as I said in the summary, this is a story Idea i've been working on for awhile, and am currently testing the waters to see how it does, let me know what you all think!
Peace out,
at one time, in another galaxy, Ahsoka Tano crash-landed on Maridun with her Master Skywalker and Master Aayla Secura. In this time, they saved a lurmen colony from the separatist war machine in the early months of the Clone Wars.
this time. Through the will of the Force, the Republic ship that housed these three, as well as their trusted clones and a few friends, found another world later on near the war's end.
One that would change the course of history by merely existing.

Izuku Midoriya stared bleakley out towards the ocean, perched on a mountain of trash.
The day had not been his best, with Kacchan basically telling him to kill himself, and his idol All Might telling him it wasn't possible for someone without a Quirk to be a Hero. Then, the Sludge Villain showed him exactly why All-Might was right, leading him to avoid home for a little longer to collect his thoughts.
"Maybe I should just go into the police force," Izuku mumbled, "or the medical field…but…" he sighed, looking down at his thin hand. "Being a hero is all I've ever wanted to be…" Izuku looked up to the darkening sky, the first showings of stars appearing in the darkening purple sky. "Please," he said, fixing his gaze on the brightest of stars, "just a chance…that's all I want."
He watched the star, hoping and wishing with all his might, so much that it took him a second to realize that the star was getting bigger by the second.
"W-wait…a shooting star?" He muttered hopefully, his eyes widening in terror when he was finally able to make out the flaming hull of a giant Starship hurtling towards the beach.
"Oh man!" Izuku screamed, diving down to the sand and covering his head, the ship screaming over his head, crashing through several piles of trash before slamming into the ground.
*BOOOM!*
Izuku slowly sat up, watching as the wreckage settled on the far side of the beach, multiple sections on fire and spewing black smoke; behind him, sirens were sounding throughout the city, declaring a state of emergency.
He was sure Heroes and first responders would be here soon, that they'd easily help whoever was inside. It wasn't his problem.
So, why did Izuku find his feet moving on their own for the second time in the same day? Running full tilt towards the ship, climbing trash piles and mounds of sand to reach what looked like a door to the ship, he blindly grabbed a rusted pipe as he went. He jammed the end into a slight gap in the door and started prying hard.
The door groaned and screeched as he forced it open, more smoke spewing out; it blinded Izuku even as he spied shapes moving in the hazy hallway. "This way!" he shouted down, "come this way!"
Within a few moments, three men in white armor stumbled towards him, two supporting a third between them. Izuku's mind stuttered for a few seconds upon seeing the weapons in their hands, but he shook it off and helped drag the injured soldier out and onto the ground. They dragged him away from the burning ship as other troops jumped out, maybe six in all.
"Where's the general?" one called out, "the commander?"
"They may still be on the bridge!" another called, "we have to go back in!"
"Let me!" Izuku said hurriedly, adrenaline sending him running once more to the wreckage, pipe still in hand.
"Get back here, kid, the smoke's too thick! Kid!"
But Izuku wasn't listening, and he showed no hesitation as he plunged into the smoky halls, covering his mouth as he called out.
"Hello? Is anyone there?! I'm here to help!"
He could barely see in front of him, his feet stumbling along the metal hallways. He was doing his best not to trip over unseen debris, or worse, dead bodies. He passed other troopers, and he guided each one to the right track before moving on.
It was a stroke of luck his foot pushed a helmet over, giving him a chance to breathe clean air when he pulled it on.
"Is anyone there?" He shouted again, now able to breath and semi-see, his voice taking on a slight static tone due to built-in speakers.
"We're over here!"
Izuku quickly picked up the pace, following the voice until he reached a closed door, banging coming from the otherside.
"I'm here!" Izuku shouted.
"Door's not budging! And the commander and general are unconscious!" The voice from the other side of the door called.
"Commander Tano took a nasty hit to the head," another voice stated. Izuku was suddenly hit with the realization that all of these soldiers sounded similar. "General Secura as well! See if you can get that control panel working on that side!"
"Hold on! Let me see what I can do…" Izuku said reassuringly, feeling about for the panel, it took a bit of button mashing and some good old fashioned wacks to the side of it before the blast doors shuttered open.
To immediately be met with two guns pointed at him by two more troopers.
These two were different, with shoulder pads and half skirts on their waist, one with orange accents and the other with blue. The blue one had two pistols aimed at him while the yellow one had some type of rifle leveled at his chest.
"Identify yourself! Now!" the blue one demanded.
"D-don't shoot!" Izuku squeaked out, quickly taking the helmet off, noticing for the first time how sweaty and out of breath he was. "M-my name's I-Izuku M-M-Midoriya! I saw the crash and came to help!"
"Where'd you get the helmet, kid?" the yellow one asked.
"I f-found it on the ground," he mumbled.
"Bly…"
The raspy, accented voice had the one in yellow quickly turning around to check on something.
And it was at this point that Izuku realized that not everyone in the room was human.
The yellow soldier - now identified as Bly - was checking over a blue-skinned woman with head tails. Izuku averted his eyes when he saw the amount of skin she was displaying, then his eyes fell on the other unconscious being in the room; this one had orange skin and some kind of tentacle on her head, and was dressed in tights and a skin tight brown tunic with a keyhole front. Izuku was Immediately turning around, trying his best to hide his blush. All around them, men with the same face and gray uniform were helping their comrades up, or calling for help with one who wouldn't get up.
"General's coming too," Bly said to his comrade, "we need to move now."
"General Skywalker and Senator Amidala are still in the med bay," the blue one said, checking something on his wrist, "I'll go secure them. You get General Secura and Commander Tano out. Kid, you help Commander Bly, do what he says, understand?"
"Y-yes sir," Izuku stuttered, still not looking at either female.
"Buck up, Shiny," Bly ordered as his compatriot took off down the hall, "if you can, pick up Commander Tano and get her out. I'll help General Secura."
"Yes sir!" Izuku exclaimed a little too loudly as he put the helmet back on, thankful for the faceplate that now hid his blushing face. He braced himself and picked up Commander Tano, being careful not to jostle her too much, and immediately headed out the door. Commander Bly was right behind him, helping the injured general limp through the halls.
In what felt like no time at all, they were back outside, emerging into the chaotic night. More of the soldiers had found their way outside. Some sporting battle-worn armor with blue or yellow accents. Two were dressed similarly to the blue trooper Izuku had met inside; they were split between taking care of the wounded and talking with law enforcement as they geared up to enter the wreckage. Choppers flew overhead, police and news alike, keeping an aerial view on the downed ship.
"General! Commander Bly! Sir!" One of the shoulder padded troopers called, running up.
"Give me a status report, Fives." The general had a commanding tone; she had gained some energy on the walk, and now stood on firm legs.
"Got maybe a platoon still up; survivors still in the wreckage, getting reports of high casualties, ma'am," Fives reported, his head turning slightly to look at the helmeted kid beside them. "Local emergency services are ready to search the wreckage! Jesse and Tup will be guiding them!"
"Good man. Get everyone not injured focused on recovery and extraction." She turned to look at Izuku for the first time, and her brown eyes seemed to penetrate deep into his soul. "Take the Padawan to our physician over there," she said, motioning to the line of injured soldiers laid out by the EMS.
"R-right," Izuku muttered, quickly running towards the other injured, "where do I need to put her?" Izuku called as he ran up.
One of the troopers looked up. He had what looked to be a red medical symbol on his shoulder. "Put her down here!" the trooper ordered, pointing to a free patch of grass.
Izuku set her down, then pulled the helmet off his head, taking a deep breath as he looked around. The trooper who had gone looking for his friend was back, and a woman in expensive looking clothes was helping him carry a stretcher. Two robots brought up the rear.
"You, again!"
Izuku yelped as he was suddenly dragged to his feet by branches, arms being pulled roughly behind his back. He let out a cry of pain as a set of handcuffs clicked into place tightly on his wrists.
Almost immediately, the sound of dozens of rifles priming filled the air.
"Put. The kid. Down." The trooper from before, Fives, had his dual pistols out and aimed at Kamui Woods. Several police officers pulled their own weapons out, creating a tense stand off between the extraterrestrials and their Earthling helpers.
"Enough!"
The voice was powerful and commanding, and came from the woman who had helped carry the stretcher out. She had long brown hair tied back into an intricate braid, and a purple and blue robe; behind her, the two droids scrambled to run over, the gold man-like robot fretting worriedly while the trash can on wheels beeped. She glared pointedly at the Hero as well as the troopers around her.
"Troopers, stand down," General Secura ordered as she, too, approached, with Commander Bly.
The troopers slowly lowered their weapons.
"What is the meaning of this?" The other woman demanded, stepping closer to Kamui woods and Izuku, who was staring in shock at the woman as she continued to berate the hero, "manhandling this child as you are? What cause do you have to treat him in such a manner?"
"And who are you?" one of the officers asked rudely.
"I am Senator Padme Amidala of Naboo! Representative of the Galactic Senate of the Republic! Now, answer my question," she commanded, drawing herself up imperiously,
"This is the second crisis this boy has interfered in," Kamui said gruffly, doing his best to keep the shake out of his voice. What could he say? The woman was intimidating. "He's been warned once already - "
" - this boy was one of the first ones to respond to the emergency!" One of the clones shouted, "he helped us get our brothers out of the ship! He went in to help our commanders! He should be getting a commendation from you! Not arrested!"
"That is enough, Hardcase," The general said, her voice smooth and gentle, but carrying a command that had Hardcase taking a step back, "all that has been said is true," she continued, looking at Izuku. "This young man helped my men, and even helped bring our injured Padawan to safety. He should be praised, though I suspect he will also be informed how to take personal safety into account as well." She said this last part directed at Izuku, her tone was amused, with only a small edge of beratement.
"Y-yes, ma'am," he stuttered out.
"I agree with you, Master Jedi," Senator Amidala said, giving her compatriot a nod, "he should be praised for saving lives and helping in a crisis."
"But he's Quirkless!" one of the nearby officers exclaimed, nodding as if that solved everything while Kamui Woods looked at the man sharply.
"That's not what this is about," Kamui scolded him, "nor do I like your tone on this matter!"
"Quirkless?" the medic asked, looking at Izuku interestedly, who had his head bowed, "Is that a disease or something?"
"I'm assuming it has something to do with the power this man is using," the general spoke once again, looking at Kamui's extended branches. With a wave of her hand, the handcuffs fell off of Izuku. "Captain Rex!"
"Yes, general?" Rex sounded off, standing at attention.
"You're in charge of this boy until we meet the planetary representative."
"Yes, general!"
"N-now hold on here!" Kamui spluttered, more heroes beginning to arrive, many of them moving to stand by Kamui to back him up. "You can't just - "
"This young man helped my soldiers," the general declared, voice loud and clear to all present, as Rex guided Izuku over to Hardcase and Fives, resting his hands on his blasters. "He helped pull troopers from the wreckage and saved not only the life of Padawan Tano but also my own. I will see to it that he is rewarded, not punished!"
"I FULLY AGREE!"
The booming voice made Izuku flinch slightly as All-Might appeared. His smile was a little strained, but otherwise in his full glory, "GREETINGS! EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE NOW. WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE! TO ESCORT YOU TO OUR GOVERNING BODY! AT LEAST FOR THIS COUNTRY." He looked over to Izuku. "YOUNG MAN, I WAS LOOKING FOR YOU BEFORE THIS DISASTER TOOK PLACE. WE HAVE MUCH TO DISCUSS." His voice was warm. And apologetic.
"Not without me, you're not," Rex said, his posture stiff and unrelenting, helmet covering any fear the man had facing the Number One Hero.
If he had any fear that is.
"In any case, we still have injured here," the Senator spoke up, "we must focus on rescue."
"BUT OF COURSE!" All Might boomed, taking a few steps forward, "it'll be easier with the fire cleared, would it not?" With a powerful clap, and a thunderous boom of "MIDWEST SMASH!'' the fires that were once raging on board the ship were extinguished by gale-force winds, the smoke blasting away from the wind pressure until only little wisps remained.
The troopers stared in awe as the civilians around them cheered. General and Senator alike shared a look before stepping forward. "Your help is much appreciated. Troopers! Search the wreckage for anyone else!"
"On the double time, men! Move it!" Commander Bly ordered as two squads headed for the wreckage, a team of heroes following.
"Kamui! Death Arms! Go with them! You too, Backdraft, we may need you in case any fires are still raging!"
It was still an hour before they were cleared to leave, and in that time, another forty troopers had been pulled from the wreckage, as well as a couple of broken medical droids. The landing hangar was found in fairly decent condition, with a few LAATs still in operation along with three AT-TEs; their crews were banged up but otherwise fine.
The injured men, numbering around thirty, were loaded up and taken to a nearby Hero Hospital with a squad of troopers going along to guard them. The remaining forty were left in charge of the wreckage and recovery of any other troopers and equipment.
All-Might had jumped ahead, promising to meet them at the front door while the Senator and General stepped aboard their LAATs. Commander Bly, Captain Rex, Izuku and the droids followed, and the ship took off, its wingman following with a squad of clones including Fives and Hardcase.
Wonder how he's forcing his transformation, Izuku mused, absentmindedly running his fingers over the helmet he had found in the ship.
"Your thoughts weigh heavily on you, young one."
Izuku looked up, surprised the blue alien was talking to him. "I-it's been a rough day," he said with a tired laugh.
"I completely agree, Mistress Padme," the gold Droid spoke up, his prim and proper voice a tad bit whiny. "The battle was enough, but this crash landing has frayed my circuits!"
"Battle?" Izuku asked, now extremely interested in what the Droid was saying.
"A story for another time," the Senator said placatingly, "perhaps we should make more formal introductions, seeing as you'll be with us for the foreseeable future."
"O-oh, right!" Izuku muttered, bowing to the jedi and senator, "I'm M-Midoriya Izuku, it's nice to meet you, Senator, ma'am."
She laughed. "It's a pleasure to meet you, too, Midoriya," she said kindly, "I'm Padme Amidala. You may call me Padme."
"O-ok," he stuttered out, blushing furiously.
"This is Jedi Master Aayla Secura," she continued with the introductions, the Jedi dipping her head in greeting, "and these are two of our Clone Officers, Commander Bly and Captain Rex."
"Jedi? Clones?" Izuku asked curiously, looking at the two men.
"I take it you don't know what's been going on these last three years?" Padme asked.
"Y-you're the first extraterrestrial life to contact us like this," Izuku said sheepishly, "until today most people thought aliens were a myth!"
"So, you don't know about the galaxy at large?" the jedi master asked, interest coloring her words, "the Clone Wars? The Confederacy of Independent systems? The Republic? The Jedi Order?"
"N-not ringing any bells."
"Where in the galaxy are we that you haven't heard about any of this?" Bly asked, "even the Outer Rim's been affected by the war."
"I wish I could tell you," Izuku said helplessly.
"Hmm…perhaps you can tell us about this planet?" Padme suggested, "this planet, nor the other planets in the sector, are familiar to us."
"Oh, well we're on Earth, third planet of the Sol system in the Milky Way Galaxy." Izuku said, his voice losing any nervousness in the face of information he knew. "We don't have a central Earth government, and are instead made up of hundreds of countries all over the world. We're currently in Japan, an island nation in the Pacific Ocean."
"Interesting. Most planets we visit are unified for the most part; a few outliers, of course, but nothing to the extreme of hundreds of countries!'
"What about those superpowers everyone seems to have?" Rex asked, leaning forward a bit, "only people we know that can do anything remotely close are the Jedi."
"Oh! Those are Quirks!" Izuku said happily, "two hundred years ago, a child in Qing Qing China was born emitting a bright light. After that, super powers began manifesting in most children. Nowadays more than 80% of people are born with some kind of super ability - we call them Quirks - and with them arose a new profession, the professional Heroes, whose jobs are to stop villainy wherever it may be!"
"Hmm, sounds like the Jedi alright," Commander Bly muttered.
"The Force is strong on this planet," Aayla said, making Izuku fidget a bit.
"What is the Force?" he asked, his leg bouncing a bit in nervousness as he asked his question, "and-and what are Jedi?"
"The Force is an energy field that surrounds all living beings in the galaxy," the Jedi Master began, no reservation in her speech, "it binds the galaxy together, influencing its fate. Those who can harness the Force, and use it, are known as Force Wielders, and the Jedi utilize the light side of the force. We are peacekeepers, monks, warriors, all of it - and all of it is in service of the Force, and the Galactic Republic."
"Wow…" Izuku breathed, eyes sparkling with awe, then he frowned, "but then…why help me?"
"You were in trouble were you not?" she asked dryly.
"I mean yeah…but…I-I'm Quirkless…"
"Fancy powers don't mean anything to a good blaster, kid," Rex said gruffly, making the boy look at the trooper in surprise, "and a good heart means more than a blaster."
"The good captain is right," Aayla agreed, "you have no power of your own, yet you did not hesitate to run to an active emergency. You showed us your true spirit, a spirit that I would sooner see nurtured and encouraged, than stomped down."
Izuku sniffled a bit. "Thank you," he said, doing his best to keep his voice level.
"Don't mention it, kid."
Izuku wiped his eyes quickly. "So, those other two in the crash, they were Jedi as well?" Izuku asked.
"Yes," Padme said, "Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, and Padawan Ahsoka Tano. They're well known in the Republic."
"...is…that a good thing?" Izuku asked nervously.
All present began to chuckle as the gold Droid perked up. "Master Anakin is quite the Jedi. Most of the senate knows him. Isn't that right, Artoo?"
The trash can beeped and booped as it bounced from one leg to the other.
"These two are C-3PO, and R2-D2." Padme said to Izuku, introducing the two droids, "3PO was the first Droid Anakin ever built from scrap, and Artoo is his astromech. They've been through quite a few battles together."
"Indeed, they have. I don't know how Artoo does it, battle wears so terribly on my nerves," 3PO fretted.
Artoo beeped for a few seconds, causing 3PO to give an affronted gasp.
"I am not a baby!"
"Enough, you two," Padme chastised, looking out the ship's viewport. "We're here."
"Stay with Captain Rex," Aayla instructed the young man, who nodded earnestly.
Soon the ships came in for a landing in a grassy field inside a concrete complex. Seven buildings settled on the left-most side, while the right side seemed to be a landing field; three barracks; what appeared to be a maintenance shop and storage, as well as a four story building connected by a hallway to the fourth building, a two story apartment complex. Several dozen worker droids were petering about carrying furniture.
"Apologies for the worker bots."
Izuku did his best to hide his excitement at seeing THE Principal Nezu standing in front of the four story building, several heroes around him, including faces like All-Might, Best Jeanist, and even the scowling Endeavor.
"We were only able to erect the building before you arrived, but they'll be done shortly," Nezu waved a paw. "Greetings! I am Principal Nezu of UA, also a chief negotiator for the UN, when the mood strikes me. I welcome you to the newly created Galactic Republic Embassy."
"Thank you, Principal Nezu," Padme said, bowing a bit to the Chimera, "we are thankful for your hospitality and your help."
"All part of the job," he said jovially, "let's continue inside!"
Izuku followed along, shifting uncomfortably as the teachers stared at him.
"Perhaps young Midoriya should wait outside," a shabby looking individual said, his scarf covering his mouth, "this conversation is an important one."
"For now," Master Secura agreed, "Captain Rex, take Young Midoriya and the clones and secure the perimeter."
"Yes, General!" he saluted, guiding Izuku away, "Come on, Shiny."
"Y-yes, sir" Izuku stuttered, following Rex back towards the LAATs.
"Go ahead and get that helmet on," he said, "might as well since you've been carrying it."
"O-oh…right," he mumbled, looking down at the plain white helmet, slightly smudged with soot. He brought it back over his head, letting the heads-up display flash on.
"Delta team! Let's go! I wanted this perimeter secured yesterday! Bravo! Charlie! Sweep the barracks! Let's move people!"
