℘ the word of the overseer is the law of the clan.
℘ the ambassador will become the overseer if the current overseer dies or retires.
℘ only members of the elite warriors may be seen as candidates for the ambassador position.
℘ a clan may not be without an overseer, ambassadors, or apothecarist for more than a sun cycle. if the current of any of these roles dies, a new one must be appointed before the next sun cycle.
℘ kitlings may not be made tyros until they have reached the appropriate age of six moons.
℘ tyros are permitted to leave camp, however they may not pass the inner border, and may not leave without an elite warrior watching them.
℘ dams and kitlings always eat first, followed by the veterans. then, in this order — apothecarists, overseers, ambassadors, the elite, tyros, and finally the rookies.
℘ kitlings may not leave the camp or hunt.
℘ no cat of the clans may let personal feelings get in the way of their duties.
℘ kitlings are to remain out of clan rivalries.
℘ no member of one clan shall have friendships with a cat of the other, or they will both be sacrificed.
℘ all sacrifices are to be overseen by the apothecarists.
℘ if a cat chooses to commit a crime and does not repent, they are to be tested in a ritual sacrifice, in which the apothecarists brings them to the top of the waterfall dividing the clans. they are to be pushed off and observed. if the cat drowns, they are guilty of the crime, but if they live, they are given the chance to repent, or suffer the ordeal a second time.
℘ if a cat chooses to worship the celestial that is not that of their clan, they are to be tested in a ritual sacrifice, in which the apothecarists brings them to the top of the waterfall dividing the clans. they are to be pushed off and observed. if the cat lands upon the side of the opposing clan, they are left to drown for their betrayal. however, if they land upon the side of their clan, they are to be retrieved and forgiven, though they must repent within a day, lest they will be drowned purposely.
