Arrow is the son of Bianca and Hunter. He has his mother's appearance but has blonde hair.
Arrow is a laid-back, physically talented, and somewhat gullible character. While he's a loyal friend to his team and is knowledgeable about basic tasks, he has trouble grasping more advanced strategies and logics. Arrow is, at times, naïve and cowardly, but he can't be tricked relatively easily. He is forgetful but is practicing remembering important things. He is good at detecting liars and can sense when someone is not who they say they are.
