The Key Wish
Chapter 3: The Girl & The Mother
Xion sat quietly on a familiar orange clock tower, staring peacefully at the welcoming sunlight that basked over her, wearing a smile as warm as the sun radiating its glow onto her. She looked down and saw she was holding her favorite treat, a familiar blue colored ice cream.
?: "Something on your mind, Xion?"
Xion turned to her right and was stared at by two people also holding ice cream sticks. One an adult male with green eyes, red spiky hair with purple marks under his eyes. While the other was a boy who looked no older than fifteen, with blonde spiky hair and blue eyes. They looked not with concern but with anticipation of her answer. Shaking her head quickly dismissing any misgivings the boys may have thought.
Xion: "I'm fine, just lost in thought I guess. The sunset today is kind of mesmerizing." She replies assuringly. "So, how did your missions go? I hope Demyx didn't give you too hard a time, Roxas." Xion asks.
The blonde hair boy known as "Roxas" chuckles at her question and shakes his head while sporting a grin.
Roxas: "Nope, no trouble. No help either I might add." Roxas replied jokingly.
?: "I swear that guy is like a leaky faucet. You know it has water, but you don't want it pouring out." The red haired man complains out loud, earning a laugh from both Xion and Roxas.
Xion: What about you, Axel? Did your mission give you any trouble?" Xion asks, turning her attention to the red haired man.
Axel: "Nah, but then again it was a mission for finding any new recruits. Didn't find any thankfully." Axel replies.
Roxas: "Why "thankfully"? I thought the organization was always looking for new members." Roxas asks, confused.
Axel: "Well between teaching new guys and keeping an eye on you two boneheads, I'd never get any free time." Axel replies with a wide smirk.
Roxas: "Oh is that so wise guy?!" Roxas yelled trying to swipe away Axel's ice cream out from under him.
Xion sat there laughing and watched the boys "battled" for the ice cream stick. It was not soon after that the boys found themselves laughing. As Xion began to watch them, she noticed the sun's light getting brighter and brighter. Xion quickly shielded her eyes with her arm and looked to the boys to see if they realized the sun's light as well. The boys however continued to laugh but no sound could be heard from them. Soon enough the light was too much for her, as she used both arms to cover her face, dropping her ice cream stick in the process. In the flash of light, Xion heard one last thing from Roxas.
Roxas: "If only these days would last forever…"
Xion opened her eyes slowly and saw not the sunset she had been used to, but an unfamiliar roof. She looks around and finds herself in a small bedroom. It was nice and cozy, though the bed suggested it was for two adults thus Xion felt small in comparison. She didn't notice earlier but she felt something tight around her body, so she sat up and removed the blanket off of her. Xion gasped in surprise seeing herself wrapped up in multiple bandages from her chest all the way down to her waist.
At a loss for words, Xion tried to recall the events that lead up to this moment. Wincing from pain in her waist area, she laid back down quickly and tried to think of the last thing she remembered.
Xion: "I remember searching for a hut I saw on that mountain, then I heard a scream…that's when I found that boy being attacked by that bear." She thought out loud. "Right…the bear knocked me out after going berserk, so by that logic I should be dead. Unless there was a third party who saved me." Xion said.
Xion thought about the scenario and how familiar it felt, specifically the day she and Axel first became friends. She had been hunting a Heartless that could camouflage itself & as soon as she found it, she was knocked out of commission by the beast after being momentarily distracted by Roxas calling to her.
Xion: "Good thing Axel wasn't here to see that fight with the bear, I don't think he'd ever let me live that down." Xion said jokingly with a small smile. Xion looked outside and realized it was night out with the stars and the moon hanging high in the sky above. "It's already dark out. Even if I wanted to meet whoever helped me, they're probably asleep. Guess I should get some more rest too. With these wounds it'll be hard to make a good first impression." She thought, looking at herself in the mirror across from the bed.
Xion: "I'm also glad Roxas isn't here to see this. He'd probably-no, he would go through many sleepless nights just to see me recover from this." She contemplated. Before drifting off to sleep, one final thought plagued her mind. "...should I ever return to the Realm Of Light, I am never taking potions for granted ever again."
Morning arrived at Mount Paozu and to those that inhabit it. Xion laid quietly on the bed deep in her sleep, not realizing a pair of arms placing a cold cloth on her head. Xion slightly adjusted her body in reaction to the cold object. Xion slowly began to open her eyes, let out a quiet yawn and stretched a bit.
?: "I'm glad you're awake. I was afraid you wouldn't for quite some time." An unknown voice said. The voice belongs to a woman carrying a caring tone yet one of slight concern. Xion shut her eyes and smiled.
Xion: "It would take more than a rampaging bear to keep me down. I was bound to wake up eventually." Xion replied assuringly.
?: "Oh? You sound quite confident considering it was that same "rampaging bear" that knocked you down and out." The voice replied doubtfully.
Xion: "Just wait Abby, next time a bear picks a fight with me, I'll show it who's boss. Xion said.
?: "I'm afraid until your injuries fully heal up, the only thing you'll be fighting is infections young lady. You shouldn't move around too much or who knows what type of damage will be done to you…and for your information, my name isn't Abby." The voice said.
Upon hearing this, Xion quickly opened her eyes and looked to the direction of the voice. This woman was indeed not Abby, she was a woman with black hair tied in a bun and black eyes, wearing a purple dress tied with an orange cloth and a yellow sash.
Xion: "Who are you, and are you the one who saved me from that bear?" Xion asks the mysterious woman.
?: "Isn't it proper manners to introduce yourself before asking others for their names?" The woman replies almost a little strictly.
Xion: "Oh…I'm sorry. My name is Xion."
?: "That's better. My name is Chi-Chi, and to answer your other question. While I did help with your injuries, I wasn't the one who saved you from the bear itself, that gratitude goes to my husband." The woman named Chi-Chi explains.
Xion: "You were taking care of me? How come?" Xion asks.
Chi-Chi: "Does there need to be a reason to help a girl in distress?" Chi-Chi asks, almost offended.
Xion: "No! It's just…it's just something I'm not really used to, that's all. I'd understand it if we were really good friends but as strangers, it's just surprising that's all." Xion explains.
Chi-Chi sighs in disbelief and walks to the bed and sits down at the end of it. She looks directly into Xion's eyes like a mother scolding her daughter.
Chi-Chi: "Look, it is true we just met so we could hardly count as friends. But I couldn't in my right mind just leave you hurt like that. Even on my worst day, I'd rather give up my arm than to just leave a child to suffer all alone." Chi-Chi explains without hesitation, ending her sentence with an assuring smile.
Xion returned it with her own short smile, to say she was touched was an understatement but chose to keep all of that hidden, at least for now.
Chi-Chi: "Besides, there was another reason I chose to help you out." Snapped out of her thoughts, Xion looks back at Chi-Chi confused. "You did save Gohan from that same bear. I'd have to be a pretty bad mother to find out you saved my baby and not return the favor." Chi-Chi continues.
Xion: "Your son? That boy was your child?" Xion asks. Chi-Chi nodded, still holding her smile. "So he did make it back home. Is he ok, was he injured at all?" Xion asks, concerned.
Chi-Chi: "No need to worry about my Gohan. While it is true he's just a little boy he's surprisingly fast for his age. He was able to escape safely and sound without any injuries thanks to you. Still though, it was really surprising to hear what happened." Chi-Chi replied. Chi-Chi began to get lost in thought of how this moment of craziness went down.
*FLASHBACK*
Chi-Chi had just left Gohan's bedroom during her search for him. She finds Her husband doing pushups in the living room, focusing on his counting.
Chi-Chi: "Goku, have you seen Gohan anywhere? I can't seem to find him." She asks worriedly.
Goku: "I think he went outside to play. I told him (30) not to get too far (31) from the house. (32)" Goku said between counts. This assured Chi-Chi a bit but didn't remove the worry completely. Her train of thought was cut short after the front door burst open with a crying child rushing to Chi-Chi.
Chi-Chi: "Gohan, what's the matter?! Did you get hurt?!" Chi-Chi asks very worriedly. Gohan in response shakes his head quickly and hard.
Gohan: "Where's daddy?! I need his help!" The boy asks in panic.
Goku: "I'm right here son, now what's the problem?" Goku asks walking up to his worried boy. Gohan slows down his breathing to explain the situation.
Gohan: "I was playing in the forest when a big scary bear came out and tried to eat me. I ran as fast as I could to get away but it kept chasing me, but before it could hurt me, a strange girl came out and saved me. Now she's fighting it alone, you got to save her daddy!" The boy explains trying to hold back the tears.
Goku: "I understand Gohan. Don't worry, I'll find her!" Goku said assuringly and rushed out the door.
Chi-Chi: "Goku, wait! Be careful would you?" Chi-Chi says.
Goku: "Don't worry Chi-Chi. If Piccolo was a challenge, a wild bear should be no problem." He says facing her and giving a thumbs up. "FLYING NIMBUS!" He yells to the sky. A yellow cloud came rushing to Goku's call and took him to the forest.
Minutes passed as Chi-Chi and Gohan awaited Goku's return inside the house. Soon enough they heard Flying Nimbus' hovering sound and rushed outside to see Goku holding an unconscious girl in his arms. Surprisingly the coat she was wearing did not appear torn up, but her head and dirt marks on the coat suggested a rough fight between the girl and the bear.
Goku: "Quick Chi-Chi, she needs help fast." Goku says holding the girl close.
Chi-Chi: "Oh my! Shouldn't you have taken her to the hospital then?" She asks, resulting in Goku shaking his head.
Goku: "I managed to save her in the nick of time before that bear could do a lot worse to her. She might have a concussion because I found her unconscious, but beyond that I don't believe she's hurt too badly. Probably have this coat to thank for it." Goku explains. Chi-Chi looks at the coat doubtful of Goku's words. "It's hard to explain but I think this coat helped her out. From what I saw of the forest, the coat is pretty durable like my training gi. If she wasn't wearing this at the time, there's a good chance I would've gone full speed to the hospital." Goku continues.
Chi-Chi: "Ok, I'll get the bed ready and you set her down GENTLY on it, Goku! Gohan, go and get the roll of bandage from the first aid kit. It's in the cupboard left of the sink." Chi-Chi instructs the boys.
Following her instructions, Goku places the girl onto the soft bed as gently as he could. Soon after Gohan came rushing in holding a roll of bandages.
Chi-Chi: "Ok, I'll go ahead and treat her wounds. You boys will have to wait outside while I do this." she said. Goku and Gohan looked at each other confused.
Goku: "How come Chi-Chi? We could help out a lot more than that if we just stayed here with you." Goku asks with Gohan nodding.
Chi-Chi: "If you want to help, get out! No boys beyond this point until I call for you!" Chi-Chi yells, baring her fangs. Goku and Gohan quickly rush out of the room. Chi-Chi sighs in relief looking at the girl. "Even if you're unconscious I'm sure you'd agree with me. Now to see the damage." She said, beginning to remove her black coat.
*FLASHBACK ENDS*
Xion slightly blushed upon hearing Chi-Chi's perspective on what happened, and looked down at the bed in embarrassment.
Xion: "Thank you." She simply said.
Chi-Chi: "You're welcome, though I have to say I was surprised to see the lack of bruising on your body considering what I saw for myself. Though it did appear there was a lack of bruising, I still had to be cautious and wrap up the areas that WERE marked. I Couldn't risk it if I could help it, you know?" Chi-Chi replied.
Xion: "Well, your husband's deduction was right. These coats are pretty durable, capable of holding out even the strongest attacks. Though they don't stop said attacks from hurting." Xion explained, giving a slight chuckle at the end while rubbing the back of her head. Chi-Chi in response gave her own chuckle.
Chi-Chi: "Well, either way of how it works, I'm glad you're alright, but I meant what I said before. You shouldn't be fighting at least for a few days, we can't risk any of your injuries getting worse." She said, Xion still kept her smile and nodded.
Xion: "I understand, you did help me out so I should at least take your advice. Can't complete my mission if I can't move anymore." Xion muttered under her breath. Chi-Chi looks at Xion confused, earning her a wave of hands from Xion. "It's nothing!" Xion said. The moment was cut short by an unexpected growl earning a small blush from Xion and a laugh from Chi-Chi.
Chi-Chi: "Sounds like you're hungry, I'll make up some lunch. You stay in bed and recover, I'll call you when it's done." Chi-Chi said, beginning to leave the room.
Xion: "Ok." Xion replied. As Chi-Chi shut the door, Xion examined the room and realized something was missing. Getting out of bed, she walks to the bedroom door, opening it a bit but only enough for her head to poke through.
Xion: "Ms. Chi-Chi? Are you there?" Xion called out.
Chi-Chi: "What is it, Xion? Chi-Chi asks, poking her head from around the corner.
Xion: "Where are my clothes and coat?" Xion asks in embarrassment. Chi-Chi gasps and face palms herself.
Chi-Chi: "I'm sorry Xion, I forgot to tell you. When I was treating your wounds I was also cleaning your clothes and your coat, so they're outside on the clothes line drying in the sun. Feel free to search my closet and pick something that fits you." Chi-Chi explains.
Xion: "Thank you." Xion calls out shutting the door and having Chi-Chi return to the kitchen and prepare the food.
Time has passed once again in Mount Paozu, and Xion has never felt so bored in her life. She looked at herself once again in the mirror, wearing a white shirt with a black vest and blue pants. Xion knows it's not her style of clothing, but as long as it fits and her clothes are still drying, what's the real harm? She walks out of the bedroom and looks through all the other rooms out of curiosity to kill her boredom. She finds a small bedroom with a tiny desk and a good amount of books inside, she immediately assumes it's the little boy's room but she honestly couldn't help but think of it as a tiny version of Zexion's room. She leaves the bedroom and proceeds to walk down the hallway.
She eventually finds the living room and the kitchen right by it with Chi-Chi being its only occupant. Chi-Chi turns around after feeling a pair of eyes on her and sees Xion standing there.
Chi-Chi: "You know, with a few adjustments and those clothes would suit you." Chi-Chi said with an awkward smile. Xion chuckled at her statement.
Xion: "It's only temporary. Just until my clothes are done drying. Speaking of, how long until they are dry?" Xion asks, sitting down at the kitchen table.
Chi-Chi: "I think it's better not to think about it. Time flies and all that stuff." Chi-Chi says continuing working on the food. Xion curiously walked over to Chi-Chi to see exactly what she was making. What laid in front of her appeared like a three course meal with meat and vegetables all perfectly made to complement and balance the whole meal itself. Eyes widened and jaw heavily dropped, Xion was surprised to say the least at the "lunch" Chi-Chi was making.
Xion: "Don't you think you've made a little too much? There's no way I can eat all of this!" Xion said with a little worry.
Chi-Chi: "Don't worry. Despite how it looks, not all of this is for you. It's for all of us. The boys should be back soon anyway so I figured why not make them something too." Chi-Chi says assuringly. Xion gives a sigh of relief and looks at the food once more. She was still certain even if not all for her it's still too much for her.
Xion: "By everyone you mean us, your son, and your husband?" Xion asks, staring at the food. There's no way all three of them need this much food.
Chi-Chi: "Yep, though it's mostly for my husband. He eats far more than the regular person does so a majority is for him." Chi-Chi replies. Xion was correct, not all three of them, mostly just one of them.
Xion: "So your husband, what kind of person is he?" She asks curiously.
?: "Chi-Chi, we're home!" A man's voice called from outside. As if on cue, Chi-Chi's eye glowed up as she got done putting the finishing touches on the gourmet in front of the girls.
Chi-Chi: "You're about to find out what kind of person he is. Though word of advice, make sure you get enough food. By the time he gets his fourth round, you probably won't even have seconds." Chi-Chi said quietly so only Xion could hear it. Xion chuckled awkwardly in disbelief, could only one man really eat all that much?
The front door opened up to reveal a tall man with black spikey hair in the shape resembling a palm tree with matching colored eyes. He wears an orange fighting gi holding an odd symbol on the chest, with a blue undershirt and a blue belt to hold the gi in place. Wearing blue wristbands and boots to complete his look, Xion deduced this man was some kind of fighter and by his build, he looked strong too.
?: "Sadly no luck today either. It'll probably make Gohan sad, but we may have to give up the search for that shooting star." The man said entering the house and looking at his wife.
Chi-Chi: "You still haven't found it yet, Goku? I guess someone already took it then." Chi-Chi said a bit sad for her son.
Xion continued to stare at the man, for she now had a name to go with the face, Goku. Xion could see how he saved her from the bear, not just from his body, something like an instinct was telling her there is more beyond this man than just simple strength.
Goku: "Oh, hey! I'm glad you're awake, miss. How are you feeling?" The man asked now face to face with Xion. This snapped Xion out of her thoughts and saw the man now facing her with a smile. Xion quickly stands up from her seat and properly faces Goku.
Xion: "I'm good. I'll be even better once Chi-Chi thinks I'm all healed up." Xion says to the man with her own smile. "Thank you so much for saving me, Mr. Goku." Goku proceeds to shake his hands defensively at her gratitude while still holding on to his smile.
Goku: "No thanks needed from you. In fact I'm the one who should be thanking you. From what I hear, you saved Gohan from a wild bear when I wasn't even aware of it. So thank you…uh…" Goku replies hesitantly. Xion stares at him confused before finally realizing why he stopped.
Xion: "Oh, I'm sorry! My name is Xion, and I'm glad I was able to help your son. But it's still nice to meet you, Mr. Goku." Xion said.
Goku: "Son Goku, and please don't say "Mr.", just regular Goku is good enough for me. I'm sure it's weird when people call you "Miss Xion", right? Goku asks with a bigger smile now. Xion couldn't help but chuckle at this sight. This man, his attitude, and his strength all reminded her of Roxas. If they didn't look so completely different, it'd be hard to tell them apart in her eyes.
Xion: "That's fair, Mr-I mean, Goku." Xion replied. She stopped short as she noticed Goku's hand reaching in front of her. Xion, still holding her smile, accepted his hand for a handshake. While Xion believed this was just his way of ending the friendly greeting, Goku was doing more than just ending it on friendly terms.
Goku: "Wow, she has a whole lot of untapped power deep within her. Yet it feels like a tank running on empty, but what's most bizarre is her energy, it's unlike anything I've ever felt before, it's like basking in sunlight." He thought to himself analyzing Xion. He felt she was a good fighter due to fighting a giant bear all by herself, but he needed to know the scope of her abilities just to be on the safe side for his family. As the two finished their handshake, Goku's attention went to his front door. "No need to be shy, Gohan. Come on over and introduce yourself. He says to his boy hiding behind the door frame.
Xion turns around to see the same boy she saw attacked by the bear completely unhurt. Now that she gets a closer look at him, she really does see the resemblance between father and son that it was almost uncanny. Though the major difference was their personalities, while she had just met Goku he seems like an open, bold, straightforward man. On the other hand his son seems to be quiet, shy, and appears to keep to himself around strangers by the looks of it.
Gohan: "Nice to…meet you…ma'am. My name…is Son Gohan." The boy said bowing. Xion chuckles briefly, not out of mockery but out of familiarity.
Xion: "Was I like this too when I first joined the organization?" Xion thought to herself. She moved a bit closer to the boy but not enough to make him uncomfortable and kneeled to his level. "My name is Xion. It's nice to meet you too, Gohan. I'm really happy that you're not hurt." She says to the boy figuring that was as good as any for an introduction until he's more comfortable around her.
Chi-Chi: "Well, now that we have introductions out of the way, let's have lunch!" Chi-Chi says with enthusiasm. Goku stood there in awe and excitement at what Chi-Chi called "lunch" and proceeded to move quickly to the table. Gohan walked to the table at a much slower pace but just as excited as his father. Chi-Chi sat down too but before digging in, she needed to point out something. "Well go on and sit down, Xion. This lunch is for you too." She said to the girl just standing in place.
Goku: "Yeah, come on over and have a bite! Chi-Chi's meals are the best in the whole wide world bar none!" Goku yelled enthusiastically with Gohan nodding in response. Xion knew she could join in, but was still nervous. The only time she ever had food with others was mostly with her friends, so the idea of a family dinner, or in this case lunch, was new to her.
Xion walked to the open chair and grabbed a plate and began to select her choice for food. It wasn't a lot but it did have a balance of meat and vegetables. The Son family looked on in confusion.
Chi-Chi: "You know, you can have a lot more than that. If you're worried about sharing there's always plenty." Chi-Chi said assuringly. Xion looks at Chi-Chi and shakes her head.
Xion: "It's ok, I usually don't eat that much anyway. Besides, if I'm still hungry, I can just take some more, right?" Xion replies. Chi-Chi sighs in defeat and nods her head. Chi-Chi knew she made plenty so it should be fine. As Xion took a single bite, she realized that Goku was not exaggerating at all, this was the BEST food she had ever tasted. Xion began to eat a little more quickly and with each new beat her smile grew bigger much to the amusement of Goku and Chi-Chi.
Goku: "Well Chi-Chi, it seems you sent another belly to paradise with your delicious meals." Goku said with a childish grin earning himself a chuckle from his wife as she began to eat her own plate, followed by Goku and Gohan.
What Xion saw was an absolute shock, for she saw the man so polite, so friendly, quickly wolfing down a lot of the meat and vegetables. Gohan was almost the same but kept a pace to not choke. Bottomless pit didn't even begin to describe what could be Son Goku's stomach. Not wanting to lose too much food, Xion grabbed a bit more of the food before the bottomless pit could consume it.
After a while, the four finished their lunch with a stretch and a full belly. The only one who seemed out of place in terms of full belly was Xion, she didn't have as much as Chi-Chi and more than Gohan, yet she told them she was full. Soon after, Chi-Chi began to wash the dishes with Xion wanting to help but was turned down by Chi-Chi, saying she was a "guest" and didn't need to trouble herself.
Goku: "Well, now that we've all eaten, I hope you don't mind if we ask each other some questions. Get to know each other a little better, you don't have a problem with that, right Xion? He asks. Xion was a little hesitant because she remembered what Abby said to her."However, while you are there, much like back in The Realm Of Light, you must not let on the fact that you are from another world or another realm. They will most likely not believe you even if you were to show them your powers and you may be locked away or hunted down by the inhabitants.". Xion knew these people are good and could be trusted for now, but she can't tell them everything. She'll need to give them some half truths for now.
Xion: "I don't mind." She lied right away.
Goku: "Ok…what to ask. What's your favorite food?" Goku asks. Out of all the questions that came to her mind, that one threw her for a loop because of how unexpected it was.
Xion: "As much as Chi-Chi's was absolutely the best thing I've ever had, my favorite would have to be "Sea-Salt Ice Cream". Goku looked to his son and saw they had mirroring confused faces.
Goku: "I've never heard of that flavor before…then again I hardly have ice cream all that much. Is it really that good?" He asks curiously.
Xion: "It's one you'd never forget. As soon as you taste your first bite it gets all salty but suddenly turns sweet in your mouth. My best friends used to have it nearly every day. When my friend first gave it to me, he called it "The icing on the cake." Xion explained. Both Goku and Gohan both looked at her with stars in their eyes.
Gohan: "We'll have to try it one of these times, right daddy?" Gohan asks, looking at his father. In response, Goku nodded his head, looking back at his son. The silence was beginning to linger from nobody thinking of any good question, until Gohan asked a question nobody was expecting. "Miss Xion…why…why did you save me?" He asks, looking down at the floor.
Everyone in the room was surprised by his question, mostly Xion. She had been expecting questions that would've involved her past but these questions were so direct and unexpected it was hard to really answer right away. Soon a good answer came to Xion's mind, one she didn't really need to lie about.
Xion: "Well, as a good and wise woman once said "Even on my worst day, I'd rather give up my arm than to just leave a child to suffer all alone." There was no way I wasn't going to save you, I guess it's just not in my nature to ignore those who need help." She answers. This earned her an astonished look from Gohan, a smile from Goku, and a wide smile from Chi-Chi, knowing exactly who she was talking about.
Goku: "I have a question now." Goku starts. Xion and Gohan look to his direction in anticipation. "I'm really happy that you helped my boy out of a pickle, but it does make me wonder, why "are" you here, Xion? Mount Paozu isn't exactly a tourist attraction and it's really far from the city. So why are you here anyway?" Goku asks. Goku & Gohan look to Xion to hear her answer, even Chi-Chi was curious to hear her response.
Xion: "I'm here…to help my friends."
End Of Chapter 3
A/N: My goodness, that one took forever. I apologize for that, some irl situations and writer's block prevented me from progressing this story. But I'm glad I was able to get this one done.
For this one, I wanted to try and build up a good relationship between Xion and the Son Family as positively as I could, because having someone like Xion in the same household of wildcards as the Son Family, there's gonna be some happy and funny moments dangit!
I also realized during the process of making this chapter that I may have made Gohan's personality a little too much like when he finished Piccolo's training and not so much like how he was during Raditz's invasion. I would've changed it but things appeared to have clicked a little too well for me to undo it. So my apologies if this personality shift triggers anyone.
Also for anybody going to yell at me about the durability of the organization coats…please don't xD. I'm only keeping their durability because of organization boss fights themselves, as such you can hit them with your mightiest fire spell and the coats would come off as if it didn't even hit them, so I decided to balance this to act them out as if it were a boss battle to the same way that while the coats give some protection from damage it will not keep the wearer safe from harm. So let's say Xion gets hit with a fire spell, that coat will be alright, marked but alright, she will most likely get burned.
Finally about my scheduling for this story, there WILL be times where I get something like writer's block or unable to write it for a good time, it does NOT mean a hiatus or that I'm giving up on it. My goal for this story is to AT LEAST have 15 chapters or complete it because I'll be truthful, I am literally writing these chapters on the spot and need some time to practice thinking ahead for the story. So I ask that you not give up on this story because I'm most certainly not going to.
That appears to be everything, so once more if you have any advice you would like to give me or if you are enjoying this story, feel free to write a review and I WILL read them and respond in the next chapter. Take care everyone!
