Sahih al-Bukhari: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry, should marry, and whoever is not able to marry, is recommended to fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power"
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When one of you seeks a woman in marriage, if he is able to have a look at the one whom he wishes to marry, he should do so."
