A/N: Feeling uninspired atm... but I can't exactly forget about this fic.

"So this was the Gang Rider's base, huh?"

"Yeah... pretty unimpressive, don't you think?" said Michinaga as he and Neon sneaked into the so-called 'abandoned' building. As Michinaga tried to retrace his route towards the main hall where he last fought with Keiwa last time, he cast a glance towards Neon.

"Watch out around you... Back then there used to be lots of rowdy people in this place, aside from Tycoon, Beroba and Kekera. And even if most of the lots were just civilians, they could really be so troublesome—"

"Don't worry..." gasped Neon very softly. "I doubt they'd be as troublesome as the Jyamato we used to deal with..."

Just as Neon finished talking, a number of people started to come out from the hidden corners as Michinaga let out an exclamation...

"Here comes the nuisance—"

Win frowned as the two of them kept running around in circles.

"Argh! The heck—!" he groaned again as Win hit yet another 'invisible' wall when they were supposed to go through a corridor or stairs. Ace gasped as he realised what was happening.

"It's just smoke and mirrors, PunkJack! Don't get fooled, recall the memories of the last time you've been here—"

Win rolled his eyes at Ace as he fumbled over the rearranged furniture and false walls and corridors. "Easy for you to say! These stupid holograms had no business looking so real—!" he groaned, before falling over through a fake wall. "Ah! Found the passage... and here's the staircase towards the inner halls! Ace over here!"

Right away Ace scrambled to Win's side before continuing on their way...

Kekera let out an annoyed sigh as he came out to greet the pair. "Guess it's my luck to have to deal with you two—" said the frog as he crouched down on a nearby coffee table.

Ace frowned at the human-looking frog. "Kekera! Aren't you Tycoon's supporter? Why are you siding with the management?"

Kekera just shrugged at them. "I'm just here for some good laugh. Doesn't matter what direction of the outcome it ends with—as long as my faves in it, I'm all for it."

Win made a face at the frog. "What a sicko—!" exclaimed the man as Kekera just brushed off the comment.

"You guys are in luck though," said the frog casually. "If you wanted to save my fave, then you guys are at the right place. You guys should be able to find him somewhere around here if you could figure out your way around the maze inside this mansion."

"Bet you're not planning to make it easy for us to get to that guy, huh?" spat Win again as Kekera grinned at them smugly.

Before Ace could say anything, several holographic screens suddenly appeared all around them before a shrill scream echoed from some hidden speaker. The voice belonged to Keiwa as the man was suddenly hit by an invisible attacker.

"What the hell—?" exclaimed Win as Kekera let out a soft curse.

"Dammit that Beroba—"

Ace immediately picked up on that as he pressed Kekera for information. "What did you mean by that?"

Kekera sighed. "It's just some bit of booby trap that Beroba had prepared beforehand. Rest assured though, none of the triggers were placed anywhere at this mansion but there were plenty at the location where Beroba and Da·Paan were waiting for your other allies."

Win winced at that. "Why do you have to make it so elaborate like this?"

Kekera finally stood up. "Don't you get the point of this game already? This is a punishment game round. It's an extended round designed especially to punish Tycoon and ALL of you cretins for daring to defy the management—"

Michinaga glanced up in disbelief towards Beroba and Kanato; as he let go of the unconscious youth that he'd just punched earlier on the chest, not knowing that he'd trigger a hidden device that'll send back a signal towards one of the many traps placed around Keiwa to activate. As a result, Keiwa ended up being electrocuted remotely.

"Damn you... Beroba!" Michinaga cried out as Neon cast a worried look at one of the holographic screens which showed Keiwa barely holding it together.

Beroba started laughing merrily. "So what are you going to do now... Miichi?" she asked in amusement.

The looks of suffering that she sees in front of her right now, were definitely satisfying.
