Pirates on the Dream World

Morpheus the sandman calls upon the Straw Hats to help him fixes some mistakes. He needs people with big dreams and ambitions to accompany him in his journey. Can the Straw Hats handle hanging around with an entity and meet some other powerful living beings? Even those with the powers equal to gods? Maybe it's faith or some misfortune.

1. Chapter 1

Hey, we have a new DC x One Piece crossover. Only this time I am more towards one from the Vertigo line.

Yes, this might be weird, but it might be interesting. Neil Gaiman Sandman is a masterpiece of storytelling and is amazing. The ideas, the story and the mythology is absolute outstanding. So, I thought, what if Morpheus need the help of the Straw Hats in order to fix some problems? Can the pirates handle the dream world? Or the other members of the Endless? Will find out.

In a dark space.

Morpheus also knows as the Sandman or pretty much dream was walking towards this dark space. Looking at people dreams, as they sleep and imagine unbelievable things that nobody could do in the real world. As the entity of dream, he saw the visions of every one of many dimensions.

''I am once believed that looking over 7 billion dreams at once was troublesome. But now looking at 100 billion at once, maybe I was too naïve at the time.'' Said him.

As he walks alone, he sees all kind of dreams. Some weak, some strong, but nothing that can impress him. There is until now.

''What?" Thought him.

He saw a dream, a dream like nothing he has ever seen before. It was from a dimension full of water and pirates. The dreams were coming from a young boy with a straw hat, and it said:

''I AM GOING TO BE KING OF THE PIRATES!" Scream Monkey D. luffy.

Morpheus was baffled once in his eternal life. He was never heard someone scream this loud in a dream, and the way that was represent it was big. Possibly the biggest dreamer he has ever seen.

''This one has potential. I wonder if I can have a chat with him.'' Said Morpheus.

As the entity disappears, the dark space is all empty. The Sandman would very soon meet the Straw Hat pirates and show them a world of wonders beyond their imaginations.

So Luffy and the others will meet Morpheus and help him a little bit. I am mostly going to stick with Neil Gaiman original run. I want the Straw Hats to meet the other members of the Entities and face some of the Sandman villains. This is going to be a trippy one.
