Below the city, Marinette had managed to swim into the sewers through an underground water access tunnel that fed out into the river.

"Are you okay, Marinette?" asked Tikki.

"I'll be fine, just a little disgusted by having to swim in here and really hope those measures they took to help improve the sewage problem have been put into place," said Marinette with a disgusted expression.

"But we don't have time to worry about all of that right now," she said before transforming. Meanwhile, Cat Noir was already in battle with Evillustrator.

"You're pretty good with that sword," said Cat Noir.

"It's a paint brush," said Evillustrator while swinging a human sized bruh at him. However, a yo-yo came out of nowhere and yanked it away from him before it could make contact with the hero.

"Paint brushes should only be used on canvases," said Ladybug while landing next to Cat Noir.

"Nice to… whoa," said Cat Noir before pinching his nose.

"Sorry my lady, but you smell a little strong today," he said.

"I got washed away to the sewers earlier, let's finish this up fast so that I can get the stench off of me and get back to what I was doing," said Ladybug.

"Sorry, but I'm not going to let you do that!" said Evillustrator as he sent shurikens flying at them.

"Whoa!" said the heroes while dodging.

"We should really get to the point, my lady," said Cat Noir as a shuriken nearly hit him while taking cover behind a carriage that was parked nearby without any horses.

"Lucky Charm!" said Ladybug. In response she got a small wooden box that when opened had a porcelain mask inside.

"What are you going to do with that?!" asked Evillustrator while laughing.

"Now I know you're a bad artist if you can't even see the clue hidden before you," said Ladybug while grabbing Cat Noir and running away, heading toward the distant forest.

"Where do you think you're going?!" asked Evillustrator who gave chase on a giant paper airplane that he had created with his canvas.
