CHAPTER 1:
A Second Chance??
Luna's POV
Groaning I opened my eyes. Knowing that I had just died. From getting runned over by a white truck no less.
How I knew I was dead was because of a few things. Firstly, I woke up in a place where the sky was green with floating purple islands, doors, and windows wherever I looked. Secondly, I didn't have a heartbeat. Thirdly, I saw multiple floating beings. All of whom appeared to be surrounded in a neon green glow and they had pale skin colors. And lastly, I already knew where I was.
The Ghost Zone or the Infinite Realms…
But there was a problem, the problem was that… The Ghost Zone wasn't real! It was just a place from an old cartoon called Danny Phantom. That I had just finished the entire series.
Of course I had die when I was just starting on an Anime that was really cool. I just hope I can continue watching it here. I closed my eyes and released an annoyed huff.
"So I died, and became a ghost in the Ghost Zone. Well, it's no use for me to dwindle on it. Now where am I in the ghost zone." I thought for a moment before, suddenly I felt my core was being pulled in a certain direction.
Shrugging my shoulders. Since I didn't have any other ideas of where to go. I decided to follow wherever my core was leading me. Floating up I then immediately flew in the direction my core was leading me towards.
•Time-Skip•
For what seemed like hours. I finally got to where my core was leading me to. I was extremely surprised where it had led me to. I landed on an island with a tower, but not just any tower.
It was the clock tower and the home of one of Danny Phantom's greatest allies. Plus he's one of the strongest ghosts in the entire ghost zone. Kronos, but he calls himself, Clockwork. He's one of the ancients and is the master of time.
I continued to stand there in shock. Tho when I heard the sound of two beings speaking and they were coming closer to the entrance of the tower. I immediately hid myself behind some rocks.
I watched as two Observantes. Came flying out and began flying away. Just when they were gone. A voice spoke out from behind me.
"Well, this is a surprise. I wasn't expecting anyone else coming here for quite some time. May I ask, what brought you to my tower." I stiffen and slowly turned around.
My eyes met with the red eyes of a ghost, with pale blue skin, along with a scar over the left side of his face. He also had a clock in his chest. He was wearing a Royal purple hooded cloak, and he held a staff with an hour-glass on the end.
When I was done analyzing his looks, I realized he had asked me a question. I quickly apologized.
"Sorry, for not answering you sooner, but I just recently died and I was just following my core to wherever it was leading me to. It led me to your tower, sir." I said, explaining what happened.
"Hmmm… May I know your name, dear, or what you liked to be called? I'm Clockwork, Master of Time." Clockwork said, holding his hand out for a shake.
I took his hand immediately, and slowly began shaking it.
"I'm Lunara Fayeaville, but I'd appreciate it if you refer to me as either Luna, or Faye, tho I'd appreciate it if you ever introduce me to others. Please introduce me to them as Luna Faye." I said, with a smile.
Clockwork looked at me for a moment, before he released my hand and gave me a soft fatherly smile. Then he turned and motioned for me to follow him inside.
Clockwork's POV
When I first saw the girl. I was actually surprised seeing someone here. Before I know that they are here. So I was of course suspicious of the girl at first. Cuz she never showed up on my screens. They would normally warn me beforehand.
I asked her a question and she seemed lost in her own head. She soon snapped herself out of her head, after shaking herself back to the present. She immediately apologized to me and explained that she had only recently became a ghost and she began following wherever her core was tugging her to.
I hummed in thought before I decided to look into her mind. What I found amazed me. I found that she had died in a universe were young Daniel's life and all those involved in his life, were made as a cartoon show for kids entertainment. Young Daniel is the main protagonist and the show was named after his alter ego Danny Phantom.
I then introduce myself to the girl, after asking what her name was and held out my hand to her. She took it and we shook hands as she introduced herself to me.
"I'm Lunara Fayeaville, but I'd appreciate it if you refer to me as either Luna, or Faye, tho I'd appreciate it if you ever introduce me to others. Please introduce me to them as Luna Faye." Luna said, she smiled.
With our hands still connected. I was able to dig deeper into her mind and figure out more about her. I was surprised with how normal her original home world was.
I saw that the Luna was a fan of anything that was unnatural, out of the norm, or is only ever read in books or seen in movies.
She loves anything dealing with the supernatural, magic, fantasy creatures, super powers, mysteries, adventures, creatures with powers, heros, and anything else that would make her normal, but boring life a little more exciting.
I also found she had fallen in love with both young Daniel's human side and ghost side.
When he's in his ghost form. Other wise known as Danny Phantom. She loves his puns, heroic nature, his will to protect even when he's seen as an enemy, his self sacrificing nature, and his determination.
As Fenton, Luna loves him for his kindness, sweet, noble, snarkiness, fearlessness, and his selflessness to the point. That Young Daniel had willingly given up his dreams of becoming an astronaut and going to space.
Luna blames young Samantha for his selflessness and not letting young Daniel protect himself from his bully Dash Baxter, and honestly I agree with her. The Gothic girl was toxic.
I'm sure if young Daniel and young Samantha got into a relationship it would only destroy their friendship, when they broke up or they'll be too awkward in the presence of one another.
Tho if he had a relationship with someone who knew about both his identities and loved him in either of his forms. He'll have a better relationship than with anyone else. I took a deeper look inside of Luna and had to pause time at what I found.
Luna has five cores, six if you count her heart. Tho that's not what shocked me, no, what shocked me was that her cores were of five different supernatural beings.
The first is a ghost core of course, tho I was a bit surprise. Cuz it was a rare Lightning, Ice, and Air core. Like myself and one other Ghost.
The second is a Werewolf Core. Luna has the powers, strength, and the ability to transform into her inner wolf. Her wolf form has pure snow white fur with a glowing neon green and amethyst purple eyes. Her wolf form size was easily bigger than a normal car. Luna was, well a alpha Luna.
The third is a Pure Magic Core. Luna has limitless potential to form and create magic spells from her mana without much time or control. Also her mana pool was as big as all the lakes of Michigan put together.
The fourth is a Eastern Moon Dragon Core. Luna has a the same abilities as a Japanese Moon dragon. She is able to take on a extremely long white and silver serpentine dragon. She can grant wishes, tho in return she will need a single pearl or a few gemstones.
The fifth is a Changeling Core. Luna has the ability to give. Those that she trust 3 permanent cores of supernatural beings threw a single bite. Along with their human forms. She can also speak to anyone that she has bitten telepathically. Meaning she has the ability to make Halfa hybrids.
If young Daniel receives a bite he'll have four cores. If young Samantha and young Tucker accept the offer their ghost cores would awaken and they'll have three more cores too. Plus they won't become either jealous or envious of young Daniel and his powers.
Luna also still has a beating heart meaning that she can transform back into her human form and can be considered as a Halfa Hybrid. I look forward to the future and see that with Luna in Danny's friend group. I see all the bridges that could lead Danny to becoming the dark Phantom (Dan) are burned and are replaced with better futures.
Making up my mind. I decide to help her with her new powers and help teach her how to use all of them. Young Daniel had just recently became a Halfa. I'll train young Luna in all her powers and abilities for the next month where she will then start living in Amity Park. A week before young Daniel fights his first ghost.
She will explain that she knows young Daniel's secret and explains how she found out and Daniel along with his friends will learn that she's a halfa hybrid, and has the ability to make them hybrids too. Seeing that the best future depends on young Luna.
I decided to make young Luna my Successor. So if anything were to happen to me. She'll be able to handle things until I return. By doing this I'm securing a new and better future for both young Daniel and the Infinite Realms future.
I unpause time and stared at young Luna for a moment, before I gave her a soft fatherly smile, before releasing her hand. I then turned and motioned for her to follow me inside my tower.
No One's POV
"We have much to discuss, also starting now you are my Successor. I will train you for three and a half weeks, but I'm going to slow down time so a week in here is a full day in real time. So I hope you are prepared. But before we get started you should know something. That I found important for you to know beforehand." Clockwork said, once they were inside.
He began to explain to Luna about how she has 4 other cores. Other than her rare Ice, Electric, and Air elemental ghost core. She has a Werewolf Core, A Pure Magic Core, A Eastern Moon Dragon Core, and a Changeling Core and that she still has a beating human heart meaning that she's what he consideres a Halfa Hybrid.
And Luna took the news exactly like he had expected her to.
"WHAT!?" Luna's loud exclamation had echoed all throughout the Infinite Realms.
[Amity Park, Illinois. 3:53pm]
Back in Amity Park three teenagers felt something was coming and that something felt like it would make the unforeseen future for the trio better in many ways.
"Sam, Tucker did you guys feel that too?" A boy with black hair and bright blue eyes asked, his two best friends.
A girl that looked like a Goth shared a look with a African American boy who was wearing glasses, a red Brett, and was on a PDA. He nodded at the unasked question from the Goth girl. He had felt it too.
"Yeah, we felt it too Danny. Whatever that was had sent us the feeling of… Hope? No, that's not it, but close… It was something that felt like…" the Goth girl Sam said, tho Danny finish her train of thought.
"Like someone was giving us the feeling of reassurance, guidance, and that they were someone we could consider as trustworthy maybe coming… No, is coming." Danny said, with a distant look in his eyes.
Then he felt a burn on the left side of his chest.
"Ouch!" He yelped, causing his friends to look at him confused as he began rubbing at the burning pain on his chest with wide eyes.
"Dude, what's wrong?" Tucker asked, looking at his friend with worry, but Sam seemed to understand.
"Danny is it a Soulmate mark?" Sam asked, and Danny looked at her.
"I don't know… but only one way to know for sure! Let's get to my house." Danny said, then he started running, along with his friends who were following closely behind him.
[Back In The Infinite Realms]
"Ouch!" Luna yelped out in pain.
Clockwork paused for a moment before he saw. His Successor rubbing her chest with a pained expression. A look of realization appeared on Clockwork's face.
"Luna, I forgot to mention something. But seeing now would be the best time to tell you." Clockwork said, gaining the attention of his Successor.
"Yeah, what is it Clockwork?" Luna asked, Clockwork just pointed to the way to the bathroom.
"That burning sensation is most likely the creation process of your Soulmate mark and I don't want you missing your chance to shape your mark. Now go!" Luna didn't waste any time and ran into the bathroom and immediately pulled off her shirt.
There on her chest was the familiar letters of a D with a P inside forming. She immediately imagined the same Logo as Danny had in the show, but she also decided to add pictures around it.
A white howling wolf with one neon green eye and the other eye a amethyst purple. A silver and white eastern Moon Dragon. A Changeling. The Hogwarts crest with two wands in the form of an X in color.
Then I made three Ghosts holding a human girl who looked like me each ghost had a symbol of one of my elements on their chest. A blue snowflake for ice, a yellow thunderbolt for electricity, and a white tornado for air.
Then I made smiling pictures of both Danny's forms, his family, his friends, and for the final piece, I had the words written in a circle around the DP symbol and pictures.
[Same Time With Danny & Co]
Danny's POV
"Uh, guys you may want to see this." I said, I had on a tank top that I had exposing the left side of my chest.
Sam and Tucker came into my room and were watching with wide eyes as pictures of my friends and family were drawn when the picture of Jazz was done. We all thought it was done, but a gasped from Sam said otherwise. I looked at my mark and saw words being written into a circle. Tho it's what was written that gained our attention. Here it is word for word.
"I know u & ur secret. I keep safe. We near same. I'm a Halfa, a Luna, a Japan Moon Drag, a Changeling, & a HP Witch. i out 4 pink hair and vio i's is me."
"Well, my soul mate is bad at English." I said, before Sam smacked me on the back of the head.
"She was trying to keep it so only a few know. Here I'll translate it. Here's what she really said. I know you and your secret. I will keep it safe. We're nearly the same. Now there are arrows connected to what she's saying next. I'm a Halfa, a Luna Werewolf, a Japanese Moon Dragon, A Changeling, and a Harry Potter Witch. Meaning she's a hybrid! And the last part is. Keep an eye out for Pink hair and purple eyes. Cuz that's me. I hate pink. Wait there's a smaller second sentence. I hate my pink hair. I'm reminded of Sakura in Naruto. Bullies call me Sakura cuz they know it gets to me. I was born with the color. Okay I can't help but feel sorry for her now." Sam said, Tucker nodded.
But I smiled I know what to look for now.
"Thanks Sam, now I know what to look for." I said, after I pulled my shirt on I hugged the two of them, which they returned.
I can hardly wait to meet you. I thought to myself.
