SUPREME CELESTIAL — also known as PAN, the Spirit of the Wild. father of FLORA and FAUNA.

DOMINANT CELESTIAL — also known as FLORA, Spirit of Plants, and FAUNA, Spirit of Animals, daughters of PAN. equal in power, sworn enemies, each the first ruler of their respected clans.

SUBORDINATE CELESTIALS — cats who have died and were loyal to their respective celestial become subordinates to that celestial, and often share messages to the apothecarists. similar to the angels. may often be shown in the form of a solid white animal or plant.

OVERSEER — commander of the mortal clans. their word is law, and the celestials have bestowed upon them a grand blessing. they are given nine lives.

AMBASSADOR — second-in-command to the overseer. they are to advise the overseer, arrange battle patrols, and are the head of all combat training. they are also the next in line for overseer.

APOTHECARISTS — healers, medics, therapists, and mediators. these cats, while they have some knowledge in combat, are more inclined to heal. they are also known to be the bringers of death, if an elderly or injured cat wishes to be given away into eternal slumber. these cats also oversee the judgemental sacrifices.

ELITE WARRIORS — senior commonfolk, cats who hunt and fight and are over the age of fifty moons. all candidates to be mentors as well as ambassadors. often known as the elites.

ROOKIE WARRIORS — young commonfolk, cats who hunt and fight and are between the age of thirteen and fifty moons. often help train tyros alongside the elite, but do not become elite or mentors until they reach fifty moons old.

TYROS — young cats in training, either as warriors or as apothecarists. they are between the ages of six and thirteen moons and are mentored by an elite warrior.

DAMS / SIRES — she-cats who are expecting or nursing kits. while she is in the nursery, a she-cat will be referred to as a dam, and her mate will be referred to as a sire. they lose these titles once their kits become tyros.

KITLING — cats under the age of six moons, still confined to the protection of the nursery and their parents.

VETERANS — cats who have retired, either due to a debilitating injury or due to old age.

SHADOWCASTS — spirits of cats who died and were not loyal to their respective celestial. often have died due to sacrificial rituals performed by the apothecarists.
