Out in a desert, a group of three explorers were walking along the sand, one escorting a camel, as birds chirped above them. They left behind a massive trail of footprints as they kept on walking.
"Haba, wait!" One said, who was called Babu, who had a mask over his face.
They all stopped and stared at some ruins, as a strong wind came in.
"I don't believe it. Tell me I'm not seeing a mirage?" Babu asked
"How about we go over there, and see if we can..." Taru, the one escorting the camel, suggested.
He began dragging the camel over, as his Haba and Babu ran off.
"Come, Dolores, they maybe treasures." Taru said.
Haba and Babu began looking around.
"These...these ruins must be thousands of years old." Haba deduced.
A little later, Haba and Babu began looking down a well for some water, as Taru walked past them.
"Do you see any water?" Haba asked.
He nearly fell over as Babu grabbed him.
"Careful. If you fall, we may never see you again." Babu said, pushing Haba back.
Taru wiped some sweat from his face as he sat down against the ruins. He lifted up his canteen, then began to open it, when the ruins behind him moved.
Haba and Babu both looked up as he got up, and Dolores mooed as she got up. Taru ran away as the ruins he'd sat near moved, and then a hidden chamber was reveled. The ground beneath him began to crack open, creating a crevice, which he then fell into.
"AHHH!" Taru yelled.
"Taru!" Babu gasped.
He and Haba both ran to the edge of the crevice, and then looked down it.
"Taru!" Haba called.
Down below, Taru had landed in a tomb room, and was now looking around it.
"Taru, are you alright?!" Haba called frantically.
Taru kept looking around, and saw all sorts of treasures around the room.
"Haba, I found a hidden tomb!" He called, making his friends smile. "Bring down the torches, my friend!"
A little later, Taru lit up torch brackets all over the room with a fire lit torch, as Haba helped Babu down a rope.
"Come on. Come down quick." Haba said. "Careful. Be careful, you twight!"
Babu then fell from the rope and onto the floor.
"Oh!" He moaned, kicking his feet. "Get away!"
Taru turned around and saw a large coffin near a wall, before he walked towards a bunch of chests. He then picked up some gold coins from a statue, dropping a few as he held them up. He then laughed as he jiggled the coins, when Haba joined him.
"Look, there." He said, pointing at the coffin.
Taru turned to it, and saw it was covered in cobwebs. He put his torch down, then walked around the tomb, before pushing skeleton away, its head falling off. All three men stood around the tomb, as a circle on it turned counterclockwise.
"Ah!" The men gasped, as the coffin shook.
They all looked around, and saw some stream coming out from snake statues all along the walls.
"We've got to get outta here!" Haba exclaimed.
Taru turned to him, then patted his arm.
"No, let's open it." He said.
"Wait!" Haba panicked. "W-what if it-"
"Help us or get out!" Taru said rudely. "Push."
All three men then put their hands on the coffin.
"Push harder!" Taru said. "Harder!"
They all pushed the coffin's lid off.
"Ah." They sighed.
They stared down into the coffin and found nothing, when a spirit came out of it, spooking them out. They all shielded their eyes from smoke as stream came out of the coffin, then a blast exploded inside the coffin, knocking them all against a wall.
A bunch of ghostly spirits then came out of the coffin and began flying around the tomb, all whaling loudly.
Taru and Haba got up and backed away as some of them flew by them.
"AHHH!" They screamed.
Some of the spirits then left the tomb and began fly off away from the ruins.

In a city called Mariner Bay, the spirits were flying above the streets as people just walked by, not noticing them. One however, then knocked over a sign and dashed past several people, knocking a few over.
"AHH!" People screamed, as they ducked.
A few men tripped over as the spirits flew away, creating strong winds that knocked over some stuff, including a few more signs, and making rubbish from bins blow away.
Their presence was felt by a specialist in historical recreation. Put it simply, he was a time detective.
"They've been released." He whispered.
Deep inside a military base that was underwater, a blond-haired woman wearing a black skirt and blue uniform shirt, walked down a hallway. She had a name tag saying 'D. Mitchell' on.
She walked into a boardroom where a man in a black navy uniform, was talking to two men and a woman, wearing uniforms similar to theirs.
"They should be sufficient, but I'd like them double checked." the man in black said, who was called Capt. Mitchell, the woman's father.
She stood near the table with her hands behind her back.
"Capt., something's come up." She explained.
Capt. Mitchell looked up at his daughter.
"We'll finish this later." He said, putting his papers away.
She walked around the table, as the other three people all packed up their stuff. Dana approached her father as he turned to her then checked to make sure the others couldn't hear them.
"Father, they've escaped." Dana explained quietly.
"You sure?" Capt. Mitchell asked.
A little later, the three of them were inside the Capt.'s main quarters. He then opened up a safe, and then took out four files from inside it, as both his daughters stood behind him.
"Time to bring them in." He said, opening one up.
He turned the cover over, showing a picture of an African man in cowboy clothes - including a Green shirt and brown vest - called Joel Rawlings, as his name was beneath the words 'Sky Cowboy'.
"You know what to do." He said, turning to his daughter.
"Yes, Father." Dana said, taking the files.
Later, in the city, Joel Rawlings himself was flying a biplane above the city as part of an Air Show, doing an loop-to-loop.
Down below, people clapped and cheered for him as he began diving down steeply, leaving a trail of smoke behind him. He looked down at the crowd, then began to pull himself up, as some of the crowd snapped pictures of him.
"Ladies and gentlemen, let's hear for Joel Rawlings, the Sky Cowboy!" a man announced over a microphone.
A little later, once he landed, Joel began signing autographs on pictures of himself, while surrounded by a number of girls. He signed one, then winked at a girl, before handing it to her.
"Over here." another girl said.
"There you go." Joel said. "Who's next?"
Two men in black began to approach the crowd, one with short brown hair, the other with long black hair that was tied in a ponytail.
"Next up will be Chico Hayes, followed by the dugget four viper cuffed Wayne Riders!" the announcer announced.
"Thanks." A girl said, as Joel winked and handed her her signed paper.
The man with short hair then patted Joel's arm, getting his attention.
"Look who it..." Another girl said.
"Joel Rawlings?" The man said.
Joel stared at him and the other man, as all the girls looked confused.
Both men walked towards the limo, the short haired one dragging Joel by the arm.
"I was doing something important." Joel frowned.
Dana held the file up on him on her lap, and then closed it, before putting it down.
Inside a museum, the two men stood behind a brown-haired man.
"Nate Heywood?"
"Is it time." He responded.
"Yes." Both men said.
Nate followed them.
Elsewhere, a woman with dark hair, dressed in yellow called Kelsey Winslow, was climbing up a large mountain. Birds chirped nearby as she climbed near the top, then she looked down for a minute. She then climbed some more, then stopped and brought out a harness hook, and stuck it to the mountain, before she put her cable into the hook.
She then did the same thing when further up, and then her hands made it to the top. As she pulled herself up, the two men in black appeared in front of her.
"Kelsey Winslow, will you come with us please?" The man with long hair asked.
"Who in the world are you?" Kelsey asked.
Inside an outdoor aquarium, a whale lifted up an Asian man with black hair up from the water, before they both dived down towards the pool.
"Well, I hope you brought your umbrellas, 'cause you're gonna get wet!" a man announced, as they both landed in the pool.
They both created a splash which hit some of the people in the audience.
"That was Chad Lee, ladies and gentleman!" the announcer said. "Yes!"
Chad rose up from the pool and waved as everyone clapped.
The whale came up near the edge of the pool, as another man climbed up a small ladder nearby.
"Come on up, Daisy, and wave for the cameras." The announcer said, laughing.
Chad swam towards another end of the pool, where a bucket of fish were. He took two out of the bucket, when the men in black came in front of him.
"Chad Lee?" The one with short hair inquired.
Chad looked at them both confused.
In the car, Dana opened up Chad's file, before closing it up.
In the city, a bunch of Fire Engines and ambulances were outside a burning building, as the Firefighters all ran towards the building - expect the Chief.
"Alright, men, over there!" he ordered. "You guys, come on, over here!"
Several Fireman sprayed water from hoses onto the building, as others began setting up ladders.
The two men in black walked towards the Chief, when a Fireman ran past them, and then the one with brown hair grabbed his arm.
"All available units, we've got a code red at the corner of Coms and 18." A woman explained over a radio.
"I'm looking for Carter Grayson." The man explained.
"That's him up on that ladder." The Fireman explained, pointing at him.
"..get more stretchers!" The Chief ordered.
The two men looked up and saw Carter climbing up the ladder towards a high floor of the burning building. He then stopped and looked down at some of his friends.
"Closer!" He ordered. "Closer!"
He then climbed higher up the ladder.
Dana got out of the car, then stared at him as she opened up his file.
Inside the building, Carter moved down a hallway, as fires burned all around him.
"Hello! Is anybody in here!" he called.
He pushed over a burning drawer as he entered a room, looked around, before he spotted a little girl lying on the floor coughing. He ran towards her as she turned onto her back.
"You're gonna be okay." He promised. "Let's go."
He picked the girl up as she coughed, then wrapped a blanket around her, and then he made his way back through the building while helping her along.
"Right this way." He said, pointing forward. "Just stay close to me."
They both moved down the hallway as Carter wrapped his arms around the girl. They both came to an area swarming with fires, then Carter turned right down the hallway, and then saw a fiery monster on the other end.
"What?" He gasped.
The monster laughed and shot fire out of his hands at Carter, who's eyes widened.
"Run!" He yelled.
The girl screamed as they both ran off down the hallway, narrowly missing the blast.
"Hang on tight!" Carter said.
He picked the girl up and then jumped out of a window, shocking her. Carter then landed on a blanket five of his fellow Firefighters were holding, before putting it down.
"Come on!" One shouted, as Carter took his mask and helmet off.
"Get those Paramedics over here!" Another yelled. "Hurry!"
They both ran off - along with a third - as Carter looked at the girl, as Dana ran towards him. She bent down beside him with a breathing mask, as he turned to her.
"What are you doing?" He inquired.
"I'm a Paramedic." Dana replied. "Don't worry, I'll take it from here."
She put the mask on the girl, as Carter and the others got up.
"Get those ladders over here!" A Fireman yelled.
"Thanks." Carter said.
"We need to get her to an ambulance!" Dana yelled, as Carter walked off.
Dana stared at Carter.
"Give me that gas mask, quick?!" One said, as they put their kits down.
Carter walked over to the Fire Engine, then leaned against it as he turned to the building.
"Whoo." He sighed.
"I know this is a bad time, but I need you to come with us." Dana explained.
Carter looked at her confused.
Elsewhere, in the city, the spirit lights were all flying around near the buildings, when a set of dark clouds appeared over the sky. They all then transported themselves into an underground cavern, which had a large palace with a skull on, which was called Skull Cavern.
Four of the lights went into the palace, and then turned themselves into monsters. One was a tiny red baby monster, who lay on a table, while the second was large, with navy blue skin and yellow eyes, with two horns on its head. The third was female and with a Asian human form, dressed in silver bat armor, while the fourth was gold with red eyes, with two horns himself.
"We're free, to reclaim the palace of Queen Bansheera!" the second said, who was called Loki, clutching his fist.
"But she's not here." the fourth noticed, who was called Diabolico. "Vypra, we must care for her young son, Impus. Who did this, Loki?"
"Humans, Diabolico." Loki replied. "They built their cites right on top of our palace!"
"Have they?" Diabolico inquired.
"Just look." Loki said.
He fired a laser at the floor, creating a projective image of their old palace.
"They built their ugly..." he explained, as the image changed to Mariner Bay. "..city right on top of our sacred ground. No palace, now Queen, no ultimate power!"
"We will have our palace back, after we destroy their miserable city brick by brick!" Diabolico declared.
Back on the surface, the men in black were flying a helicopter over an river, as Dana, Sally, Kelsey, Joel, Chad - now wearing a blue shirt and blue checkered jacket - and Carter - who wore a red jumper - all sat in the middle - the girls on one side, the boys on the other.
Carter looked out the window, and saw a submarine above the waterline.
"Don't tell me: we're going in that submarine, ain't we?" he guessed, staring at the sisters.
Kelsey got up and moved past them to stare at the submarine.
"Excellent." she said.
"Would you please sit down until we land?" Sally asked, pulling Kelsey back into her seat.
The helicopter flew towards the submarine, and then hovered above near the hatch entrance.
Later, once everyone was inside the submarine, it moved down towards the underwater base, as its sonar beeped. The underwater base was composed of several pods and tunnels to connect them up.
One of the domes opened up as the submarine approached it, and then went inside.
Once inside the base, Dana and the two men led the five civilians into one of the rooms.
"Civilian crew and authorized personal have entered Lightspeed Aquabase." A computer voice reported.
The two men stood on either side of the door, as the sisters led the civilians through the Aquabase.
"Security clearance is checked and confirmed."
The five civilians looked around a control room of some kind, as Dana led them on.
"Where are we?" Chad wondered amazed.
"I don't know, but it's cool, huh?" Kelsey smirked, patting his arm.
Joel put his hands on his hips as he stopped, and then he turned to a panel. He then pressed some buttons on it, which then caused an alarm to go off. He gasped as he looked around, then pressed more buttons to turn it off, but didn't know how.
"Don't mess with this stuff." Nate insisted.
Dana then pressed some buttons and turned off the alarm. She then grabbed Joel by the vest and dragged him down the hallway.
A little later, both sisters led the civilians into the boardroom, where their father was waiting. On the table, was copies of the civilians files, and a metal case, which was closed, as well as a few other papers.
"Welcome to the Lightspeed Aquabase." Capt. Mitchell said.
"Pardon me?" Joel said, pushing past Carter.
He walked over to the Capt., a frown on his face.
"I don't know who you are, but this is illegal. This is kidnapping!" he said.
"I'm Capt. William Mitchell." the Capt. explained. "None of you will be held against your will. You're free to go."
"See ya." Joel smirked.
He turned around and walked towards the door, when a guard came over and held his hand up, stopping Joel.
"That is...after you've heard me out." the Capt. explained. "Please, have a seat."
Joel sighed and turned around, as the others all walked towards the table. He then walked over himself, as all four of them sat down, while the sisters walked towards a wall on the other side of the room. Capt. Mitchell then stared at them all, who sat from his left to right, Kelsey, Carter, Joel and Chad.
"5000 years ago, this part of the Earth was inhabited by evil spirits." the Capt. began. "Demons, if you will. Whose only purpose, was to destroy..."
(Flashback)
A warlock stood by the coffin in the tomb beneath the desert, sucking into the spirit lights.
"..and conquer. Luckily, there was a warlock, who was strong enough to conquer them."
Once all the spirts were inside, the warlock closed the coffin's lid by whacking his hand, trapping them all.
"Finally, the demons were captured and entombed."
The warlock turned the circle on the tomb clockwise, locking it up.
"But we always feared..."
Thousands of years later, the warlock - now only a skeleton - stood before the coffin.
"..that one day, they would escape..."
(Flashback ends)
The five civilians stared at the Capt., as he stood with their backs to them, and his daughter.
"..and would return to Mariner Bay." He said.
(Flashback)
Haba helped Babu down the rope in the tomb, before he fell off it and onto the floor.
"Well, it seems..."
Taru lit up the torch brackets all around the tomb with a torch.
"..our fears have come true. Just hours ago..."
The three men approached the coffin, and then Taru pushed the skeleton way, which was the warlock.
"..Nomad travelers crossing through the desert..."
The three men began pushing the coffin lid.
"..discovered the tomb, and..."
Stream came out of the mouths of the snake statues all around.
"..and released the demons back into our world."
The three men back away as the demon spirits flew out of the coffin.
(Flashback ends)
"Lightspeed has developed technology..." The Capt. went on, as he and his daughters approached the table. "..and highly sophisticated weapons that we believe, can stop them."
Dana began opening up the files in front of the civilians, starting with Kelsey.
"Because of your skills..." The Capt. explained, as Dana opened Carter's file. "..you've been chosen to use these defend the city..."
Dana opened up Joel's file, who kept staring at the Capt., and then she opened up Chad's.
"..to become Lightspeed Power Rangers."
"You built this whole Aquabase, so that the five of us could fight off a bunch of angry demons?" Kelsey inquired.
"Well, that's putting it simply, but...uh, yes." The Capt. confirmed.
"I heard you out. I think you're nuts. I'm outta here." Joel said, getting up.
"I guess you want Mariner Bay to be destroyed then." He stopped after hearing what Nate just said.
"What?" Joel gasped.
"This city was built on top of the demon's base, the Skull Cavern. Their intent is to level it to prepare for their queen's arrival. In fact, one of them is in Mariner Bay at this very moment."
"He's right. The fire. When I was saving that girl, I...I saw someone..." Carter recalled.
(Flashback)
Carter stared at the monster in the burning building while his arm was wrapped around the girl.
"..in the flames."
(Flashback ends)
"It was one of them." he realized, turning from Joel to the Mitchell's. "One of the demons."
"Father." Dana said, turning to him.
A beeping noise went off, making the three Mitchell's all walk off towards a screen. Sally picked up a headset radio and handed it to her father, who then put it on.
"Mitchell, here." He said.
"You need to see this, sir." A man explained.
Joel reentered the room.
"Bring it up on the monitor." the Capt. instructed.
The monitor screen then showed buildings getting blown up, and fires raging through the city. It then shows the demons spirits flying over the city, shocking all four civilians as debris began to fall from the buildings, trapping dozens of people.
"The city needs you." The Capt. said, turning to them.
Carter got up from his chair. "I'm in, sir." He said.
"Me too." Kelsey said, getting up.
"I wanna help." Chad said, getting up.
They all turned to Joel, who stared at them, then turned to the Mitchell's. He turned back to the others, and then back to the family.
"What do we do first?" He asked, seeing the danger.
Dana smiled as their father approached the case on the table. He opened it up and turned it around, showing five morphers inside.
"These are your Rescue Morphers." He explained.
Kelsey took one from the case as Joel rejoined the others, just as he, Carter and Chad took one.
"They're worn on your wrist." The Capt. explained.
The four new Rangers put their morphers on, just as Dana then noticed the last morpher.
"Five."
"You are the fifth." Her father explained.
"Me." Dana repeated.
She was handed a file.
"For 18 years I have be training you for this." He explained. They opened them up, seeing a picture of her, her credentials and her code name.
"Alright, Rangers, time to get to work." Capt. Mitchell said.
Dana led the others into another room, where six orange jackets were. On each jacket had two emblems on - one on each arm near the shoulder - in the same shape, one with their numbers on the left side, the picture on their right.
"These are your jackets." Dana explained. "Grab one."
They all grabbed the one that matched their number.
Dana's emblems were shaped like a normal triangle, with her picture being a paramedic emblem, but was red instead of blue. Kelsey's were irregular rectangles with folded ends at the top and bottom - both going upwards - and the picture showed a person running.
Joel's were shaped like Dana's, only the top bit was folded upwards, and the picture was a helicopter. Chad's resembled a irregular rectangle, the top half being wider than the bottom, with the top corners being wedged inward, and his picture was a whale. Carter's emblems were shaped like a cauldron, and his picture was a Firefighter symbol.
After putting the jackets on, they all entered another room, where a large yellow rover called the Rescue Rover was parked. Alarms blared as engineers around the room either walked off or stood by some panels. On the rover's truck had the word 'Lightspeed' painted in black.
"Whoa, that's tight." Joel remarked, as they approached it.
"Wow." Kelsey said.
"Carter." Dana said.
Carter turned to her as she threw him the keys, before they all piled in - Carter and Dana in the front, Chad and Kelsey behind them, Joel at the back.
"All set." A man said, holding his thumb up near a panel.
Dana held their thumbs up, and then the Rescue Rover got lowered down a ramp, as Carter turned on all the headlights.
Once it was down the ramp, Carter drove the Rescue Rover down a tunnel, and once on the other end, he raced it up towards a hanger door. The hanger door opened up, and then he drove the rover onto the road leading into the city, and then the hanger door shut again.
In the city, an orange light and a bunch of bats flew down onto a road, and then changed into a bunch of giant bats with blades, and the monster Carter had seen earlier, who was called Ghouligan and resembled Psycho Red's monster form.
"Batlings, we've waited a long time for this." he declared. "Destroy them!"
The Batlings all charged at a bunch of civilians, who all turned and ran away.
The Rescue Rover then arrived, as Carter skidded it to the right along the road. He then raced it towards the scene, before he pulled it to a stop. Joel got up, as all five of them stared at the terrified people being chased by the Batlings, shocking them all.
"Come on, let's go help those people!" Carter said.
"Right!" the others said, as they got out of the rover.
The Batlings kept chasing a bunch of the people, who all screamed, as other people became cornered by a few.
One of the Batlings was then flipped onto it's back.
It was Nate.
"It's too dangerous!" Carter yelled at him.
"I'm not a ordinary civilian." Nate balled his fists and was now covered in shiny metal. "The name's Steel."
Joel came over to some by a group of four people, then grabbed a Batling's arm, making it turn to him. It tried to hit him with its blade, but he blocked it by grabbing its arm, and then punched it in the belly. He then ducked as another tried to whack him with its blade, before it kicked him in the hip.
"Ugh!" he moaned.
Kelsey pinned one against a wall, and then hit it with her knee. She then turned to another as it kicked her in the arm, making her spin around and fall onto a set of steps, where some people were.
"Run! Go!" she yelled, turning to them.
The people all turned and ran up the stairs as she got back up and charged at the Batlings.
Chad spun around and kicked one in the arm, while getting in front of six people.
"Go! Go!" he said.
They turned around and ran off, as Chad turned to the Batlings, then he ducked as one tried to whack him with its blade. He then blocked another's kick with his hands, before kicking the first in the arm.
Sally rammed and pushed one away as it tried to hit two girls.
"Get outta here!" she yelled.
The two girls ran off, as another Batling kicked her in the belly, knocking her against a car.
Dana whacked one in the arm, before pushing it away from a few men, as two more showed up.
"Run!" she yelled.
The men ran off, as she turned back to the Batlings.
Ghouligan turned to Carter as he raced the Rescue Rover towards him. He began shooting fireballs out of his hands, which hit the ground and exploded behind the Rescue Rover.
"Uh!" Carter moaned.
Ghouligan fired another fireball from his hand, this time exploding in front of the Rescue Rover, making Carter steer it to the left and skid it along the ground, until it stopped with its back to Ghouligan. He then charged at Carter, then grabbed him by the jacket, before throwing him out of the rover.
"AHH!" Carter yelled.
He banged against a lamppost, and then fell onto the ground.
"Uh!" he moaned.
Citizens all over gasped as they watched the battle.
A Batling kicked Joel in the chest, but then he blocked another's kick with both forearms. One pushed Kelsey onto a railing by the steps, as another kicked Sally in the back, and then a third whacked her in the chest with its blade, knocking her onto her back. Two grabbed Dana's arms - one grabbing each - and then one hit her in belly with its knee.
"OW!" Chad yelled, as one whacked him in the arm with its blade.
Carter pulled himself up and put his morpher to his mouth.
(Aquabase)
Capt. Mitchell stood in the control room with several others, watching the battle from a monitor screen, a headset radio over his ear.
"They're too strong for us." Carter reported.
"Rangers, use your morphers." Capt. Mitchell ordered.
(Mariner Bay)
Carter nodded, then the others did as the screen split into five - Kelsey in the top left, Chad in the top right, Joel in the bottom left, Dana in the bottom right, and Sally in the middle.
"Uh-huh." Joel, Chad and Kelsey muttered.
They all ran towards each other as Ghouligan laughed.
"Hey, you, with the hot temper!" Carter bellowed.
Ghouligan turned to the Rangers as they gathered together near some cars, Joel with his arms folded. (Sally was on Kelsey's left)
"You wanna destroy Mariner Bay, you must go through us to do it!" Carter warned.
"Gladly." Ghouligan scoffed.
"Ready?" Carter asked, holding his morpher up.
Chad, Kelsey and Sally held up their morphers and nodded, and then Dana and Joel did the same.
"Lightspeed...Rescue!" they all shouted, pushing and crossing their fists over, before pulling their morphers back to their chests.

Carter opened his morpher up, then held his hands up, as a red and white radical vortex striped shaped shield that resembled his arm emblems came out of it. He lowered his arms as it came towards him, and then it covered him in a Red Ranger suit, with white gloves and boots, with gold arms and leg bands around them, a gold belt, which had the Lightspeed symbol on the buckle, and a blaster holding on the right of it. The chest was red and white radical striped, a white cross was behind the helmet, and the visor resembled the shield shape. A gas mask came up over his mouth, then his visor closed, as the Lightspeed symbol flashed behind him.
Chad opened his morpher up, then held up his hands, as a blue and white radical vortex striped shield resembling his arm emblems came out of it. It then came towards him, then it covered him in a Blue Ranger suit the same as Carter's, then his gas mask came up, and then the visor closed, as the Lightspeed symbol flashed behind him.
Joel opened his morpher up, then held up his hands, as a green and white radical vortex striped shaped shield resembling his arm emblems came out of it. He lowered his arms as it came towards him, then it covered him in a Green Ranger suit like the others, then his gas mask came up, and then the visor closed, as the Lightspeed symbol flashed behind him.
Dana opened her morpher up, then held her hands up, as a pink and white radical vortex striped shield resembling her arm emblems came out of it. She lowered her arms as it came towards her, then it covered her in a Pink Ranger suit like the others, expect hers had a skirt on. Her gas mask then came up, and then the visor closed, as the Lightspeed symbol flashed behind her.
Kelsey opened her morpher up, then held her hands up, as a yellow and white radical vortex striped shield resembling her arm emblems out of it. She lowered her arms as it came towards her, then it covered her in a Yellow Ranger suit like the boys, then her gas mask came up, and then the visor closed, as the Lightspeed symbol flashed behind her.

Carter somersaulted over Ghoulgian and the Batlings, followed by Chad, Joel, Kelsey and then Dana. They all landed near the Rescue Rover, crouched down and pointing their right hands like a pistol.
"Power Rangers?!" Ghouligan exclaimed, turning to them.
"Alright." Carter said, as the Rangers got up and turned to him and the Batlings.
The citizens all stared at them in shock and amazement, as they began looking at their suits.
"Whoa." Chad said amazed, looking at his arm. "It worked."
"This feels incredible." Kelsey said, looking at her gloves.
"This is just what we need." Carter said, clutching his fist. "Let's get to work."
The Rangers did their fighting poses.
Dana clutched her fists and crossed her forearms over each other by her chest. Kelsey held both her fists out - her right near her helmet, her left out in front, both sideways. Joel held both his hands out like claws - his left near his chest, his right higher and above it. Chad held his right arm sideways with his fist clutched, while holding his left up diagonally, as Carter held up his fists - his left near his helmet, his right further out.
"Hyah!" They all shouted, doing them, before pointing at the Demons like holding a pistol - Dana and Kelsey crouching down. "Hyah!"
"Batlings, destroy them!" Ghouligan ordered.
The Batlings all charged at the Rangers.
"Power Rangers, Rescue Ready!" the Rangers shouted, saluting, before getting ready to fight.
They then all charged at the Batlings, then Chad dived to kick one, but missed as it ducked and ran past him, but then he turned to it and kicked it slightly in the arm. Joel jumped and twirled around, landing behind one, as Kelsey blocked ones blade with her forearm. Carter ducked and ran past one as it tried to whack him with its blade, then got between it and another, and then blocked both blades with his forearms. Dana blocked one's blade with her forearm.
The citizens all kept watching the Rangers.
Carter brought out his Rescue Blaster sidearm, then blocked two's blades with it as they tried to hit him. He then raised his blaster up, knocking their blades back, then he grabbed ones arm, while spinning around to kick the other, but missed as it ducked. He let go of the first, then aimed and fired his blaster, hitting the other in the chest, knocking it onto some rubble. He then ducked and spun around as the first tried to slash him with its blade, then he grabbed its arm as it tried again, and then he ducked down and fired his blaster, hitting a third in the chest. He then let go of the first, then spun around and whacked it in the leg with its blaster, tripping it up.
"Huh?" He gasped, looking up.
A fourth dived down towards him, but then he rolled away as it tried to slash him. He then jumped up and fired his blaster, hitting a fifth in the chest
Joel held onto two's arms as they tried to hit him with their blades, making him lean back.
"Ah!" Ge grunted, kicking his Rescue Blaster out of its holder.
Both Batlings looked up as it spun around through the air, making them back away. Joel then jumped up as a third tried to whack him in the leg with its blade, then he caught his blaster, twirled around in the air, and then fired it, hitting one in the chest.
Chad ducked and ran past one as it tried to whack him with its blade, and then he spun around and kicked another in the chest. He turned back to the first, then blocked a kick from it with his leg, then it spun around, allowing him to kick it in the back of the knee with his other leg, and then he kicked it in the back, knocking it down. He then turned to kick a third, but missed as it ducked, then it blocked a kick with its arms, then he kicked it in the chest, making it grab his foot, before he pushed his foot forward, knocking it down.
Kelsey ducked as one tried to whack her, then she knocked its blade up and kicked it in the back. Another then grabbed her from behind, but then she hit it with her elbow twice, knocking it down onto its chest. She then back flipped as it tried to whack her in the legs, then she landed on its back, knocking it out, and then she flipped forward and wrapped her legs around a third's neck.
"Yeah!" She yelled, twisting her legs, flipping it onto its back.
Dana - holding her Rescue Blaster into Baton mode - dived down towards some, then blocked ones blade with her baton, and then pulled it back and blocked another's blade behind her, before kicking the first away. She then spun around and knocked the second's and a third's blade down with it, then blocked a fourth's blade with it from behind, before waving it, knocking the third back slightly. She blocked the fourth's blade again from behind, then backwards handspringed as a fifth tried to stab her in the leg, and then stabbed the third in the chest as it came at her.
Carter stumbled over some rubble slightly, before turning to Ghouligan.
"Hey, over here!" He called.
Ghouligan's eyes lit up bright green, as his body burned up.
"You're toast!" He growled, twirling his hands around. "Burnt toast!"
He fired a blast from his hands at Carter, but missed as he rolled away, who then fired his blaster, hitting Ghouligan twice in the chest.
"AH!" he moaned.
Chad and Dawn jumped over Carter and then landed in front of him - Chad standing, Dana crouching - and then they all fired their blasters, hitting Ghouligan and knocking him down.
Joel and Kelsey joined the others as Dana got up, and then they all formed a line - in the same formation as earlier before the battle.
"Ready?" Carter asked, as they held up their blasters.
Ghouligan groaned as he got up.
"Aim!" Carter said, as the Rangers aimed their blasters.
"You ain't got the guts!" Ghouligan scoffed.
"Fire!" Carter shouted.
The Rangers all fired their blasters at Ghouligan, hitting him all over.
"AHH!" He moaned.
The Rangers all turned around, twirled their blasters around, before putting them in their holders. Ghouligan fell onto the ground and blew up behind them all, as they stood at ease.
"Lightspeed, power down!" they shouted.
They all demorphed, and then panted slightly, as the citizens all cheered and laughed.
"Ha, ha, ha!" A man laughed.
"That's cool!" A girl whooped.
All the citizens ran towards the Rangers, then a fireman wrapped his arms around Kelsey.
Later, the Rangers all walked down a hallway in the Aquabase, as the personal all cheered and clapped for them. A woman holding a file ran into the hallway as they walked down it, while shaking people's hands.
The Rangers all smiled as they entered the control room, expect Joel as people patted him on the back.
"Yeah!" A woman said.
Joel turned around to the people behind him, as some men moved away, allowing Capt. Mitchell to see them all.
"Oh, it's no prob." Joel said. "I'll show you the move. Let 'em show you again, see what happens..."
The others all stared at the Capt., as he banged into the sisters, making him turn around.
"Uh!" Dana moaned.
"Oh!" Joel gasped, standing at attention.
"There is a time to celebrate...but this is not it." the Capt. explained. "You see, Diabolico now knows you exist. You think this fight was tough, just wait."
"But, sir, we just destroyed Diabolico." Kelsey swore. "Didn't we?"
"Oh, no, that was just one of his monsters." The Capt. assured.
The personnel around the room muttered to themselves.
"You want to defeat him; you've got a lot of work to do." The Capt. explained. "We all do."
Dana saluted him, followed by the other personnel, and the other Rangers did as well, all knowing the battle had only just begun.
Dana: Next time on Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
A woman in glasses stares at the Rangers - expect Joel.
"Welcome to Lightspeed." She said.
The Rangers all stare at five train Zords.
"These are your Rail Rescues." The woman explains.
A meteor crashes down into the city.
"A molten rock just hit the city!" A man exclaims.
The molten rock creates a volcano in the city.
"An asteroid?" Carter inquires.
The rock turns into a giant monster.
"It's transforming!" The woman exclaims.
The monster fires rocky fireballs from its body, hitting a large tower.
Joel looks up at the tower from the ground.
The Rangers - now morphed - all get lowered down on an elevator, and then run towards their Rail Rescue Zords.
"It's time to put the Rail Rescues to work." Capt. Mitchell said.
The Rangers all sat in a cockpit together, their seats numbered.
"Now this is power." Carter said, looking around.
A hanger door opens, then Carter races the Rail Rescues along.
"All systems online." he reports.
The Rail Rescues make it to the scene, then Carter looks through a scanner.
"There's civilians trapped in the top of that building!" He reports, seeing three people trapped, one adult, two children.
A fire truck Zord stretches ladders up towards the tower, smashing a way in.
"Lightspeed Ladder Arm, power up!" Carter shouts.
The monster knocks over the tower as the Zord backs away.
"Carter's in trouble!" Chad exclaims.
Carter moans as debris falls on his Zord.
