"Thank Groot that's over and we can have fun, I feel bad for the big kids having to wait and stay clean all day when we can get dirty." RJ said seeing his friends agreeing stampeding outside after going through Picture Day stuff but Rocket Senior smirked, seeing the class photo knowing it was very cute and his kids had been well behaved and not antsy like the other kits so knew how happy they were to just be kits.
"I know but all your folks are gonna love your pictures and I saw the class-photo which is very cute." Rocket Senior told them as they were having snacks drinking milk knowing they could go about their day hearing RJ whispering to him if his sibs had to do that at playgroup nodding.
"Yep but you guts look cute like Rockai as he looks like Lennon." he replied to him.
"Tell me you can show meca preview of his photo, bubbelah." Rocket Senior heard Nebula asking him, as it was night time in the house as Rocket was putting marshmallows into bowls for the baby-raccoons as they loved them plus like RJ, they were growing cute and chunky which Nebula found adorable like RJ who was getting into pyjamas after his bath which was relaxing him for sleep as it had been a long day with Picture Day even though Nebula had vetoed his Fresh Prince of Knowhere vibe guessing he could try again next year heading downstairs.
"Sorry Nebs but they're still with the photographer, just be patient." Rocket Senior told Nebula seeing the baby-raccoons eating up belching making Rocket and RJ chuckle seeing Nebula grin, even though they should start to learn manners making Rocket Senior give her a look, as they wwre still little and if they were too little for tine out, they were too little to learn manners just yet seeing them getting sleepy scooping them up gently, taking them upstairs to their room to settle them for sleeping so they wouldn't wake the whole house, in the middle of the night relieving Nebula and Rocket making RJ his bedtine snack.
"Grandpa's using what he does at school, when Astro's hyper for my sibs, I can hear him singing and doing meditation." RJ told them devouring cookies and drinking milk which was making his growig tummy happy and making him feel sleepy as he had school in the morning, hearing him ask how long it was until Hannukah hearing his dad chuckle at his question.
"Soon buddy just be patient, like grandpa told Nebs, about Picture Day stuff." Rocket told him as he was carrying him upstairs on his back to his room tucking him into bed telling him about a kit and his cyber buddy that was a raccoon bot that helped with his feelings which RJ loved starting to get sleepy, feeling his dad kiss his head turning on the nightlight leaving his room going to his and Nebula's room.
"Now we can have snuggle-time now the kits are asleep." Rocket said making Nebula grin in agreement only Rocket had an nightmare involving RJ taking deep-breaths telling Nebula about it, feeling her hug him, reassuring him, it might not happen which was helping him relax lying back down beside her feeling better plus the dream had involved RJ being in the rehab centre on Schism determined to not let this happen.
