"Fine, fine…we can wait," He huffed, rolling his eyes. "He basically just told us to get a room."

"Fair enough. You're a terrible kisser anyway," Calypso shrugged.

"Am not!" Leo pouted.

"Are to!" Calypso teased.

CREAK!

"Oh, be quiet, Festus." Leo said. Ignoring the bronze dragon, he took calypso's small, perfect hand, into his calloused one. His other hand stayed on the controller for Festus, just to be safe.

"Where to, my lady?" He asked. "We have the whole world at our fingertips."

Calypso was silent, her eyes trained on the city that was passing below them.

"What about your friends?" She said quietly. "They'll think you're dead."

Leo thought about it for a moment. She was right, mostly.

"It will only be for a little while. I'll shoot an Iris Message once we land," Leo reassured her. She simply nodded, hugging him tighter.

"Let's just go where Festus takes us." She said, lightly kissing the crook of his neck.

"You hear that Festie?" Leo shouted. "Give the lady what she wants!"

"...You are such a dork."
